Nice, comfortable stay. This hotel is located in a business district so its away from lots of pedestrian foot traffic. The room was clean for the most part, which is one of the most important things for me. But, the floor had small pieces of trash here and there that indicated to me a very speedy cleaning job by hotel staff and makes the room feel not as nice or clean. But, overall, the room was nice and everything else was fine.
My room was not cleaned on a 5 night stay. The chair was slanting left which made it uncomfortable to work. The alarm clocks were not set back to normal time. The breakfast is just OK and was not open on time one morning. I got emailed hh points for 4 nights when I stayed for 5 nights. The coffee at the lobby is not regularly replenished. The noise from the nearby airport is pretty bad. My company booked me again a different Hilton for another 5 days next week. I am not expecting a decent stay.
My Wife and I recently had our wedding on Thursday 9/2. We worked directly with Sandy who is ABSOLUTELY amazing to create a party block for ourselves and some of our guests! Her communication and turn around time is impeccable. Working with Sandy feels like you’ve known her for years and the reassurance she provides is exactly what we needed while planning our wedding. She not only was great with us but with all of our guests as well. Sandy made sure our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was smooth and easy. Not to mention the wonderful front staff who made sure all our guests were taken care of. Breakfast was perfect ! Our stay at the Hampton was incredible and if you plan on getting married or need a party block for any occasion, REACH OUT TO SANDY ! Her and the team at Hampton Inn are number 1 when it comes to customer service!
Staff is way cool, professional and easy going. Would be nice if staff knew the area more.Updating review as this place has changed. Staff working around 3pm shift are not customer service friendly no eye contact acknowledgement just glued to the computer screen saying hi in a monotonous tone. I dont think they will sell rooms to you if you are a minority or a person of color. Unless you are dressed to the nines, you will get vip treatment but get rid of the snobs working your front desk even if he or she is a manager on duty. Even the well off folks stay humble but I came to this location because of the great service received before. Now its just rudeness and burnt out being employed at the counter
They never cleaned the room in the 6 days I was there I called and they told me they only clean on the fifth day and it still wasnt done I had to call for them to come get the trash and bring me towels. One night I went to pickup my former and I got back to the room and my keys didnt work smh will not be staying here anymore.
Overall disinterested staff with little to no communication skills. Poor response to guest requests and severely overpriced considering the facility and service.Smoke alarm went off at 3:47am causing the evacuation of the entire hotel. Staff seemed very incompetent in handling the situation. Im scared to think of how they would have responded to a real fire and not someone smoking cannabis in their room. Our room was never cleaned over the course of our stay. The remote to the TV was missing and we had to call the front desk multiple times for a replacement. Staff were not available (MIA at the front desk and no answer over the phone) for simple requests. Was given a grab and go breakfast with yogurt that was already opened and half eaten. Horrible overall experience.
We stayed here to be close to the Oakland airport for a morning flight. The room was very clean and stocked with all the amenities we needed. The building was well insulated to keep down noise from the airport which is very close. They provided a carryout breakfast, which none of the other hotels we stayed in were doing. I will definitely stay here again if back in the area.
Older style furnishings. Small HD TVs. Has a hotel wine & spirits bar, but it closes too early and they didnt have ciders, or seltzers for purchase; only beers, wine and mixed drinks.Accessibility rooms could use some thought and retooling but over all, it was a nice place to stay.Probably overdue for a remodel, but for some reason, its almost always completely booked.
The room is no better than a $50 motel. No microwave, no fridge. and broken phone like picked from garbage. Keys on the phone were missing. I had to guest which one was the key to connect with front desk when I called from the room. Be aware that restaurant is not open in the weekend and the closest one is miles away.
Complimentary breakfast buffet not offered as advertised. Was given a min, cardboard boxed, high school bus trip type breakfast. McDonalds would have been much more fresh and appetizing, and that is not a compliment. Room clean. Staff pleasant. Not usual value of a stay at Hampton or Hilton Inn suites.
We had a friend staying here for one night, when we went to pick the friend up to drive to the airport, our car battery died. We kindly ask the front desk, if there is any way they can help. The lady at the front desk only said nope we dont have a jumper. Did not even ask if she can help call someone or anything. If this is how they treat non-hotel guests, imagine how she will treat hotel guests. I also felt maybe I was racial profiled so was refused service.
