Feels like a best western. I was looking forward to a relaxing weekend with my girlfriend but from the beginning our stay was a nightmare. I wont get into the small details but the reason Im writing this review is my hotel room was robbed during my absence. This location has 2 security guards on duty yet they only sit in the lobby and parking lot. Conveniently theres also no cameras on my floor which is insane to me. The hotel is fully booked so I had to sleep in the same room without the ability to lock my door. 0/10 never coming back and canceled my return stay next month.
We stayed here to stay close by my cousins house for a family party. The hotel was clean and is located about a mile away from the FWY, so its nice and quiet at night. There is a bar by the lobby that closes at 9 pm. If you get back to the hotel late and the bar has closed, no need to fear... the hotel lobby attendant will sell canned beer or a bottle wine till 2 am. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and the lot is safe. We will stay again when we visit SB.
Bagage cart: we asked to barrow the cart at 7:30 pm ish. The? (Not bagage handler) ask for ID in exchange for a sanitized service!!! Feb 9thOk, I get it, who wants to chase these carts down but Ive NEVER had to turn in my ID to be my own bell boy. Seriously?? Stop this and buy a couple of carts!!Other than that: service was polite, hotel mostly updated, microwave isnt heating as should, closet well designed, miss a bathtub (hotels dropping bathtubs), pool looks clean (getting to that tomorrow), decent art work, secure premises, nice outdoor seating, bar seems nice but didnt try it, ..Bathroom had some strange splats on the door/trim. Easily came off with sanitized wipe (housekeeping missed that), cracked bathroom tiles).I felt upon arrival (before checking in), hotel staff were hiding themselves. (Ive worked housekeeping in my younger years and know how taking it easy is done).Front desk check-in was polite and accommodating when we arrived early feb 8 and then asked for a different room (didnt enjoy the large bathtub in same sleeping area type room/ was musty/room was in noisy area by road). Plenty of non luxury hotel receptionist get snarky when you want to change rooms, but she didnt.Second day: same not bus boy seems to have moved up to front desk and asked us to wear a mask while walking to our room despite the bar serving drink/food to unmasked in lobby.Sprinkler was broken draining into the parking lot. Doesnt California have a draught?Competition with Holliday Inn Express but location away from highway is a hit, plus pool.
Very nice hotel. Had a room available without a reservation. My room was clean and organized. The young man at the front desk was really nice. His name is Jonathan. He made sure to ask me how my room was while I was passing through the lobby. He really seems to care about his job and that people are happy.
While working for an event at the NOS center, my team and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I gotta say, this was, hands down, the best hotel experience Ive had. The rooms were VERY clean, the hot water never ran out, the pool and hot tub area were amazing, AND the bar and restaurant had amazing food. Scott, Bianca, Sabrina, Genevieve, Kathy, Kevin, Jonathan, and Shari always made sure that we had everything we needed and were very courteous ALL of the time. If there was anything I needed from info to a toothbrush and flossers, they always had me covered. All were very good conversationalists as well. I hope next time I come out there, we get out of this place again. 100% would recommend.
The Manager Kathy was rude and disrespectful. They gave me the wrong room, and wrong information. They told me there was no deposit as long as my card was on file but of course there was a deposit. Not only that, I was told they take cash and card, which I had cash and they would not accept it. And they tried to charge my card that morning about 8,9 am. Check in wasnt until 3. They called me to tell me my card had declined well thats because I intended on paying with cash because I was told they accepted cash. I had to deposit the money and let them charge my card before I even checked in and that was at 1pm. It wS not a good experience at all.
