My experience with freeway insurance was terrible. I was simply changing my policy from liability to full coverage and for that Alex Vasquez charged me $200 for automotive insurance AND $400 broker fee! I wasnt aware of the broker fee until I received the receipt through email. I immediately called back to cancel and get refunded. After numerous attempts to contact Alex Vasquez he answers but does not help. Instead he transfers my call with no apologies whatsoever. Having to call back again because the transfer did not go through Ofelia Namo finally answers my call and is empathic to my needs and cancels my insurance in seconds. He took advantage of me when he shouldve helped me. Instead of helping me, he kept transferring my calls and prolonged my solution. So unprofessional.

I was looking for car insurance to see who had the best prices. I was transferred to Francisco Gonzalez who was very nice and professional. He went above and beyond to help me with what I needed and answered all my questions. I will be recommending my family and friends for their car insurance.
So I called this place to get a new insurance and cancel my old policy on my vehicles. I spoke with someone named Alex Vasquez, since I had just got new insurance on my old vehicle I was requesting it be canceled the same day and get insurance on my new vehicle I was purchasing. So he told me he’d cancel it the same day as of March 9th because I paid to get new insurance that day and then canceled it to pay again for an insurance policy on my new vehicle. Alex Vasquez did not cancel my policy that same day and instead set that date for March 11th. I received a refund of $18.00 and was told from other places that he did not terminate my policy like he said he would and set it for a different date. I called and made a complaint and then called the main office and got ahold of him but was still given the run around. I shouldn’t of had to wait this long let alone have had to go through such a hassle.!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I got insurance the 18th. Paid $278 to get the policy started. The insurance agent Miguel Salvador quoted $278 to start and $190 a month. I sign, pay, and get the payment schedule. They are saying the down payment was actually $478 and split into two for my convenience. So they want me to pay $278 the 18th of April, another $200 May 2nd, and then my monthly payment of $150 on May 8th. When I called customer service to ask why my payments were so different than what the agent quoted me they essentially told me oh well, you signed the documents. Dont do business here. I dont understand how they allow their agents to be so dishonest.

Horrible experience with Van Vasquez! I called to get help adding a second car to my current policy and he instead canceled my current policy and opened up a whole new one. No one asked for that! It wasnt until I went to read the contract further, literally 10 mins after hanging up with him. Then he failed to disclose additional fees as he set it up into a split payment for the new policy that I never asked for. Then when I called back to try to get help multiple agents transfered me out after pretending to look into my case further while putting me on a brief hold. I finally got some actual help and given some useful information, like the complaint line number. Outside of being able to call and complain I was put out of excess money and wasted hours on the phone trying to get assistance with my policy. I would NEVER recommend this company anyone! But if you do get swindled into dealing with this company and VAN VASQUEZ answers the call, hang up immediately! No need to give him an extra brokers fee.

This people changed my insurance with out my knowledge when all i asked for was to changed my covarage and was charged with verbal confirmation $321 for apparently a new change of insurance, mind i didnt not request and did nothing not get that back.. will never recomend this insurance

Honestly if your hoping to get Insurance walk in person over the phone they dont explain anything all they want is commission for themselves i found out my broker only placed me at 5,000 coverage if I had an accident for both my car and the other persons which is so unprofessional in my opinion Sal should of explained my policy way better be careful with people over the phone they dont care about the situation and just want commission go in to the office and have them explain everything.
In need of car insurance, I spent last Saturday looking. I ended up at Freeway Insurance on the corner of Blackstone and Barstow Avenue. They were open for walk-ins and the two agents greeted me very professionally and warmly. They were both on the phone and when the one was finished he addressed me and introduced himself as Ruben. He asked what my needs were and took all the pertinent information he needed. He then went to work on his computer and in a very short amount of time had options and quotes. He patiently answered all my questions and in a manner I could understand explained what was needed by myself and his company to write and begin a policy. I was glad to have walked in and get personal attention. Being older it is hard to understand things by phone. When I left, both agents thanked me for stopping in and wished me a good day. Ruben gave me a number and reassured me that if I had any questions at all, call so they could be answered. A big thanks to those two in the office that day.

