We visited during the Pandemic, as well as Thanksgiving holiday. Staffing for the front desk was short and service from the food area staff was limited. Coffee was not refilled quickly, and wouldve been nice to have hot water for tea in the evenings. The room was kept clean and the floor was quiet. Overall, it was a decent stay and close proximity to family we visited as well as local shopping areas.
The hotel itself was only ok. The staff were great however and very accommodating. My room was comfortable but needed updating for sure. Carpet was old and so was the furniture. Saturday night was very noisy also. Kids screaming, doors slamming, people in halls talking in loud voices. My first room had no hair dryer and the staff could not find one so they asked if I would change rooms to one right across the hall. I did but the little refrigerator did not cool very well. The first room refrigerator was better but it smelled awful. Probably would not stay there again.
Belinda and Katheryn were awesome! Im not sure who is who, how ever she took time to explain the changes to the Hilton Honors program and we were able to relate. They even took pictures of my girlfriend and I so we could have more than just a selfie 🤳.We loved that whole experience thanx again Ladies...
4.5 stars if I could. This Hampton Inn is my go to when visiting family in the area. This trip ended without incident, last time we were here, some guests set off the fire alarm twice, on back to back nights. This time, the only thing that bothered us was the obnoxious perfume or cologne smell that was coming from the chairs and curtains. Liberal application of the misting hand sanitizer we had with us helped neutralize the smell. Comfortable and clean, very friendly staff. Cleaning towelettes were provided in the room for high touch areas.Regarding MasksStayed the last weekend of August, masks were optional I believe. I do not remember seeing any signs that required masks indoors. About half the guests I saw wore masks. Cleaning staff always had masks on. Front desk staff did not have masks on that I could remember.
So many reasons; here are just a few:I did not give them a 1 because of the breakfast service.Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m.; but, we did not get to check in as the suite was not cleaned yet because they were severely understaffed that day and the hotel was fully booked. We waited in a closed dining room area and at about 4:25 p.m., we were called up because the suite was allegedly cleaned and ready.I booked a two queen suite telephonically with the staff and was given a king suite.I immediately went back down to the front desk and was told that the 2nd bed was in a pull-out couch in the room.I was staying for my birthday and this was unacceptable. However, being that the hotel was booked, the only option would have been to ruin all our other plans by going home. There were no sheets, bedding or pillows for the pull-out sofa bed so AGAIN we had to wait on housekeeping. Then, I had purposely booked the suite with the bathtub that had jets so I could relax. I went into the bathroom to take a relaxing, hot bath. The tub had been decorated nicely with rolled up wash clothes and soap, etc.; however, the tub had chunked dirt and a previous guests hair in it. Not only was this disgusting; but, it was even more unacceptable given the cleanliness requirements during the COVID-19 pandemic.I have enjoyed Hiltons and Hampton Inns professionalism and clean standards in the past, at several of their other hotels and this was my first (and last) time staying at this Moreno Valley, California location. When I contacted the hotel manager about the tub, I was told that housekeeping was not there and they would not return until 8:00 a.m. and would go straight to my suite (number 430) as soon as they arrived. The hotel manager offered me a complimentary late check out for the inconvenience. My husband and I were concerned about the cleanliness of the entire suite. I took pictures of the bathtubs dirt, chunks and hair and went down and showed them to the hotel manager who took about $60 off of the suite rate. I was polite and reasonable. She was completely unprofessional. This was awful. I am NOT one to complain or write a negative review. However, this review is necessary.
Staff didnt greet us, no name tags on anyone, no offer of help. Check in time is 3pm and the room wasnt ready, just an excuse of we dont have enough housekeeping staff And this is a Hilton hotel? Plus what we think was the manager was berating a guest after she was verbally assaulted by two other guests. We turned an walked out during all of this exchange.Absolutely disgusted with Hilton for allowing this behavior from their staff. Dont stay here!