I was here for beyond wonderland. My room got broken into, there was so much damage done to my door that I was unable to lock it while I slept that night and there was no room to transfer to. All of my stuff was stolen, about $1500 worth of stuff. I didnt even have a change of clothes for the next day. The hotel didnt have a lost and found or an extra shirt for me to wear either. The hotel said their insurance would cover our break in due to it being to their negligence and lack of proper security that caused us to be robbed, they seemed very apologetic at the time and said this would for sure be covered by their insurance. They said they cover up to $500 per bag (theres even a sign on the door that says this). Fast forward some months later my boyfriend got a email pretty much saying so sorry but its your fault you got robbed, good luck replacing your stuff. This hotel allows their guests to be robbed and then blame it on the guests so they dont have to pay you for damages or stolen property. All they did for us was give us the 3 vitamin waters we bought at the hotel for free which our 10$ worth of drinks meant a lot less to us then our $1500 belongings and our $500 hotel room that we bought just to be down more then 2k. I am suspicious that it was an inside job due to how they were so apologetic at the time but blame us and refuse to follow their policies after the fact.
It wasnt perfect, but it was very good. The only things that were issues were the toilet was missing one of the bolts that connect the seat to the bowl and the shower hear adjuster didnt work. We worked through these small things and enjoyed the rest of our stay. The food in the Grill was surprisingly good and the service was a 9.
This hotel is fantastic, definaly worth paying a little extra while staying in this area of California so you have that peace of mind. The hotel is extremely nice and feels very safe, Ive been on the road for about a month and this was one of the nicest hotels Ive stayed at. Highly recommend and a big thanks to Kathy, thank you so much for helping me and my friend out
It has a nice Ambience, quiet clean rooms, and plenty of towels. If you are worried about the virus I wouldnt come here. No masks are enforced and while checking in a guy sneeze all over the countertop and he sneezed a second time on that receptionist herself. I gave this Hilton a 4-star review, because of how good the rooms were and the ultimate demeanor of that receptionist. She kept a straight face, was completely polite, and respectful all while being sneezed on. That lady truly deserves a raise!
Room with a jacuzzi was stellar! The tv connection system was a bit chaotic but is being techie fixed it without causing a commotion. The walls and corners had some big wear and tear for what I’d expect from Hilton but the bed was amazingly comfortable. Pillows like you were floating on a cloud.Breakfast was normal hotel food and was good for being a hotel breakfast.Plenty of parking and safe location. Staff was friendly and very communicative of everything.
The service is great...they are kind and friendly. The room is nice I gave 4 starts because I found a tylenol in the window when I pulled up the blinds glad it was me instead of my child...also there was some residue on the toilet seat that looked a bit suspect that I had to clean off. The carpet is dirty I have to wash our feet every time we get into bed and the doors slam loud so it wakes me up when people are going in and out of their rooms. Everything else is awesome.
If youre attending a concert or drive-in rave this is the hotel to stay at!!! Ive stayed here a few times and its a great hotel. The hot tub and pool are open until 11pm even with covid. Its close to the NOS, and shopping/food. The rooms are nice and the shower heads are actually fit for someone who is over 6 which is a blessing. The pillows are fantastic and the food downstairs was actually really tasty. Every time Ive arrived the staff have been extremely nice and helpful and I will be going back here again for sure.
Make sure you have renters or homeowners insurance if you stay here. I spent thousands of dollars on my stay and trip to San bernadino, and my room was burglarized and ransacked while I was away. I spent weeks getting together receipts for my stolen items and was informed the hotel will not be responsible for the events that occurred on the premises. I have not been reimbursed for my stay nor will I receive any compensation. Absolutely terrible, for a multi billion dollar corporation they have terrible service and customer support. It was nice they gave me some hilton honors points towards my account but its absolutely useless since I wont be returning.
As we walked into the hotel my eyes burned from the smell of Chlorine. When I asked about the luggage carts the receptionist was a bit rude and said that she would not give me one unless I gave her my ID.When I got to my room, I began to sneeze and would not stop.I went to sleep almost at 2am from sneezing so much. I called the front desk and they told me that they could not switch me to another room because they were fully booked. I asked for my money back for the stay and they told me that I would not be getting a refund.I am a Diamond Member of Hilton Honors and I will never stay at this Hotel again!!
