In a time when most calls are answered by an automated voice, it is refreshing and assuring that I always talk to a real person when I call Heritage. Having been a victim of the North Complex fire and having a claim for the Camp fire was making it very difficult for me to find insurance on a new home I was purchasing. 2022-03-01We have entrusted all of our insurance needs to Heritage Insurance Agency for 15 years now. They are amazing to work with. We have Auto, Farm and multiple businesses insured through Heritage. Everyone there has gone above and beyond to get the coverage we need at a competitive price. 2022-02-12After numerous attempts of looking for a cheaper insurance by myself, I decided to get help from Heritage Insurance Agency. I had couple of car accidents in the same year so my insurance had gone up to 2 times the amount I used to pay. Juan was the guy who helped me out and the first few quotes we got weren’t any better than my previous insurance. But, Juan didn’t give up and kept working on it until he could find me a better deal. Juan kept in contact with me for over a month to make sure I have a better deal and have no problem with my new insurance. I am now saving over $1000 a year on my insurance and I’m very thankful for how hard he worked. I 100% recommend Heritage Insurance Agency and I will always go to them if I ever need a new insurance for anything.

2022-07-25Extremely disappointed in their customer service and inability to help me in canceling a claim. I would never use this agency again nor would I recommend this to anyone. Do not waste your time dealing with these people, they could care less about your needs and are not there to help in critical times!

2022-02-16I have many Insurance needs and have been with several agencies and brokers in my long life. Juan Garcia has exceeded the professionalism and customer service of any former broker I’ve worked with. He takes my calls promptly. Gets quotes same day. He patiently explains (sometimes more than once) insurance coverages and Insurance terminology. Securing insurance Has been a daunting task in the past. This is no longer the case working with Mr. Garcia. I hope he always stays in insurance.

2022-02-16I contacted Heritage when my business insurance increased substantially to see if they could Insure my business for less than my previous insurance company. I have been with that company 15 years and never filed a claim. Still my premium almost doubled in the last two years.I reached out to Audrey Mora and within the day she had me insured for the same as I had been paying previously. I am a very satisfied customer.