Super friendly staff, people here are nice and outgoing. The people cleaning your room or serving your to go breakfast are super nice and accommodating. You might need to keep an eye on your vehicle at times but thats totally out of anyones reach.. love this place been here for a month with no problems
The room said it was cleaned, but there was still some things left over from the occupants before us. There was a pepto bismal still left in a chair. There was an Earbud left on a countertop and remnants of weed on the box spring. The complimentary breakfast was great. I think its the best one Ive had in a long time. They had sausage, egg and bagel sandwiches, along with the normal continental breakfast goodies.
The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful I greatly appreciate all the effort the room was everything you could expect and More. I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a suite due to my HHonors membership and which I found a beautiful 1-bedroom well-appointed suites with multiple shower heads that would not be a in room bathroom Suite completes with Spa the bed and sheets 4 well above par. I would greatly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get away for the weekend. Is addition its supremely located with shops all within walking distance if need be.
Perfect for my family of 5! I moved from Moreno Valley 19 years ago and boy has this place grown. We stayed here for 3 days to attend my fathers birthday party. This hotel was perfectly placed. We were surrounded by restaurants, the mall, entertainment and there was even a hospital very close by. We rarely had to drive anywhere. When we arrived a young gentleman named Gregg checked us in. He was such a nice guy and very accommodating. That set the tone for us and our amazing weekend stay. The morning breakfast was wonderful. We utilize the gym everyday and it was amazing. We definitely will start visiting Moreno Valley more often and my family will be saying at this Hilton every time. Kudos to the management and staff.
Room was a good size and in good condition, as well as clean. Good sized bathroom and shower, which were also in good condition and clean. Bed was comfortable enough, although the pillows were very flimsy (which is always a matter of preference). Breakfast was okay. Nothing exceptional, but the food area was kept clean and well stocked. I would recommend this place for the price.
If I could put 0 stars. Worst hotel and staff I have ever been with. Remember to always check your door that it’s locked since these doors don’t close all the way without force. Hotel isnt responsible for items stolen out of rooms in their own building as there are no cameras on the floors. Go elsewhere as they do not care about their guests
Beautiful facility. Seems quite new. All staff was very friendly. Large and clean breakfast area. Breakfast was always well prepared. Rooms were large and clean with no foul odors. Bathrooms had very nice and all functioning fixtures. Would definitely stay here again. Very close proximity to March ARB and shopping/dining.
Breakfast was not good. Everything else was great. They think a prepackaged egg, cheese, bacon, and yellow food dye vegetable oil butter substitute product, thinly smeared on a stale bagel half, put into a warmer, is a hot breakfast. The rooms were great. The staff was very frendly. If they would have a better hot breakfast course they would be 5 stars.
The room was just okay. The bed wasnt comfortable at all. We liked the size of the room, on the 4th floor. TV could have been a little larger, considering the size of the bed. Overall, okay.We went to the pool, and the key didnt work. There was a couple there and he told us he hopped the fence, they werent staying there. I give them 3 out of 5.
Staff refused to reimburse $3 for a dryer that took multiple dry cycles, and there Genral Manger was the only one who could make that acomadation or turn on for additional cycles. , who was unavailable over the weekend. This is the second Hilton we stayed at in two days with the same issue. The staff were aware of the issue with the dryer and think its ok to charge the customer up to $9 for a dryer cycle. I stay at Hilton 2 to 3 months a year and will no longer due to there poor service.
Stayed three days and the staff was nice. I went through a couple of rooms due to a/c/heat malfunctions and allergy issues but the staff was accommodating. The breakfast leaves much to be desired especially if you have food allergies. I only tried to eat it the first morning and gave up the rest of the trip. Very nice gym next door as well.
Such a good experience. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room came with a TV, mini fridge, microwave, closet, full length mirror and coffee maker. It was also very clean, which is the most important factor for me personally. We checked in around 5pm, went out to dinner and came back to the hotel for dessert. We were able to grab something at their convenience store located behind the desk-- only slightly overpriced and super convenient. They also had a pool, gym and business area, complete with two computers and a printer. The next morning I realized I forgot a brush, and called the receptionist for an extra one, which comes complimentary with your stay. Not only do they provide one in case you forget, but they also brought it very promptly. The breakfast is included with your stay as well. It consisted of eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, freshly made waffles and cereal. Overall great stay-- would love to stay again!