Worst experience ever at a Hilton property. The staff was not very helpful and the advertised amenities were not available. Shuttle service to airport was not able to accommodate us costing us $30 for a taxi and a lot of anxiety getting to the airport late. The bar/dining was closed on Saturday evening and the front desk didnt know why.
For the geographic area, this is the best hotel around. There is adequate self parking, it is clean, and it feels safe. However, improvements could be made. There is a chain link fence that boxes in some (not all) parking in the back. It is locked with a padlock and they will give you the combo at the front desk. It was just odd and it makes it so you cant drive around the building. If break ins are an issue here (they werent for us), then why not put in a proper fence/gate? Bathrooms do not have a fan so your room can get stuffy. There are no microwaves or fridges in the rooms like some other Hamptons have. The boxed breakfasts are all carbs and there is no flexibility. My husband is diabetic and with the high carb breakfasts and lack of fridge, we had to eat out for breakfast.
Great room and great people! Unfortunately they only have airport shuttle now. We have stayed here for many years and have always been able to shuttle for dinner since nothing is close by. Not now. We might have to consider this upon our next stay. Also the whole 3rd floor wreaked of pot!
A comfortable hotel with good facilities and well placed for the ferry to San Francisco. Service was friendly and the check in efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee making facilities were ok, would have been nice to have the option to make tea (with milk not creamer). The selection for breakfast was varied including waffle makers much to the delight of my daughter. If I have a criticism it is the use of disposable plates, bowls, cups and cutlery which I would not expect in any hotel let alone one of this standard. It detracts from the quality of the offering, giving a budget feel and is not at all good for the environment.
Dated, older hotel. Didnt have any plugs on the bedside tables so I had to pull them out to plug in phone, laptop, etc behind them on the wall like it was ten years ago. Only one open plug on each side of the bed because of lights and clock. Pretty small TV. On the water but not really any views to speak of out of the rooms, theres like a sandbar in the way. But a short walk down the road is a nice park type area right on the water.Front desk is friendly. Room was clean. Didnt really like the pillows, but thats very personal preference. Place is about a 3.5 star - just because it could use a refresh - if not for the following. We had two rooms for two weeks and management took issue with us wanting to throw some medium sized cardboard boxes full of trash related to the work we were having to travel for into the dumpster at the hotel. Been doing this kind of work for over a decade all over the country and have never had reasonable use of the hotel dumpsters ever be an issue. Threw a ton of money at rooms and they got mad that we were throwing about one 50 gal trash can worth of stuff in the dumpster. They actually took it back out and made us haul it away. Pretty crazy in my experience.
Staff treated me as though I was a troublemaker the second I stepped foot in the hotel, despite having a room booked for only one person. I was put in a room very near the front desk, across from the laundry room. The hotel is also made of paper and you can hear EVERYONE doing EVERYTHING around your room. Would rather have stayed at a crackhouse, at least I would have known what I was getting into.
Hampton Inns are usually a good value for the money, but this one hasn’t quite measured up to the usual level of quality I’m used to in this chain.I liked the efficient desk personnel, and everyone was trying as hard as they could, but the facility just feels like it’s getting too old. It needs an upgrade. That’s not to say that the beds aren’t as comfortable as always, they are. I got a great night’s sleep here. In this hotel is situated around a large body of water that makes it the perfect spot for those who like to walk long distances in a beautiful setting. That made this hotel visit worthwhile for me.But I’ve seen much better overall experiences at the Hampton Inn, and I hope this franchisee will raise its quality level to measure up with the rest of the chain soon.
Hotel is a bit older. Curtains and furniture need to be updated. Not sure, but maybe that’s just the look they are going for. Not what I expected. AC was a bit confusing and hard to work, even with instructions printed out on wall. Frustrating. Tried to iron my work pants and ALL the water spilt out all over my close and ironing board. It was a mess. The iron never even heated up so I had to ask the front desk for a new one. Took about an hour to get another iron. Luckily I have myself plenty of time getting ready.Slept fine, no issues. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. A bottle of water with a muffin and nutragrain bar, as well as a processed breakfast sandwich that I just couldn’t stomach. No mini fridge or microwave in room, which I though was a Hampton standard but I guess not.The best and only good part of the hotel, location the the bay. There’s a trail to walk along the water and get an awesome view of downtown San Francisco. Don’t forget your mask, there’s a lot of people in the evening.Only option for food was Uber eats because there’s no restaurants near by. Actually, I think there may have been one, but done out only.
