Really good prices. Just horrible customer service. Would have been great experience if I would have been helped by one of the 5 people their and only 1 was actually helping another customer while the rest of them were on their phones. Took me 15 minutes to get a key programmed but 40 minutes for me to get helped. I was going to leave but the price was really good other places Ive been to charge way more.
Came to my house to make a new car key after my key got stolen. Told me my car had a computer problem and charged me a fee for coming out. Says he charges 80 just for coming.I paid him, unfortunately. Next day called 1 stop lock & key here in Fresno & guy comes out CREATES A NEW KEY IN 20 MIN! Charges a FRACTION of what i was going to pay with this company.

Lost My Truck Keys ... Called Fresno Mobile Key and they were very helpful and polite. Ordered the alarm fob I needed and had it there th following day. They came to me and Easily made me a spare and also programmed the alarm. Price was Affordable and Service was fast and great
All bad these people are very unprofessional. They were supose to be putting an actuator on my car door but messed my door they broke the part that clamps the door not to mention started on my car put the part on but gave it back not working . My window doesnt roll all the way down have to lock my door with key theres noice cling in the door and i took my car @ 9:30 am got it back at 6:00 pm told to bring back the next morning @ 10:00am spose to gwt at 3:00 pm called they said they were still working on it went up there they hadnt touched my car but working on other cars. DO NOT GO TO THEM. BAD BUISNESS.
Went in today with some blank keys I bought online to have cut. They didn’t give me any grief about not buying it through them. They simply let me know that they couldn’t guarantee the keys if they didn’t work. After cutting the three keys I tested them out and they all worked without a problem! Their prices are far below other local locksmiths in town. Honest work for an honest price. I’m definitely coming back for any auto locksmithing needs.

I called all over Fresno looking for someone to open a locked box for me (I lost the key to my secret box). Most places were going to charge me $50-$60 to open the box for me. I called Fresno Mobile Key on a Sunday late afternoon, 30 minutes before they closed. The key man was really helpful; he told me to bring my box in right away. They worked so hard passing their closing time to open my box for me. Their dedication to help me with opening my box was priceless! They were professional, knew what they were doing; and only charged me $20! Opened my box and made me a brand new key!!! I highly recommend this family owned key service place. I will definitely come back if I ever need any lock/key services.
Worst customers service ever called the night before to help reprogram my car key and even came the next day In person to see if they can help take care of me instead they rather go out of town help someone else and couldn’t help me out when I clearly needed their help. At least be honest and tell me if you didn’t want to help me instead of giving me high hope .

Outstanding! I spent hours calling around town getting prices, and these guys were by far the most affordable. I went in to get 2 smart keys programmed, I was out in 5 minutes and the keys work perfectly. I will be recommending these guys to all my friends and family! Thank you so much!
I really hate to say how disappointed we were. We were told the car needed a whole new door because it was completely broken inside. We went to LKQ for the door and the wonderful people there said get a second opinion. We took the car to another service at Pic A lock located at 3355 S Maple. He got in done in 2 hrs. A shorter time than leaving the car for five hours with someone who clearly did not want to do the work.
Walt (owner) and his grandson were great. Got my keyless entry key fob programmed quickly and for so much less than the dealership wanted to do it. Would be 5 stars if there was any parking but that is no big deal.
Great little place to go if your in need of a spare key for your home, car, and locks. Verry mindful of their customers and willing to talk to you while you wait for your key. Theyll tell you the prices and they are much lower than the dealerships prices for a keys thats for sure. Had my 2003 honda civic keys copied and ready for me in half an hour. Best part of this experience was that i had a great time waiting for my keys.

I am extremely happy with this company - i called everywhere , even the manufacturer that made my vehicle and all i got was excuses, high quotes and no guarantees to have it fixed in less than a week.Fresno Mobile Key quoted me on the phone - arrived within 30 minutes, made a new key - uploaded codes and were gone in less than an hour.Thank you Fresno Mobile Key!

