Nice movie theater, comfortable seats, freshly made popcorn, varied other snacks and treats, but... there was an extremely noisy child, running around, screaming, and speaking loudly throughout the entire movie. I was unlucky enough to be seating one seat away from them, off course I had to change seat, since the noise was unbearable. What considerate and reasonable person brings a child to a 9:40pm showing of Spider man? These people were rude, uncultured, inconsiderate and their child lacked manners.I visited Harkins on 2/27/2022.
Very clean, and nicely air conditioned. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went to see Downton Abbey NE. Seats comfy wish there was a little fold down table but did not affect our experience.
Love this theater. The seating is stadium and there is a lot of space where the legs are so that people can pass without touching anyone else. It is also very clean, but the halls get littered with trash from overflowing trashcans late at night. They also rent theaters out for special events and gaming. Going there is expensive, but worth it for certain movies.
Its been over two years since I have visited the theatres. I am so happy I came out with my friends to watch TOP GUN 2!! Great recliner chairs and very clean.
I am one who likes a more simple movie theater like the old Redlands Cinema. Or the Fox Cineplex in Beaumont. Me and my husband dont drink so the alcoholic drinks you can order is not a perk to us. We just see it as a price raise. The best part about the theatre is the chairs. The chairs recline all the way back and you can lift the arm rest if you want to be close to your husband or wife.
Nice clean movie theater. Concession stand has good choices, and everything is fresh. It has comfortable reclining seating with plenty of room to move.
My favorite move theater to come to, clean, great prices, excellent food. Some of the employees smile and are nice.. others not so good but the managers are nice as well.
Fantastic new state of the art theater.Very clean modern with lots of tech and VIP experience. Alcohol and gourmet options.Best theater seats I have ever used. Bigger more comfortable electric recliners. Large open areas and walkways.Clean modern well it rest rooms. I simply cant say enough about this place as it was a great movie experience.
Never can go wrong with Harkins, always clean and nice seats they have even if you sit on the 3rd row the screen looks great , definitely recommend this place especially because many other stores near it can grab a bite to eat or just walk around after the movie ends to look around.
Love friendly staff and really really love the reclining awesome seats, making me feel like a movie star. No kicking feet behind me and sure can enjoy the movies!!!

I do enjoy that they have recliners but if you are in the back row it seems like the screen isnt big enough. This theater is reserved seating so make sure to buy your tickets early if you are going with a group of people. The concession stand has a good selection on snacks. The theater is clean and modern and it looks nice.
Went to see the new jurassic world moive here and Ill have to say the moive theater is quite clean and relaxing to be in, however I have to say its not the best to go see a moive at. The seats are nice and recline but the food and drinks are quite stale and very over price, still if you love picking your seat and kicking back this the place to go
Location is always decent to watch movies at . Wish they offered some of the premium viewings like “cine 1 “ in the morning. Besides that everything is clean and lines for concessions are minimal.
Best movie theatre in town. They allow Starbucks (coffee and tea) where most others do not.Note: Be aware that access to internet is very poor in this part of town.
I love this place. This theater is clean, comfortable ( especially the seating), and not too crowded. There is a bar for adults to enjoy while you wait for your movie. Also if you want to go on a date but have no babysitting, they have an on site daycare. Would definitely recommend.
This Harkins location is perfectly placed among shops and restaurants all around, also to the right just across the street you can enjoy either a beautiful day sitting by the flowing pond or a slightly breezy night sitting around a fire, makes this the perfect place either before or after watching a movie in luxurious reclining seats.We walked up to no waiting at the box office and greeted with a friendly smile by a very polite employee.Off to each side of the box office outside are kiosk to purchase tickets if you would rather avoid a line or just prefer to purchase your ticket without any hassle!As you walk in on the right side of the box office there is a handicap door button for automatic door, very helpful!Inside following around to the Guest services desk which had a manager who greeted us with a very friendly hello. On each side you will also find kiosk ticket purchase points with an ATM on the right side of Guest services. Turning around from Guest services you are greeted by a door person who takes your tickets and directs you to which side your seats are on.To the right is a Play center and to the left is a bar with beer and wine!Walking forward is the nicely lit and stocked snack bar with hot dogs, pizza, mini corndogs, popcorn chicken, freshly popped popcorn, oreo churros, several options of ice creams, wide array of candy selections, plenty of different beverage choices! The employee was very polite, asked if we would like to purchase a loyalty cup, great deal on the $1.50 refills.Love the free seasoning toppings for the popcorn as other places charge!Looking around, this Theater is kept very clean. Didnt see one single piece of popcorn on the ground!The seats are super comfy and relaxing!The restrooms (womens) was very clean, however each time I visted, even with the cleanliness, they smelled, just need better air freshing, hard to fault the theater for that!Outside to right of the theater is 11 handicap spots, and plenty of parking to fill the theater! Nicely lit at night also!Overall I highly recommend to give this theater a try, and definitely try Cine1, which will blow you away and worth every penny!Will return often!

