You just lost a customer because of the hotels poor service with the inconvenience of not understanding my story about the misunderstanding with the cancellation along with being rude! So, that means I would never make any more reservations to this place again! Thank you for wasting my time and my money! 😡😡😡
Very nice Hotel and at a Very decent price. Its close to restaurants, grocery stores, and movies theaters all within a 5 min drive or a 10 min walk. The staff is friendly and keeps this clean and disinfected. The pool and lounge are are definitely a major step up from what youd normally see at a best Western or motel 6. So if your looking for nice place to take a staycation or just need a decent place to get some shut eye Id recommend this place.
I was here for a total of five nights and felt very at home. The rooms where modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The hospitality was above and beyond. There were continuous beverages and snacks in the lobby, free water and snacks in the room. The complimentary breakfast was very good with waffles, turkey sausage, potatoes, eggs and many more items to chose from. When I am back in Alhambra I will most definitely be staying here again.A big shout out and thank you to all the kind and friendly staff. 5 star service, impeccable.
Lydia a very nice receptionist, we feel a warm welcomeThe music at the entrance is our favorite relax instrumental water fall music. The breakfast is excellent, the server also very niceThe heater make some noise, we turn it off and ok for our room temperature. The neighbor room turn on the TV with kids, we can hear from our room, a little bother but its ok, we like this hotel, will come again.
Amazing place! It smelt... amazing like clean white tea through the whole place. The rooms are cozy and well ventilated. Also they have free snacks in the room and in the lobby which was perfect for a late night snack. You also CANNOT forget their continental breakfast, they had everything you could think of for breakfast.. waffles, eggs, tons of juice, milk, toast, croissants, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea... and more!! Especially with the amazing price of the room and getting an amazing breakfast every day of your stay? It was awesome especially for our 4 day stay. I had to give the woman making the breakfast a tip because she did an excellent job. I highly recommend this place especially the service was great with the sweetest front desk attendant. Very happy with this place! 😁
I stayed atgreentree alhambra hotel for 2 nights, let share my horrible experience. I found there was bed bug in my room in my 2nd night, I was actually bitten during 1st night and there was blood on bed sheet. The two bed bug I killed had blood. The receptionist helped to arrange another room, but the shower water was not hot due to water tank issue for entire hotel. The receptionist informed hotel manager who promised to contact me, but I have not heard anything since 12/14.
Stayed at the hotel in April 2021. The hotel room is decent , refrigerator and free refreshments, decent size room . Bed was terrible and the floor felt like you sinking into the next floor . Reason I left two star review is , you can hear everything that is going outside the busy street( every car driving by , people talking ). , the room next door decide to throw a party the night of my exam. Told the staff about the incident 3 times instead of kicking them out , they allowed the partying to go on the rest of the night . So I left with a refund at 12am and check into another hotel .
Easily my FAVORITE hotel I stayed in on my trip to United States. The beds are very nice and the room looks exactly how they look in the pictures provided. The service is impeccable. There is everything someone could need her. Paper plates, cutlery, microwave, fridge and great breakfast by the pool. The inside is decorated very nicely and the people there really are wanting your stay to be the best that it can. The area (15 min walking distance) has a variety of fast food and grocery stores to choose from. The area is safe and mostly occupied by Asian people. WOULD 100% stay here again.
Five years ago my husband & I stayed here A LOT, weeks at a time and the service was phenomenal, then!Recently my husband and I stayed here again and without hesitation or even thinking twice they had remembered us (me and my husband) right away. Just as it was then, five years ago, the service hasnt changed, if not better!Thank you,Well be by there again soon!Benny & Yvette Lopez
My daughter and I spent three nights at Green Tree Inn in Alhambra to tour colleges mid-September 2019. Check in was fast and easy. Our room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. I planned on picking up a toothbrush, shampoo and conditioner at the neighboring Walgreens, but all were supplied in the room. There were also a few snacks and water bottles in the room for free. The shower heated up quickly and had good spray. I’d read the road noise was a problem for some, but except for a random late night motorcycle, I didn’t hear traffic. In fact, every time we left the hotel the road was almost traffic-free! I heard our neighbors arrive late one night and was worried we would hear them, but this was not the case. Except for their arrival, I never heard anyone in the other rooms, and the hotel was full. Breakfast in the morning by the pool was a typical continental breakfast. Check out was super fast. Employees were always friendly. Good location; plenty of nearby restaurants and stores for errands. Easy commute to the highways. I would stay here again!
