The shoes were original vans but they cost $15.00 thats a lot of money in my opinion for a pair of gently used shoes, but actually it is a way huge discount if it was bought from the mall or the Vans store. There was a pair of sketchers jogging shoes also i was looking at but i think they were $20...I got a pair of socks for .99 cents from the pile, they are cotton good quality.Goodwill sold masks also. They were kids masks but they fit with dinosaurs on them. There was a line to get back in; after my friend delivered the mask to me.Only for a few minutes.Ive heard from a worker before this Goodwill is very expensive for the items, i dont know if the workers get a discount. But they have great bedding sets and pillows very cheap for private or professional interior designers thats worth getting excited about really...One time my friend and i went to a Salvation Army and we bought a cast iron antique sign for $10 of a firehouse insurance sign people used to hang outside their house which indicated they paid fire insurance, so the towns fire department knew to put the fire out at that specific house. Well, we put it on offerup...and made a $30.00 profit on that, minus the gas across town though and the $10 it cost on a whim and gamble. I thought that was pretty amazing. Especially since we had no idea if it was a reproduction since the paint was immaculate it looked faked, but lulz and behold it was original.I have a good feeling about the glassware to at other ones.Theres antique valuable milk glass and other types a collector might be looking for.
While experiencing the new contact less interactions I found the employees to be very helpful and professional under extremely difficult circumstances. Well done. I made 3 trips to Goodwill today and will make at least 2 tomorrow. Ill keep going back and be of service to those in need of what I dont.
Its a nice large store with a ton of clothes and random assortment of other thrift store finds. I dislike how they dont organize by size, as it can take forever to find something thatll fit right. Theres not much for bigger folk, at least in the ladies stuff. No bathroom or changing room bc of covid, sadly. Nothing stopping you from trying it on over your clothes tho LoL.They are a bit overpriced on some things... The location is nice, its a good size, and theres interesting finds occasionally.
This is a the place I donate household items I no longer need. The place appears to be very professionally run. Since part of the mission of the organization is to provide employment to those with job skill challenges, you will find occasional minor service failures. Shopping here is like visiting a well organized yard sale. They keep their restrooms clean, much better than I have experienced with most commercial establishments.
Shopping this store is like going to a rummage sale on a Sunday after everything decent has been sold. If you are lucky enough to find something, it is priced at or above eBay prices, so why bother? Other Goodwill locations will occasionally have good brand name stuff at fair prices, but not this one. Take sunglasses for example...once in a while I’ll see Ray-Ban, Oakley, Coach, etc sunglasses for sale at other Goodwill stores, but you will never find a name brand pair here at any price. Are the employees taking all the better stuff at this store or what? And then they have the nerve to ask you to round up on your purchase!Do yourself a favor and just stay home. Go on eBay where you can actually find what you’re looking for and it won’t cost you any more. If all you need is a generic trinket or used wicker basket, this is the place for you, but otherwise it has become a waste of time
I will only buy items that look almost new because I have a hard time paying $3.50-5.00 for something that would be a quarter at a yard sale. I know its a good cause but so is good stewardship! :-) The racks are categorized. For a second hand place its a nice one. They wouldnt let my granddaughter try on a bathing suit. I understand though...she would have left her undergarment on...but maybe some people wouldnt, and hey, they cant enforce that once in the changing room, right? They still provide a bag for you at checkout.
Went to goodwill on Olive and very good customer service didnt like the service on coffee rd the person that was with me doesnt speak English and there was an employee sitting on the other side of the door and she got upset like rude and told us thats the wrong side to come in I told her you should put a sign in spanish so people can understand
Clothes are not well organized like other Goodwills. Not by color, or by size. Fitting rooms have no attendant, and one must wait a while to find the keeper of the almighty key. Management might do well to visit other well-kept Goodwills and take note. The store is very clean, though, which I appreciate.
This is another target wannabe. overpriced junk. read my white lane review. one of the cashiers when questioned why they are so expensive remarked back stating everything in california is expensive. with all the free items goodwill is receiving and pushing they should guarantee the item since its like buying retail with the prices they are charging. by the way be aware by goodwill asking a customer to show your id when using a credit card. its illegal. read your credit card disclosure and look it up online. its against the law. if they refuse a sale by you not showing a id its illegal. contact your credit card company to file a report to have this practice stopped.
Had the worst experience ever. Paid for a dresser and the policy is really dumb. Had to wait out side cause the store does not allow you to put a sold tag and didnt get assistance out side either. The guys are so lazy and depend on store policy to get away without doing anything. I personally will not shop there nor recomend the place with bad service . on the picture i posted you can clearly see the trash can so over full that trash is not picked up.
Came here to donate items. Attendant clearly did not want to work. On every single item he would make me wait while he tracked down another employee to ask if it was something they accepted. He claimed at one point they dont accept electronics which was shocking since he had just taken a stereo and a printer. Makes me wonder if he was even trained.
Owfull customer service.barerly offering the plastic shopping bag to customer if the purchased item is little .leave it to customer decide to the item be baged or not .not leaving the item after payment on counter and call the next customer to come.this is rude.Show some respact please to all walk of class.
I love shopping at Goodwill in every town I visit. Where I live in Valencia the customer service is amaxing! Now this Goodwills employees are real rude! Dont greet you and have an attitude when you ask them a question. Its real messy and the lines take a long time to get through. Their prices are all over the place. There are various items exactly the same and some are priced double the price of others. I will no longer shop at this Goodwill. They should train their employees to be more happy and friendly.