Love coming to Harkins. Theater is roomy and comfortable. They always have plenty of attendants at the concessions and everything is clean.
A great theater with luxury seats in theater 1. I did find the vibrating seats a bit distracting. It is supposed to enhance the movie experience, especially for intense scenes. But I feel it is unnecessary. So, if you dont want that sort of distraction, see your movie in one of the other theaters if available. Overall, its a very nice Harkins.

Would go back. Cashier at concession stand rude. Asked for jalapenos she said they didnt have any but I saw an employer preparing some in containers. I asked for the manager the she went to get me sum.i purchased candy ,opened the candy ate 3 piece n determine the candy was stale,after my movie was over I addressed this matter with the lead supervisor he was rude and judge me cause of my color. Said they arent expired I then said they are hard and I almost broke a tooth. Then I went to the head manger she said she was sorry that all happier n asked would I like cash back or put mon y back in my credit card.

Nice theater, large seats, bar is okay. Mimosas are not that great. Lines at the snack bar can be long, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time before your movie starts if you want to buy popcorn and drinks..Even though they offer prepurchased seating, if you go the the Kiosk outside by the box office and try to enter your Harkins rewards, it does not work. Youll have to go inside and visit guest services.

Update 4/5/22 I appreciate the cleanliness that I experience when I go here.*EDIT 7/27/21 Received an explanation regarding the seat-selling. Thank you! Well visit again.We had a large group of 12 people and bought seats ahead of time in one row, but the theatre only let us choose seats that were spaced apart. When we arrived to see the movie, we discovered that they had sold the seats between us to other people. I think that was ridiculous for us and the strangers that were seated between our family. When a block of seats are bought at the same time, let them sit together. Other than that, the service was good.
The place was clean, customer service nice ordered popcorn, loyalty drink and nachos. Movie was great, the nachos, however, were not fresh and the cheese wasn’t warm. I would have exchanged them but with a special needs child we weren’t leaving til the movie was finished. I will go back…update!! The manager called me shortly after and sent a courtesy movie ticket. Excellent customer follow up and service thanks harkens
Pretty nice place. Harkins gives AMC a run for its money.Price wasnt bad either when compared to AMC.Good seats, clean place, plenty of room for a 16 theratre place. Plenty of parking behind the theatre.
Best place to get into your movie.. reclining chairs, alcoholic beverages... bring a blanket and your set! Love that you get to pick where you wanna sit so some lame isnt holding spots for 20 people before the movie starts. Much more fair this way plus your guaranteed a good seat, so you get what you pay for. 👍🏻

The theater is amazing and enjoy watching movies here. BUT, the concession staff are super slow and they force people to wait in line just for a popcorn refill which is 1-FREE refill for the XL bag. Waist of time waiting in line, instead of getting helped at the pick-up line to allow customers to return to continue watching the movie…..
The last time I was in a movie theater was about 45 years ago. Much different than then and very nice. So much more comfortable.

This is the best theater around. Big cozy reclining seats (Plenty big in fact cuz Im a big guy and theres more than enough room for me) They have all the latest movies and specials on classic movies every Tuesday at 7:00 for $5. They have all of you desired goodies in the concession areas, and heres a little something for the grown ups...they have a bar so you can enjoy a beer, glass of wine etc while you watch your movie. This theater is hands down the only choice in a 30 mile radius.
This is our go to place to relax and watch movies with family and friends! There’s a guy named Joe that greets you when you come in and he’s amazing! He never fails to greet us with a funny pun from the movie we are about to watch. Great times and great movies in an amazing place.