I love the Hilton hotel and partnership I dont think that will change any time soon but this hotel in particular in my opinion is not doing nothing to keep the safety of their guess . The car brake ins are off the charts and nothing is being done . How can I feel safe if I get out of my car at the moment the car next to me is being break in or I get caught in the middle of a break in . NO sorry I will never visit this hotel again my safety and the safety of my family is more important
Nice facility with lots of parking. Rooms were clean and well equipped. A perfect park and fly out of Oakland. Parking only 8$ per night and free the night you stay. Shuttle every half hour. A pleasant surprise with a full bar and a quick burger on the lobby area. I used points so I’m unable to comment on the value of the room.
Really nice hotel. Location is pretty awesome right next to the bay. The runway for Oakland Airport is right there, but the windows are triple pane, you wont hear a thing. View is amazing. Complimentary finger foods and drinks and fruit around the clock is nice. The complimentary breakfast has a range of good food, from eggs to waffles, donuts, bagels, yogurts, cereal, fresh juice and smoothies, fruit, and oatmeal with various toppings etc. The rooms are cozy, beds, blankets and pillows all plush and nice. They even have complimentary beach cruisers to peddle around on if you feel so inclined. I Cant complain. It was a good experience all around.
For a hotel by the airport I wasnt expecting much. But the location is superb. Its right on a bike path and either can take one of their complimentary bikes or just go for a run. The bike path is along the waterfront and has outstanding views of San Francisco. The hotel itself overlooks a marshy inlet. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.
Nothing around the property, no store, no nothing, no microwave, no refrigerator, over priced, room are nothing to brag about especially after paying an over priced room rate, I reserved online but when I arrived, no way to turn around , the rate for the room was at least a hundred dollars more! This is the real deal here, which I bet will not be published
Pleasant hotel. About par for Hampton Inn. Airport noise was NOT a factor, even on the bay side, thanks to good windows and walls. Comfortable room. Good Wifi. No room refrigerator or microwave. Good Breakfast. Free parking. Look forward to staying here again. Originally scored it 4-stars on hotel merits, but remembered that I got a very good price compared to other options around the Bay.
Staff was short when calling from room. No generator so no air conditioning through 2.5 hour blackout. Hilton should know California has them throughout fire season. Mattress not firm enough. For a place that states its for longer stays, there was nothing in kitchen area to use...no silverware or glasses. A few paper coffee cups. Disappointed.
Better to steer clear until construction is finished. Air conditioning in rooms is less than competent at keeping the room comfortable. The Wifi simply didnt work. There was signal, but it didnt connect to the Internet. Breakfast was on par with other Hampton inns. Staff was helpful, especially the shuttle drivers. Restaurants within shuttle range are few, but you can lyft to to a few more nearby.
Hotel room clean and spacious with nice views. They have rental bikes for guest useage with small amount of paperwork to fill out. Downside to this location was not having a internal restaurant for food during my visit. That said, construction was in progress and hopefully things will change. Breakfast time has a nice large spread of healthy options . The surrounding area is very serene along with close to shops and restaraunts.
Pretty standard Hampton fare at this location. Rooms are nice size and the beds are very comfortable (though the pillows are a bit lumpy). Decent selection for the continental breakfast. Short drive to the airport, though a bit off the freeway compared to some of the other airport hotels near here. There is a little bit of plane noise from the airport, so bring earplugs if youre a light sleeper.
Located right next to the Oakland International Airport, the Hampton Inn provides a rather quiet, close, and convenient place to stay a night before you fly out on vacation. They have clean rooms, soft beds, and a nice aviation theme all around the hotel. Also provided is a shuttle to the airport and safe place for your car to remain until you return.Overall a great first stop to the start of any vacation if you happen to be flying out early and are coming from our of town to do so.
I often stay with Hampton when I travel partly because We are Hilton Honors members. I can always except great service with clean rooms and complimentary breakfast. Im never disappointed with their crisp feather pillows..my favorite :) My stay was awesome, although I had no family in tow but they could have enjoyed the complimentary bike rentals a first for me. Next time but I got try their gym equipment which satisfactory. Plenty of cardio machines and weights.
The hotel is clean. It offers a full breakfast and free parking. The exercise room even includes complimentary ear buds. Theres a 4 ft. pool and a hot tub. Guests can use one of four bikes for free to ride around the harbor area; helmets are available. The only downside is that you have drive a little more to reach shopping and eating hubs. Theres only a microwave and mini fridge, so cooking yourself is out of the question.