Very nice for an inexpensive motel. Parking can be limited, but it is off street and mostly secluded. Staff were great and rooms were clean. The only thing missing was a microwave. They have several complimentary items, both in the lobby and the room. They do charge a $5.00 service fee.
We enjoyed a nice three day stay at the GreenTree Inn & Suites in Alhambra February 2020. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The lobby was tastefully decorated and they offered complimentary coffee and cold and hot tea. They also offered complimentary cookies and small mint candies. Our room was large with two queen size beds and was spotlessly clean. There was a flat screen television with cable service and over 100 channels including several HBO channels plus a nice refrigerator. There were two large wardrobe storage areas and an adequate sized bathroom. Our room had a small balcony that looked out on a busy street but it was quiet inside the room . The beds were Asian Style practically sitting directly on the floor which took some getting used too. Despite being very low the beds were comfortable. They furnished complimentary bottled water and snacks daily which was a pleasant surprise. The price of the room also included a complimentary breakfast each morning which is another nice extra. There was plenty of free onsite parking and the hotel location was wonderfully convenient to many local area attractions including the Huntington Library and Gardens, Descanso Gardens, the San Gabriel Mission and downtown Los Angeles plus numerous others. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return here again.
This place far exceeded my expectations. Ive stayed overnight in different LA areas and this one was definitely one of the best experiences. Breakfast is awesome with tons of choices, the complementary cookies and snacks are a really nice gesture. Soaps provided are really nice. This place really makes you feel at home, especially with the free slippers waiting in your room.Parking lot is small, but it does its best with the given city area.Stayed an extra night
The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, and the lady at the front counter was great. This 5 star review is based on just the room and staff. If I included the parking situation it would be a 3 maybe 4. Coming back in after a late night and seeing the parking lot extremely packed and then being informed that I had to park next door at the Walgreens was not ideal, but at least it was a short walk. But their parking lot definitely cant handle their room count.
I found a really great deal! Excellent Stay!! I thought the rooms were very clean. I liked the area and location of the Hotel in Alhambra/Pasadena. Its not the most convenient location from the Freeways or Downtown/Hollywood but it was still not bad of a commute. The general area felt safe and I really liked the neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and the Complimentary Breakfast was pretty good. They give you a mini fridge and bottle waters and snacks in the room. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again and highly recommend it.
Was completely taken by the improvement this place has made. We had the pleasure of staying in the Jacuzzi suite, #Wow... The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet, what more can one ask for. There was NO foul smells through out the place, in fact it was pleasant through out. The breakfast in the morning was great. Counting the days until the next time we stay again!
I liked my experience there, for me and my 2 year old daughter. Friendly staff free coffee tea and cup of noodles all day. Rooms are supper clean and spacious. If I wasnt happy with my room. The staff made sure I was pleased with another room they offer. Only thing no microwaves in the rooms, and housekeeping not so good at cleaning I did complain about that....
This is a little gem hidden in this area. The service is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. My room was neat, inviting, and well appointed. They provided several items in the room that I was not expecting such as snacks, sandals and lotion. In addition, the breakfast items were tasty and fresh. Iwill definitely be on the lookout for this franchise on my future travels.
The room was clean enough for me to walk around barefoot also the sheets were amazingly soft. I have very sensitive skin and they didnt make me itch at all. The workers are so nice and welcoming. Making sure you have everything you need. Its so pretty as well and smells so good.
Absolutely loved my experience there. Lobby was large and decorated very homely, rooms were large and clean, comfortable bed and four pillows. Shower was a little difficult to figure out. Amenities included very good hair conditioner, a super plus. Breakfast bar was full and even included Chinese congee. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will introduce friends and family to this hidden gem.