Did not give HHonors members complementary water bottles. I have been in probably 40 different Hamptons over the years and never had one not gove a water bottle. They said because of Covid tjey were not doing that anymore. If they are cutting back on bottles, then what else are they cutting back on. Especially when you are paying over $200 a night
I have stayed here many time and really enjoy this hotel. Its on the newer end of Hamptons for the room decor, however the TVs in the rooms are very small/old. they offer something that Ive never had before at a Hampton, they give out 250 bonus points each day you dont have your room cleaned if you are staying more than 3 days.
It was fine, not above average and the staff seems ok with that. Lots of people living or hanging out in the parking lot during all hours of the night. Had to report a homeless man using the hot tub. The hotel management handled it immediately. Im sure its a challenge they deal with frequently.
Location isnt the safest, but there are plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The Ayers next door has a decent bar. The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The fitness center is small, but functional. The room HVAC is annoyingly loud, and makes TV watching impossible when its on. Overall, a very good hotel with only the smallest of minor issues.
This particular location is well situated amongst a plethora of amenities; likely everything and more you may need/want of any type. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well lit with friendly and helpful staff, for the most part. Unfortunately we were given the wrong room despite our reservations and continual checking in with the location; we drove from Grants Pass Oregon and didnt want to arrive to unavailable lodging, as it has happened before regardless of having confirmed reservations. Nevertheless, after consistent arguments and proof of our lodging arrangements they gave us a lager room and added a roll-away bed to it for our daughter. After rearranging the room we were able to fit everything; people, luggage, beds, etc. The breakfast in the morning was fine-presented nicely, something for everyone at all ages, and decent quality. Overall the experience was alright, as was all else associated with the stay. Lastly, it seems things in the area close around 10 mostly; be aware of that because we food it hard to get food when we came into the area around 10 at night.
Best thing about this hotel is the location and the morning front desk young lady. Bad luck scheduling hotel for more than 5 days, always busy over the weekend. Poor housekeeping and breakfast is ok, almost the same every day. Free safe parking lot, good shopping and food around the hotel.
Been visiting this hotel for years through the military and its always a treat to come back. For alot of us it is truly our home away from home. The staff is second to none, the beds are comfy and the pool/hot tub work wonders after a hard day. The staff always greet you with a smile and many friendships have been formed. Highly suggest staying if youre going to be in Moreno for a while or even just a night.
Staff are friendly and efficient, though they could have more people available. The rooms are clean. Bathroom is nice. The bed was not that comfortable. 2 weeks ago I stayed in a hotel 200 yd away from this one, the Ayres Hotel and Spa. The cost was the same the rooms much bigger and the beds much more comfortable. The staff were also great. For the same price the Aryes is far superior. Although this hotel is nice for lazy people like me. They serve breakfast until 10 instead of 9.
I call this hotel “The Haunted Hampton.” Although the hotel is fairly new and in a convenient location, the condition could be better. The first room given to us was not to par. The bathroom door was damaged and the light connecting to the switch did not work. The remote was very dirty. It looked like dried up ketchup smeared all over the back of the remote. I just had a “weird feeling” in that room so I asked to get another room. As we packed up to transfer room, our shopping bag that was laid in the middle of the bed dropped to the floor without anyone near it. While I was holding the door open in the new room (a few rooms down) for my boyfriend to transfer all our things, the door kept clunking and lights on the sensor kept flickering as if someone had put their room key in the slot to open the door.We were supposed to stay there fOr 2 nights but asked to cancel the 2nd night. Breakfast in the morning was typical and decent.
