I have purchased many vehicles from GRC and GRS (the Snyder family), because I find that the integrity and professionalism that is demonstrated by the ownership has been infused amongst the employee family.This particular service was to diagnose a fuel problem that had been troubling for several months, and my attempts at home remedy were not successful. Frank in the service department was able to schedule an appointment, the technician tested all systems and the potential problem (aftermarket fuel filter seal) Proved to be the remedy.The service cost was reasonable and worth the properly trained techs time.
I had to have my truck towed in and as usual, the service team at Gold Rush was beyond helpful. They did everything they could to get my truck back up and running and kept me informed every step of the way. I trust the service department to do excellent work and I recommend Gold Rush to people all the time!
I have been going here for the last few years to the service department. I’m a college student who just needed someone reliable to keep up with basic maintenance after a mishap with my last vehicle. These guys have been not only amazing, but welcoming and so kind. They have taken care of me every time I come in, updated me on anything I needed to do, and if there was ever an issue they were prompt to make it better and make sure everything was fixed. They have always asked about my day, school, work, or my degree while going through the motions of getting my car in the shop. I am so absolutely grateful for them and their amazing customer service and kindness. As well as their willingness to answer any questions I may have (I always have a lot of them). I’m so grateful because they made one less thing stressful during school and finals weeks, until I finally graduated and transferred. I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking for help with their vehicle or for a new vehicle. I am so thankful and grateful to Frank and the service department, you guys are awesome!
Appointment was made online for a recall issue. When I arrived they had no idea of the recall issue and had not ordered parts for the the vehicle. Fortunately, they were able to switch the parts on hand for scheduled for another vehicle and did mine while I waited. I only waited about an hour of the 2 they had predicted.
We recently purchased a brand new Suburban at Gold Rush Chevrolet and had a great experience with all of the staff. They made the process quick and easy (we had two kids with us so that was important) and got us in and out of there with no hassles. We will definitely go back for future vehicle purchases as well as make it our new service dealer! Thank you, Gold Rush Chevy! You guys are awesome!
The experience wasnt terrible, but not good. I need the recall battery issue for my Chev Bolt and made an appointment online. When I got there, they said politely they couldnt fix it there. So I am back at square one, probably having to drive to another place an hour each way (highly inconvenient) and work with a crew I dont know.The website should say We cant fix your Bolt recall issues or someone should call ahead when they see a Bolt appointment and verify. Its maddening that I wasted more than an hour in going back and forth and waiting my turn, to be told, oops, cant help you.Not only that, but the repair team didnt have a phone number or referral info for me. Im having to do my own research to make sure it can be done elsewhere. Big FAIL on your part, guys.Last item -- NO ONE was wearing a mask indoors in a small office. If I like the service in Roseville, I may just move all of my business there. Please take note--sloppy, careless, heedless of customer safety, FAIL.(Note: They were otherwise professional and apologetic, but still, website, safety and customer service FAILs.)
I had to have my car towed to the dealer; I was able to talk to Frank, the service advisor, over the phone and not find a way to go in person. The work was done quickly, and when we came to pick up the car, the payment process was quick and easy. Most dealers send yo in to the parts dept to pay, then back out to get the car. Happy to avoid that extra step. We are new to the area, and very pleased with our service, we will be back!
This is the best dealership I have dealt with to not only purchase a vehicle but have it serviced. They are knowledgeable and will give thorough explanations in every area of your experience while at the dealership. My last service visit was perfect. They accomplished all of the tasks required and suggested some that should be done at the next visit but were not necessary at this visit. I have confidence in this dealership.
This is a great dealership that makes you feel right at home. This is my wifes 3rd vehicle that we have bought for her at this dealership. The purchase was painless, and the process moved right along without any issues. We purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab short-bed pickup. I had been looking online for a commuter car and I was driving past the dealership when I saw a car that I wanted to check out, went back a couple days later to test drive it. We were greeted by Alex and took the car for a test drive. There was no pressure from him whatsoever, when we came back he asked how we liked it, I decided that that was the one I wanted to go with. He was super personable no pressure and made the car buying extremely easy. James was our finance guy and he was very nice gave us options regarding extended warranties but didn’t make us feel pressured to purchase one although we did. As we were leaving we were greeted by Marques who thanked us for choosing to stay local and for our business. Overall everyone we dealt with was very friendly, non pressuring and made the car buying experience a good one. I would recommend them for anyone looking to purchase.