Starting with the best sales representative here in Fresno( Salvador Michel) and if you are going or calling to the store on Blackstone then I definitely recommend him. He made this process easy, quick, efficient, stress-free, and with his playful personality my time on the phone didn’t feel long at all. Ive been working trying to get Sr-22 insurance for a couple months and Natalie has been amazing, she throughly explained the answers to all the questions I asked, she even waited so long for me to finally be able to get my insurance, she made sure to get my all documents I needed very quickly, even going as far as telling me to call her if I had any future problems and she would be happy to assist. Ok...Word of warning, if you need car issurance do not, I repeat DO NOT ever contact Freeway Insurance. Their brokers are untrained and seem to be incompetent.I was looking for full coverage insurance. Thier initial fee was astronomical and it wasnt fully explained. While I was on the phone doing my own research I was contacted by InsuranceOnline.com and given a better more resonable deal that was fully explained. I decided to go with them. I informed the Freeway broker that I was going with another firm and Id like the policy canceled. I hadnt signed any paperwork yet. She tried to match and told me that shed get back to me in 15. So I waited...30 min later I confirmed with the Insurance online broker and signed my paperwork. About 30 min after that I recieved the call back from Freeway. They couldnt match the monthly but could cut thier fee down. I declined and asked that it be canceled. I was assured that it was no problem and would be cancelled right away...Now I am getting calls from L.A. daily. From thier collection dept. Yesterday I had to be transfered to thier Customer service dept. Spent 45 min on hold for a rep. and then after much talking and yelling was assured that the error issue was taken care of.Today I got a call from thier collection office again. Another transfer and a Karen move to talk to the supervisor. He was asking if I sent in a cancellation notice and if I contacted Progressive directly to inform them that I cancelled. This time after SCREAMING OBSCENITIES I am assured again that everything is taken care of...And how do I not feel confident...By the way thier sales dept also keeps calling to try to sell me a new policy...

So happy I found and switched to freeway Insurance, Christian has been very helpful throughout at any time. He provided excellent customer service and all the information I needed to know. Unfortunately my insurance got canceled by mistake and Christian was there to help restart it and take his time to help me out at a moments notice with getting everything back to where I had it. I haven’t encountered anyone like him that really cares about their customers and takes the time to help out. I feel like I get frustrated with most people because they don’t seem to genuinely care and have an attitude, but with Christian it was the total opposite! Thankful for people like him! So get this... for some god forsaken reason my insurance was canceled and received notice from DMV that my registration was to be revoked. When I had entered Freeway insurance I was assisted by Jeycy Torres. She was very welcoming and assured we would get a good deal on insurance. I let her know that I was quoted $194 through Geico as she was checking a few insurance companies for me. I ended up going through Progressive through her and paid $232 knowing theyre a broker. She was extremely friendly & helpful. Thank you for your wonderful employees and friendliness. Stressful day turned into a successful one within minutes. My insurance was canceled the other day by my ex policy holder and I was restricted from driving my work vehicle. Being inexperienced I proceeded to call a non local FREEWAY insurance branch horrible idea!!!! Until I went into my local free way insurance, that when I met Lauren the onsite manager who really took care of me like he had known me for years. He fixed an ongoing problem within minutes. Recently I was searching the market for an SR-22 with out needing to insure a vehicle. I went countless places with no luck. I went into freeway and met Diamond Tovar, not only did she find me the cheapest rate, She was kind, friendly and very helpful. She didn’t offer or try and sell me anything I didn’t need. When it is time to reinstate my insurance I will definitely be coming and adding to my excisting policy with Diamond and freeway.

Omg my wife had liability with them for 2 yrs my car was hit they played games,informed us late that the persons insurance was expired and they cancelled our policy out the blue after knowing they would have to pay themselves....dont go to the one on Blackstone and Barstow their crooks charging different rates to put on or take a car off a policy...bottom line I had to get a new car and got the general no problem there to add or remove a vehicle so please dont be fooled by the family members giving them good reviews,trust me shop around b4 thinking about these odd policies they have. I wish I could give them no stars for there help they gladly take your money but wont help with Nothing I give them 2 thumbs down and two middle fingers

I told Chris that I needed insurance, but that I was planning on selling the car soon. Guess what Chris does, he sells me a year policy. I have never ever gotten a year policy, they are usually 6 months. Chris was unethical when he sold me this policy, he upsold me with out my knowledge, and now I have a year policy on a car plan to sell by years end. VERY UNETHICAL, Im canceling the policy, UP YOURS Chris! Complaint filed as well

2022-04-28I called today and got insurance from Michel Salvador and his service was absolutely amazing because he listened and did exactly what I asked of him and he got me a policy that works for me with the price that was amazing and he did it promptly. His communication was great and he sent the paperwork on time and got me off the phone quickly. I recommend him any day. I received insurance through Freeway insurance multiple times and they are very good!!!

He worked hard to get me my previous monthly bill when I had to renew my policy but I was late to renewing so he worked and he actually got me $25 cheaper monthly bill.