This place was great. Great hospitality. Clean and functional rooms. Comfy beds. Close to shopping centers. Only issue was proximity of shower faucet, you have to stand between very close toilet and the glass shower doors to reach it (little awkward for shortys like me). Shower pressure was fantastic! Over all... great visit!!! Would definitely stay again.
This resort is very accommodating! They were certain to keep the place quiet also! Fantastic employees!! Overall it is very spacious and comfortable! It was really clean and super fine. I could tell the team definitely works difficult. I enjoyed my stay very much and that I shall most certainly be coming back to more remains later on.
Very nice and clean hotel. Very well priced. We had the king suite, was a large room for the family. Nice store in the lobby with drinks and snacks for the kids and full bar .Clean pool and spa with pool toys for kids.Kathy was an awesome and helpful employee at the front desk.
The Garden branch of the Hilton line is showing its age rooms look old and untouched. The particular room I was in the bed was not made properly which is only a minor issue. However the shower was broken the adjuster for the height was not operational. I was unable to get the issue resolved while I was on site. Staff were professional and polite. I had no issues with the front desk. Overall I just couldnt give it 3 stars because I just expect more from a Hilton brand.
Love this place . Excellent and friendly front desk staff. Taylor was very welcoming. Clean and safe . Highly recommend . However ; I would like to suggest that Bianka received some extensive customer service training because she represented your Brand very poorly today .
Pro: friendly staffCon: Unclean rooms (booked whirlpool king bed room). Room reaked of mildew. Tub had what appeared to be pubic hair on the rim. Lack of cleanliness made me doubt actual cleanliness of the room. There were several loud possible gun shots that woke me up throughout the night.
The staff is friendly. I came for a multi day business trip and found the staff to be very friendly. The bed was clean and bathroom was neat. I could not have found a better home-away-from-home.The rooms were quite and cold to help with the heat. I wiññ definitely return!
My fiance and I had a recent stay here and we loved it! Our room was really nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. One employee that really stood out was Cathy, at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We will definitely be returning in the near future! Thank you, Cathy!
This is my go-to place to stay when Im traveling in the area. Its conveniently located and has good amenities. All of the staff in the restaurant/bar are very nice and personable. The beds are very comfortable and Im usually able to get a great nights sleep. The restaurant has a good menu and drinks are reasonably priced. Some items are delicious while others are kind of a miss. I really wish that at breakfast they didnt use powdered eggs. Otherwise food options are good.
I stay here often my daughter and grandson live near by I come out and stay two three times a month and have never had a problem. The staff are nice ,accommodating, curtious, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfy, the bed is amazing, the hotel is well kept. The food is very decent and the kitchen staff very nice. The maids do there job and will go out of there way to accomadate you. However this stay my suv was broken into one of my rear windows were smashed it cost me $300 to replace it. The manager was supposed to call and never did , nothing from then. I was expecting at the least an apology and though its posted that they are not responsible for the vehicles while parked there, one should hope to at least be acknowledged. So it should be known that your car is not safe in the parking lot and if my car is not safe it leads me to question if I myself am safe. Other hotels have security or surveillance in the parking. In this particular neighborhood it should be required.
Staff was courteous and our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Room lighting felt a bit too dim, and although the TVs appeared to accommodate our own devices these provided inputs were disabled. According to the gentleman at the front desk this was at the request of the cable provider so guests couldnt stream their own media.
Good, clean, easyThis hotel was perfect for our quick trip to San Bernardino. Foyer and reception areas are well-appointed, well-decorated, in the bar was busy and seemingly welcoming. Our bedroom is clean, comfortable and the price was decent. If we are ever in the area again, Ill come back.
Room was great, only problems we had was with housekeeping getting things right as far as right amount of towels, making sure our room got cleaned. I dont know what it is that they spray on the rug (I happened to catch a glimpse of housekeeping spraying another room) but it left a sticky film that you could feel walking on it. My daughters feet started peeling a day or 2 after, Im now wondering what it is that they spray on their rugs? Other than that front desk was courteous and great.
