After 4 days of hiking around Yosemite we were ready for a burger and man are we glad we found this place. I got a cowboy burger and some clam chowder and both were delicious. The burger had more bacon in it than I ever had in a burger before and the clam chowder had a good amount of clams in it and cheese on top of it!

Local, friendly, and a nice place to eat. I thought it was quiet, lots of talking and laughing, but no “extra” noise. Felt like the place next door with better food. I had the hamburger and he had the western burger. OMG that western was huge! Even the pickle was good.

Amazing food! Dont think this is just a hole in the wall bar. There food is top notch! The staff were so nice and when we went they were having karaoke! I came from Indiana to visit and it has been the best food Ive had while in California.

Food was great. Serving size is plenty. We got the burger, chicken fried steak and Philly steak. They were all good! Service was great and they were all nice, even the customers. Restrooms were clean and the dining area was spacious. Highly recommended.

I found this place just by Google and the stars and other reviews. It was absolutely delicious. The people there are nice and friendly. If you are in Oakhurst area and want good food take a 5 min drive to Ahawenne . I posted pictures so yall can see for yourself how amazing it was. Lol

Very friendly!!! Customer service is awesome!!! My long island iced tea was on point and look at my salad beautiful isnt it I was yummy and made with love!!!!!! Had hot wings also and husband had a burger and it was aslo yummy!!!!

The Hitching post is amazing. The owner is a delight. I asked for a special salad and she made me the best buffalo chicken salad Ive ever had. Burgers and sandwiches are excellent also. Delicious and large portions for the price. This place is definitely one of the locals secret. A must stop. You wont be disappointed. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Good menu variety. Service was good. Biggest burger Ive ever eaten. Had to use a knife to get started. Very tasty. Atmosphere was nice. Family friendly, but also a bar separated by a wall. Pool tables and darts available.