Stayed here for work. Easy commute to Riverside if necessary. It is situated close to pretty much everything you could need. I had a king room and it had a chair. The mattress was well used and squeaked and creaked when you got in the bed and/or moved around. I didn’t complain or request a change of mattress or room so that’s on me. The bed was a 2 out of 5, because if you didn’t move in bed it was fine. The 4 Stars was for the staff and the location.
I use Hampton Ians often on business and vacations. This location however is terrible. I stayed the whole week and on two separate days found a roach walking in the bathroom. Also on the first floor where guests go to get ice right next to the ice machine is a room mean use to congregate. You have to step over 15-20 pairs of shoes to get to the ice machine. The entire area smells of incents and when you look in the room there are dirty carpets on the floor and fruit scattered all over the place. Main reason I booked my next two weeks stay elsewhere.
A nice Hampton Inn. Rooms were nice and spacious. Located across the street from the legendary Moreno Valley Mall and just a hop, skip and a jump from the freeway. Breakfast is complimentary - go wild and cook your own waffles, try one of the over-cheesy omelettes, sausage, oatmeal and variety of fruits, cereals and your choice of orange or apple juice. Plenty of coffee too!You wont feel like youre in the Hamptons, but for good service, large rooms, free breakfast, ample parking and everything you need to lay your weary head down for the night, this place does the trick.Used my Hilton points during my stay and that was super easy.
Basic standard Hampton Inn. The breakfast was better than the normal Hampton Inn breakfast period friendly staff clean rooms and Lobby. Elevator is kind of slow and my room which was 407 the tub the unclog desperately besides that it was a good visit. Would definitely stay here again if Im in the area
Room was nice, with easy access to parking lot so unloading/loading car was easy. Bathroom was really big and the shower was wonderfully large with a tall showerhead and great water pressure. Bed was rather firm though, and the curtains didnt close all the way so a lot of light came through, even with my hair clip trying to pin it shut. Breakfast was really good, with lots of variety, though I wish theyd had scrambled eggs in the hot foods (was just meat patties & sausages). They could also use a 2nd toaster - there was quite a line for it at one point.
We had no issues during our stay (it was lovely and accomodating); however, I forgot a sentimental item in my room when I checked out! I called within a couple of days and was told they had the item and was told they would hold it until it could be picked up in the managers safe or office. I left my phone number to attach to it! Then COVID hit! Obviously I couldn’t get out there! I finally had a chance to get it in 07/20 and was told that yes, they did have it and yes it had a phone number attached to it, but since nobody claimed it during COVID, they donated it. They didn’t even call the phone number attached to it to confirm.Disappointed to say the least.I guess I can understand, but their incompetence infuriates me!
Me and my boyfreind stayed here one night for a concert in a standard king sized bed which was very comfty and we had such a great experince here ! Check in and check out was easy and simple, parking was good . The room was super clean and had a good variety of diffrent sized towels and had enough for the both of us. The wifi was great and fast, unfortunalty I had forgtton some personal travel items and luckily, its like they new we would forget , In the bathroom the had some right out to use such as shampoo and conditoner we ran out of some the first night so the next day I asked for more and they quickly brought me some it was great. The breakfast was good not the greatest but it was free and I cant complain becuase they had a variety of cerarals, yougurt, bagels, waffles, fruit, ect. I loved it I would definatly recommend anyone to stay here!! And the mall is across the street!
Its your typical Hampton, all services are satisfactory. They offer breakfast and have free coffee all day. However its located right next to an Ayres hotel which is better in every way, so its hard to recommend staying here unless the Ayres is full.Edit: Im going to give them 5 stars after my second stay here, because their customer service has been incredible.
Out of the hotels available in Moreno Valley, I would recommend this location as one of the top three pics of overnight stays in the area. I have had to stay at many hotels in the area for business reasons and have chosen to book a room here on occasion since it is one of the cleanest and upscale stays in town. It is also close to a mall and department stores within walking distance. I always love staying here.