Love the lobby. The room was clean and staff are friendly. The fitness room is a decent size, they have both cardio and weights. I didnt check out the pool, but it was open. Their breakfast was good. There are also restaurants across the street, if youre up for a 5 to 10 minute scroll.
The staff was very helpful! We were trying to figure out when a family member would be released from the hospital and we stayed in three different rooms. All were very comfortable and clean. The most comfortable room was the king bed room overlooking the pool. The double/queen beds weren’t as soft but still comfortable.
Positive: Location to Soccer Complex Negative: Definitely not Hilton Standard. Checkinandout not satisfactory.Very rushed, kept saying everything would be emailed,overcharged-not rate confirmed charged for a movie never watched No tidy up between nights-no fresh coffee pods, lotion, soap, no empty trash
Price was great and the rooms were nice.. the only down side is no full length mirror in the room and no continental breakfast, you have to pay $13 for breakfast to be sent to you. Other than that the service was great and the hotel is very clean, I would recommend this hotel for sure!!
Nice rooms and breakfast just needed the spa to be cleaned it was filthy with dirt. Nice staff area is a little around is a little sketchy but police seem to patrol often so it does seem safe. I have stayed a few times and have had good experiences. I do recommend the stay as the price is fair. When i told them about the dirty spa they gave me few hours to stay and cleaned it right away. Thank you staff.
Today I was told that pest control came out and determined that the bug was a beetle and not a bedbug. After being charged $50. Its sad when these companies fail to take responsibility for pests. And the front desk agent may have been nice at check out but he decided to charge me a 50 fee, and took it out my account without my consent. At checkout he handed me a final receipt with a 0.00 balance. I was never told that I would be charged 50 for leaving a room with bugs in the hot tub. Im definitely escalating this isssue to a higher level because the integrity of the staff at this hotel is now in question.
The hotel is very nice and clean. I have no issues with the hotel itself, it deserves a fifth star. However the young gentleman working at the front desk this morning brought the rating down to 3 stars. I had asked at 9:30 am if it was possible to have a late checkout, since my work was going to make checking out on time difficult. He told me unfortunately that was not a possibility. And I was fine with that , no worries. That was until I checked out and made the mistake of lingering in the lobby, killing time before my ride was to pick me up. It was then I overheard the same gentleman on the phone with a woman who was asking for a late checkout, and he told her it would be no problem to stay in the room till 2 pm, he even called housekeeping to make sure she would be OK in the room. This all happened 30 minutes after she was supposed to be checked out. Im just curious what the difference between her and I was? It would be nice if they had a clear policy, so that I could understand what the difference was. Im also an honors member , so Im still left to wonder.
Check in was exactly at 3pm no earlier, the pool and jacuzzi by the checkin area... where we waited for an hour to get our room. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed the jet tub big enough for 3-4 people lol. Overall it was good the staff could have been a little more friendly.
Hotel is clean. In a nice area. Room are comfortable. We stayed two nights. Thin walls. Could here other guess conversations. Spoke with management about it, and they did try to find out where disturbance was coming from, they could not find it. So for two nights straight we couldnt sleep. No competition was given to us.
Stayed for 2 nights for a family reunion sort of deal - this is our 2nd or 3rd time staying at this location. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and well-appointed. They were totally game to work with our group of 20 or so, doing impromptu lunch buffet and letting us push a bunch of tables together for dinner. The dinner was really the only low point, there were like 12 of us dining together and they did their best to ensure that all the adults meals came together -- unfortunately the end result was that almost nobodys food was actually hot. But I dont mark it down too much for that - I mean, who really expects Michelin dining at a restaurant that is literally part of the hotel lobby?
