This is a very clean Goodwill.The place is pretty big and lots of variety of treasures. Tons of books, clothes, dishes, and tons of decorations for your house. A small variety of furniture.

Wow ! This Goodwill is beautiful just like a boutique , the prices are great. You will find a lot nice clothes name brands. Plus check out the section with household items. I love how the store is well displayed. I will continue coming to this new location.
I visited goodwill on E. H st. Yesterday. I bought a few things I liked. I bought a book, a golf club, even a mayan calendar as well as other things. Its a awesome store with a lot of variety to buy. I also visited this store today as soon as they opened. I bought a book and brand new boxers. I felt like I made good purchases. And get customer service provided when I had a question about price and size. The females at the register are doing a good job when finging up the items and wraping up the glass so it doesnt break. Thank you for everything. And keep up the great work staff.

For being a newer store, I liked how clean and organized this store is. I really liked the selection of clothes and especially all the name brands that they carry (for example: NorthFace, Volcom, Calvin Klein, etc.) and not to mention some of the clothes are even brand new with the original MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price) sales tag attached. However, their prices are definitely way over priced, in particular some of the new items. I know and I get it, that their selling price is less than the original sale price, but still. Most, if not all, items for sale at GOODWILL Thrift Stores were donated. Which means that they were FREE. So to ask so much for these items just makes these NOT that good of a deal anymore. Nevertheless, I do like stopping by whenever I am in San Diego, particularly in Chula Vista.
Clean and very neatly organized. Great selection of items as well as great prices. The staff is courteous and friendly. Also the give discounts on purchases.
I have probably been to every goodwill that there is in San Diego County and I have NEVER seen one with prices this high. It was ridiculous. Most of the items were listed about a dollar lower than the item would be selling for new at a retail store. I saw a few items priced higher than they would have been brand new! The employees all seemed very kind and helpful, and that is the only positive about this store.
Store is clean but aisles are a bit tight especially near the glassware. Things seem to be priced a bit higher than all the other goodwills Ive visited. They are charging antique store prices for some things. I did pick up two Keurigs that work great and will be put to good use at work and home. I did see an outdoor table and chairs priced at 2,000+. I would really love to know the system they are using to determine price because 90 percent of us going to the goodwill arent going because we have 2000 dollars to throw down. My guess is they look items up on ebay and mark it at list price and not sold price.
I love a good thrift store find and I’ve been on a winning streak at this location. My home is 80% furnished and decorated from Goodwill’s and I know I’ll always score a good antique here without paying antique prices. Worth coming in any chance I get.
Staff are polite and respectful but the price of the item is like shopping at Marshals or Ross for a brand new item. I was trying to buy a ceramic bowl it comes from Ross and has sticker of $13.00 Ross original price. I checked the Goodwill price andit’s 15.00. And i checked a lot of item are too expensive considering it’s only a donation.
Today was my first time visiting this location, and I liked so much, everything was clean and I found 2 beautiful dresses, also few decor for my house.
Not fair that all sales are final when you cant try on, but found she good boots, staff friendly.
I love shopping second hand stuff. If youre fortunate enough, you can find items with the tag still on them, at a fraction of the cost of new.This particular location is roomy and nice.

I checked it out for my own experience and the clothes are regular retail price definately not what I expected the furniture is sold at regular store priced furniture the ceramic items are above 8 bucks witch to me its ridiculous to pay full retail price for used items and things are usually cheaper at other goodwill in the area I have no idea why this one had expensive items they seem same that you can find elsewhere for less .

This Goodwill opened about a year ago and used to be a small supermarket. The products, although they are used, are generally of very good quality. Unlike most old Goodwills, this one does have guest toilets.