The staff are beyond amazing. By far the best service I’ve had at any hotel. They had amazing breakfast eggs potatoes cereal bagels toast sausages waffles four different juices chocolate milk hot chocolate coffee. The hotel room was very clean and they had free water bottles and free chips in every room. At night when we were too tired to order food they provided free cup noodles Soups with ice tea. Our rooms have new towels every day and clean sheets without us having to ask for them. This hotel is completely underrated we paid very little for the quality of service that was given to us. I would definitely stay at this hotel On my next trip to California.
For the price is was a great place to stay. Near a Target and other stores. Amazon lockers nearby if you need something in a jiffy like I did. Only spent one night, but managed to go to the zoo. Was only a 30 mi. Drive with traffic. Staff were all nice and helpful. The only downside - and it is minor - is the parking lot is small. Overall would stay there again.
Very nice hotel for its price and quiet location. Check in was quick and courteous. Parking available, and while on the small side, they made it work! Room was clean, bed comfortable, and complimentary food/water a bonus. Only hang-up, not sure if theres an elevator for those in need of it.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Although we got a room that hadnt been cleaned up, they very nicely offered to change our room. :) the rooms are nice and clean. Its right next to a Walgreens which was convenient. The staff was friendly and nice. I would stay here again!
This place is fantastic! Its even more beautiful in person than online. The rates are affordable for even the best rooms - its about 50 dollar difference per night. The rooms come with everything! For travelers who forget things its perfect! They have slippers, robes, toothbrushes, cotton balls, q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bath salts for rooms with jet tubs all complimentary. They have complimentary ramen cups and tea. Complimentary breakfast until 10am. They also have a small freezer section with frozen pizza and tv meals and drinks and ice cream for purchase. They provide a microwave and a toaster oven! Theres complimentary cookies. Theres a section for travel size toiletries for purchase like deodorant and toothpaste!! Its fantastic! They really think of everything! And the service is impeccable! Everyone is so nice at the front desk! We will definitely be returning here!!
Hotel is centrally-located near a lot of good restaurants in Alhambra. Newly renovated so it was pretty clean and modern (enough). I liked the tea station on the ground floor and the little seating area. The pool is just for show though, and not really meant to be used by guests. Its outdoors and not kept very clean. The room itself was not bad as it was newly renovated. The TV was still having some connectivity issues though as it seemed like they were using WiFi streaming.
The staff was the best from the minute I walked in being greeted to the assistance we received when my granddaughter got sick they were there to help in anyway. Rooms were nice size, clean and comfortable beds. Great breakfast was served and only wish we had a chance to go swimming but due to the weather we were unable. Thank you GreenTree Inn & Suites for the great service.
I work at a five star so I know about cleanliness and hospitality and I can say that this hotel is worthy of all the stars. The front desk clerk was nice and remembered me from talking to her earlier over the phone she was nice and her service was fast. The room was impressive I was a little hesitant when I got on the elevator because of the scratches and carvings of graffiti but the room is incredibly clean everything is new and updated and for the price it is unbeatable I highly recommend it.
Staff is very friendly and inviting. Free breakfast in the morning is very nice touch. The rooms are out dated however with some worn carpets, shower had to be use on removable hose because its just above the tube spout and over use is just worn. Could use an update however despite the need for update its is very clean and for the price its a nice stay.
My sister and I have been staying here off and on for the last 3 months while our father has been at the Keck USC hospital. They just remodeled and the rooms are wonderful. Beds are very comfy. They give you free water, snacks, coffee and toothbrushes with toothpaste. The staff is very nice and helpful. They also have free breakfast in the am. You have lots to choose from too; waffles, eggs, sausage, breads, muffins, bagels, juices and coffee. They also have drinks, frozen meals and ice cream for sale in the lobby. We will definitely stay here whenever were in the area.
For the price, this little Inn is really something. They recently remodeled, and the interior looks very nice and well thought out. Nice front desk service, amenities include ice tea, coffee, hot water, tea bags, and instant noodle! If you are on a budget, this is definitely a nice place to stay.
