Where to begin, its probably easier to list pros.-Close to the park.-Rooms are decently modernized.Cons.-$700 insurance deposit we werent notified about. Dont worry, presumably it gets refunded. So at least you have that to look-asked 4 times to get our room cleaned and nothing 4 days in a row.-Elevator not responding on the 5th floor.-Pretty sure a bloodstain on our towel.-Garbage is all over and just sits outside the door.My family made the reservations and I paid but had I wish I had researched on my own. We had three rooms in total and just a mess of issues, the stuff I listed were my own but they had similar.Edit: I had to change this a bit to reflect not all the staff were bad. But it was either they were great or you were talking to a wall, either great customer service or none at all.
Torise was an amazing front desk agent. Genuinely concerned for keeping my kids room close to ours. Wonderful 24 pool. Rooms are a little dated and need attention. The Disney fireworks at around 945pm are shocking the 1st night but only lasted 15 minutes. Conveniently located.
Breakfast was decent. Perfect for sleeping before a long day at Disney. The bathroom became a little messy with the water spilling over from the shower. Didnt matter how the curtain was placed or which of the 4 family members used it. Also, it would have been great if when we Checked in the staff could have mentioned that theres a bus that takes you right to Disney.
Positive: The beds werent bad. Negative: No housekeeping the entire time we were there, the room had food items from the previous people still in the closet. Only had hot water sometimes, poor water pressure. The sink didnt drain. The walk to Disney was about 15-20 minutes but a scary walk.
THIS PLACE IS UNSAFE, UNORGANIZED, DIRTY, AND DISHONEST!!!Very disappointed with our stay, there was not one good thing about it unfortunately. Initial check in took a while, they seemed very unorganized. The initial person helping us seemed like she had everything on board, but then a man came by (looked like possible manager) and told her to change our room so she did. We finally got our key and made our way to our assigned room. We used the key card and entered the room and there was already a family in there!! We felt so bad and embarrassed and immediately apologized and made our way back down to the lobby. Once we told them there was already guests in the room, they looked clueless and asked “really? There was people in there?” As if we would make that up. Of course they apologized and scrambled to find us another room. We made our way back up to our new room and our new keys did not work and we could not enter the room. So once more we had to go back down to the lobby to correct another mistake. The manager offered to comp our parking for the 2 nights we were staying as a form of apology, okay sure we just want to put our luggage down, thanks. Once we finally got in the new room, we immediately went to further secure the room with the extra bar lock on the door since they are handing out keys to rooms that already have families and of course, the lock did not work. Definitely did not feel safe at this hotel. Finally, as we were leaving I stopped at the desk to check out and I wanted to physically see my invoice since there have already been so many errors, and the parking that the manager said he was going to comp was of course still there! I did not ask for this, it was offered, and then left on the invoice. Not only is this place unorganized and unsafe, they are also liars and will say whatever to get you to “feel better.” Will definitely be advising anyone to steer clear from this place. Side note: thought it was odd for us to have to pay for parking anyway as guests of the hotel. I guess just another way for them to take more money from you.
We stayed here during a family trip to Disney, The hotel room was clean, and felt very spacious. One of the wall outlets was a little weird in that it moved when we plugged something in, but the hotel room otherwise was nice. It was very quiet which was surprising as we had a room facing the Freeway, as soon as we closed the door it blocked out all the noise which was very nice. The hotel staff was very polite and cordial, very helpful. The Pantry never seemed like it was open though, i think during our entire stay I saw it open one time. There are 2 gas stations directly across the street from the hotel though so that wasnt too inconvenient. We went to the Restaurant in the hotel for dinner, and it is sub-par at best, the service was pretty awful and the food, was bland and cold when we got it, I cant even imagine what the breakfast buffet is like. The hotel is a short walk to Disneyland / California Adventure which was super convenient for us. It took about 15 minutes to get to the park. There is also a shuttle stop right outside of the hotel that will take you to the park, its $6 /person, Or you could uber or lyft for around $13. We opted to just walk. I would definitely stay again and recommend this to families.
I have stayed here twice regardless of all the negative reviews. Both stays were nothing short of wonderful. I am not picky or extra demanding. The room was ready upon arrival both times and it was clean and the bed was comfy. After a day at the park, the traffic noise was non existent. The staff here is so kind and welcoming. I will keep staying here on my future visits.
This is by far the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The carpets were so dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting! They didn’t even have a trash can in the room when we got there. The bathroom door hinges were so rusty the door barely shut and instead of fixing them they would just paint over them. The fan didn’t work because there was a switch in the entire room that it was connected to, which is why the door hinge’s were rusty! You could tell how many holes at been put in the rooms because the patch jobs were terrible. You could definitely tell they don’t care about the rooms or their guests! I wouldn’t stay there even if it was free!
It was a decent hotel, their pool was 24 hoursMe and my family enjoyed our stay. It was 10 mins walking to Disneyland park. Love everything in this place very nice. Juliet in the frontdesk was very helpful and kind.Thank you very much 🙏. This trip is very memorable 🥰🦋This is definitely the best place to stay at. When going to Disney land🥰🦋. Stores and restaurants are close by… Love love love ..🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰._Iris⚜️
The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. The room was spacious but the bathroom was very small. I do not recommend the breakfast buffet, it was not very good. There is a shuttle service that takes you to the park for $6 per adult, my family and I chose to take an Uber or Lyft to and from the park. The customer service we received from all the staff there was wonderful, each and every person we dealt with was kind and extremely helpful. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.
Check in was goodThe room was kinda dated and was not cleanFound candy wrappers on the floorThe shower is poorly constructed and water leaked to the bedroom even with door closed. Had to call in for extra towels to mop up water. The main door jammed a few timesThe sheets for the sofa bed was missing.Overall the room was kinda gross for the high price
Good for Disney but leaves a lot to be desired. It was just a whole bunch of little things. Paper towels missing from bathrooms, broken bed, bad towels and sheets and not very clean. Staff was friendly, location was great but this is definitely a place for a family on a budget.
This hotel is not up to what I call Marriott Standards. It is dated and does not give you a welcome feeling. Staff was great, location was okay (minus the freeway noise that never ends). I have stayed in many motels that were as good or better than this property. Dont get caught up in the location being easy access to Disneyland, there are a lot of better properties that are Marriott that provide shuttles, are within walking distance, etc. This should be last resort.