The hotel had a wonderful lobby, with plenty seating arrangements, and a beautiful decorated tree for the holiday season. The hotel also offers a bar, pool, business centre and fitness room. Which may I add was well suited with plenty of cardio equipment, two stand alone benches, a dumbbell set, a stretching chair and a cable machine. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked with toiletries. The hotel was just a few miles form an event I was attending in the evening making it very convenient for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Nice but dated location. The gym had 2 of 3 treadmills not working. The rubber handles on all three elliptical machines were peeling off. The carpet and walls look old and yellowed. But, the bar is nice, the staff is friendly, breakfast is great, and cleanliness is great.
Gotta say the location is good, room is nice. But Hilton website led me to believe the breakfast provided was free, it was not. $12 for breakfast. And although the beds look really nice the person who designed the room obviously never stayed in one. The mattress doesnt quite cover the foot of the bed so its a knee banging hazard. The first time happened last night and I lost a couple layers of skin. Banged it 3 more times this morning.
I stayed there on business for about three weeks. The staff was so friendly and a joy to see every day. If i needed anything they went out of their way to make it happen. I cant think of one negative thing to say about Hilton Gardens. I have never stayed at a hotel that was so accommodating. I really cant say enough about all the staff there. Thank you for making my stay and my lengthy time away from my family such a smooth transition.
Booked for a queen with breakfast buffet. Checked in 10pm from a long day. Cardkey, didnt work. Went down to let the front desk know. So they replaced it but still same problem. Went down to get them up and try it for themselves. Their master key fob didnt work either. So had to miserably wait at the hallway for what seemed like forever. They got us moved to a 2 double bed. But they gave us a voucher good for 1 small appetizer and 1 non alcoholic beverage. Had they come up with something better, I wouldnt be writing this bad experience. And thats just being real. Id just let it go. Came breakfast. Our voucher was only good for whatever food was exposed right there and not for omelette and bacon. Wow! Thank you! Remember this is a corporate booking and I have hilton honors. What more if youre not. Good luck !
The location is terrific for travel, its centrally located between the 10 and 210. Rooms were very spacious and updated, food on store was delicious the chef is extraordinary find. Kudos to all the hotel staff who made me feel like I was staying home not away from home.
Great food, clean rooms, beautiful decor, close to restataunts, pool (was not heated as they had said it would be, when I asked front desk they replied, I dont know), Jacuzzi was clean and relaxing , and they have a great gym. There was one downside to my stay though...the evening restaraunt manager was constantly calling my servers attention in a rude manner and out in the open. I felt like he was pulling her aside repremending her for everything. It made me really uncomfortable and I felt horrible for our Server as she was doing a great job. Not the professional experience I expected after spending $100 on dinner. Everything else was great. Might give this place another chance.
Spacious room and nice restaurant Staff and food. But when I was getting late for work one day, I asked for a bottle of water and I was told that yeah there are no free bottles, you have to pay for it. I literally just paid over 2 grands for my 2 week stay and paying a $ for bottle of water doesnt matter but I think the way you say it goes a long way..
I stay here a lot. The best staff. Always super friendly and welcome you back. Conveniently located if you need to be in the Inland Empire. Rooms are up to date and always super clean. Food is good - breakfast is awesome. But, really cant say enough about the staff. I travel all over California regularly. This is my favorite hotel of all of them.
I frequent the various Hilton brands. I have to say that I really like this HGI. Large rooms, nice large bathrooms and showers. Great staff, always greeting and asking how everything is. Nice size pool, very well kept and clean even in late October. Easy parking. Only wish there was a side/rear entrance.
I was expecting alot from a Hilton name chain but was let down. Got in late and my TV was not working properly, took a shower and the water was so slow to drain it flooded out onto the floor after first 2 minutes of my shower. My in room coffee maker wouldnt style closed which made brewing my coffee a pain. BREAKFAST LOVERS BEWARE this hotel charges almost $8 for a continental breakfast and almost $12 if you want something cooked. The saving grace of my trip was my room did have a jet tube which was nice after a long day of work and the front desk was very nice and gave me a free breakfast coupon for the next morning. Room was very clean and roomy. I gave this hotel 3 stars because I am a HUGE breakfast guy and that was a HUGE disappointment. If you dont care about breakfast or convenient in room coffee brewing then you should be good to go for a nice stay.
