All of the Staff is so helpful. They help you with a smile and always return my calls. Michelle and Robyn are great! Ive been a Resident for over 5 years and these two are always helpful.

Previous 6 Year TenantDo NOT live here!Pool closures (reasonable given covid), failure to correct a mold issue in the apartment after multiple requests were made, and more. The biggest one however was after I had departed.Failure to provide a full security deposit return after living there for 6 years. There was only minor wear and tear on the apartment, however, they charged me 160.00 for cleaning the unit, 111.96 for painting and 2.00 for broken blinds? I have a video recording of the maintenance completing the final inspection stating the apartment was good to go and only had minor wear and tear. (The individual agreed to the video recording.)Upon inspection completion, the keys were turned into the manager who failed to provide a written statement of completion of the inspection, even after I asked for it. Additionally, the company failed to provide an itemized list for the costs that they made on my deposit, and since attempting to contact them have continued to give me the run-around.It is not worth your time to be at this place.Update: After much back and forth, it was determined by cannon management, that highland meadows did not have the ability to make those charges on my security deposit. I was given full deposit back.Moral of this story: Know your rights as a tenant and make sure you have plenty of evidence to cover yourself.

I live here for 4 years and I just want to applaud Julio for his great work and timely manner. He’s respectful and always has a smile on his face. I’m so great full for his work and effort making us happy. He works where ever he is needed . Thank you Julio

First of all no one answers the phone ever. You have to go to the office to get their attention. Second they are INFESTED with roaches. You can see em dead in the light fixtures in the ceilings and find em running through your cabinets dishwasher and fridge. And ive literally bssn diagnosed with ocd so im a clean person and can attest that it wasnt me. We knew ths night we moved in walking to the kitchen or bathroom in ths dark and seeing em scatter that we had a prob. Told the office and they said well get some spray....ummm ya we tried that but the place is infested. In the end we broke our lease after four mos cuz my austistic son was running awat and the balconies arent even enclosed so i asked if i coild gate mine and got a note from a dr. They said no so i ldft. Now i have a 12000.00 bill for leaving. Oh amd wed get notes on door from office about high crimes. And a mo after we left thsre were some murders there. Dont go here.

I wont lie, the apartments need remodeling but the staff is always friendly and try to be helpful. The manager Robyn Hickman is awesomeness!

I’ve been living here a few months now and overall my experience has me feeling like we chose the right home. Venessa found what I was looking for she walked me through the whole process She has continued to show us outstanding Professionalism and exceptional service. The manger Robyn is also nice and Knowledgeable about the property. I would definitely recommend this place.

No rent control for not nearly enough square footage, very old appliances and cabinets and they charge $25 for trash even if you take your out trash out, and does not allow you to opt out. The running water inside the appointment smells like sewage, lots of police activities and pest problems. They allow pets so most residents owns dogs witch is not a problem but property is over populated with stray cats so the dogs bark non stop literally day and night, their gym is trash equipment doesn’t work electronic keys to gym and pool doesn’t work, hard to get in contact with staff and when you do thinks still do not get done. Simply not enough bang for your buck if I could give negative stars I would they don’t even deserve the one star I had to give them to leave this warning to you. F@#k this place I would move before the lease is up but there is a $2000 fee to break the lease basically it don’t cost next to nothing to get in but you damn near have to sell your soul to get out this b@#%h.

This is the worst apartment complex my mother has ever lived in. The managers approved towing my 60 year old mothers only vehicle because it was not washed. She has arthritis and lives paycheck to paycheck. We had called to let them know i would come wash it on monday and Stephanie whom i talked to twice said it would be ok to come monday and wash it for her. I get there monday to help my mom wash the car and they towed it! When i went to the office Stephanie said she didnt know it was her car, when i told her exactly what color ,year and model/make it was and when that car is on her lease and it was parked in her PAID parking spot! Stephanie messed up and Janelle the manager was absolutely no help. She was horribly rude and refused to give me her bosses or the owners phone number. She said the car was abandoned which it was not! it was registered in July and was used daily! This apartment complex staff does not care about their tenants. I have never in my life had to deal with such rude staff! Not only this issue but their maintenance came into the apartment without permission to enter. They are unprofessional! do not move here! i wish my mother would have listened to all the horrible reviews because they are 100000% correct!

Im currently at the end of my lease as I write this, but this has to have been the absolute worst apartment living experience ever for my cousin and I. The water is of poor quality, and its almost never stated when there will be maintenance on it. My car was broken into right outside of my apartment building (no follow-up from complex management), the square footing, appliances, furnishing, A/C, power, and overall maintenance are incredibly outdated and sub-par for the price of the monthly rent. We have neighbors around us who have brand new interior and remodeling, but we have been informed of what seems to be an inevitable charge for cleaning, post-vacancy of the unit. The blinds regularly fall off, the stove works SOMETIMES, half of the outlets are critically loose, and dont even have power in them, and in the last couple of months, the power in parts of the apartment just flat out doesnt work. Weve called in work orders for repairs to various parts of the apartment, but there was barely anything done. However, apartment management is very quick to remind us of any tardiness on rent, and late fees incurred therein. Upon signing the beginning of this current lease, the complex sent us an invoice that displayed an additional $200+ on top of the rent. This extra charge was not detailed in any way outside of being added to our monthly rent. With the knowledge that the interior of the apartment is to be completely remodeled once we move out, I am absolutely appalled that the complex intends to charge us for cleaning and repairs to what they are going to do away with anyway. Ill never recommend this place to anyone.

Hello, I just wanted to share the awesome experience I had at Highland Meadows. I was greeted by Susan Mikkelson (leasing consultant) who was very pleasant! She made me feel welcomed and important and she gave me positive information in regards to the apartments. Also, the rest of the staff was very pleasant as well, so I thank you♥️🙏