Currently a guest 6/6/22 here. Not impressed.Booked due to being a Bonvoy Gold Elite member and wanting to use my points at a hotel close to Disneyland - its a 12 min walk.Tossed up between here and Courtyard Marriott (should have gone with Courtyard as it turns out they are closer - 5 min walk).Did not get an upgraded or higher level room which would be usual with Bonvoy status - was placed on Floor 2, a long walk from the elevator and facing the noisy street.Told on arrival yes come and see us about options to get to LAX - but apparently the only option is Uber ($180)Rooms are dingy & dark, have extremely hard floors, and are noisy. No cleaning or changing sheets on 3 night stays. Zero service and the bathtub was dirty with old bath oil in it.Good things - breakfast was nice and included breakfast burritos; the ART bus drivers were amazingly kind, helpful and friendly (unlike the stand-offish hotel staff)Good location, but I wont be re-booking.
We love staying here, when we go to Disneyland. We once tried a bargain motel and it was so bad I would have preferred to sleep in the car. With this place though, its clean, updated, comfortable, with a friendly staff and the pool area is great. You can see the fireworks from the hot tub and pool if you want to avoid the crowds. Transit busses run to and from Disneyland, or its about a mile walk if you are feeling ambitious.
I stay at this hotel ONLY when I come to Anaheim. I’m an entertainer and come to Anaheim for work. The very first moment I spoke with management on the phone in regards to checking in early to make it to work on time it was so pleasant. Everything and anything you need Hany and his staff will make it right for you. From needing awesome stay as a tourist or a guest coming in for work and needing rest and Quiet. They personally make sure you are in a room that is best for your needs. Everyone on the staff all around are incredibly friendly, and welcoming for you. Coffee and restaurant is the bomb and the hot tub too. Open all hours so I use it to relax after performing Don’t have to worry about time. This hotel is the best of the best. I travel a lot so hotels are important in my lifestyle. I can’t go anywhere else in Anaheim now. Hany has magic here!!! I’m sold and you will be too.
Positive: The staff is very friendly and accommodates as best they can. The pool setup is nice and readily accessible Negative: This is NOT a Four Points. Just a motel 6 that had a different coat of paint slapped on it. Grey water and smell came up through the bath tub and sink a few times. No box spring for the bed. Shower had busted tile and no water pressure. No value for $$$
So many reasons why this hotel gets 1 star. Room was not ready at check in. It actually wasn’t ready for an hour and a half after check in. Room smelled musty. Bathroom fan did not work. Shower curtain did not actually hold water from leaving the shower. Door lock was faulty and would not open or close at times. No one was ever working the coffee shop in the lobby. Service in the restaurant was slow. BUT it is walkable to Disneyland. We won’t stay here again though.
This hotel was alright it was clean the bedsheets very clean which was great and the bathroom shower was very bad the pressure was nonexistent so it was hard to take a good shower. The room in the picture did not show the unit air conditioning on the wall and I really wanted central AC but did not get it as it looked like there was nothing in the picture. So if you want center Air conditioning, don’t go here. The tv is very old and outdated, only plays cable TV, not smart tv so you can’t hook up or cast your phone from old tv.They don’t have great pillows so bring yours. I the beds weren’t horrible, but I def wouldn’t return unless I needed a fast place with no plan.It was so close to Disney land, which was the best part, they don’t have microwave in your room but all the way in the lobby they did, so I had to walk from 4th story to lobby, to heat up food, not the worst but wish the microwave was in there. They could def improve and get wood floors to not be so dirty carpet, the air units removed and get central AC, update their tvs and get smart tvs for this day and age is what most of us l have at home. Water pressure needs improvement.
I’m sorry but they don’t keep these rooms really clean it’s like they only clean the obvious stuff. There is sticky stuff and handprints all over the cabinets where the safe is. My toddler picked up an old cheese puff from near the bed. The soap dispensers look like they’ve never been cleaned. The tub is rusty and peels away. They didn’t even tell us anything about breakfast being available I just learned that reading the reviews. $20 for parking just to have you park under the bridge looks super ghetto and unsafe. Definitely NOT worth the price I’m disappointed
Positive: Hotel staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Unfortunately we were flooded by the upstairs hotel room and the staff and management were on top of it to help with us moving to another room. Staff and management went above and beyond. Negative: Rooms are not great. Booked 2 queen room and 1 bed was a queen the other was a full. Room had a musty smell and to be honest looked a bit beat up with patched holes and a crooked door handle. Def paying for location close to Disneyland.
Staff was amazing! They were very friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. After about 30 minutes of being in our room they called to ask us if we needed anything and if everything was satisfactory, which I thought was fantastic. You could tell that they really cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. I didnt expect that as we were only staying one night. We felt as valued as guests with longer stays. We got a pool view room and could see across to Disneyland and DCA. The freeway is loud but once you shut the door to your room it becomes much quieter. The room was well maintained and nice looking. The bathrooms were very basic but I didnt plan on spending much time in there anyway 😅.The pool area was very pretty. They removed the outdoor shower areas so if youd like to rinse off before the pool youll have to do so in your room. They had two gender neutral bathrooms in the pool area but both were locked during our early morning dip. They also had a spot stocked with towels to use and a receptacle for used towels. Poolside seating was nice reclining beach chairs, and an outdoor seating area with tables chairs and even a ping pong type table. The pool was indeed open 24/7 which was a HUGE deal for us! Its the main reason I picked this hotel. Please dont EVER change that! There is a small gift shop in the lobby as well as an attached restaurant. The food was AMAZING. All in all the stay was excellent and I would highly consider returning to this hotel for our next stay.
Horrible. Pillow case had blood stains. My room wasnt ready. Waiting almost an hour till myself and other guest got fed up and asked what was our room status. Front desk said they were sold-out. Other guests noticed plenty of rooms available. The restaurant inside the hotel is expensive. DONT STAY HERE!!
We were given a room on the 5th floor with the door facing the highway. The road noise was unbearable. We requested to be moved but were told there were no other available rooms and were offered complimentary ear plugs. To make matters worse, our door didnt seal all the way which added to the noise. Our beds didnt have comforters on them, either. We had a sheet, a blanket, and another sheet on top. We requested more blankets and received two twin-sized cotton blankets. After walking all day at Disneyland, not getting adequate sleep really took a toll on me. We had easy access to the ART shuttle, but it doesnt run mid-day, so we were basically stranded at Disneyland until the evening hours when the shuttle started again.
Negative rating if they had any!!! Do not stay at this hotel at all!! Somebody got into our room and stole our stuff. Its more about security what if somebody’s in the room and those people armed!! One the manager was really helpful. Other staff members are super rude!!Just dont book this hotel!!