The best movie experience in Redlands. Reserved seating, great selection of popcorn and treats. There is even a bar. The restrooms are clean and close to the theaters. The small take away is the handicap accessible parking. It is located at the sides of the theater and it is a long trek to the main entrance. If you decide to exit the theater at the doors that are closest to the handicap parking, the ramp takes you back to the front of the theater.
Love it here! More space, lounge chair, even has a bar & kid care center.

Great experience in side was clean only issue was the rush and the concession stand not enough front help which made my son and I late 30mins! To see the new SPIDER-MAN movie. Other than that it was swell.

Good as always since they’ve opened, everything is operational and back since Covid lockdown ended. Food is still good and prices are reasonable but in my opinion I don’t like the nacho cheese taste like pickle. Lastly the theater has lounge chairs and are very comfortable.
Masking precautions are not respected. Many moviegoers are seen without masks on throughout entire Spiderman movie. Many of whom did not have any food or drinks, and still did not mask. The staff do not actively remind moviegoers of masking precautions. This theater may not be taking the necessary precautions to keep its customers safe from COVID.
I resisted Harkins for years because of what it represented but…Harkins is a very nice experience…the theater seats, the concession stand menu, the bathrooms. Everything is clean and it’s a really nice place to see a movie with friends or on a date. My son and I had a blast seeing the latest superhero matinee show. We’ll be back 🥴😎
If you have the choice to be in their Cine1 theaters, I would highly reccomend doing so! The seats are super comfy black leather wide recliners. Their cleaning staff is quick and they have a high amount on staff to support.

I love being able to reserve your seat and having plenty of room. The popcorn is good and they have a good variety of snacks with some quasi food thrown in.
Able to order tickets ahead of time if wished. Decided to purchase when got there instead. Able to choose seating for 3 people (1 childs and 2 adult tickets). Theatre is allowing drinking and eating of foods from the concession stand in your seats. We enjoyed Godzilla vs Kong and were almost the only ones in the theatre! Great time. Manager was great about making sure we could sit together in the theatre since seating was being sold 2 at a time or single seat sale.

Today, June 5, 2021, was my first time at this theater.Staff, bathrooms, recliners, were excellent. Even the large pretzel was the best I have ever tasted. Only one small ding, was the chips that came with the nachos were very stale. Other than that, perfect place. Will go there again. Next time I will hit up the bar for a wine or beer
Great experience and good prices. Theater 1 with the big screen has great potential, but the sound was horrible. The audio was delayed and it sounded like you are in an open stadium with twenty thousand people. Completly takes you out of the moment while youre watching a quiet, intimate scene. Blew my experience for sure. Someone should fix the issue.

Great place to watch movies. Saw both Starwars and Ford Versus Ferrari in the Ciné 1 theatre, which is the largest theatre within Harkins itself. Nearly seems like a premiere event, no matter what movie you see in that particular theatre. The other standard screens are just as suitable. Ordering online and scanning your phone helps with skipping the line.
This place has always been our go-to place for movie nights ever since way before the pandemic. Good to see that theyre back in business and were allowed to be in theaters again. Watched a movie in Cine 1 and its a huge theater with plenty of seats. The lounger chairs were super comfy especially for those long movies that can surpass a couple of hours. You can buy their tasty popcorn or even nacho chips that were big fans of and a loyalty cup for sodas. The best part is that its pretty close by to our home and it only takes 10 mins to drive here.

Popcorn great - seats great - sound system great - but soft drink lids keep popping off that I got drench with soft drink on my lap , they gave me my refund for that problem .

Absolutely excellent, the employees are so polite, smiling from ear to ear just made my day. So full of life and the food is really good. Especially the pizza, mozzarella sticks and cheeseburgers. We brought the popcorn bundle and even took home a really big bag of popcorn. I had a absolutely great time and our family will definitely return very soon

Love the theater but not a fan of some of their changes. First I understand they have to make profit still but why are the movie prices still the same when you can easily see from home. Second the large and extra large popcorn no longer get refills WTH they should at least let you know before you buy. Lastly there’s no seasoning offered rather you have to buy it now. Not sure I will return to this location again.