We pulled into town in the late evening with no reservation. Called them up to get a room for the night. We were set up with the room we wanted at the local going rate. It was easy access, with clean halls and plenty of parking, including handicap. We passed a work out room with plenty of equipment for those with an exercise nature. There was a pool and hot tub with handicapped accessiblity also. You needed a key to enter the premises. There was a small shop for those forgotten things along with room service and a restaurant, all though both were closed before we checked in. Check out time was noon but, we left earlier then that. Check out was quick and easy. We did like the room, it was clean and the bed was comfortable with plenty of linens to go around. Our room had both a shower and Jacuzzi tub, a small refrigerator, coffee and microwave center. The TV, gaming hook ups , and Wi-Fi internet access gave you a choice of entertainment, with an ample number of channels to each persons liking. Dont worry if you forgot the toiletries there was a sample size supply available in the room for you. Would recommend to others.
I booked the Hilton Garden Inn San Bernardino three days before I needed to stay for a single night and had no problems. The room was clean, well-decorated, and had plenty of amenities like a flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, and Keurig brewer. Wi-Fi is free here, which I suppose means other hotels charge for it. The staff is professional and courteous. I was never met with anything less than a smile and a warm greeting during my stay here. The room rate was definitely worth the level of service I received during my overnight stay. I would return here if I ever needed to be in San Bernardino again. Recommended!
The stay itself was satisfactory, but I had a very unpleasant experience prior to my arrival. The day before my visit, I checked in using the Hilton application and confirmed the billing information I had provided when booking the room several months ago. On the day of my arrival, I missed a call at 5:30pm (because I was on a plane) that my card had been declined and that, because the hotel was fully booked, if I did not call back by 6pm to provide updated billing information that my room would automatically be cancelled. I landed around 6:20pm, and I received another call as I was waiting to deplane. I answered, unaware of the voicemail that had been left (as I hadnt had a chance to catch up on what I had missed while in the air). When I answered, I was told that I needed to provide an updated credit card number immediately, or that my reservation would be cancelled. I was told that this could not wait until I arrived at the property from the airport. I was told that this could not wait until I got somewhere more private than a crowded plane. Half worried that I was being scammed, I provided the same card number and expiration date I had confirmed in the app the previous day. When I arrived at the property, the guest being checked in ahead of me was complaining about having gone through a similar-sounding experience. We were each told, independently, that we must have provided the wrong expiration date when booking the reservation. I was explicitly told that if I hadnt answered the second call, my room would have been given away. (And by all rights, Im very lucky to have been able to answer; my flight was delayed and departed late, but managed to arrive on time.) When I make a reservation months advance and check-in prior to my arrival, I want piece of mind that a room will be waiting for me. I dont want to worry that I might miss a call and lose the room. Even if I provided incorrect billing information (which I find unlikely — its all saved in my account), my accounts history should have provided some measure of reassurance to the hotel staff: Ive never no showed at a Hilton property, I have Gold status in their rewards program, and have even previously stayed at this property. There are many parts of this experience that dont make sense to me (e.g., if there actually was a problem with my billing information, why was that discovered so late?). There are a variety of reliable hotels in the area. Dont risk staying here.
Lovely place to rest our weary heads. Breakfast was wonderful and employees were all Incredibly kind and made everybody feel welcomed and well taken care of!! Special thank you to Juan Leon, we noticed him taking particularly awesome care to be kind to employees and patrons. Made us proud to be part of the Hilton Diamond family ☆☆☆☆☆ thank you!
The room was beautiful it was very clean the pictures and the decor of the room was upscale the tub was not a jacuzzi tub in which it bubbled but it was a big tub it could fit three full size adults comfortably, the bathroom was beautifully done, it had a Keurig coffee maker in the room with premium coffee and condiments bottled water was also sitting out they also offer room service but due to covid you can place your order and then go down and pick up your food the service was excellent well be going back again.