Thank you to your associate Gregg. Due to last minute change in circumstances, I arrived in Moreno Valley late in the evening wet from the rain and exhausted. Hampton Family Associate Gregg was pleasant and professional. I will be back and appreciate d the hospitality. Please relay my compliments to Hampton Family Associate Gregg.
Poor service for veterans. Manager Jeannine Blue is about $ and not customer loyalty to HH Mbrs (even if Gold lvl) nor realizes how much business March ARB gives this Hampton Inn. Less than a wk after Veterans day, she chooses to charge service mbrs despite 33hrs advance notification of cancellation due to change in military orders. However, they had no problem re-booking, she admitted they were at over 90% full...so shes about maximizing profits, & double-tapping if psble.Ayres Hotel & Spa across the parking and VASTLY better; more perks & better customer service.
I choose to stay at this hotel due to it being close to the NOS Events Center where I attended Escape. I was very pleased with each and every aspect of this hotel. Very clean, efficient, presentable, and best of all comfortable. I highly suggest this hotel for anyone attending an event at NOS events center. I will surely be re-attending for Countdown NYE 2K15.
Nice newer hotel near shopping and restaurants. the staff was friendly and the complementary breakfast was way better than expected, it included waffles, fruits, eggs, sausage, juice, and coffee. the toilet did run all night, which was rather annoying, and the remote for the tv did not work.
Ths Hamton Inn is a newer addition to Moreno Valley that is conveniently located close to the fwy and inside of a large shopping center. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and a Costco directly behind the hotel. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It has all of the amenities that you will find in your nicer hotels. The complimentary buffet was surprisingly goos and consisted of more than pastries and coffe. They had a waffle station, smoothies, cold and hot cereal and delicious fresh fruit. It will certainly be a regular stop when visiting friends.
Weve been assigned and staying in this hotel almost every month since they opened! very nice hotel ni doubt but how can a 4 star hotel without a security or at least a surveillance cameras in parking areas?Oct 16, 2016 my car was broken in and taken all my staff ! I was tthankful to the front desk for calling a dispatch officer and saying that she is sorry that it happened to me... and shell let the Manager know... and thats it I never hear from them until today!. And sad to say that I just learned from my fellow 2 Reservists that it happens to them too last July . And been digging for more inquiries heard one fellow car was broken in last March and that its been going on.... I was surprised that the Hotel management did nothing at all!
I have so many good things to say about the Hampton Inn chain, and this property in particular. I selected this location because it is centrally located to all things that are good... at least all things I needed to be close to.The girls working the front desk were so friendly and inviting, they really made me feel welcome. My king bed was so plush and snugly, I just wanted to snuggle wuggle in it all morning, but I knew it wouldnt be long before those other hella ratchet guests be using up all that batter for those freshly made Belgian waffles, and I get mine!Actually, I made and devoured two plate sized waffles, one with syrup and the other with a mound of whipped cream, sadly, the canister ran dry before I could recreate Mt Matterhorn. The hot tub/pool area is open until 10pm... and later if you crouch down and dont splash around. It provided a great place to soak and Yelp while a jet stream worked out the tension in my back. And just because I was in dripping wet shorts, I decided to use the exercise room. Grabbing the heaviest dumbbell set, I pounded out a few hundred presses on the bench. Well, maybe not that many, but only because the bench was a wobbling. I also pinched my finger under the 50lb weights when I tried to re-rack them. OUCH!The toilets flush like a jet engine. There was definitely no child left behind after dropping those kids off at the pool. And the best part... it was all free, gratis, complimentary, el free-o ! :)
I went to this location and requested to speak with the manager regarding an event I was planning. The manager refused to speak with me.......as I heard her commenting from her office and laughing smugly. The lady at the front desk was very kind and she was attempting to cover your her managers lack of hospitality professionalism. I am a member of Hilton Honors and am very disappointment by the lack of service I recieved at this location. This manager should be considered for additional training classes or maybe another position.