2022-05-16Excellent in their clothing content. Suitcases Must be inspected carefully as the large one I bought had a broken wheel. It seems to be rolling ok so will if it makes it thru the flight home.Staff here were super helpful yet not pushy at all. They all seemed to enjoy their jobs based in their upbeat attitudes.Glad to see employment support dollars coming from here as well.#RockFromRI

2020-01-10I am beyond excited this location has opened, this is now my new favorite Goodwill for many different reasons. Not only are they located next to Costco which is convenient for my weekly Costco run, but they are also located next to Walmart. Not to mention considering they are located next to other busy stores they have plenty of parking which doesn’t interfere with me trying to find a spot. Why is this my new favorite store, where do I start? There is something for everyone. This is a bigger store and has lots to choose from, plus its clean and organized. It has lovely clothing for all ages, fabulous books, lots of shoes, jewelry, and housewares. The best part is new items are always coming out. Bottom line, this is a great store and there is something for everyone.My experience has been awesome. I’ve scored great things on their grand opening. I even recently picked up some quirky and unique stemware, which is perfect for hosting when I have friends over. Really, how could you not want to shop here? Where else am I going to get a Tory Burch bag (with the Bloomingdales tags still attached) for less than $35? I think it’s fair to say that’s a great deal since it retails for close to $300. While I tell, myself I don’t need more clothes, I seem to always come home with a pair of Lululemon leggings or something else that’s way below retail. Shopping here is less expensive than finding stuff on Poshmark. First, I can touch and try it on and I don’t have to pay for shipping. Even better Ive seen items new with tags and other things that look brand new. I think it’s safe to say that my husband and I have acquired many new treasures since they have opened. Since I’m already making the required trip to Costco – why would I not stop in and see what new things I can find. I’ve always been greeted with a friendly “hello” when I walk through the door. It gets me pumped to hunt for the next thing that I can add to my collection of stylish things.

2022-03-23Goodwill should be named Badwill. They don’t allow refunds. Yet their fitting rooms are still closed whereas other businesses have opened it long ago. As big as they are they don’t have a credit system, you are forced to return your merchandise in seven days for exchange only. Horrible horrible organization for profit.

2019-11-26Nice location! Nice inventory, nice selection. Lots of parking. Found some nice things but I found the prices to be too much. I think paying $14.99 and $19.99 for a sweater is ridiculous since its second hand. I can pay the same at Target. So I left empty handed and decided to head to Target instead.

2021-10-27I don’t appreciate the customer service recently. They have racks out in the open where customers walk by, and I shuffled through one of them. Then one of the workers said to me in a rude tone, “Can’t shuffle the racks.” I looked at her, and she had an annoyed expression on her face. I felt chastised the way she approached me about it. This happened two weeks ago on Wednesday. I didn’t appreciate the way she made me feel about it, the way she spoke to me was a tone that made it out to be like I was doing something wrong on purpose. I just wasn’t aware beforehand we weren’t supposed to do that. There weren’t even any signs on the rack.Then today, the workers told the customers over the intercom in an unfriendly tone to not touch the racks because of Covid. And the last two weeks ago when that worker spoke directly to me saying not to shuffle the racks, she didn’t even have a mask on. I found that really hypocritical.The feeling I’m getting from the workers at this specific Goodwill is that they are treating the customers like a nuisance. They have one of the best good stuff and furniture, so I feel like because it’s inevitable customers are always going to keep coming back, they’re not as motivated to improve their customer service. It appears they are taking their customers for granted, so anytime there is a small problem with any customer, such as doing something they’re not supposed to do because they didn’t know better, it’s obvious the workers are annoyed easily. The staff mostly responds to their customers like an average person trying to get by through the day, usually unfriendly. Not in a professional manner.I really don’t appreciate this. I hope the customer service improves here. Its been really poor recently. I don’t like the way the workers are treating their customers at all. It’s too bad because it wasn’t like this before. I see all the good reviews from months ago, and it’s true that the workers were as nice as the past reviews said from in the past. But now, I don’t know what’s changed. Again, great stuff to buy but the customer service has just been so poor recently.

2022-01-21I have been going ever since they opened not to long ago and the prices were fine nothing exceeded 30 dllrs and that was and really huge coats or jackets but now they are overpricing everything I saw shien SHIENN!!! For 20 dllrs which is ridiculous considering it’s cheaper new. Other than that clean and well organized.

2021-05-25Friendly workers when dropping off the donations. They open Thursday-Monday 10-5pm, close on Tue/Wed. They do accept monitors/desktop and you must agree to get a receipt.