Just so people know....there are no more refills on the popcorn at all...the sodas have no refills either.....but the price is as high as before $9 and $8.... They make u buy the loyalty cup. And if u want a refill it will cost you $2 every time u refill. The cup looks like a 32 ounce cup...which they fill up with ice before they put the soda in.... So if u got a family of 6 and like refills be ready to spend $80 to $100+ on snacks...
Freezing and also for the Cine 1 to miss the first 4 minutes of the movie because they didn’t operate the curtains right was a disappointment but I love Harkins theater’s value by comparison to the other film houses. 5th star only held back for the aforementioned miscues on our most recent trip

Clean theatres and restrooms. My only complaint is that theres no spacing between parties. I dont know about others, but Im not particularly fond of sharing my armrest with a stranger whos coughing and chatting it up with their neighbor. Other than that, the experience was OK.

Clean theater with recliner seating. Seats seemed to lack ability to raise the armrest, so if its date night, then be prepared for the recliner to enforce the 3 foot rule. Aside from that lack of flexibility a polished but standard movie experience.
I have only been in the Cine 1 theater and I must say, it is great. I would highly recommend anyone to watch a movie here.
One of the best theaters I been to.
The attendant is always pleasant and hilarious with his puns. The downside about this theatre is the food service. Theyre literally so understaffed that it takes 3 times longer than the quoted times for something as simple as churros.
Saw Mortal Kombat in Cine 1. Huge screen, comfortable reclining seats. Staff at concessions counter was very pleasant. The older gentleman checking tickets was awesome. Cracked jokes with patrons as he let them in. He has a warm and friendly smile. Great night out with the family.

Very nice. In my opinion, way better than A.M.C , Edwards, or Cinemark. Mainly based on visual observation of how fancy its made to look on the inside during your visit. The difference slaps you in the face.

Best theater in town! This is a very clean and well designed movie theater. The seating is the best around, all the seats recline and have support for the legs. The theaters all have stadium seating. Not the cheapest movie ticket in town, but its very clean and you dont have to worry too much about the seating infecting you with who knows what. The parking is usually adequate, though on some weekends it can get pretty tight. On Friday night, or Saturday night you might like to arrive a little early. Great theater, I would definitely recommend, and will be returning.
At the time of attending the show it was not crowded and lines were quick.
Its the best cinema around where I live, it is also the priciest but its worth it for the quality of the viewing experience.The recliners are great, concessions are also pricey and the largest popcorn size is basically a medium in the other cinema chain nearby.

First time using their version of what they call an IMAX theater one. I also took the opportunity to get a drink at the bar... Which I found to be a touch water down in comparisons to other local establishments in the Redlands area. And that saying something. If youre going to charge me so much for a drink, Long Island iced tea, then make sure its either exceptionally good and never water down lol this is the only reason why I gave it four stars Great sound, great picture, doctor strange too so I thought it was a great flick The only caveat Ill give here is that I was one of six people in this huge theater. Maybe the acoustics were excellent without bouncing off of so many bodies lol👌✊
This theatre does a nice job keeping things clean and ready for viewers. At times, the concessions can be a bit slow. Very easy website to use to get tickets and check in.
We love this movie theater my kids enjoy it very much.. the only thing that totally upset me is the popcorn 🍿 if you dont get it freshly popped it taste old . Other movie theaters popcorn is much better. Its totally aggravating

The seats were nice and comfy but I was concerned that the sani-policy was over looked the day I was there. The floor was so very sticky that my shoe stuck to it and almost came off my foot. The arm rest was also a bit sticky.

Very relaxing environment to watch a movie, can have a alcohol drink while watching a movie good snacks. One of the best is white Castle hamburgers .
The theater is like most any other, having to order tickets, reserve seats and the usual snacks. A clean area, with a bar and multiple various food. Prices are a little lower than the usual higher theaters, however I did have a blast seeing Kong vs gorilla. Looking forward to returning again.
Why would you go any place else???? Get a refillable cup and popcorn perks and you will be going to the movies without busting the bank account! Don’t forget to sign up for rewards and cash in for money off! You will never go back to those over priced theatres again!!