I really like this hotel. They had a special and for a little bit more than $100 a night I got free warm breakfast, free parking, a pool, clean and spacious rooms (they have a switch in the room by the door that turns on a signal light outside of your room to tell housekeeping whether you need cleaning or privacy). Pretty neat. I really liked that feature. In a hallway near the lobby they have glass door refrigerators with different pint-size ice creams (Haagen-Dazs, Ben & Jerry and Talenti) and different beverages for a small price, also TV dinners in case you get hungry at night. The hotel is very nicely decorated.Gas station and a Walgreens nearby, also Costco and Target are not too far. They also have fast food places and other eating places nearby. Very conveniently located. The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially when you arrive late at night, they help you to find parking. The parking lot can get full. All employees (from what I could see) are Asian, so it can be difficult to understand some of them. But all in all I really liked staying there and I liked the feel of the hotel.
My rating is based on hotel and service even though a drunk person went in parking and scratched our car. In regards to hotel room and service, it was way more than expected. It was clean, extra snacks and water inside room. Comfortable beds, free breakfast which was very helpful in morning. Downstairs also has lobby with complimentary coffee, tea and snacks and good customer service onsite. Would recommend just make sure your car has good insurance lol.
I had a really bad day at this hotel. I was planning to stay for this hotel for 3nights, but these thing make me change my mind.I have to say that, they got really good service on those snacks & drinks, but I will prefer them to upgrade they room quality, because they got bugs on the bed. The bugs bite my hands & legs, it makes me not feeling well, even I complain to the front desk, they seems like dont know whats going on. And I requested to have a quiet room, but it seems like they having a contructions or renovation with their rooms, it makes me feel like I pay $85 per night and I get nothing! No good sleep envoriment & bugs on the bed. I promised I wont stay another night or another time on this hotel anymore. Bad experience here.
Very nice. Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and had color changing lights over bed and jacuzzi which was the comfortablest one i have ever had in a hotel very cool. Lost a star because bed was extremely firm! They call it a pillow top but its a very thin layer and felt like hard bumps. My husband folded the the thin comforter in thirds and had me lay on that since I like a soft bed (it helped) and he called for another blanket. Also they had a small problem with the little ants. They showed up if we left any food out. Secured parking lot with guard. Make sure you get to breakfast early they run out of eggs fast. They have waffles, potatoes, turkey sausage etc. Room also had complimentary snacks, slippers. Bottled water coffee. Lobby had complimentary cookies, coffee, tea and even ramen noodles if your hungry. And drinks and some food for sale.
Stayed at a number of hotels in Hawaii and US in this travel but found Green Tree so much more comfortable and pleasant. Very friendly staffs, good and bigger room, and good breakfast included. So near to all the good tourist sites around LA. Good value for money. Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to those visiting LA.
This was NOT a friendly or great place to stay.when I booked the room online, the pic of the room was clean and newly updated.i felt deceived when they put us in rm# 201.it was old and filthy.the ceiling was peeling and looked moist and had holes.the mirror was mended with 2 strips of duct tape.rhe a/c barely blew out any air,let alone cool air. I went to the desk to show them the pic and price I booked off of. They came back with excuse after excuse.I couldnt put my family through this room for 2 nights. as I walked through the hallway I saw the newer rooms being cleaned by an Asian lady.she was also rude. As I asked her questions she would speak in her language and she was literally shouting into the hand radio to front desk. I went down to desk and told them that I saw the room that I was supposed to have. They denied that I booked that room but they said I could have it for $40 more. Basically our stay was full price but worth it. The staff was not friendly and made it hard to understand what they were saying about us and our situation as it was in their language. The pool was small but cooled off the kids and the breakfast was a good selection but sausages were refrigerator cold. I will never stay there again, but if you do make sure you ask for a newly remodeled room. you will regret it if you dont.i five this hotel ZERO stars. Good luck.**Itwill not let me post this until I put a star. But really I give ZERO
No hot water, from 11pm the front desk kept saying it was gonna be fixed in 15 min, in half an hour, another half hour, itll be fixed by the morning, the whole stay it was not running and when asked about a discount or refund they said it was not their problem because its the gas companys fault. It is their problem that they were dishonest the whole time about when it would get fixed when it sounds like it wasnt within their control to begin with after I complained about it on checking out.It sounded like the gas shutting off was a regular occurrence, and it would have been far more honest to say that was the case from the start and give us a chance to find a different hotel, instead they continued to lead us to believe it was getting fixed.