The room was a typical hotel room. No breakfast it is $8 a person for some crappy hotel breakfast most places include. I asked when I checked in about a AAA discount and they told me they would take care of it at check out. Then at check out they said I needed to do it when I checked in because they cannot do it the day of. So I did not get the discount even though I asked before checking in. Then I paid with cash for the card only to find out they charged my card over $25 more than the room even cost and that they would no reimburse me for 5 days. Which knowing that I would of just paid with the card instead of being out $200 I am now out $400 for a one night stay at a hotel room in disgusting San Bernardino. I will never stay here again needless to say.
I actually was pretty pleased I loved the room because it had a jacuzzi but I did have one issue me and my boyfriend reserve the room by phone with credit card at 12am we only have the room till 12 noon and werent informed until we arrived that the hot water be shut off at 9am could I feel as at least free breakfast from the inconveniences didnt want to upset my boyfriend by saying anything cuz we dont like to complain but I like to wanna come back thanks if you could do us that favor happy new yr and I plan on applying for a job I liked it that much
This location was easy to navigate to, the room was clean. I was taken back by the smell of marijuana everywhere. The front desk messed up my billing, and instead of using my points toward the room they charged my card which posed an inconvenience for me. I called and they stated they were in error and my funds will be credited back in a few days.
No TV. Maintenance stayed in our room over 2 hours. They bring a brand new TV and that still didnt work. My boyfriend helped maintenance move a TV and a huge piece of stone scraped up his leg. We missed most of our event and seen none of the other ppl we came with. Horrible trip and a waste of money ,
Hotel is the standard HGI, which I have always enjoyed and normally rate 5*. The breakfast staff was very pleasant and helpful. That said, I was disappointed to see Brown and Serve Sausages on the breakfast buffet. I am a Diamond member, and I rarely see anything but fresh Sausages at HGIs, hence they lost a star.
Amazing customer service, huge room, and all the amenities I expect from a high end hotel for a more than reasonable price. I wish I had more excuses to come to San bernardino so I could stay here again. The happy hour drink specials at the hotel bar were unexpectedly awesome-- $3.50 for well drinks!
Im always happy staying at Hilton Garden Inns. Theyre well-maintained, clean, comfortable w/ friendly staff. Room furnishings/decor are kept updated. I can usually find affordably-priced rooms online when traveling. They provide plenty of well-lit parking. This Hilton Garden Inn located in San Bernardino is no exception.
The air conditioning was a little weak during our stay and we had some trouble adjusting the temperature, as there was no visible thermostat but rather buttons hidden under the vent that we discovered, as we tried to call housekeeping/front desk to find help but help did not come until 45 mins later. I also think we got an older unit seeing the photos from others trips that look more contemporary. Breakfast is given to you in form of a complimentary card for one coffee/tea and a pastry per person at Ninth Street Espresso located right next door. It can be easily accessed through the first floor (lobby) near the salon and the steakhouse the hotel is attached to.
Had a Great time enjoying the cool atmosphere with this intense heat in the I.E,also the front desk and personnel were very professional & very curdiuis,Family & Fun atmosphere all way with the Fresh pool and jacuzzi ,also an extraordinary kitchen cooking up an awesome meal, spent almost a week there & was very satisfied, see you soon Hilton Garden Inn!!!
Part of the Hilton Hotel, this restaurant is well appointed and typical of what you expect from Hilton. Access to parking lot is not marked and a little tricky. Upscale, and popular for pre and post business gatherings at nearby venues. Adjacent to hotel registration area.
I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to a couple employees at this Hilton Garden Inn. I was a guest there for a week and mistakenly left something behind upon checking out. I tried to contact the management on numerous occasions about retrieving from the lost and found and no one ever called me back. I called back and got through to miss Brittany at the front desk who took her time to locate the item herself and send it out to me. I then followed up with Emmeline who got in contact with Brittany to find out if the item was sent and also called men back to give me the tracking # for the package. This very important item arrived today safe and sound. Thank you two very very much!!!
