Heart of Gold Medical transport has been heaven sent! I run a local non-profit and was having a difficult time with reliable and safe transportation for our cancer patients. To the rescue was Heart of Gold! The name truly reflects the owners Megan and Caleb! These guys have provided the most reliable , safe and.truly caring transportation for our clients since 2021! You guys are AMAZING! Thank you for all you do for WAYS and the community!

My mom had to have surgery and I was not able to take her. After some research, I found Heart of Gold. Their name says it all. From the moment they answered my call, they’ve been friendly and professional. My mom’s experience was so great, I will use no one else. I highly recommend these guys and thank them for their help.

Everything about our experience was top notch, from booking to pick up and departure. The owner, Megan, was professional and kind. Our driver, Melissa, was such a delight and made this experience so easy and pain free for my disabled mother. We will definitely utilize this service again and again!

Heart of Gold is the perfect name that describes the team that works for this company. When scheduling a ride for my grandmother. I had a pleasure of speaking with a very sweet person name Jordyn. She had such a sweet and genuine voice that made me want to try them out. I was communicated when driver was on there way to pick up my grandmother which was very nice to get a heads up. The driver was Diego he was awesome. Very professional and outgoing. I felt comfortable and knew my grandmother was in good hands. After my grandmother returned back home after her appointment. She told me how pleasant her experience was. So I am glad to say Heart of Gold will have my business for future transportation for my loved ones. Thank you for what you guys do.

Trying to get medical help and transportation for my 92 year old mother has been difficult because of the virus. I was trying to get her to the hospital because her hip might of been broken. I called 911 and they didnt want to take her to the ER even though we had a room waiting for us. I was turned down by several private transportation companies. They were not willing to take her.for an xray. Megan at Heart of Gold was great. Even though we could not use them because my mother could not sit in a wheelchair Megan found me the best place that did transport her on a gurney. They provide great customer service and had a genuine concern about my problem.

We hired Heart of Gold to pick up future residents from one community and dropped them off at ours for a tour. I wanted to just express how wonderful the service was, from the punctual timing to how genuine and kind the driver Diego was, we were very impressed with the service!

I have used this service for years and they have always provided great service. Recently, they transported my 90 year-old father home from the hospital after he was discharged. The hospital did a poor job of loading him into his wheelchair and he started sliding out of it during the drive home. Driver Peter brought it my attention immediately and, in the process of trying to remove my father, he slid all of the way out of the wheelchair. Peter was very respectful and careful and assisted us with getting my father up off of the floor and back into the wheelchair. His service went the extra mile and that is just another example of the fine work ethic of this company. I cant recommend them enough.