Horrible front staff!!! Bumped our reservation because our mother that booked the room was not with us. She books every trip several times a year and we have never had a problem. But because she is already asleep and it is 10pm they bump us. Front staff was completely rude.
We got a king bed with a double fold out. Room looked clean and it was big. When we decided to go to bed we pulled down the covers on the king to find the sheets dirty and food all in the bed. We called down and she offered to give us clean sheets for us to change the bed. Such poor service. It is not the customers responsibility to change sheets from the previous occupant. Was not happy.
A friend and I spent a couple of nights at Hampton Inn last week to escape a Delta heatwave and be closer to the city for PRIDE festivities all weekend. Although Id lived in Alameda County the better part of the last 20 years, Id never gone to this out of the way hotel. And what a pleasant surprise it was! First of all, Im all about the bed and nice white, soft linens. They delivered! So cozy! 2nd, the service was warm. 3rd, the breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options. 4th, the hotel faces the bay and there is a waterside park with trails for many blocks to the north. 5th, we enjoyed watching the airplanes lift off from the airport. 6th, I had a delicious lunch at nearby Azul on Bay Farm Island. And 7th, you cant go wrong staying at this hotel. Its a tiny bit out of the way, but totally worth it and its a great value (relative to other Bay Area hotels), too. I took the attached picture from the neighboring waterfront park - with sweeping views of the bay and SF!
Im a business traveler. Ive stayed here maybe 5 times. The last two have led to me to write this review. This trip I came into town and arrived at the hotel around midnight and got to bed by 2am. I caught a nasty virus and was looking forward to being able to sleep in just so I could rest and try to feel better before continuing on my way to work. Getting to my work location is an ordeal. When I checked in the lady at the front desk went thru the regular motions but there was an odd feeling about it. This was different than the other times. Later I was buying water at the little store in the hotel and I watched her go they the exact same process and caught the upsell. She claimed they only had the more expensive suites available. Maybe this was true but the parking lot does not suggest it and I travel enough to know how full a hotel is by the parking lot. Oh yeah and the online data I researched before I checked in. Was too tired to argue this and the claim she couldnt give me a AAA or government discount even though I was holding my ID and know the discounts by memory. Same routine was repeated 15 minutes later when another couple arrived. Watched the computer behind her while I waited to pay at the little window. This isnt why I one starred them. I finally gotTo bed only to be awoken around 9 by a constant banging on my door. I finally gotout of bed and discovered housekeeping wanting to know if I was checking out today. This sent me over the top because I had complained about this same issue at my last stay. I have a scheduled check out at 11. I didnt request a wake up call. Im sick and want to sleep as long as I can. Im an adult. I have an alarm that Im obsessive about because of my work. And I havent overslept in 20 years. I call down to the front desk to confirm check out is at 11 and complain. The response is well if you hang a do not disturb sign they wont bother you. I dont need to hang a do not disturb sign. Its inappropriate for housekeeping to wake me up to see if Im leaving. They have a computerized record of when I leave. So I finish getting ready and not feeling rested and go to check out. I decided to request a refund under Hamptons 100% satisfaction refund policy. Last time I requested this was about 10 or 15 years ago when my room had major issues. Different story. I tell the girl at the front desk how angry and unhappy I am. Despite my anger she is polite, accommodating and lets me know her general manager just happens to be on site. General manager comes out. Tries to run a poorly coordinated unhelpful management response on me. I tell her the story and let her know at this point Im not F-ing happy since I complained about this last time. Hint hint Im a regular Hampton customer. Even stayed with them for years sacrificing all my rewards points cause they could never find my account anywhere nationally all because I like Hampton. Manager throws her hands up in the air and says she doesnt appreciate my tone or the fact I used a curse word. Seriously? She refuses to discuss a refund or the housekeeping issue instead wanting to make it about how I hurt her feelings. I walked out immediately telling them Im happy to review this online and write corporate. This is the only hotel Ive ever stayed at where housekeeping wakes you up to inquire if you are leaving. Room was also not as clean as it should have been, not going to waste your time with why. And the night clerks boyfriend has been hanging out monopolizing the TV with a pizza in the lobby twice when Ive stayed here now. I thought I found a hidden diamond when I started staying here cause hey always have vacancies. Experience is a lump of coal. Management would rather evade issues by hiding behind her sensitivities rather than address customer issues. Now I have an entire day of driving ahead of me with interrupted rest and a worsening respiratory infection. Very comforting Hampton.