This theater may be one of the best that I have been to because it was clean, the service was fantastic, the inside of the theater was spacious, and the seats were very comfortable. We sat to the far left of the row, but the viewing angle was still very good and the screen size made it feel like we were right in the middle. The only comment I would make is that it would be nice if the seats had trays like I have seen in other theaters. Otherwise, this is a great place to watch a movie and you get your moneys worth.
Very Nice! The online ticketing system let you pick your seats, so Handicapped seating wasnt taken by those Not handicapped. Concession stand was Quick and Efficient. Theater was cleaned by a 5 or 6 person crew, and it was Fantastic! Reclining power chairs were Very Comfortable. It was Nice having my Legs up to watch a movie.Final Assessment: I will Definitely be Going Back!! 👍👍

Modern, huge theater and great location. They even have a day care area for the kids. Bathroom is very clean. Seats are comfortable and food was good. Its a little bit pricey though compared to the other theater in town. Movie ticketswill cost you like $10-$12 depending on the movie that you are watching and the time also. It is also located in a shopping center where you can find some fast foods, clothing stores, etc.
We enjoy everything about Harkins. There are three of us, my boyfriend and myself and our retired, disabled naval friend who is also a movie lover, like the 2 of us. We love being able to reserve the group area special large recliner seats which are located in the middle of the theater.Two or three are grouped together and theres also an empty area to place your wheel chair, if necessary. Really miss going to movies! I hope they open soon.Linda

Fab theater with beautiful reclining seats. They also have childcare for children ages 3-8 for $10 which is great for date nights!Been coming here for about a year and have never had any issues. The food and snack selection is extensive and there is a full bar as well (did I mention date nights?).Most theaters are hit and miss for me as I have bad luck with loud talking movie goers. Ill keep coming here just to be safe 😉.

The seats are very comfortable and recline, button busy with too many people. Twice so far we tried to purchase tickets on the fly with no luck. Parking can be a challenge. If you like crowds and purchasing your tickets a head of time ,you will love this place. The staff is friendly and helpful, and place is well maintained. They do have special viewings at cheaper prices of older movies or hard to find movies. I dont mind going on a special occasion once in a while.

This theater has some nice editions. Bar beer and wine. Food. My burger was good but the fries tasted not that great. Theater overall was nice however both chairs we sat on were torn. But still a nice theater. Staff is friendly and thats what really counts
The picture and sound of movies are always on point. The concession lines are always fast hardly no wait. And food is delicious. Cleanliness of theater and lobby all the time. Friendliness of staff every visit. Basically I have no complaints. Recommend to anyone who wants a great date night. Play center for parents is very useful and kids love it.
I really enjoy my experience at this theater. Ive been going to this one since it opened and it had become my preferred location. The theater always looks clean and I havent had any video or audio issues. The overall quality of the audio in particular seems to be better than other places Ive been. They always seem to have appropriate staffing in the snack bar as well, as waits are usually not too long.
I like this cinema at Redlands. Like Rialto Cinemark cinema, they also have seats similar like the Cinemark cinema which uses the switch button to lay on the seat. Their employees would also sanitized restrooms, seats, tables, auditoriums and food stand. And also, this cinema has great movies. You could also bring your family and friends.
We love this theater. They need to ease up on the popcorn salt but the theater itself is beautiful and the staff is always friendly.
Love this theater, especially the CINE1 theater. The sound system is outstanding! My son and love to sit at the very top to get the full effect of the sound. Definitely a great experience!

My family and I love this theater! Truly the best! Leather recliner seats. Sounds is like no other theater I have experience. Theres even a bar!! Yeah baby! Lol. There snack bar is like no other theater...it good, the best pretzels! All there food is fresh and delicious 😋
Its always nice to get out and go to Harkins to see a movie. Only this time we picked the wrong movie. The Pig was a terrible movie. But it was nice to get out have a drink , some nachos and sit back and relax.
Went there to watch quiet place 2 and teens were there movie hopping only reason i know is because everyone kept telling them to move because they were in other peoples assigned seats which is bad service i get it we all go through that stage but movies arent expensive and thats not fair to others who only pay for one movie. They need more security this is why i chose amc in ontario over this

Probably the best theater experience Ive ever had. The seating was extremely comfortable and set up to provide lots of space. The food and drinks were good and the staff very friendly. Plus, this location has the added novelty and benefit of a bar inside. Beer + movies = good stuff.

Great new theater. The assigned seating (your choice btw) is very interesting because it can be a good thing but it can also be a bad thing. However with my experiences, its been good. The reclining seats are very comfortable and clean. The popcorn is good and there is even a condiments area if you would like more butter and stuff. Definitely recommend checking this theater out!