Do not EVER call or use this company. They are a JOKE! Our daughter was promised they would be there between 9 and 10am this morning NO SHOW! Then 1pm NO SHOW by the way she missed school today no car. Then between 4 to 5 pm,NO SHOW! Her dad got the runaround all day. They need to be out if business dont know how to run one! Time to get a lawyer involved they still have her key.
Took three days for them two make my key and then had problem with key and took it back to them and they said I never bought the key from them. Place sucks and they are really slow. I rather pay more and get it done right. They are very cheap but dont go two them go some where else cuz they are rip off when it comes two having them fix there mistake. Just got off the phone with a guy about a key being made for my vehicle they quoted me a price range. So I asked him is there any way to find out if my key has a transponder and he said no. So I told him Ill Google it and find out and he said I wont. I just so happen to Google it and hopped on one of the Lexus forums. I found out that my key does has a transponder. To whomever answered the phone, you my friend are a huge ding a ling.
I called on Sunday half an hour before closing, and they were so sweet and happy to help. They got to me way out in the country so quickly. Cant recommend these wonderful people enough!
It was fast and efficient. I told him about another experience I had with another lock smith and told me I was getting ripped off and did the job cheaper than the previous locksmith. Would recommend to others.
Follow up from earlier today, trunk lock for 95 honda civic indoor trunk lock. I called Lehmans Lock & Safe Service & Repair on Shaw and first. They went above and beyond to help me. They even pulled the lock from my physical trunk to match the code and also opened and pulled the tumblers to verify it would match my interior trunk key lock. And it did!!! Happy day!! Guess how much it cost? instead of $46 plus tax that Fresno Mobile Key wanted to charge, Lehmans was $4.00 plus i tipped him $6 for a total of $10.Thanks Lehmans!!Thank you Lehmans !!

The guy told me he would have my key done in one day ...its been over two weeksand he just keeps giving excuses personally i think this is the worst locksmith in california.

2022-07-27I called and made an appointment for a key fob replacement for my 2015 Ford Mustang GT and Beau did an excellent job and did not take long to install my new key fob. Thank you Beau for your help you saved me money by helping me out and giving me the option of not taking my car into a dealership where they usually just take my car for a joy ride. I highly recommend anyone whomever needs key replacements to contact this company.

2021-10-27They made me a key for my car and it worked well for 2 months then my windows started rolling down when I used my keys. Then at 5 months my key snapped in my door (clean snap) it was a weak key . I called to get help they said “not their problem I would have to pay full price for a whole new key ($200)” I was very upset and disappointed. Don’t go here unless you can afford to keep paying for new keys .

2021-05-08My neighbor was locked out of her house and was panicked and upset. They answered the phone first of all. They listened and understood the urgency of this situation and came right out. Within 25 minutes of our call a very kind service technician was in my driveway and making my elderly neighbor feel at ease. He was fast and so very kind and the price was perfect. 2020-11-29All in all they got the job done.They came out to me to give me a new key and to program it. The new key was defective so they ordered me one and told me it would be ready by Tuesday ANYTIME after 11AM. I called Tuesday (after 11AM) to see when I can come in and I was told they hadn’t gone through any of the new shipments so they would give me a call when it was ready. On Thursday night (basically two days later) I got a text message from the mobile guy who originally came out to get me a new key and program it, saying my key was ready and they forgot to call me. Not the most professional but whatever, I was just ready to have my key that I already paid $320 for. The customer service over the phone wasn’t the best, the person I spoke to seem like she was in quite the rush to get off the phone but coming into the actual store I had a MUCH better experience. The two gentlemen working inside were great. Very polite, welcoming, and straight down to business but without being rude about it. Only giving 3 stars because lack of communication on their end. Other than that, they were great. I will definitely use them again if I have to and will recommend them.

2021-05-11Excellent friendly service. Larry, the man, know what he is doing with pride. I went to Walmart and Home Depot for 10 duplicated keys. None of them worked. Google it and found this Fresno Mobile Key on E McKinley Ave. Long drive across town but worth the time. $2.50 each key is less expensive than Home Depot. Done with professional quality. Yes, all 10 of them worked as they should be. Thanks Larry and the Man (I didnt get his name) who has 55 years in locksmith. THANK YOU!