2021-04-05Goodwill is a great place to find hidden deals on things like brand name mens shirts, shoes, brand name womens clothing, and household decor. You have to spend some time looking, but it is worth it. You have to kind of dig through stuff as they are only so organized. Make sure you are wearing your mask before entering the store. They are observing the 6 ft social distancing and have acrylic in front of their registers. This location also excepts donations of gently used or new items. The parking lot was pretty packed when I went, which was around lunchtime. They have shopping carts available in store so you can cart around your selections. Prices are reasonable.

2022-04-17I think it may be time that goodwill changed their name to Greedwill. $7 for a used shirt I can get new at Ross for $5. Seems like every print shirt they had they marked up to $7 even though their bas price is supposed to be $2.50.Absolutely outrageous that they now find it appropriate to rip people off like this.

2021-11-28Ive been to this location a few times to drop off items for donation. Every time Ive swung through to drop off items the workers havent been the friendliest and they just toss the items around without any consideration that the items youre donating could break. This morning I stopped by to drop off donations. This location isnt hurting for items as they had bin after bin stuffed full and a line of people donating. After the guy tossed a trunk I was donating to the asphalt, I decided not to donate the rest of the things I had and took them to the The Salvation Army. I recommend donating there since they were extremely friendly, helpful, and appreciative. Goodwill- I know people are giving you things, but a little consideration of the items being donated would be appreciated.

2022-03-16Goodwill is gauging...shirts for men are $7, you can get a nice new one online or at Walmart for $10. Low income people shop here, shirts should be $2-$3..shame on goodwill

2022-02-09Be aware goodwill shoppers! Y’all Don’t purchase designer purses on there web site called SHOPGOODWILL.com they are selling fakes dupes knock off brands. Who ever is in charge of the goodwill website are lying to there customers, and can get in big mess trouble for this case the fact that they say they are authentic. I purchased a Gucci vintage bag over $750 from biding and sold it for poshmark for $590 turns out they said it wasn’t authentic and poshmark does authenticity of orders(designers/high end ect) over $500 and up and I was shocked that poshmark sends me an email that they have to take my account down because the Gucci vintage purse was not authentic and they thought I was selling dupes bags smh I asked a goodwill employer about how they supposedly authenticity these bags and shoes ect he said that they don’t that they make a fake authentic first certificate online from a power point smfh I can’t believe he was honest with me and to the point I lost $750 from biding for a knock off $40 bag.Plus this goodwill has the highest prices for clothing & house decor items all I can say is ROSS is cheaper plus brand new not used!

2021-09-04The store didnt open on time and there were many ppl waiting, and the manager opted to go open one side and waited there for quiet a while even as ppl barely drove up to park while leaving the other ppl just waiting. Apparently that is what that manager does often and seeing the amount of elderly ppl just waiting because they opened late and the manager waiting on everyone is not ok. She could open both doors and let ppl come in on their own. It definitely seemed intentional because she literally waited as people drove up and were barely parking. Do better especially when most of the ppl waiting were elderly.