Walking distance to disneyland and most stores. Staff was polite and kind. Housekeeping is the best. Returning to a clean room after a long day is the best. The party on saturday night in the ball room was cool. Good views to the disneyland fireworks. Excellent disney store. City bus access to disneyland. Great bar, private cabana, hot tub and starbucks across the street.
A huge factor they should warn you about is it being right by the highway. The cars are so loud all night, it makes it extremely difficult to sleep. The rooms aren’t sound proof that’s for sure. When I let them know at the front desk about my stay they didn’t know what to say and just apologize. It should have stated on their website or at least at check in.
Positive: Room has bigger thank most Negative: Didn¿t sleep well at all heard noise from freeway all night long. Ask for handicap accessible and was not provided a closer room. My tire was popped by the gate spikes and staff never said sorry nor did they care at all. Very horrible customer service.
The location to Disneyland was perfect! It was within walking distance which made morning and night walks simple. The room was super clean and the staff was great. The breakfast in the morning was good enough to save me luckily since most of the park restaurants dont open until late in the afternoon. My only issue was my room was situated next to a gate on the bottom floor that led out to the parking lot and I heard it swinging open and shut from 5 am on. I would stay again just on another floor.
The staff is very friendly, but they can work more on their professionalism... The place itself is nice and clean. The lobby and my room smells fresh, the temperature of the room is perfect. There is a classic Disney vibe here at the hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. It was simple, clean, and effortless.
We love the four points for an affordable option when visiting Disneyland for a few days. This time was a little disappointing as they have not quite recovered from Covid related issues. No housekeeping, valets and bell service puts a damper on things when staying multiple nights with kids. Staff was quick to bring what we needed, but the room and grounds needed a little TLC. The restaurant on site was the highlight! It was excellent and just what we needed after a long day at the park! We will definitely give it another chance as it is still a great value.
Stayed during our trip to Disneyland. Was about a 15/20 minute walk to the security gates for Disney. Busy road but a doable walk for the price. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Periodic cleaning of the lobby was appreciated as well. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and the option for breakfast to go (which we took to the park and we had people stopping us to ask where we got our food!) and the option of the breakfast buffet. There is also a little store with snacks and souvenirs. Overall would recommend.
A great choice if youre visiting Disneyland. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly. It is a little bit of a walk to the park entrance - maybe 3/4 mile - but its a very safe wall even after park close. Because its a little further away from the gate it runs a little less expensive than some of the other hotels but we thought it was a good tradeoff. Arriving from the east coast at around 1130 am, Pacific time, the hotel allowed us to check in right away and we were immediately off to the park. Theres a nice pool and outdoor patio area although we didnt have any time for it.
Positive: Hotel room is nice and clean and secure. Close to Disneyland walking distance or we used the ART bus to get over there Negative: No fan in the bathroom, the bathtub was slop sided and I had to keep kicking the way to the drain cause it would fill up in the middle and not move. But the major thing is traffic! So much noise!
I would say you get what you pay for but the price was barely competitive to other Marriott/Sheraton hotels in the area during this stay window. If I would have known about the quality of this stay, I would have paid more to not stay in this outdated hotel, even if it were a non-Marriott hotel. Literally everything is outdated and for a category 5 hotel that is laughable. If you go, expect low-tech features and one of the worst showers I’ve seen at a Marriott/Sheraton. Maybe this is a Four Points thing, or just this specific location, but we didn’t have turndown service the entire visit and that’s something to look forward to when being out all day. With all that said, the staff was awesome and I understand that they are working with what they got but I would say avoid this hotel at all costs.
Check in was a breeze. Cute updated hotel with parking. I recommend parking here and walking to Disneyland. Tram service was still out of service. You still have to walk. This hotel is less than 10-15 min walk depending how fast you go. We had an upgraded room, poolside. Unsure if this was worth it since poolside is also Freeway side. You hear all the freeway noise. But if youre tired from going to Disneyland, this noise shouldnt bother you. Overall, pleasant room to rest my head
The hotel is really good, but it can do so much better. When we arrived our hotel room had trash in the trashcan. We later changed rooms due to a flaw in the shower. We asked for housekeeping 24 hours before the service (how the hotel asks us to do) but when we arrived at our room after an exhausting day at Disneyland it was not made. For this we got 2 days of free parking but it was charged. The staff is really polite but they dont deliver
Overall the hotel was fine but everything was not well kept up. Elevators and hallways were dirty, lights bulbs were out. Our keycard swipe on our door barely worked. The rooms were fine and it was a place to crash at night, but I wish the owners would invest some time in how they are presenting their hotel to customers. Also a $18 parking fee each night seems a little much... figure they could use a little of that money to at least wash a window or fix a door....
Love it here the hot tub is truly hot and open late, the towels are thick, the beds are comfortable! I just discovered the ART shuttle after staying here years...it comes right to the door of the hotel and drops you off right by the entrance for $6 a day pass unlimited! What a steal, Ill never park at Disney again! Of course this hotel is a 13 min walk for cooler weather.
The hotel location isnt great. Its right in between a bunch of busy roads and the freeway so its SUPER loud. Also, the fireworks from Disneyland go off right next to the hotel, which is cool, but also loud. Also, the walk to Disneyland is uphill for a portion both ways, which was hard with kids. The room was fine. We were there 6 days and were told that we would get housekeeping services on the 3rd day (they arent doing it as often because of Covid). The cleaning service never happened so we had to ask for new towels and it took hours for them to bring them to us.
Hotel is pretty beat up. Used to be a Holiday Inn in the 90’s. Was awesome then. Staff not excited to meet & greet. Could be a language barrier. No interaction from the departing employee. All business. No hairdryer in room. So I called and got a dryer blowing in the room that is used for wet carpet. Sheraton name used to mean something. The location is great. We’re originally from Anaheim. This was a bit disappointing. The grounds were nice but rooms very dated. Customer service is key. Heard some potential guests cancel their reservations because of parking fee. This is an issue for many folks. Maybe you could reconsider this. Would love to stay here but don’t know unless CS improves.
We spent two nights, three rooms with two adults and four teen-and-older kids.Rooms were ok. One had a stopped sink that maintenance came to take care of while we were out. Rooms fronted Ball Rd, which was being resurfaced till 3am the first night, so that wasnt great, but not the hotels fault. But its never a good sign when there are earplugs on the nightstand, even without the roadwork, theres a lot of noise from the highway and Ball Rd. Beds were not comfortable, the pillows were all terrible. Breakfast was included and was great. Staff was friendly, helpful, and available.
