Frederic is amazing! I was the listing agent and Frederic represented the buyers in our transaction. Him and his team (lender, escrow, title, assistants…) are very professional. They collaborate with each other to provide the best service. They are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. They went above and beyond and the transaction was very smooth. I can’t believe that it took me only 8 days to buy my dream house in this crazy sellers’ market.Frederic was absolutely amazing because he listened to our needs, was always available for showings and was very patient. I never felt like I was bothering him, even at 10 pm on a Saturday…When it came to writing offers, Frederic was creative and resourceful submitting clear offers.For every visit, Frederic took the time to thoroughly check the heater, AC, circuit breaker, plumbing under the sinks, possible termites, pipes, roof , etc... He also provided us with a list of inspectors for the home inspections. Then he negotiated a credit for repairs.Frederic has a lot of experience as a realtor and it shows. He took us through every scary step of the purchase in a very confident way. He worked very hard as we went through escrow in a very short time (8 days!!!).I highly recommend Frederic Furlan as a Realtor, he made our purchase smooth – and fun too :)

My first time selling a home was easy and profitable thanks to Frederic Furlan. The appraisal process went through without difficulties thanks to Frederics research before the appraiser met with us. Frederic also helped negotiate with the seller to allow me to stay in the home after the sale in order to give me time to find a replacement home. Frederic is hard-working, knowledgeable, thorough and highly qualified. He makes sure that you have the information you need to move forward in a well-informed manner. I highly recommend him.

We recently moved to San Diego from Texas. I met Fred through another agent in Texas. Although at first, we were not quite ready to buy just yet, Fred was very patient and worked hard for us, sending us new listings often. A year later, he was able to negotiate and buy a house for us that was off the market at that time. Fred is very hard working and patient, putting in the work to find the perfect home for you, however long that may take. He also went above and beyond by putting us in touch with a good contractor to help us with renovations and remodeling.

Working with Frederic was one of the best decisions I made in the home buying process! I came across his information on a flyer since he was familiar with helping people buy/sell in the Mission Valley area. As a first time homebuyer, I was lucky to have Frederic’s expertise and knowledge throughout the process. He was always quick to respond, worked very hard, and had my best interests in mind as he helped me find the perfect condo. He did an excellent job negotiating on my behalf when I ultimately made an offer on my current home. Months after the entire buying process was done, I ran into some issues with my HOA. I reached out to Frederic just to see if he had any advice, and he went out of his way to help me try to figure out a solution (even though his job had been done months ago). We still keep in touch, and I can’t wait to have his help on my next home!

I was impressed with Frederic’s dedication and tenacity Our clients were out of state. He pre-viewed and toured all the homes they were interested in and provided feedback to them. In this market, that was several homes! He did a great job communicating with me on price points so I could get updated loan information to our clients. He is also a great negotiator. Awesome experience with Frederic. He took care of literally everything (visits, inspections, insurance, repairs, appraisal). Helped in answering all questions that I had and made everything so smooth. I was not even in San Diego at the time of the purchase. He showed me videos, visited the property multiple times to make sure everything was in the initial conditions, etc. Very professional and detailed oriented. He sold my home and helped me buy my new home. I would gladly recommend him.