Note: The stars are for housekeeping. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights back in Jan of 2019 (MLK weekend). I traveled here all the way from TN. Everyday of my stay the hotel collected additional money from my card. On top of the $490 they were already holding. The first day, it was an additional $127. I went down to the front desk and voiced my concerns about what was going on. The desk manager, Jovi, if I can recall her name correctly was helpful in the beginning. She was shocked and literally had the same attitude as me “what the hell is going on?” Jovi spoke with my bank and they said they could release the holds if the hotel approved so she did and he said the funds would be available the next business day. When I woke up the next day my account had another $80 charge from the hotel instead of a refund. I immediately went down to the front desk and shared with them what had happened. Jovi then said for your inconvenience we will add 5,000 points to your Hilton account. The next day an additional $79 was takes off my card. She assured me that these charges weren’t showing up on their end and would fall off but had no suggestions as to why this was happening. Because of the MLK holiday the money didn’t show back up on my card until the day before I left. I am a victim of identity theft so when I travel to unknown places for vacation, I use a spare checking account that has a minimal amount of money. A large majority of the spending money for my trip was tied up in these bogus hotel charges. All I really had enough to do was eat and see a few free attractions. Up until the day I left the hotel was still taking money from my card. Before I departed, Jovi looked at me and said, “ I’m so sorry this is crazy. We are also giving you the $79 back which will cover the cost of 1 night.” I appreciated the gesture but this was easily one of the worse trips I have ever taken. I never got the points on my account. So, I called back after getting home and the agent remembered. She said that she would need to have Jovi contact me. I still haven’t heard from anyone. Guess they thought one free night was enough for all the hell they put me through. It’s so sad that people could really care less about the way they treat customers. I was out of town for vacation but this trip was filled with stress and anger because of this hotel. I will NEVER stay here again and I advise all of you to keep a close eye on your transaction summaries while lodging here.
Excellent breakfast excellent staff the rooms are beautifully spaced the layouts are great. The staff Kim-bar tender is AMAZING, the front desk girls gaelynn and Bre are helpful, professional and all around sweet. The shuttle is fast and equipped with some of the best drivers. RON, KHYRE,WILL AND RICK ARE ALL EXCELLENT AND BRING SO MUCH TO THE FACILITY.The manager Joybe she is by far THE BEST HOTEL MANAGER I HAVE EVER COME INTO CONTACT WITH AND I HAVE TRAVELED FOR WORK FOR YEARS. I have stayed at multiple hotels across the US. She is 1 OF THE BEST she is efficient, professional, knowledgeable, upbeat RESPECTFUL AND GENUINELY KIND SHE SHOULD BE THE HEAD HOTEL MANAGER. The way she speaks and treats the staff and the customers you couldnt ask for a better interaction. They are all a huge representative of what hospitality is. Thabk you for making these 8 weeks AMAZING.
We stayed here as a quick overnight guest. We used their shuttle to get from the airport at night, and then again back to the airport in the morning - not super prompt, but still free and convenient. The room was clean and breakfast was reasonable. I would stay here again if I need something easy and convenient.
Bed Bugs. My friend and I had a room each. I always inspect the headboards and mattresses. Both rooms had evidence of bed bug droppings. To be fair - bed bug droppings may not always indicate that bed bugs are actually present, since the exterminator could have completely wiped them out and leftout the droppingsI went downstairs to the manager and brought it up to his attention. He went ahead and gave us different rooms. I inspected my new room and it was fine (no droppings or bed bugs present), however, I inspected my friends new room and found (in less than 5 seconds) an actual beg bug living in the midst of its own dropping in the corner crevice of the foundation sheets (these sheets dont seem to get changed). I brought this up to the manager again and requested, on the spot, that our reservations be cancelled. We have pictures as evidence. This reservation was for 8/17 which I canceled on the spot. It is 9/8 and I am still dealing with an unknown $156.68 charge from this hotel (may need to involve a credit card dispute). I exited out the hotel quietly and had to find another at the last minute after a 6.5 hour flight. Not fun.Point of this review: please, please inspect the headboards (underneath), mattresses, sheets, foundations, etc. before laying down on a public bed. Or at the very least, purchase a bed bug mattress spray (available at your local Wal-Mart) and follow the directions on the can.