I was not very impressed with the Hampton Inn in Moreno Valley. Compared to other places Ive stayed in the same area The Hampton needs to step up its game.Pros:Close to shopping and dining. Some within walking distance. In my opinion the area the Inn is located is a very nice part of town.Staff was pleasant.Cons:Complementary WiFi costs $4.95 a day.Television was glitched out. Front desk told me to jiggle all the cords and that unplugging and plugging the TV back in usually fixes it. Implying that this was a common problem.None of the clocks in the room had been sprung ahead for daylight savings.Pubic hairs in the shower. Most of the complimentary Breakfast was horrible.Ill admit that these might seem like small or petty complaints, but for the $500 + I paid for 4 rooms I mistakenly assumed I was paying for a higher quality of service. At least a pubic hair free shower. If I wanted those kinds of freebies I would have paid a lot less money and stayed at a Motel 6.
I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Riverside with my family on September 21, 2013. My sister was accepted to UC Riverside and their move in day was on the following day. We checked into the hotel around 9 pm and were greeted by an employee named Vilma and expected to have a good stay. However that was not the case at all. My sister, her friend and I decided to explore the hotel (being that we were guests at this terrible place, we assumed that we were allowed access to the guest amenities) After grabbing the last few items from our car we decided to check out the 24 hr fitness center. Since we were GUESTS at this hotel we used our KEY to get back inside the hotel through one of the back entrances with the KEY that was assigned to us. We easily entered the building and as we walked towards the gym we overheard the employees Vilma and Jonathan freaking out about how we got into the hotel. Assuming they were talking about someone else I casually walked to the elevator to drop off the rest of the items from the car. I entered the elevator and pressed the button for the fourth floor. Out of nowhere I heard Jonathan yelling to please hold the elevator which I kindly did. He exited on the third floor and I proceeded to the 4th floor as soon as I got off the elevator to my surprise there was Jonathan as if he was waiting for me to get off the elevator to make sure I was guest there or something. Thinking nothing of it I returned to the gym where my sister and her friend were waiting for me. Literally 5 minutes later security rushed into the gym and began interrogating us asking us why were there, how did we get in, if we had a key Why?! Cause we were people of color? Brown people cannot work out? The security officer was very apologetic after we showed him our room key and explained to us that he only came in because the employees on duty VILMA and JONATHAN were in fact profiling us, this was extremely unprofessional and offensive. We did not know that racism was still alive and thriving in this companies policy and will never return to this hotel or any other Hampton inn at that. Stay away! and spend the extra money on an actual friendly and customer service oriented hotel.P.S maybe if Vilma and Jonathan were not failures at life and actually went to college they would not have to take out their anger of their miserable jobs to the guests.

2022-05-17We had a very nice stay here. The room was spotless, spacious and great beds. Its close to just about any kind of food place you would want to eat. Within a few minutes drive. An they also actually had a good breakfast. I will definitely be booking with Hampton Inn & Suites.

2022-06-03Good time here , I wish the digital key worked better at the side entrances and the pool but hopefully that will be fixed. The breakfast here was exceptional I enjoyed my feast. The cinnamon waffles and veggie omlet sealed it perfectly. I wish they did offer more options though as always. The rooms were good but kind of thin walls. Only complaint was the coffee not being available 24/7, low water pressure, fridge not cold enough and no one answers the lobby phone during the night

2022-07-08The customer service from the staff was amazing! The pillows were a different story. They were flat and and have seen better days Im sure. We had to double them over for volume. The entryway had both of the bulbs burnt out so our room was dim. The coffee maker still had creamer powder on it from the previous guest so I dont know how thorough the cleaning was.