This is my absolute favorite theater to go to. The staff are all very friendly, the theater rooms are very comfortable and clean. There are a lot of good options at the snack bar with a full bar. There is also a day care for children age 3+ (if potty trained). It is about $9.
About as good as novie going gets without just throwing away cash. Great food selection. Love the comfortable reclining seats! Love the retro movie Tuesdays. They have some awesome loyalty rewards too! Pretty clean too.
The stadium seating is wonderful with the reclining seats. But the $$ at the snack bar are OUTRAGEOUS!! They charge way, way too much for EVERYTHING!! I mean, $5.00 for a $1.00 bottle of water?? Really?? We got 1 fountain drink and 1 large popcorn and it was over $20.00!! They really need to lower the $$ at the snack bar; Im glad we dont have children to take with us as we wouldnt be able to afford it! We only can afford to go 1 or 2 times a year because of prices like these!!

Awesome theater.. seating is amazing with reclining seats and plenty of leg room. Not to mention the option to buy an adult beverage before the movie. Only reason a 4 star is because like many other theaters parking is a bust.. so recommend that you buy seats online if your like me and tend to be a little behind often.
Absolutely fantastic theater. The prices are extremely reasonable and it has a great atmosphere. All the seats are recliners wich allow you to really relax and enjoy the movie. Its also extremely roomy. You can recline and still have room for people trying to get through. The overall movie watching experience is awesome. The picture and sound are really great.

I love this theater. This theater has recline chairs theyre very comfortable, bathrooms are very clean, they even have flavored popcorn seasoning. And theyre water cups are not tiny they come in a good size cup with a top. For those who dont drink soda like myself.
Heard great things, so decided to try it and we loved it! The lobby is very classy. The powered reclining leather seats are amazing. The reserved seating is a added bonus! I ordered our tickets on my phone and it worked great. The app sent me a text with a QR code. We went straight inside, the clerk scanned the code and directed us to the theater. Super easy! For a long while there was only one theater to go to in Redlands, so once Harkins opened I was very eager to see how it would be. I was completely blown away! First, how great is it that you get to pick your seats ahead of time? No more camping for hours to see midnight premieres, only to go into the theater exhausted from the long wait.The seats are incredibly comfortable and provide you with a lot of space - they recline, you dont have to worry about people putting their feet up on the back of it or bumping it when they get up. The aisles are big so you dont have to shimmy past everyone or stand up for people to pass.Best of all, they dont tolerate cellphones or obnoxious movie-goers. Theres even a daycare center for people to drop their kids off at (why doesnt every theater have that? Seriously amazing).Just last week we decided to try their Cine1 Theater - WOW. Completely worth the extra amount! The sound, the screen, the atmosphere - this is what going to the theater to see a movie should feel like.
The best movie theater in the Inland Empire. The place is modern and clean with a staff that in my experience is quite friendly. The Cine 1 theater holds one of the largest screens in the state. Seating is stadium-style, with all seats able to recline. The place is a bit on the expensive side but for us, the quality experience is very much worth the money.
Went alone for Avengers Endgame. Thats the nice part with being a party of one and being able to reserve seats online-- bought tickets last minute and still got a seat right in the middle. Handy online ticketing overall and easy entrance with mobile tickets. When the wife and kids do come they have babysitting... once we get all the kids potty trained. Parking can be a bit iffy but everything else about the place is pretty great. Good times.

I have never had a bad experience with the Harkins Theater. The chairs are the most comfortable chairs Ive sat in at a movie theater. AMC just got new chairs in Ontario that try to rival these ones but they are not nearly as comfortable as these ones. Theyre really nice when you come with your significant other and a blanket and you can cuddle and watch very comfortably. The screens are all very large and the video quality is great. I love that I can buy the loyalty cup and fill it up all year for $1.50 and with my student I.D. That makes this the cheapest theater for me to visit! They have a great bar that serves my favorite beer, Hangar 24 Orange Wheat. As well as a day care for the kids. 10/10 in my books. Definitely make sure you visit the Harkins.
Recliner Chairs. Check. Large popcorn. Check. Great quality audio. Check. It is the best place to go with some friends and watch all new movies. Customer service is very good and will treat you like if you own the place. Do you want to watch R-rated movie but you do not have babysitter? It is fine. Just bring them along and they have a child care. They will take care of your children. You could also enjoy yourself at their bar and drink as much as you want. I hope you enjoy your stay.
Very nice new and clean theatre. There are a variety of concessions to choose from, including small meals such as hamburgers or chicken nuggets. The theatres are great, all reserved seating so it is best to buy tickets ahead as to get your desired seat. I reccommrnd setting a movie in theatre 1 quite an impressive setup!
I love the movies and this place makes it easy to enjoy watching movies. Other than some problems with the seats hurting my bottom I had a wonderful experience.Movie Grill used to be a great place to go but now it seems that its lost its luster. Surprisingly, not surprisingly, people dont want attendants walking in front of them while they watch a movie.

