The staff could have been more friendly. One women with all the piercings seemed like i was bothering her for a price. I have given thousand s of dallors and items since the store opened. And it will be the last. The prices are way to high. I can get new and better things for your prices. Remember your a second hand store.

Had some chairs and a small cabinet and a vanity to donate but it wasnt good enough for them there were some scratches on the legs of the chairs now instead of donating them that are going to the landfill to top it off the guy was very rude to us like he was better than us , DO NOT DONATE TO THIS PLACE TAKE IT SOMEWHERE IT WILL BE APPRECIATED.....

Majority of store displays womens clothes. There is a small mens section, shoe section and a disorganized section for household stuff. They have other goodies, fun for browsing. A good selection of cheap books. For work pants, like jeans or slacks, they have good deals.
This Goodwill store is very well organized. It was easy to find clothes in my size and they were arranged by color. Alsi, I found a good looking basket. My 91-year old Dad found the books he wanted to read. This is one of the best stores Ive shopped in and that includes regular retail shops. If youre a Goodwill fan, check out this location.

Why dose everyone in this town like to assume that people like to still especially when that person doesn’t and when they get told that you did even when you not done shopping and then you had to Prove them wrong and then their attitude changes quickly. It’s not right to Embarrass people especially when they’re not doing nothing wrong......
Prices are crazy for a used pair of shoes. Was going to buy some dress up shoes for my grand baby 15$ for a used pair might as well go to Ross I think I can get cheaper brand new.
You can usually find pretty good stuff here. Sometimes it’s a bit pricey but generally worth it!
$4.99 for a regular t-shirt that was purchased at Mervyn (15+ years ago)! $4.59 for a plastic drinking cup from Arco! What in the world is wrong with Goldwill? They have been pretending to be the Neiman Marcus of thrift stores. I will never go back to a Goodwill. I would rather shop at the hospice thrift store who prices items realistically and isnt trying to be something their not. Do not donate to Goodwill, find the American Cancer Society or Hospice thrift store in your local community and SUPPORT!
Worst customer service Ive ever had. Jonathan was extremely rude and put his hands on me by grabbing things out of my hands. Then tells me he rang me up double and telling me I need to recheck everything while a long line formed. I tried to let other go ahead of me but he told me I wasnt allowed to do that. Then tells me I cant afford my items Im buying since I didnt want to buy a .10 bag that I thought was always free there. When I called him out in front of the manager for being rude the manager said nothing. A Im sorry let me try to help ring you up and make sure youre being rung up right would have been nice but the manager wouldnt even look me in the face. Then Im told by another manager he has mental issues and he has no filters as if thats an excuse for how rude and white trash he made me and my children feel. If the store knows hes like this then he shouldnt be in the front interacting with the customers. They are lucky I didnt call the police for him putting his hands on me the way he did.
I purchased here something and i couldnt take it with me because i had my hatchback car on that day it just wont fit. So i told the cashier ill come tomorrow and pick up he said ok put the sold tag on it. The next day i came to the store to pick my item and it was sold to someone else. Dont leave your stuff even if you bought it have the receipt. Managers are rude dont care. This place needs some training with the stuff and management!
It was nice not so much people there that was great too. I had to get a pot to cook in. I only had 1 at home to work with. Since you you have to wear a mask its a must
Goodwills prices have gone up a bit and its really annoying when they get weird about their dressing rooms...theyre not Macys LOL. outside of that customer service is pretty decent there and overall if you dig hard enough you can find a good deal
This is a true thrift store. Things are used, customer service is good, places adequate, typical thrift store atmosphere. Prices generally better than other thrift stores in this area. If youd like to browse there are often small Treasures.

As expected from a thrift store, you have to frequently visit. I often get awesome finds. Several dressing rooms. Free parking lot. Clean Restrooms. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Easy access.

I found what I was looking for, which was an oldVGA cable, and there’s lots of clothes, toys, housewares, and so on!
This shop has a large clothing area, but other than that it is very limited. It has a small furniture and kitchen area. Very small used books section. Prices seem a bit high compared to Salvation army shop in Auburn.
Coming from an avid thrift store shopper this is the best thrift store. I always find the coolest stuff here. Love it. In fact don’t go here so I can get all the awesome stuff!
BEST Goodwill Thrift I have ever been to. I always come out with multiple pieces to add to my vintage closet. Last time I spent over $50.

Not one single handed thought to be made by anyone on payroll in this joint. If the place was on fire I seriously doubt anyone of them would get out alive. They really would simply run in figure 8s bouncing off one another until the smoke took its toll.
It used to be easy for a drop off of things you need to donate. But I guess its understandable because of COVID 19. The line gets really long in the back.

The prices are reasonable and you find some really interesting stuff.

2022-06-28I do like this Goodwill but the prices, on stuff they got for free are too high. Almost as much as brand new for a fry pan, dutch oven and a lot of other things. I go in to sticker shock as Im poor and go here to get necessities for home. $24 bucks for a used Dutch oven at the Goodwill is just greedy. People are always nice and I do always walk out with something I also leave disappointed when the prices on some things are almost equal to buying it brand new.

2022-05-02I just love these guys who work there ,helpful and nice especially Matthew , whos been there for at least 10 years. He even gave me a senior discount when I didnt have to ask . I wasnt sure he, 0 said but I figured... He and his co-workers are really good to me and often go out of their way for others.

2021-10-06This is our favorite Goodwill store. Employees are very nice and respectful. Store has plenty of things to browse. I have found some of my favorite things here. Got some expensive shoes for a very affordable price. Lots of nice kids and baby clothes. Terrific book section is organized and full of books you didnt even know you wanted! Cool assortment of electronic goods. The Halloween stuff is always the best with a ton of brand new items to choose from. If you dont know what you want to be for Halloween just come in and see what you find. Keep up the good work.

2022-01-09Usually overpriced at this location. They are supposed to be a non-profit organization yet when their prices are so high. And when they are questioned they claim it is because of the brand. Last i checked these are donated goods and none of that is supposed to matter. But it does to these people and its awful quite frankly.

2021-03-23One of the nicest and well organized Goodwills I have EVER been to. Quality stuff at low prices. And the clothes are organized by BOTH size and color. Plus they have a MASSIVE board game collection as well!

2021-02-07I love Browsing Goodwill! I usually go to Roseville but I live in Auburn so I thought I’d go in and check it out! I do not struggle financially but I love a good deal! I take pride in how I dress and how I present myself and in Roseville they are nice and very respectful. The minute I walked into Auburn one if the associates started following me?? I was looking through the shirts and she was standing 2 feet from me watching everything I did! It made me so uncomfortable that it ruined the whole experience. I have the utmost respect for these workers and can appreciate the need to keep an eye on things but really come on?? Don’t PROFILE!! I felt like I should take out my credit card just to go through the store! Management, you should train your employees not to do this , I hesitate to return. Practice a more professional approach and let those of us that are there to shop, enjoy the experience!

2020-11-11This Goodwill offers plenty of parking, and the store is pretty well organized. Usually it is very well stocked, but right now the inventory is low, probably due to Covid. As with all Goodwill stores their prices run from too high to ridiculously high. Come on Goodwill, people who are poor (like me) cannot give you twenty five dollars for a used coat, or fifteen to twenty five dollars for a pair of used shoes. ☹