First off, I could not be happier with our experience. Out of all the new vehicles I have purchased in the past, this was by far the best one yet. Our salesman Marquis was very helpful and informative. He made sure we were happy and received what we wanted. The finance manager was an awesome experience as well.Everything was straight to the point and there was no haggling back and fourth on back end products that gets added to a vehicle purchase.I will definitely use Gold rush Chevrolet again, you can tell they are there to help you and not in it just for the sale of a vehicle. I loved the small dealership feeling by being welcomed in with open arms.
Great experience start to finish. Earl in Sales took my initial phone call and offered to walk the lot to make sure the Colorado I saw as available online was still right there. Earl handed me off to Alex S in Sales because I couldn’t make it in until later that evening after work. Alex S greeted me upon my arrival. He was professional, polite and demonstrated good knowledge of the truck’s features during our walk around in the lot. This was an employee purchase and I’d already submitted my loan app online prior to arrival so the Sales negotiation process was minimal and smooth. Marquis submitted the deal through CUDL to my credit union employer and all went great. (The 20 min test drive with my family was arranged by Alex S before this point and that went great, too.) Jay in Finance worked up an agreeable extended warranty package for me and contracting went smoothly. Alex S followed up with me the day after sale about some accessories I wanted to add and got them ordered as well. All in all, fantastic experience. Thanks for great service. Tim Angello

My truck had some gremlins, it happens. The work took longer than expected due to its uncommon nature and part availability, such is life. But frank and his team turned a badly timed breakdown into a absolute breeze. I had vacation plans and work and daily tasks that cant wait for repairs, gold rush put me in a brand new truck and kept in communication every step of the way. They made sure I got top notch treatment, and I will not hesitate to return, or tell my friends and family what awesome service they can expect at Gold Rush Chevy.
I saw a great deal on fb. I had been doing my homework on that car and knew it was a great deal. They had me in and out in 2 hrs. My only complaint was I was told I could have the GM educator discount and when all was said and done they said they could not do it because it was too involved and I wouldn’t be able to take the car home that night. I went home to researched it and I think they lied. I had all my educator paperwork and it should’ve been easy. Please make your sales people aware of that deal. Teachers need a break, especially these days!
The service advisor, Greg Levengood is very knowledgeable and was excellent to talk with about possible future upgrades on the vehicle as well as general questions. The vehicle was ready at the correct time, no delays, and the dealership has a very comfortable and clean waiting room area to use. I do have a question about my truck after the servicing but have not yet approached the dealer to resolve the issue. Overall, I think the visit was good and pricing was appropriate.
I scheduled an appointment to diagnose and repair the transmission slipping. On arrival at 8am I asked to add an oil change and I was told If we have time. The employees seemed stressed out and irritated with printers not working and computer issues and the atmosphere was very tense already. I explained in detail that the truck slips out if gear on Deceleration from 65mph to 55mph. I left expecting a call for cost of repair by noon as it was an easy problem to duplicate. I recieved a call at 2pm stating they couldnt duplicate the transmission issue. I asked if they had taken it up to 65 and he said yes. I said I dont understand its not an intermittent issue. I said i can come down and drive it and it will happen every time. Knowing I live 30 min away, Frank tells me to drive down and duplicate it for the technician. I drive down, get in the truck and ask the technician if he took it up to 65 and let it decelerate to 55. He said no! He tells me they only take vehicles on a 4 mile loop and dont get up to those speeds. What?!?!?! So I jump in my truck and take off and there is a horrible clunking sound coming from the front right tire. I pull over and the technician tries to tell me its the wheel covers. I take off again and a few miles down the road the tech says they must not have put something back on right, it sounds like the caliper cover is hitting the wheel. At this point I am NOT happy. Then of course, I drive the truck to the freeway, get up to 65 and let of the gas and it slips out of gear IMMEDIATELY. Truck goes back to shop and I leave. I call later to talk to the Service Manager and try to explain, not only the poor service I have recieved, but the lack of faith in the repairs I am receiving. I started off by trying to explain how I was told If we have time and he immediately starts arguing with me over the phone telling me he didnt say that. I said yes he did. He says again no he didnt, I was standing right there. I said, then you would have heard my response stating well if you dont have time for an oil change on an appointment I have scheduled to be there for days, Im not sure I made the right appointment. The Service manager then proceeds to tell me my stories dont add up because of semantics with I and we. I had enough at this point and I proceeded to angrily call him out for trying to argue with me about something so insignificant as I and We. He then said how bout we pull your truck out. I then told him to stop work on the truck and I will come pick it up. I now have to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment at another Dealership. I feel cheated, disrespected and belittled. I am so upset this dealership wasted my time like they did, messed my truck up in the process, and couldnt even diagnose properly the issue.Take my advice. GO ELSWHERE. You will not be given outstanding service you would expect from a dealership.