They put us in the worst room the had after they said they had one room available for early check in, since it was 11, and wed have to wait till 3 to check in. So we said wed take it. It was their way of getting people into the worst room when we paid for a much nicer room. Right on the corner with the super busy loud roads right next to it. It was upsetting realizing the mistake that we made later. But the staff was nice and it was also nice that the hot tub and pool were open 24/7. Though those could be kept up and cleaned more often.
The Location is great near the Disney Parks and because it was our objective and resulted in excellent experience. The Staff was great in the counter and also in the Cafeteria. The only thing the noticed was the cleaning in the rooms were not so good, I would like to think that was because of COVID constraints. En general was Good!
Staff were all excellent. Very nice, helpful, and friendly. 10/10 for the staff.Unfortunately the room was gross, the carpets were very dirty. All our socks are brown from the carpets. The carpets need to be replaced with laminate like the Fairfield by Marriott Anaheim.I would recommend my friends stay at the Fairfield instead and I will stay there on my next trip as well unless I hear the rooms at the Four Points have been renovated.
Room itself is outdated and old. The carpets were filthy. They looked as if they were not vacuumed before our stay. There was hair and debris visible on the carpet. More outlets are needed. More charging accesses are needed. More than one trash is needed. A trash can under the bathroom sink would be helpful. The hotel property itself is between two noisy freeways. The freeway noise is loud and bothersome.
Overall the stay was okay. The check in experience could have been better. There seems to have been either some lack of experience(training) or racial profiling which I wanted to steer clear away from but the Marriot rep/clerk had way too much uncertainty going on in his head he should check me in or not. So that was the start of the experience. The Tru Grit restaurant was great and had great service. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was quite small though. Really small. Hopefully our stay in June will be much better as we will have family visiting Disneyland.
At first we had good hopes but then they told us we had to pay a $100 deposit & it doesn’t say that anywhere on the booking site. We also had a leak in the shower so we asked to moved rooms & that was no problem. We move rooms & everything looks dirty. Our bath tub had actual hairs on it & neither of us have showered yet. The floor was extremely dirty we saw the dirt on our socks. When we go to check out, we barely get notified that we had to pay for parking during our stay. It was $24 a night to park. I have never had to pay for parking at any hotel that I’ve stayed at & I’ve stayed at nicer hotels than this. Very disappointed.
If you want a quiet hotel do not stay here! I paid for a pool view room thinking that it would be quieter. Nope. The pool faces the 5 freeway. The noice was so loud in the room that I could hear the cars in the bathroom with the door closed! The lock on the first door didn’t work. Then I was moved to the front of the hotel which was a huge ordeal and quieter except for the party in the room next door at 3am Plus the front desk manager treated me like he was a used car sales man. He kept telling me he was giving me the best room in the place since I was a gold member. That was a load of crap. Don’t stay here
We were on the 4th floor #458, which is sandwiched between two storage rooms and the service elevator. Not much in the way of freeway noise, but the service staff does start early in the morning and apparently forgets theres a guest room nearby. The A/C unit was not working properly, nor was the sink. A call to the front desk remedied the sink, but all they did to the A/C was turn it down to 60. It still blew warm air. The next day we spoke with the front desk in person and they had the maintenance supervisor respond to our room. After a small bit of tinkering, they ended up replacing the unit and cold air was not a problem the rest of our stay (temps were high during our stay 90-95). This place is old and has a motor lodge / motel feel. The carpets in the room were very fifthly and the paint was several layers thick in places. The bed frame creaked every time you moved and stuck out past the mattress/box spring so you could wrack you shin against it. The restaurant was good for breakfast. Dinner, not so much. The staff were accommodating and parking was ample. Not the Marriott experience one comes to expect.
I don’t normally write negative reviews, but if I could save a family from heartache I will. We were so excited for our Disneyland trip with our 5 and 7 year olds and thought we would splurge and stay the night before at a hotel, relax by the pool, and head to Disney when it opened. Unfortunately, this hotel was not what we expected. It is RIGHT on the FWY. The “quiet” room they have me was overlooking the pool with tons of FWY noise. People were screaming at the pool until midnight without staff stopping them. If this was a “quiet”Room I hate to know what a loud room sounds like. The room had a portable AC system that blew right onto the bed, making it impossible to keep on. We got no sleep the night before our Disneyland trip, putting a huge wrench into a trip we had been looking forward to for so long. This was the worst experience I have ever had a hotel.
This hotel is in an amazing location. The room was generally clean and the beds were well appointed. TH hotel, in general, is in need of some maintenance upkeep and /or a renovation. There were many locations which were in dire need of repair and it’s never nice to see major drywall repairs in-progress in your room in a non- bathroom location.
The location was good, not far from Disneyland. But the service sucked! The staff was very slow, no manners! As you would walk down the halls you’d see sheets and trash outside of the rooms. The room we got had a leakage. The other rooms carpet was wet. We didn’t get the request we asked for which was to get the rooms as closest possible. Overall poor service.
My family and I have stayed at this location almost yearly since 2010. Unfortunately, it has changed a lot. While the customer service is still excellent, the quality and cleanliness of the rooms has really declined. Our room was humid and damp and the carpet was extremely dirty requiring us to wear shoes the whole time. It was too dirty to walk around in socks. After 3 nights in the room, I couldn’t take it anymore and let the front desk know since all our clothing and personal items were damp. Thankfully, we were moved to another room. I realize the pandemic has caused staff shortages, however, a clean, comfortable room can go a long way in encouraging guests to recommend the hotel for future stays. At this time, I can no longer recommend this hotel to friends or family due to our recent experience.
The hotel was basically decent. Outside hallway areas were a little rundown. The most disappointing was the pool was not open the first day we arrived and that was my plan for the day. Also, the outside bar was never open the 3 days we were there. Our room wax adequate.
Positive: Location was easy to find. Was able to see the fireworks from Disneyland up close! Negative: This hotel is trying to perceive itself as a four star but its more of a 3 star. This is an old hotel that Sheraton slapped their name on and then tried to cheaply upgraded. Bathroom not fully cleaned and the bed frame was exposed, likely a safety prob.