Absolutely terrible. Tried to rip us off claiming they didnt charge my credit card. They clearly had. Not only that they charged it for a higher rate than the reservation. The incompetent person checking us in wanted to charge the card again after obviously screwing up the charge but refused to acknowledge that they already charged the card. Unreal rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and likely a scam front for stealing credit cards and making bogus charges. Had to involve my credit card company and dispute the charge that they said they didnt make as well as book another hotel room as no way was I staying in a place that attempts to rip one off in the first five minutes. Absolutely never again.
I dont know why they are only a two star. From the moment that you walk in, you are immediately greeted by a very kind staff. They smell extremely clean and the rooms are extremely nice. I would recommend anyone to stay here, I will defeiently stay again if I have to be in the area.
My first visit was great, but after one year, i decided to come back with my family of five. They told me that they have changed the policy and cant let us stay all in a two bed room. I told them that i had stayed here before with the same amount of people, but they kept insisting that it was not possible due to policy.
STAY AWAY. Bed bugs. Disgusting floors with holes in the carpet. Dirty sheets that were so thin you could see the dirty mattress underneath. The mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. The a/c did not work at all. It was gross, hot and stuffy even though it ran at the highest speed and lowest degree for two hours. I noticed mold in the vents. We checked into our room and a few hours later we checked out, got a refund and spent 40 more bucks on a room down the road at the Comfort Inn. Worth it.I have never ever had to cancel a room anywhere before. It was honestly gross. I will never stay there again and I would highly recommend you stay away. The lady at the front desk was nice but when I asked for a refund she had the housekeeping lady go back up to my room with me where she made me show her all the bugs I had killed. I explained that they came from between the mattress and the box spring. I know what bed bugs look like. That was them. Nasty. She spent awhile looking everywhere and then walked me back down to the front desk where they issued me a refund and said sorry. Thats it. Just dont bother. For 20-40 extra bucks you can stay somewhere livable.
Absolutely amazing service. Like geez they need to have a class to teach other hotels/motels how to run a business because I’ve stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels yet I still didn’t receive that great of customer service. 😂 Had a slight problem with check in but Eva and Anka handled it so well I wouldn’t mind the problem happening again! Lol I loved the full breakfast, so many options to eat. And the rooms were very clean and cozy. I will definently stay here every single time I’m in the area!
We were a 3 car caravan on a cross country move. Hotel staff indicated only 2 cars were permissible per room - website only states limited parking and first-come-first-served (apparently not). We were advised to park at Walgreens by staff, but later found these were tow away zones. Ended up street parking around the block in a residential area, but received a ticket despite no posted signage.Their parking is a big constraint as it does not seem to support their room count. It would have been helpful for staff to inform out of town guests of Alhambras unique parking regulations. The rooms were clean and breakfast offered more than just the traditional continental breakfasts.
The building itself doesnt look good at all, they remodel the rooms, when I got in my room I saw a clean bed, clean carpet, well lighted room, balcony, just check the pictures and youll see what Im talking about, I was surprised, they got complimentary bottle water for you they got a couple of bags of Doritos, they have some flip-flops for you, its really nice, five stars.Cool Oriental guy at the front desk you got questions he got answers.
This will be my 3rd time staying at this hotel it is by far my favorite place to stay, it has great amenities (amazing air conditioning) spacious very clean and well maintained rooms and a wonderful staff that is welcoming and friendly, having a great staff that has pride in what they do makes all the difference in the world when it comes to hospitality not to mention free water and snacks
Anika is wonderful! She is the customer service representative. She called us about an item we left and deposit I forgot. I had paid with an old 100 dollar bill and asked her to save it when I come back to exchange it. She even wrote a note to the other customer representatives to save for me. I got it back today! Very nice place!