2022-02-26I stay at Hilton properties a lot and I am Hilton Diamond member.I did not have a good overall experience at this property and in my opinion this place barely deserves a three star.Im not sure if this place has always been a Hampton Inn or used to be a Hilton garden Inn at some point. A lot of the furnishings reminded me of Hilton Garden properties...the only difference was they were in poor shape at least in my room. Some of the furniture was made of wood and the finish was cracked and splitting in many different locations in the bathroom as well as in the bedroom area. My shower had hair in it and was not clean.I pulled back the comforter on the second queen bed in the room and there was black hair all over the sheet. I took pictures and included it in my review. Clearly somebody had slept in that bed or something and there was hair all over in it!I used the workout room while I was there and there were decent facilities w cardio & 2 benches there but when I went in the temperature the room it was at least 80°. The thermostat on the wall was blank and not functioning. I asked a staff member in the hallway and he told me the air conditioning had been broken there for days & he was not sure when someone was coming to fix it. In fairness I went in there again the last day that I was there and there was a smaller wall AC unit that did work so not really sure what was going on there. This Hampton does have dumbbells in the gym and several different choices with regard to cardio equipment which is always a nice amenity.Overall, I would just say that the cleanliness of my room was not good considering somebody had slept in one of the beds and the sheets had not been changed and the wood furnishings in the room were in poor repair. I cant recommend this place and have to say I barely give it three stars.

2022-02-05So…we left our daughter’s school ipad In the room. It was kind of hard to see against the dark bed and we missed it. Not only were the staff honest enough to report it, they were totally on speed with getting it shipped back. We have had staff or other people take my wedding ring and other electronics in the past (from other hotels) so this is a positive vote for these guys.Thank you Hilton!

2022-01-29The breakfast was great, the room was clean. The bed, hard and not so great. I woke up with lower back pain every morning. Granted we cant all have foam mattresses, but I could literally feel the springs in the bed. Otherwise, location was great too!

2022-05-20This is one of the best hotel stays Ive ever had. It’s a little more expensive than others in the area, but it is so worth it. My parents were both injured in an accident and I stayed there 9 days, and they stayed slightly less. The desk girls treated them and me in ways that were not just hospitable but truly caring. Clair is the only one I remember by name, but each one of them working up there was so so kind.Housekeeping went above and beyond in customer service. They told me they weren’t allowed to enter my room because I had an animal, which was fine. They were checking in to make sure I had towels, soap, toilet paper, and overall so kind. The woman working on the continental breakfast most mornings was also so welcoming and kind. She was so quick to respond to anything that needed to be done, even though it looked like she was doing a lot herself! Whatever she is being paid, it’s not enough.Pros:-the staff. Amazing. And they really try to help you out. They fetched me salt packets, dishes, looked around and lent me some scissors, got mail for us, even let me DoorDash a large litter box and kept it behind the desk until arrival-outdoor pool and hot tub-pretty good continental breakfast. Changes each day, but usually eggs and sausage of varying types. Also the standard bagels, waffles, yogurt, juice, etc.-pretty clean, although there was a little pile of trash a guest left in the stairwell for a few days tucked behind a door-they gave me a weekly rate that brought down the price substantially and said no penalty for canceling early-the suite is just an average size, but the studio is HUGE. Get one if you can if you’ll be there a while.-right across the street from the mall, basically in an Aldi parking lot, close to lots of food-little on-site snack shopCons:-blackout curtains didn’t overlap so a little light was always shining in-pillows kinda flimsyOverall I cannot recommend this place enough.

2022-06-28Filthy, as soon as we arrived we noticed the trash cans overflowing with garbage, this happen during our entire stay of four days. The swimming pool area is disgusting and the concrete in the immediate area dirty. The complimentary breakfast is mediocre at best. I got stuck in the elevator and when I called the front desk from my cell phone, the lady answering the phone did not feel my anguish her answer was “ok, we are aware of it.” She did not show any compassion or at least a “I am sorry, please remain calm that we are already working on it.” There is a hotel across the street that seems a lot cleaner and nicer.

2022-02-17The room was very clean & quite . The lady that check me in was rude . The man was very nice he went above and beyond to help me . The breakfast was great just the tables were dirty and she need help wiping down counters. She even dropped a pan full of food from oven almost burning her self . This is the 2 time staying there . But I will come back to see if they improve.