This hotel is not worth the money. The rooms are poorly upgraded. Our first room had a broken air conditioner, no trash cans, etc. It made me question if it was sanitized prior to giving us the keys. Other hotels I have stays in as recently as 2 weeks ago have seals on their doors stating they have been sanitized. The showers are small, no fan in the bathroom, no microwave, no hairdryer, doors open to exterior with a note telling you to double lock the door for your safety. The fireworks from Disney are extremely loud and will wake you if you are asleep. People roam the parking lot looking in the windows of your car. The dryers do not work. The washer was dirty. Workers were friendly. Would not recommend. If going to Disney, stay a few miles away. Traffic is not bad. You will save money.
This location feels more like a motel than a hotel. The carpet was itchy on my feet and the bathroom was extremely run down. The grout was black, brown, and gray. There was what looked like dry wall dust on the floor. The drain was extremely scratched up and green. I called the front desk and she quickly moved us to another room but as I feared, the bathroom was not much different! It felt like I was staying at a cheap motel not a Marriott. I definitely will not be staying at this location again no matter how close it is to Disneyland
This was such a convenient spot for my son and I while we visited the theme parks. Had a few minor hiccups with the mobile key and was told upon checkin (12JUL21 around 8:15 pm) that staff was only allowed to issue one room key when I asked for two from the younger gentleman working front desk. Regardless, at checkin I was given the option to receive points for the stay or breakfast because of my rewards status, I said breakfast; found out in the morning I needed a voucher which was supposed to be given to me the night prior. The room was decent, didn’t need anything fancy. If we visit Disneyland again I’ll probably be booking here again.
The lobby is beautiful and very misleading - beware this is the Motel 6 of the Marriott brand. This is not a normal Marriott hotel! We arrived later in the evening, and it was extremely dark getting to our room. It had to vibe of spring break, there were very few families. There was a lot of noise from the freeway and other guests (at midnight and later). The beds were very uncomfortable, bathroom was small, and the sink had a leak. You can tell the tried to put a few Marriott influences into the Motel, but it was extremely rough and I wont stay there again. The walk to Disneyland was dangerous, there were homeless people by the overpass, and it was concerning to be there with children. The parking area was somewhere you dont want to be after dark. Keep looking!!
I stayed here for three nights with my stepson while visiting the Disney parks. The hotel itself is clean and beautiful. The service was lacking. My hairdryer didnt work and when I called they said it would be 30 minutes to get another one. I needed to eat dinner right away, so I went down for a new dryer and to bring back food also. The snack bar run by the restaurant then wanted me to pay $15 for a pizza marked $12 on their menu, saying the price had gone up. I bought a bagel sandwich and a bottled juice. The juice didnt taste right even though it was two months from the expiration date and we ended up having to pour the whole thing down the toilet. It did come from an open refrigerator case.Having a child who wets the bed, we asked for a mattress protector and for the bedding to be changed only on his bed. We went to the desk each morning to be sure this was done. They did as we asked the first time, but the second time, the employee simply left a stack of bedding on the desk.Due to this employees actions, after getting back to the room late at night, we had to make up his bed together before we could put him to sleep, even though he was so tired he could barely walk.
Before I go into your staff let me first point out the aspects of my stay that led to my decision not to stay there again. The noise from the freeway is very unpleasant. My key card and electronic key stopped working the second night. There was tree trimming during my entire stay at the pool and the front of the building. Having said that, your staff was excellent. Starting with the gentleman that checked me in on Wednesday June 16th. He was very professional, polite, courteous, and accommodating. After checking in I stopped by your gift shop before heading up to my room and the young lady working there was very nice, professional, and made every effort to help me find what I needed and answered my several questions. After I settled in I walked to downtown Disney and then returned to the hotel to meet my nephew for lunch. Upon returning the gentleman who checked me in recognized me and ask how my day was going. I asked him for a recommendation to take my nephew to lunch and he consulted with a woman whom I assume was a supervisor or manager. They recommended the Packing House which me and my nephew both really enjoyed. When my electronic key and my key card didn’t work Friday evening June 18th, the gentleman at the desk was very apologetic and professional, and quickly made me a new one. I stopped by the dining area and ordered fried rice and the young lady behind the bar was very nice and professional. As I passed by the gift shop that was already closed, an employee unlocked the door and entered. I knocked on the door and asked if I could buy something even though you’re closed. The young man was very accommodating and let me come in to buy something. I had bought a Micki Mouse shoulder pack my first day there and my friend kept saying how much he liked it and I wanted to buy him one on my last night there but got back to the hotel late. But your employee was nice enough to let me in and buy it. I hope you go back and find the employees I reference in this review because they all deserve praise. Your string point is your staff, unfortunately the freeway noise along with no fridge or microwave in the room, the inconvenient tree trimming and the faulty key card all reflect poorly on my overall experience. I stayed there from June 16-19. Please contact me if you need additional information to identify the staff that helped me because I really think they should know that they did a great job.
The hotel from the outside looked very modern and recently renovated. Upon my arrival I was allowed to check an hour early which was great. When I got to the counter the two staff members there were having a conversation and it took a minute or two for them to wrap that up and me to be greeted. The person who helped me found my reservation quickly and noted that I requested a crib during my stay. We were given a room on the 4th floor of the hotel. The room it self was a bit of a let down. Our restroom fan didnt work, the switch for it appeared to be broken, the hair/soap container in the shower was missing one container, there were cords exposed near the desk (issue for us as we had a baby with us) and the overall cleaniness of the room could have been better. We walked around the room without shoes for a couple hours upon arrival and noticed our feet were black with dirt/dust. This was an issue for us because we had a small child with us and keeping her on the bed, sofa, or in our arms off the floor during our whole stay wasnt ideal. As I mentioned I had requested a crib upon check in and no one ever followed up to say if they had one or not. The next morning I reported the issues above at the front desk and requested the crib again. They took note and I left the hotel for day. No one from the hotel contacted me throughout the day to confirm if the issues were resolved which I found disappointing. However, upon arrival back at the room the floor did appear to have been vacuumed and there was a crib was in the room. The other wear and tear items in the room were not addressed as I am sure these would have required us to leave the room. During our stay it appeared to me the hotel may have been understaffed as the hand sanitizers, trash, and restrooms on the ground floor and common areas were not frequently serviced. Upon, my check out at most hotels Ive stayed at the first question asked is how was your stay? but instead all I was asked upon my checkout is if I wanted my receipt emailed and thats all.I specifically picked this hotel location because the proximity to the attractions in the area but was a bit disappointed with the staffs service and the hotel did not meet my expectationof what a stay at a Marriott brand hotel should be. If you are just looking for a great location in this area Id recommend this hotel. If you are looking for comfort and cleaniness Id recommend looking into another option. Thanks
This was a very unpleasant stay. I really think this hotel should be stripped of the Marriott name. From the beginning there was no hospitality. Front desk was short with myself and someone else trying to get information (one could even say avoidant). There was no warmth or welcome to the hotel. From there, the cleanliness of the room was below standard and expectations. We sat all our luggage on the desk to avoid any possible “critters”. Only to wake up and find one in a cup the next morning on the desk. The ice machine was leaking and had dirty water beneath it. I refused to get ice from it. There was also trash on the ground over the whole property. This looked more like a budget suite than a Marriott. Had I not been traveling with my kids, I would have requested a refund and slept in my car. Absolutely awful! For those looking to stay close to Disneyland. Yes, it’s close but the overall experience makes it not worth it. Look someone else on Harbor Blvd.