This place was very suspicious of me, as soon as I walked into thier establishment. I really believe it is because of my skin color, and me not being of Asian decent. Ten minutes after I checked in, and finished moving my things from the car to the room, and employee entered my room, when I went down stairs to smoke a cigarette. Then I was being accused of smoking in the room. I really feel like they just wanted to take my $100 deposit away from me. Everyday I notice someone else has been in my room, and I place the do not disturb sign on the door.To top it all off, lastnight I was awakened at 1:10 a.m in the morning, by the group of people they put next to my room (8 people in 1 room). I go downstairs to complain directly to the front desk person. He then proceeds to check that rooms paper work, at first I couldnt understand why he just didnt pick up the phone and call the room. What happened next, explained it all. He started speaking what ever Asian dialect, and seemed to be apologizing the the person on the other end of the line. After hanging up he tells me I didnt hear any noise, and they say they are not making any. So I looked right at him and said so Im just down here right now, just to lie to you then right? Dont stay here unless you are Asian that all I have to say.I would have left a long time ago, if my company wasnt the ones responsible for my stay in the first place....business always out ways other peoples stupidity.
Well, first let me say, this thank you,to the ladys working the front desk, there were very helpful, the rooms are great, know I dont know about you,but the pool was by far the best, the staff here is very respectful,to tell the truth I was having a bad day, tell I meet the staff, the made me feel welcome, and made smile and laugh, once again THANK YOU,AM GOING TO BE THERE BIGGEST FAN,FOREVER.....
This is definitely not the biggest hotel doesnt look like it would be a fancy place but the service supersedes any of the biggest hotels I have stayed on before .....they make sure every detail is cover you walk in any feels like youre in a spa because they have little scent everywhere in the hotel that just makes you feel relaxed and happy the have a continental breakfast it comes it eggs and some a rice soup and a bunch of little things not the best but its not bad at all either,,,,,but what they do have is cookies at any time during the day for the kiddos and cups of instant soup for you to make by the coffee and hot tea station and a couple vending machine with tons of feel happy Goodies.... The price was very affordable compared to other hotels in the area and I did not mind driving an extra 5 or 10 minutes to feel this good about a place to stay in....... Kudos to all of you guys thank you for making our stay awesome
FIRST OFF LET ME SAY IF YOUR NOT CHINESE OR WHITE WITH MONEY DONT STAY HERE THIS PLACE IS DISRESPECTFUL AND PREJUDICE. I AM A HISPANIC WITH TATTOOS LIKE ALOT OF OTHER PEOPLE AND YES I HAVE SAME SEX PARTNER. FOR THIS REASON I WAS GIVEN ATTITUDE AND LOOKS BY THE STAFF AND EVERYTIME ME AND PARTNER WALKED BY THEY WOULD STARE AND SPEAK IN THEIR LANGUAGE WHEN ADDRESSED I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS IMAGINING THINGS AND ASKED IF I WAS ON DRUGS.I CANT TELL YOU HOW UPSET I WAS AND MY PARTNER WAS HURT BEYOND BELIEF.TO ADD TO INSULT ON MY SECOND DAY A MALE MANAGER KNOCKED AT MY DOOR AND HANDED ME A PAPER AND SAID THERE WAS A COMPLAINT OF SMOKING IN ROOM I ASKED HIM TO COME IN AND CHECK IF THERE WAS SMOKE BUT HE DECLINED AND CONTINUED TO SAY THINGS ABOUT THE 250.00 FINE FOR SMOKING I REALLY COULDNT UNDERSTAND HIM DUE TO HIS HEAVY ACCIDENT AND THEN HE JUST WALKED AWAY. I REVIEWED PAPER IT SAID IT WAS A WARNING BUT IF ADDRESSED AGAIN THE FINE WOULD BE IMPOSED. THE NEXT DAY AT CHECK OUT EVERYTHING WAS OK I SIGNED TO RECIEVE MY 100 CASH DEPOSIT BACK AND AS EMPLOYEE WAS GONNA HAND ME MY MONEY BACK ANOTHER FEMALE CHINESE EMPLOYEE SPOKE IN THEIR LANGUAGE AND ALL OF A SUDDEN I WAS TOLD TJEY WERE KEEPING MY 100 CASH DEPOSIT . THEIR REASON WAS BECAUSE THEY FOUND A HALF CIGARETTE IN MY TRASH CAN I EXPLAINED IT CAME FROM A JACKET POCKET. I BECAME SO UPSET AND THEN CALLED ALHAMBRA POLICE DEPT. LETS JUST SAY I AM GOING TO FILE A CIVIL SUIT TO GET MY 100 DEPOSIT BACK..SO JUST SOME ADVICE IF YOUR ANY OTHER RACE THAN CHINESE OR RICH DONT STAY AT ALHAMBRA INN THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL UNWANTED AND DISRESPECTED IT WILL DISGUST YOU.

