Im just giving it a star because it is the only thing that allows me to give so I can write a review but this is the worst store I have bought from I bought a bedroom on 6/6/21 and the man told me that he would arrive on Friday 6/11 / 21 but to date (today 6/18/21 he has not communicated with me to give me an explanation or an update to what is happening with my order is the worst company I have bought from and the worst customer service the lady keeps telling me that the owner will call me but has not contacted us at all
Very poor delivery service they said I will have it in the next day and then I called them back on the day it be deliver and they said oh not for a couple of days.
Went to buy a recliner paid for it never recirece the recliner, went back and forth with Bank and store to get refund but they diclined to refund the money to, so now imI out $500
Worst place ever!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WAS TOLD ILL GET MY 3 BUNKBEDS DELIVERED ONLY TO RECEIVE HALF Of THE MATTRESSES FOR THE BEDS. I WAS TOLD THEY ARENT SURE WHEN ILL GET THE REST BUT MAYBE MONDAY. AFTER CONTACTING THEM (THEY HAVE CALLER ID AND INTENTIONALLY CHOSE NOT TO ANSWER MY CALL SO I CALLED FROM A DIFFERENT PHONE AND THEY ANSWERED) I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME. Waste of money time and energy. NEVER AGAIN

2018-06-11A few years ago my grandmother bought me a rug from Furniture Palace. My grandmother is very satisfied with the price and delivery. I still have it its in great condition. That people that work there make you feel like youre at home. Theyre all nice and knowledgeable. I love going to Furniture Palace in Moreno Valley and Perris. I consider them my family.

2017-01-21I went in to buy a full set couch, loves eat, and recliner. When I purchased the set they did not have the set in store but in the books. I was told by the girl I worked with thats a great set youll love it!!! Less then 60 days after delivery this set is falling apart, and we werent even home 3 weeks out of that time, do to Poor manufacturering and the store refuses to let me return it to exchange for something else of better quality. They had the same girl come to my house to look at were its falling apart and she says the company is a low budget company and you get what you pay for. The only help they are willing to provide is to send the couch back to the manufacturer and maybe they will replace with the safe crappy stuff. Beware this company will take your money and run. Im now working directly with my finance company to hopefully get a refund and get something a bit better in quality. I hope you think twice about going to furniture palace you will be screwed if anything goes wrong even on day one.

2017-06-11Went in looking for a couch, left with a sweet secrional couch, a bad ass dining table and chairs, a sick coffee table and two thick area rugs...Top quality furniture at what i found to be a reasonable price. The staff were helpful, freindly and easy on the eyes lol. Highly recommend for your next furniture purchase...i will be going back without a doubt!

2019-02-10Purchased a sectional couch with a design flaw. Within a month of buying the couch you could feel the edge of the wood in the arms. They did not want to take it back or exchange it. And even when they did they wanted to charge me the full price of another couch.

2019-12-10The service & communication with the owner & delivery was horrible!!! It took over a week to get the bed I was told would be delivered in 2 days. I was constantly provided misinformation & was hung up on twice when calling to follow up on my purchase! I got a good deal but not sure it was worth the lack of service. Blessings.

2017-03-28If you are shopping for furniture. Do yourself a favor by saving money and time. Go to Furniture Palace. Very pleased with the sales staff, furniture selection, good quality furniture and excellent service. Enrique was very professional and friendly. Richard and Steve delivered all my furniture, assambled it, andset it all up free of charge. I will defenatelly come back here for any more home furnishings needs I may have.

2017-03-05If I could give this location 0 stars I would. We walked in (due to okay reviews) and a lady greeted us. We let her know we were looking for dressers. Well we found a set we liked and asked price without certain additions. Lady was not very knowledgeable regarding prices. A man came out and gave us a price. We asked if we can take the one on display since we need it asap a d if we could get a discount due to scragches on it. That man also kept referring back to a woman. I over heard that woman being very loud saying They can take it or leave it. Rude! We decided to not provide that sour lady our money. If you want customer service GO ELSEWHERE!