Came in to get keys made for my car, mine had broken. Parts dept and everybody on the front were nice, gave great service. Ironically it was the service dept where I feel theyre definitely lacking in customer service. The key itself is broken in the ignition so I asked parts for help they then sent me to service who told me nothing is small enough to fit in there and Id need the ignition pulled to have it extracted, didnt offer to set anything up just said thats what would have to happen. I then went over to a parts store to see if I could do it myself. After 2 hours of sitting In the parking lot I gave up and went back into to the service area to set up an appointment. As I walked in I stated what was going and asked of I could set up a time to have it fixed. Im immediately told how long the wait will be and that I should look at other options. The car literally will not move mind you. I told them I didnt have much of an choice and it is what it is as far as.the wait. Im then told to call a locksmith instead. Locksmith they suggested and told me would come out to this area stated they dont service this far out. Currently waiting on the 3rd locksmith I called without any acknowledgment from staff. Disappointed because until the service department Id had a good experience here. Parts department was awesome and so was the guy inside making sure everybody was good while they waited. Seemed like service wanted nothing to do with me or my car
Every time I get my vehicle serviced here I am disappointed. If I didnt currently have a warranty on my vehicle I would be getting service elsewhere.This most recent service was for a rotational nosie thats been happening for over a year that they cant seem to replicate (from two separate service appointments). Within 5 miles of leaving the dealership the noise happened to me again. New tires were installed at my request, but they were not cleaned - there is still installation grease all over my wheels. The seat and mirrors were all adjusted - if they drive the truck they should put it back how it was before, or close.
Greg, Frank & all the guys in the service dept have gone above & beyond to make sure my truck is safe & running in top shape since the 1st time I came in 2 yrs ago. If you have a Chevy, I highly recommend this place for their honesty & excellent customer service.Update:As always Gold Rush Chevy treated me with courtesy, respect, and expertise. I have to mention that from the first day I brought my truck into this dealership back in 2015, Greg Levengood has always been there for me whether it was a scheduled visit or an emergency. He goes into great detail explaining the condition of my vehicle, the options I have for managing the maintenance, and making sure I understand the work thats been done. He has always done his best to accommodate my schedule, making sure to apply discounts wherever available, and follow up on recommended maintenance. I trust his word and his expertise.
I had my car towed here because it would not start properly. I told them I thought it could use a new battery. They said this problem didn’t sound like a battery issue. They did a diagnostic and said many codes came up and that they would fix them one at a time. $600 later I got my car back and the check engine light was back on the next day. I took my car to a different mechanic and he changed my battery, explaining that a poor charge to the cars computer system can cause false codes to come up. The check engine light has not returned. Unbelievable that this place refused to change my battery just to get my hard earned money. This kind of dishonesty and taking advantage of people like me is horrible. I will never return to this place for any type of service.
I’ve been purchasing vehicles and having service work done at Gold Rush Chevy for years. Every experience has been excellent! The sales staff is professional, the service department delivers top notch work, and the office staff is friendly and helpful. I will continue to do business here, and look forward to doing so for years to come!
This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Gold Rush Chevrolet, and each time we have had a pleasant experience. No hard sell or pushy sales pitch. They let us dictate what is important to us and showed us what they could provide in a vehicle that suited our needs.
Worst experience, the manager and salesmen were extremely rude to my wife and I, and we’re not knowledgeable at all about the vehicles on their lot. Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!!! We ended up buying a 2021 GMC Yukon AT4 later that day from a great dealership in concord!! So glad GOLD RUSH CHEVROLET were a**holes cause we got a way better vehicle and had a great experience.. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO GOLD RUSH CHEVROLET, hopefully they go out of business soon
Great staff and service. Bought a certified vehicle that had a small chip in the windshield that we missed until we got the vehicle home...90 miles away. They paid for a complete replacement windshield install. They did everything they could do to make my buying experience fast and easy and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Good job. Thanks guys.
I’ve taken it in twice already within 2 months. They keep diagnosing my car and it has a new problem and they don’t even fix the previous problem. Told them my Heater doesn’t work right so they told me my radiator was broken. They fixed it for a $1k picetag- I paid, Heater still broken. Would be great if the dealership had mechanics who knew how to do their job.