We recently saw the film Alpha. I wish it had been in 3D but thats the way it goes. Loved the late movie times and the reclining seats. The snacks as always were overpriced but we usually dont purchase them. The senior discount is great for our extended family as well. Lastly, the people working there were all delightful considering it was a lightly staffed movie house for to the 10pm movie starting times. A great experience. 😊

Best theatre in Redlands, seats are big and comfortable, aisles are more than wide enough to walk down the row (even when people have their feet up). Price for a new movie was reasonable enough, they also have $5 throw-back movies on certain nights. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, big smiles on those that were working.
I like the location, well situation amongst shopping and dining. The theater is clean and staff is friendly. The only complaint I have is the volume. The sound is turned up to a painful level. I have spoken with the manager on several occasions but I think this is a business practice since it hasn’t been addressed. I do think they need to perform a decibel check, especially when showing a children’s film. I don’t take my family here any more because of it, it’s a shame.
They are awesome. However, the prices at the concession is way over priced. Candy medium soda and popcorn was 19.00 and some change. I can go to a nice dinner for that but love the theater. They are really organized. Since they opened I dont have any intrest in going to another theater.
The theater is beautiful. But I like the seats at the Studio Grill theater better the have trays for your snacks which helps a lot. The only complaint I have is the cost of the drinks and the popcorn I got a medium popcorn and a medium drink and it was $13.25 plus the entry into the movies. thats more then it cost to see the movie. I and all the other people should not have to pay for the building. This time it cost me $23.25 for a 2 hour movie.
The popcorn is great the service is done with a smile. Its a bit pricey but the reclining seats are quite comfortable. The shopping plaza where this theater is located is always busy I would recommend arriving early to get a good parking spot. Also I recommend ordering your tickets online as they do have reserved seats.
This is my favorite movie theater by far. They have the most comfortable seats that recline with plenty of leg room for even the tallest of people. I also love there assigned seating, you never have to worry about finding a seat for you and your group to sit together.

Reserving your seat is the best of all..no more hoping you find a good seat..The only Con and reason why I didnt give it 5 stars is the Bar at the entrance that killed it for me..theres no need for a bar at a family establishment. All them drinkers and alcoholics are more than welcomed to go to a bar before or after the movie, my kids or any other for the matter dont need to see adults drinking in plain view..if anything bad location for the bar..they should have hid it from plain view other than that Im very happy with the theater..did I mention I love the seats..OMG very comfy and spacious..A+++ on that for sure..

I love this theater! I appreciate the ability to choose my seats before going to the theater. I also like the recliners and the cleanliness of the theater. If you go often, make sure you sign up for the Harkins Awards so you can get a discount after spending a certain dollar amount.
Great theater complex!I have not been in a theater that wasnt great yet and have been going to this theater for about 2 years now.The food selection is one of the broadest I have seen for a movie theater, offering a wide selection for your movie munchies.There is a bar here as well, if you want to get a convenient drink before or ater a show.While not insanely priced, it isnt cheap either. Hence the 4/5 stars.
Im only giving a four star because it was really pricey. Apart from that.... What an experience. Reclining seats with foot rests. Not a bad seat in the house. Great screens and great sound. They even have a child care area inside. Definitely a place to go for a good movie experience. I also have to mention... You pick out your seats in advance, so assigned seating is what this place is about. I recommend getting tickets early in order to keep your party together.

Awesome place to watch movies. Reclining seats, big screens and great sound. Beer and wine bar and a wide variety of food items. Make sure to become a rewards member and if you go to the movies a lot, get the popcorn perks and the refillable drink cups.
Other than the parking being awful this is a nice movie theater. Even while sitting in your seat reclined, the rows in front of you are deep enough that the late guy with his extra large popcorns, 2 sodas, his wifes purse and poor balance can get to his seat without disturbing anyone. The $1.50 loyalty cup refill is definitely a plus. I have always had wonderful experiences with this movie theater!
LOVE this theater. Reminds me of the high end theaters in Chicago. Honestly could fit 2 people in one seat. Now what this theater needs is D-box seats. Then they would have it all! Best theater around to watch your favorite movies! You won’t regret it.