Customer service was nice but not accommodating,I complained the whole time I was there was a few days of the noise over ne and felt like the people over me should have been moved since they were the troubled issue at hand.Wont be visiting this species location.Paslm Dsert is wonderful a little drive but no issues.

2022-02-22The Hilton Garden Inn San Bernardino was great. We stayed there during the state cup and were lucky enough to find rooms for most of our families. The staff were great and knew how to treat everyone. We had no complaints and will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

2022-06-10We had a terrible experience with the competing hotel across the street, (I was being cheap), and we needed a room quickly for the weekend. The gal at the front desk was absolutely amazing, she helped us to find a room and made it as affordable as possible, we are so thankful ❤️.

2022-02-07The staff is very nice. Our room had dead ants above the bathroom door. We understand that ant invasions happen, but clean the dead ibes off the walls for heavens sake. Its a let down that the lobby does not have complementary water or coffee/tea available.

2022-04-09Decent 2 night 3 day stay, room was big for 2 adults and a kid, also loved that it was within my particular budget!Location was excellent, close to freeway and dining all around, if youre adventurous try the local restaurants, wont be disappointed, but if you care for big chain restaurants theres plenty nearby.Room was a bit unkempt, some stains on the bathroom wall/floor, looked yellowing in color so may have tried to clean but anyway also noticed the shower curtain was old and ripping at the seams in some areas, kind of surprising for a place with Hilton in the name.Overall couldnt really complain, I mainly care that the bed was nice and comfy, had a TV, plenty of free parking and most of all, free wifi!!!Id add that I did have some noisy neighbors a few rooms down the hall but the noice mostly dissipated once I shut the door and turned on the TV.Overall enjoyed the stay and will be coming back if Im traveling to this area again, thanks.

2022-02-04I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and I got an upgrade to a room with a jet tub and I can tell you I absolutely needed it. I would have absolutely paid full price to have that tub in my room. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel 🏨

2022-06-20My husband and I went to this particular hotel because we enjoy the king bedroom with whirlpool inside the room. We went there for just an overnight stay for Fathers day and to relax. The rooms are pretty much always satisfactory, but this time was different - unacceptable and outside of the range of service and comfortability expected from Hilton. Upon checking out, we noticed that there was a large blood smear on the side of the white comforter, as to where one would sit on the side of their bed. We immediately reported this incident to the front-desk staff (Sabrina), who urged us to contact the corporate office for further assistance (we took a picture for reference). Thus far, I have been on three separate calls to Hilton corporate office for assistance with the matter at hand and was advised that I would be given a case number and should receive a call back from them within 3 - 5 business days. Customer service is not at all the way it use to be, unfortunately.

2022-06-20We booked this place specifically for the whirlpool tub knowing after 16 hours on the road before we continued the last 5 hours, Id want a good soak after the road. The whirlpool didnt work. Maintenance came and tried to fix it with no luck. Youd think theyd adjust the rate or something but they didnt. The bed was rock hard. The neighbors were loud. The entire 3rd floor smelled of weed. We ended up checking at 230am since we couldnt sleep anyhow. This will be a frequent trip and well definitely not ever come back to this place. Horrible. Interesting. The management team had commented that they were reaching out to me. They not only deleted their comment (which I have a screenshot of) but they never reached out. They have also not returned any of my phone calls. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company and it is in the works. I do not recommend ANYONE give this rat company any business. They have some of the most shady management team. Buttttt.... I guess its fitting for not only San Bernardino but California. Yuck. Staff member Cathy (I believe was her name) was a total C u next Tuesday.

2022-03-17Nice Hotel ! Breakfast & Dinner served daily. Happy Hour. Pool and spa, business center, canteen. My only complaint aside from their unsecured Wi-fi was there were no movies on demand, streaming options, etc.