I had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment for the one guy they have that does all the diagnostics. I had to borrow a car, I live in Grass Valley I had to arrange rides Im a single mom so its not easy for me. They had my vehicle for 3 full days and all they did was a tire rotation and fixed a light bulb in my blinker. Then they told me when I picked it up the I need to needed to replace the mechanism for the light bulb as soon as possible. The whole reason I brought it in was my service airbag and check engine light was on and I still have both of those lights on after 3 days of my car being in that shop. Then I asked them to check my tires cause Im going on a road trip with my son for Spring break and they said oh yeah you need new front tires. So I would have left if I didnt ask without them even telling me I needed new tires. I have a Chevy Volt so I cant carry spare tires with me and the whole reason I brought it in was to make sure everything was OK for a road trip. Now I have to rush around the day before I leave to get new tires. My service airbag light keeps going off non-stop.When I tried to talk to them about maybe hiring a new person to help they just said theres no one as good as this guy and they cant find anyone. I will never go to this Chevy dealership ever again.
I requested a four wheel alignment to address uneven tire wear on the inside of all four tires. The uneven tire wear led to me needing to replace all four tires prematurely.The uneven tire wear was not corrected, which was the only reason I had the alignment performed.I contacted the service advisor, Frank Curtis, by email however he stated the suspension could not be adjusted to address the tire wear. I find that hard to believe since another Chevrolet dealer I just contacted confirmed they could easily adjust the suspension further to eliminate the inside tire wear.The service advisor at Gold Rush Chevrolet has since stopped responding to me.
I brought Pearl (2015 Chevy Traverse) in for new tires and was informed that it would be about a 3 hour wait. In an hour and a half, she had new tires, aligned and balanced AND a bath! They washed Pearl! I was beyond impressed and, very grateful! Huge thanks to Frank and Rich! You guys made my week!
Huge thank you to Matt in the service department! Needed replacement keys made for my wifes Tahoe and Matt was great through the process. It took a lot longer than we both anticipated but Matt kept in communication with me the entire time and when it was finished the amount I owed came in less than what I was originally quoted. Matt told me that if the work doesnt take as long then they adjust the price accordingly... Not common in this day and age. Gold Rush Chevy has earned my business from now on! Thanks Matt!!
Needed some keys made for my pick up, and was very happy with the service, price and quick turnaround. Based on the service I received, and the customer service phone conversation I heard, would recommend.The entrance is tricky to find, it is on the 49, now access from the side street.
Excellent and honest service department. They spent lots of time reviewing my service records to help me decide whether to replace my diesel motor last year. I did, they got the job, and my silverado is still going strong!We own 2 Chevys and a Subaru all over 10 years old and running great thanks to Gold Rush.
Im 40yrs old and have NEVER left a review...BUT.....after being pre approved for a loan....I was still pushed around and high balled from 6 other dealers that I walked away from...stopped in to see a truck I was interested in....walked right by the huge bay windows and looked at the 30ish cars in their inventory....nobody came out......smoked a cigarette outside the front door...nobody came out.....walked inside and saw 4 employees working with no customers....stood inside for 45 seconds and STILL nothing....basically, yall lost $1000 a second.

2022-06-02I 100% enjoyed this experience. I would say its been my best yet experience for dealerships. It was completely easy and able to work with through email which was great in itself! I arrived after emailing a couple times and they made sure I was comfortable and greeted me right away. I was then guided through the whole process but I wasnt pressured much and that is something Ive never experienced in a dealership! I would purchase again!

2022-03-03A new Service Adviser Isabel Medina waited on me. It was a pleasure to work with her. She was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I had made an appointment online for my oil change. However she did not have it in her system. She stayed calm and even with two techs out - she got it completed in about an hour while I waited upstairs in the lounge.

2022-06-08Purchased a pre owned truck from Earl the Pearl that ended up having some issue with the intake. They were able to coordinate it getting fixed and were great throughout the whole process! They definitely know how to treat their customers with gratitude and were able to fix the issue for me. Would recommend them if you’re looking for a Chevy.

2018-08-30I own a GMC but I used Gold Rush Chevy for all of my service needs because theyve always been helpful and courteous. They understand that a truck should be used as a truck and they dont look for any reason to deny warranty work like some dealers do. They are honest and work with you to find solutions to problems you may have with your vehicle. Their sales department is great as well. If you dont like their advertised price I encourage you to speak directly with a salesperson as they are more than willing to match prices. They may be a small dealer but they are big on service.