The theater is always clean and the staff are friendly. The only complain is the slow service at the concession counter. Thats not their fault though, even when fully staffed it slows down because people get to the counter and debate about what to get. The best part is the bar inside where you can choose from a limited selection of alcoholic beverages that you can take into the movie. If youre looking for a great cinematic experience that isnt expensive, Id definitely recommend Cine1 (its a a huge 70+ screen) over IMAX for sure. The reclining chairs also make for extra wide aisles and a more comfortable place to park your butt for 2 hours.
Big and pretty new theatre. Very nice all over with good sound and acoustics. Spacious luxuries seating with reclining leather chairs and also good picture quality. Only negative is the parking is Horrible I would recommend coming @ least 10 minutes early.

This is the best place around to go to the theaters. Through their app, you can buy your tickets and reserve your seats. This takes the wait time and lines out of movie-going. We are able to see how full a movie is before going, and no more fighting for good seats once they open the doors, or showing up early to reserve the best. All of the theater chairs recline with leg supports, so no more worrying about a kid kicking your chair. Theres a wide variety of food at the snack bar, and there is even a bar for those over 21. Theres a kids center, which I believe shows kids movies and such while parents see something else. As a bonus, near the theater are various eateries that are quite convenient.
Best theater around! Seats are oversized with electronic lazyboy style seats. They have a bar in the lobby to grab an adult beverage with friends or family prior to the show or after sometimes to talk about the movie. You can choose seat assignments online or in person when buying tickets to make sure you get your preferred seat choice. Great location near shops and dining. AC works very well and appreciated in the summer

2022-03-29Harkins Theaters have always been my number one go to place to watch movies. The seats are fantastic with the option to completely recline without bothering anybody behind you. Viewing angles are fantastic and the decoration is amazing. Clean theater and the staff are fantastic. They are in my opinion easily number one so far in movie chains to watch a movie.

2022-01-02$10 matinee tickets for reclining seats that last any day before 6 PM?!?Absolutely unheard of where I am from. Ive been to other Harkins before, so this is INSANE. You CANNOT beat that price.We went to watch Dune here and it was a great experience!They scanned our ticket QR codes and at the side theres napkins, a butter station, and other condiments. Before and after the movies, the bathrooms were very clean. After the movie, they had a separate trash can outside the exit, very smart idea so that the regular trash cans arent filled to the brim!For the theater itself, they have new smooth leather chairs that lounge and recline all the way back. The theater had 30-ish seats, so its a small theater, but everything is spaced so well that even if someone reclined almost all the way, they dont have to sit back up so people can shuffle by.Great audio quality where some scenes would shake the theater and crisp, beautiful resolution on the screens.I would 100% come back here!Just crossing my fingers that theyll show limited time anime movies such as GKIDS Ghibli fest and anime premieres (thats NOT My Hero), one of these days !

2021-10-02I took my family, my brother and his kids to see the venom movie. We had a blast, I upgraded to the cine1 screen and it was well worth it. For only three more dollars per person we had recliner seats a way bigger screen amazing sound and spacious and seats and isles between rows. When it comes to the restroom the mens was clean and well stocked. The whole place was not crowded at all even though there was a lot of people the place is big enough that social distancing is fairly easy. Popcorn was delicious not complains and I also noticed they sell beer, I did not try any myself but I thought that was cool.

2022-07-15Good experience at Harkins Theater. Seats are comfy and the ability to choose your Seats online is a plus. A movie theater snack bar is a available and can be a bit pricey. They do have a bar but I didnt have any alcohol so I cant comment on service. Restrooms were kept clean and so was the theater.

2022-03-22Harkins... whats not to like about them is the real question? Ticket prices are affordable, concessions are the same price as any other theatre, however where they exceed is the actual movie watching experience. There has not been a single time Ive come here and had anything short of an amazing comfortable experience. They use a Dolby atmos system, which sounds and looks amazing, as well as fully reclining seats that are way too comfortable to settle for anything less. Overall theyre amazing, and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!
