5 star service! I’d like to give a shout out to Wei and Feli. They inspected the property and helped us complete a soil treatment a local treatment. During visits, they are very professional, friendly, detailed orientated, they even went above and beyond to cover all the holes that’s been damaged by the termites. It has been a couple of weeks since they provided this service and we can clearly see that all the termites disappeared. We will definitely recommend Great Wall Termites to friends and family.

NOT professional company. They just OUTSOURCE work to a third party company, very bad quality. So disappointed.Great wall termite did fumigation to our house in 2020. Very unprofessional work. It turns out they outsourced the fumigation work to a third party company, and the workers of that company they outsourced to are not professional guys at all. It looks these guys are randomly picked from Homedepot parking lot looking-for-job guys.When I saw the guys who did the fumigation work, I was shock and began to worry about the quality of their work.My worry is right: after they did fumigation, the herb I put into closet inside the house was still LIVE. This means the fumigation did not work at all.And within short time, I started to see some new termite stuff showing up.I was using a different termite company before, and Great wall termite is really not a professional company at all.

I have nothing but good things to say about Great Wall Termite Control even though (LUCKILY) I did not have any termites.I reached out to them several times regarding inspections both on my former home and my new home. They were professional, timely, extremely on top of their game in terms of scheduling as well as doing the work. We all know things happen, but when things do go wrong, they are on top of fixing and repairing or remediating the issue. I had an attic door that broke during inspection and they promptly scheduled to come back and replace it. Good as new!I like that their reports are clear, they spend the time to explain to you as a home owner what you should care about, what you can put off, and what you need to address immediately. I appreciate the candor as often times in home buying & selling, there are a multitude of things you need to concern yourself with and no one has unlimited budget.I recently contacted Great Wall to address issues with ants in my new home and they came out promptly to do the work only two days after I contacted them about it. Im still in the waiting period for the treatment to work, but have already seen a significant reduction in ants. Thanks Great Wall!