We stayed here for a few days on a recent Disneyland trip. To start the place was filthy. I understand there was construction going on in the lobby. But the hallways and rooms were disgusting. I tried to order items (coffee and hair items) via the chat feature and it took 6 hours for delivery, which we gave up on as we were in the parks. So we never got them. Our shampoo and conditioner dispensers were not working, so we flipped up the top to open it and they were filled with mold. Absolutely disgusting.
Definitely the worst hotel we have stayed at around Disneyland. The room was very untidy and the hotel was run down and the restaurant was way overpriced for microwave food. Totally unacceptable. The hotel staff was unprofessional on the phone pre-arrival and the staff when we got their was RUDE and messed up our reservation when we paid 1 night and had points for another.
Its the kind of room youd expect from motel 6. Housekeeping came twice during stay but never vacuumed. Toilet had a loud whistling sound to it, and you could hear it when other rooms were using the restroom. Bugs were present in the room. Only one trash can. TV was weird and started on static analog channels, every time tv was powered on. AC/heater unit didnt properly work even though temp was set to 72, I woke up in 76 degrees, tried to turn back to AC but it wouldnt work. Nobody came to fix.
This hotel is in dire need of attention! Since there was an attempt, however long ago to refresh, it has fallen well short of Marriott’s Standards. Our room had several issues, albeit minor, but just showed the lack of oversight by Management. Carpet had a large black stain in the middle of one of the carpet squares (easily replaced if someone cared to point it out) tile work in bathroom looked like a fifth grader did it, no blow dryer in room, because of no bath fan there was the presence of rust on the door hinges etc. We had to go to the lobby for ice and no plastic bags for the bucket. TV remote was not encased in sanitized envelope. Was the room sterilized??? We’re not confident it was! The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors casual conversations, the toilet was so small & short we felt like it was for a child. The grounds are in desperate need of landscape maintenance. No staff to work restaurant and bar (only one person was doing it all and not trained in bartending very well. Kuddos to her for still working her tail off but she she not have been put in that position. We understand that the pandemic has affected many things but most of what we experienced could have been remedied long before this started.
Beds are overly broken in. Amenities are old. Noisy air conditioning. Just not guest centric. We had no water night one due to a planned city outage. Hotel could have been far more prepared to make guests comfortable from 9pm to 6am without water. A few bottles of water for 3 people was inadequate and we had to ask for them. And the bathroom is really tight.
The four points has been the worst experience my family and I ever had. From waiting over an hour past our check in time to disgustingly dirty carpets that turned your feet back to mold growing in the bathroom and the Browne shower curtain to fleas and spiders in the room. The hotel is a run down motel that has the Marriott name. It maybe a 15min walk to the Disney land parks but the sketchy area with the homeless around and the constant mosquitoes in the pool area and the horrible bartender that does not know how to make the simplest of drinks made it hard to forgive the sins of the hotel.Avoid this place at all costs, pay a little bit more for a better experience because it is not relaxing here at all especially after spending hours at the Disneyland parks.
How this place rates anything below 4 stars makes me think people are trying to compare this place to a Ritz Carlton. I had a south west facing room. Yesterday (9/21) temps here in Anaheim hit over 100 degrees. Room AC was set to 69 and the unit not only kept up but it actually cycled on and off consistently because the room was maintaining temperature. Last week I stayed at the Residence Inn Anaheim Resort and while I absolutely love that hotel, their central ac system hd a really difficult time maintaining room temp below 70.. it was in the low 80s that whole week. Ive had to move out of hotels closer on Harbor Lane because their rooms were way too stuffy. Such was not the case with this hotel. I will make sure I book my stays here during the summer and early fall months.A couple more things. This place doesnt offer the complimentary breakfasts that the Residence Inns and Springfield Suites do. But for most people staying here its to go to the park. If subpar complimentary breakfast is important to you, then stay elsewhere. The pool and jacuzzi here are amaze balls. I believe they are.open 24 hours and it makes for a great swim after the park or in between parks during middle of the day. Ive had an opportunity to swim last couple of days and at or near triple digit temps Ive been the only one basking in it.Finally AND this ones a big one. If car noises bother you, these rooms do a great job of filtering out the freeway noise but not completely. I personally love freeway noises because its like white noise (kinda like needing a fan running at all times but for my hearing). This property sits right on top of the highway no getting around it. If stuff like this is a deal breaker dont stay here. I see people rating this joint a 1 star when a quick perusal of the property pics on Google or Tripadvisor clearly shows a major highway within a rocks throw of your room. No reason to rate down when the property is screaming Hey guys theres a big freakin Highway right next to us just as an FYI
It’s going so far good but I would wish if the hotel would pay attention more to the pool area cause people could get hurt and they aren’t seeing the children that are diving without any parents around because they are to busy on their phones. Please be more on the look out. Others want to enjoy the pool without any kids disturbing them. Thank you. We know you have signs but some parents don’t read it cause it’s just a pool-.
I would not recommend this hotel. It’s located by the freeway so you hear all the traffic. You also hear all the other guests walking by, talking, running, slamming their doors, the elevator ringing…basically you hear everything. The room only had 1 bar of soap for the toiletries. I picked up the phone in the room to call housekeeping but the phone wasn’t connected. The cord was removed. So I used the app to request the additional toiletries at 822pm. By 9pm I decided to give my son a quick shower using the only bar of soap and we were in bed by 930pm. I placed the do not disturb sign on the door. At 10pm someone started pounding on the door to deliver the toiletries even though the do not disturb sign was on the door. This room was booked through our free night gift certificate. Even though it was free it was not worth it. Avoid this hotel if you can. Very disappointed and frustrated with our stay.