2022-04-08I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I always wipe down rooms with Clorox wipes, and I was really pleased to have all my wiped come away clean! Water pressure was great, and the AC worked perfectly. I was staying while my SO was at Alhambra Hospital and was happy with how centrally located hotel is to the hospital, stores and food. And their free breakfast was fantastic!!! Thank you for a great stay!

2022-04-29The staff was friendly, the breakfast was quite yummy, there was complimentary cup noodles and goldfish!! (My favorites). The parking lot is nice and safe. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The only reason I took away a star was because it wasnt the cleanest.

2021-12-02The building feels newer, with ample parking and located near but not on a busy street, with decent freeway access for most but not all freeways.Located just across the border from Pasadena in a mostly residential area, it is the unusual hotel, with only this location, that tries to go out of its way to take the extra step for making you feel comfortable. My choice preference of room location was well-explained over the phone and the room itself was large and had a view over the parking lot to the high hills behind Pasadena.Liliana at the front desk was very helpful, as well as the night staff. Breakfast is typical but decent. A discount for a week or more stay may be available as it was for me, depending on the time of the year. Overall it leaves the typical Comfort Inn- quality motel in the dust in my opinion.

2022-05-22We had a concert at the Rose Bowl, and a friend recommended this hotel for us to stay at.At 1sr we were concerned about the distance, but was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get there from here. The hotel staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. Our room on the top floor, had a small fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and everything look clean, even after checking closely. Our room was quiet from road and other guest even though we faced the street. Our room even had a small balcony, while no chairs to sit on, it was nice in May to open, turn off the A/C and let the fresh cool afternoon/evening air in.They did have free personal items downstairs if need at the front desk. (Razors and such)The pool was clean and cold, not heated, but that didn’t bother us.The breakfast is the normal items you’d see at any motel nowadays.Overall al great place to stay.

2022-06-23I have been a frequent guest for the past 2 years and I will continue to be a guest. They are friendly, clean and you just cant beat there waffles for breakfast 🍳. One thing I have noticed is how pricy the rooms are. Just depends what day you book. But they should consider a discount or no deposit fee if a guest books for more than 1 night..

2022-06-25This place accused me of damaging stuff and charged my account. There was no damage to anything when I left the room. The cleaning crew made the claim and they are liars. I have been a frequent flyer for the past year and a half and it only took one staff member at the front desk to do this to me because she did not like me for wanting to argue with me in front of potential future guest. She was very unprofessional and made a lie about me about making damage to towels and sheets. I can attest before God that NEVER happened. Im not a liar and I have never done what she said. God sees all. She will now have to answer to Him for her lies. I will NEVER stay at this place ever again and Im going to convince my friends to do the same. Please be careful with your stay and watch out for the mean lying lady at the front desk that works the day shift. I made a corporate complaint as well and will just leave this in Gods hands now.

2022-06-01I came to this hotel on Saturday, May 28th to spend time with family. When I arrived, I was told to park in a specific spot by the hotel staff. The next morning, the drivers side, rear of my car, had been hit. I complained to the hotel staff, specifically to the man that told me to park where I did. Suddenly he developed amnesia and told me he didn’t know who I was, nor remember telling me where to park my car. I asked him his name. He told me he was the manager and the owner.Later on in the day I spoke with Olivia, I asked her if I could have footage of the cameras in the parking lot so I could send it to my car insurance. She said I would have to wait until Monday because the owners were in New York and they would be the only ones who could review the videos because of privacy issues. This morning, as I was checking out, the man who said he was the manager was there. I asked him what his name was he became enraged. He started wagging his finger at me and yelling at me. Then he started coming towards me, kicking a door so I hurried out with my kids. I managed to take a picture of him coming at me. The owner called me today, she told me she couldn’t give me the video because of privacy issues. Add to all that, the TV was broken, the carpet smelled like weed, and the towels were stained. I’ll never go back to this hotel and and hope this serves as a warning to all those considering staying at this poor excuse of a hotel.