Update: there os one small recycle container that isnt used much but they have one!Im going to take a moment to complain about using paper plates and not recycling or composting.A paper plate is 19 grams, lets say you hotel has 100 rooms (it has more) and 75 guests eat using 75 paper plates, 365*75*19 is 1100ish pounds every year of waste that is easily prevtened if you are not lazy. Also they turbo microwaved my 14 dollar burger, bed is hard, a few light switches dont turn anything on.Ill make the choice not to come here again becuase I like the environment and I dont want to screw up the future.
I came here for A-day long conference and the Room we were in was absolutely freezing, it seemed like despite the speaker trying to regulate the temperature, the building just for some reason always made the Room 50゚. The hotel is tucked away around businesses and companies, seems like a nice little place.
Xochi showed me excellent service; she was kind, prompt, and even offered a complimentary snack (I think she could tell I was having a rough afternoon).Hampton Inn is consistent and reliable. I know that *any* Hampton will have a clean room, quiet environment, free breakfast, and good wi-fi. Not worrying about any of those things is worth the extra money over a Days Inn.
They take your reservation and then forget to tell you that they are not yet open for business. So you arrive at 11pm to a hotel that isnt open. Then it takes them weeks to call you back to apologize and they offer to make it up to you with a free nights stay...only when you call to ask for what was offered...they dont ever return your call.I travel frequently to the area and will never pay to stay at this hotel! Hampton Inn Burlingame and South San Francisco have staffs that appreciate your business and welcome you back when you return.
The only reason I wouldnt rate this a 5 stars is because you couldnt hook up your devices to the TV to watch movies, play the wii, etc. Which is actually a huge drawback if youre in the hotel for a few days like I was. Otherwise, the hotel is good, bedroom great size and breakfast is good too!
Its a great place in Alameda, the star is 24-hours coffee stocked up at the reception. The place has a fitness studio and also a swimming pool. And yes its a free Wi-Fi if your Hilton HHonors member. Walking distance from Abbott Laboratories, and they have a free shuttle service to Oakland Airport and nearby places.
This hotel had friendly staff and it was possible to borrow bikes from them for free. I enjoyed riding a bike alot. I could ride a bike to ferry terminal which is only 2 miles away and take a ferry to San Fransisco. The only sound that could bother me was airplanes take off which I got used to after two nights.

2022-02-11Biggest plus for this hotel is being only 5 minutes from OAK. Its a reasonable Hampton Inn, if a bit older. Nice lobby and bar area. Rooms were 4/5, only to be dinged for being probably 10+ years old w/o renovation. Front desk check-in was efficient, professional, and pleasant. Some decent restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. Nice bonus to be on the walking path along the water front - lots of bird and sea life to see. At the end of an OAK runway, so there is some overhead noise - but not nearly as much as I expected. And it didnt impact sleep.

2022-05-21You get what you pay for, the room are pretty outdated and it smells old.You are far from everything, and in the middle of an industrial area. The bistro is not worth counting on for your dinner! The staff were nice, breakfast was very decent, and the rooms facing south/west have a very nice view, apart from planes taking off a few hundred feet away ;)

2022-04-25Stayed here for multiple weeks while moving between apartments. I really enjoyed all day access to tea and coffee. The room was clean and felt new, breakfast was also good.

2022-05-14The worst Hilton experience we’ve ever been through. They canceled our reservation because our card declined? (which is a lie because we got a confirmation number and a receipt) It was a room for 2 nights and we reserved it for mid day but we arrived late at night. Since it was a 2 night reservation it’s standard that as long as we’re paying we can come in whenever. This was not the case! There was a warriors game going on and they immediately gave our room away without notice or any email, text, calls, etc. They did this so they could charge higher rates to someone else. The reception was also rude and not accommodating, it was clear they were lying because their story kept switching up on why they canceled.

2022-05-12My wife and I got here and just had booked for one night, and everything was fine until 11pm rolled around and the fire alarms went off across the whole building. A lot of people on our floor all came out wondering if everything was okay. It took me running downstairs and then back upstairs to let them know it was a false alarm. That was really scary and frustrating as a guest having to worry about other guests in addition to my wife, in the middle of the night

2022-01-08Positive: Free Shuttle Service, Complimentary Breakfast Negative: Phone did not work; had to call the front desk with my cell phone. No mini fridge. Cold room at night. I had to get up to figure out how to raise the heat. Used quilt from 2nd bed to keep me warm.

2021-11-08Positive: All of the above. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. The hotel was very nice, and near the airport, while the breakfast options were great. I would like to mention that the food was better than I have had at other hotels. Negative: The shower could have a been a little more updated.