We went to the hotel and it was a hot mess.Guys were mopping the lobby and our entrance to our side of the building was closed so we had a long walk. Parking is $20 a day, and was always full at night so we had to park in the very back. The water was shut off for one of the nights so no bathroom or shower. The maids never came to clean our room or provide clean towels. Very Disappointed in this hotel. Better off staying somewhere else.
I would not stay at this location again, even though it’s not a super long walk to Disneyland there is no complimentary shuttle. You have to pay $6 per day per person and make a reservation. After walking all day the last thing you want to do is walk all the way back to the hotel. The other issue we had was our room did not become available until 5:30 pm when check in is a 3, so we had to wait around when we were trying to rest for a while before going back to Disneyland for our room to be ready. The staff was not accommodating or very kind about it either. The facility was clean ad our room was ok but the water pressure in the shower was a trickle. I would stay closer to the park next time or find one that has a complimentary shuttle to and from the park
The room was not completely clean, there were fingerprints all over the doors and cabinets. It was gross and I had to go over everything with the one packaged wipe they provided. There was no bath mat and no TP. The restaurant food was over cooked and dinner served on plastic plates with plastic forks? Disappointing wine selection. The price of the buffet breakfast changed from Friday at $14.95 to $17.95 on Saturday. Skipped that. The coffee baristas were very friendly and quick service. I was REALLY disappointed that the outdoor bar that is advertised on the site was not opened at all and one had to make reservations to use the pool. Could you have mentioned that on the website? For the money that I paid, I expected more. Very nice workers, just a lot to be desired.
Can hear cars racing late at night, also want a deposit of 100. I was not notified of this until I arrived. I had driven 5 hours and was tired so I gave the deposit. I tried to purchase food with my card downstairs but their machine was not working. Overall this place is not worth it. Stay elsewhere if you want a good nights rest.
The hotel is in a easy location for Disneyland but not worth staying. I didn’t sleep all night with all the noise by our room until about 1 am. The room smelled musty and damp and is obviously worn. This hotel is in dire need of remodeling. The door didn’t close all the way into the door jam and the walls and windows are apparently paper thing considering all the noise of people and traffic. Worst Marriott property I have stayed in.
I booked this hotel while visiting Disneyland. It was a bit further away than others and so the cost was a bit less. The walking distance I accepted but the quality of the room was not what I expected. In particular, the room had a bad odor to it, smelled to me like someone had been smoking in the room. Also, room was missing a hair dryer which I had to follow up twice to get one delivered.A friend had stayed at this hotel and said it was decent but next time I will probably stay at the Fairfield as that room was nicer. The Marriott app has the ability to check in online, which I attempted to do, but never got notice that the mobile key was ready. I mentioned this to the front desk staff when I checked in and they said they dont use that. It would be nice if the Marriott app would be aware that this hotel didnt use it.
My family and I could not sleep because of the highway noise, bathtub leak, and the door didn’t seal. It was cold and loud. The building needs more refurbishing. (THE PHOTOS THAT YOU SEE ONLINE ARE FILTERED). My family and I stayed on the second floor near the highway. (DON’T STAY FOR THE BRAND BECAUSE THIS WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTING). Also to get to Disneyland you cross over the highway and walk to the split of Disneyland and California Adventure. The lobby is really nice but once you get on the elevator, you can see that it gives you an outdated vibe. (PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE).
The hotel would not allow me to check in because I am not 21. However it does not say anywhere on bookings or online that that is the required policy. We were coming from out of town and did not have a car or anyone else to stay with. Our parents had to make the reservation under their name and card but I could check in… how does that make sense? But I couldn’t check in under my name, my ID, and my credit card. Our parents were on hold for 30 minutes each, trying to make the reservation. If you knew the situation that was taking place why could you not take the phone call, instead you transferred them to reservations where they couldn’t even get through. The hotel tried to say that they changed their policy because they have an open bar. However I checked into a different hotel a few days later also with an open bar and had no issues whatsoever. The whole situation was stressful and inconvenient, and no where did the hotel apologize or try to make up for the inconvenience. Some of the hotel staff is also very rude. They were very inconsiderate of the situation. Very short and blunt which did not help in this situation. It came across as though they did not care or want to help. This was the start of our trip and just soured the whole first day. I will not be staying here again and will not be recommending it.
This is our 2nd visit to the hotel. It’s convenient and close to Disneyland. The pool area need attention. The guests at the pool were grilling with their own grill, roust, and smoking. It seemed a little disarray in terms of actually monitoring people on the pool. When we checked in the they told us the street side was quieter and then what we had booked (pool view) it they call that quiet there is a lot to be desired. The doors have large gaps in them so noise comes through the cracks. If we were staying for more than one night I would have complained and resale made a big stink but this time we checked in and checked out in less than 15 hours so not worth the hassle. I will think twice before I book there again just because the difference between our first and last stay is huge. Feels like the property is going downhill.
Positive: The staff was very welcoming and parking was easy. Good shower pressure. Negative: Yes. The hotel room was not very clean. When we first walked in there was a very musty odor. The carpet was dirty and there were scuffs on the walls. I felt like I was staying in a motel. Not 3.5 stars at all. More like 2.
Hotel was not clean; mattress was not comfortable and you could tell it was old and needed placing as you moved, toilet in room was clogged, pillows were so filled with air that we had to request 4 more to the room, fridge area smelled horrible, and the elevator near the pool smelled metallic making you wonder what the cause was. The hotel served a purpose of a place to sleep, but I would not revisit this location despite the walkability to Disneyland.
The only thing about this hotel that was clean was the lobby. Hotel rooms are not clean. We got lots of bug bites while staying in our room. Windows should be double paneled. Extremely loud especially because hotel is near the freeway, floors are gross, sticky, and has lots of stains. Shower and bathroom are very rusty and old looking. Swimming pool is gross they should clean the pools more. The water tasted salty. This hotel should have a makeover. Won’t be staying here again.
The only good part about this place is that you can walk to Disneyland directly. The rooms are very loud, youll get to hear every car on 5 as well as the conversations of all your direct neighbours... and youll also get to smell their cigarettes and their weed all evening. In addition to being loud, the rooms come with a barely functional shower with low water pressure, soap only for a day and stained towels. The front desk staff was friendly, but the hotel itself is no good.
Positive: The only good thing about this hotel is that is pretty close to Disneyland. Negative: TERRIBLE!! Room provided smelled terrible. Water leaking from sink, carpet was wet. WOSRT part the room was not clean. Pulled cover from bed and it was WET and smelled like URINE. So disgusting. Complaint but staff did not seem surprised. Do not stay here.
I have no major complaints about my stay. The bedding was comfortable and the room itself was a decent size. Even being next to I5 it was relatively quiet at night, we slept through all the traffic noise. However, I feel this hotel needs to seriously update their rooms. The carpet looked a little dingy and old. The bathroom with shower/tub combo was super small and hard to maneuver in while changing out clothes. Also the ventilation didn’t seem to work or we just couldn’t find the switch for it. Either way some room renovations for this property are needed soon!
I booked this hotel due to its close proximity to Disneyland. The hotel room floor was wet by the sink. No staff came to dry or fix the problem. We couldn’t even get the staff to deliver new towels. Police were called to room next to mine. Some woman was yelling at 3:30am look for someone. Nightmare stay.
We picked this hotel so we can walk to Disneyland. It was also a bit cheaper than the two Marriott properties across Harbor Blvd from Disneyland. Big mistake. Spend the extra money and stay at the other properties. This hotel is old. Carpets were dingy and need replacing. Half the power plugs in the room did not work. The AC rattled and were loud. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. NOT up to Marriott standards at all. Do yourself a favor and book at another Marriott property.
Excellent and clean rooms with mini fridge and microwave. The shower/tub combination was nice and good amount of towels. A separate closet and drawer set was in a nice sized room with two queen beds. Air conditioner was cold and my boyfriend R and I had a great time and beds were comfortable for sleeping and sex. Hotel staff was helpful and courteous. Deposit is $50. Great location right next to Disneyland and we saw the fireworks at night!
This was my go to hotel when ever we came down to California but I had a very bad experience this time and won’t be back first off there was a small cockroach in the bathroom when I went to make a coffe in the morning the creamer they provide was moldy and the white sheets had stains all over oh and to top it of we were woken up by a loud alarm at 6am on Sunday that was a false alarm 😂
This was probably one of my worst stays Ive had at a Marriott property. From dirty rooms to unfriendly staff. Our toilet was plugged and it took awhile to get it fixed. We asked for towels and never received any. This was definitely not up to Marriotts standards. For the amount of money I spent, I am deeply disappointed and will not stay at this location again.
I had a great stay. I was upgraded to a suite as a gold member. I also got my parking waived due to my longer stay.Rooms were spacious and clean.Bathrooms were very spacious and clean.Housekeeping provided everything I needed when I needed.Service overall was great and were very responsive.Front desk was great, although there was usually a line [5-10min wait].Overall facility was fine. It looked dated on the outside, but all the rooms and lobbies were nice.I would rate this 5/5 for me-would recommend.
The photos on their website are misleading. It was nothing like we expected. The road noise from the highway was disruptive to our sleep, partially due to proximity to the freeway and also because our door was bent and lacked weather stripping. The hotel room doors lead directly to the outside and you could see light shining in around our door. Our bathroom was dirty, our towels were stained, and the pool was dirty as well. Overall it was an awful experience.
Our room was very dirty! Our beds had stains ! The bathroom tub was so dirty and slippery! My babies couldn’t shower because I felt like they would fall. Toilet was disgusting. Room kept getting stuffy even if we opened the window and turned the AC on. When we came back from a long day at Disneyland our door was completely open!!! It was almost 10 PM!!!!!!!!!! The receptionist was very rude as well & told us we couldn’t get breakfast for the price we paid!
This was literally one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in my life. I booked and paid more for this hotel during my stay because I was absolutely certain that booking a Marriott hotel would be worth the money... this was absolutely not the case. I was put in a room right outside the elevator that I was not okay with, and I called down to ask if there were any other rooms available because half of the lights did not work, I was in a dark space right outside the elevator, and I felt as though I wouldn’t get a peaceful sleep hearing the ding of the elevator all night.. well, after calling and being told “hold on I’ll check” and being on hold for over 30 minutes, I was getting irritated to say the least. I left the phone off the hook and went downstairs to talk the front desk staff to explain the situation AGAIN,and explain how I was literally on hold on my phone upstairs. I explained that if there was anything around that section that would be perfect, but if not, and only the backside of the hotel was available he didn’t have to bother (because the backside looks a little sketchy and I definitely did not want that as my view) I didn’t want to be moved from bad to worse. He moves my room, and just trying to avoid getting upset even more, I asked for a map before I left the desk. He literally moved my room to the backside of the hotel like I asked him not to do. So I kindly asked him to move it back. Everything from there was just a series of disappointment.. from broken lamps, to dirty shower, to dirty toilet. I was mortified at my treatment on this trip. If I weren’t already previously trained in hotel etiquette, maybe this is something I would let slide as an unaware customer... but this is in NO WAY the way a customer should be treated. I’m disgusted. Again, not fully with the hotel.. but really just the overall treatment. I have pictures and names if you need to know what needs DRASTIC improvement.
This was (by far) the most disappointing Marriott I have ever stayed in. The rooms are dated and no clean. There were sticky spots on our floor and the shower tiles felt slimy. It was extremely loud. There is only one working elevator. The exterior doors from the parking didn’t ever open with our room key, which meant we had to walk around the entire hotel every time we came back. The parking pass didn’t open the parking gate and we had to get a replacement. The only positives were the beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. I will not ever stay here again.
Big beds, towels and a pool with Gym room. The staff is outstanding very friendly, helpful. But the maids arent doing there best! Why? I just found food crumbs like french fries under the desk in plain view also candy wrappers under bathroom towel floor mat? I couldnt believe it! Also Dust in bathroom towel rack, shampoo & conditioner, body wash containers in the shower. The front desk persons was amazing helpful friendly and kindness outstanding.
I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times within the last few months due to convenience. The essential amenities and service is acceptable however, one constant issue I noticed is the noise, whether it be from other guests or staff. Recently, I witnessed two employees by the name of Fred and Jason (names as told by other staff when I asked) yell at an employee to the point where he was in tears. This is not the first time I’ve seen management be abusive and disrespectful towards their staff. I would think that the higher-ups of this establishment would invest in training their management staff. However, after investigating a bit more, I had come to learn that Jason and Fred are relatives of the hotel owners so I guess that makes them exempt from any sort of training or accountability whatsoever. Management should really reconsider who they employ and ensure that they have the skills needed to be a leader and have the basic decency to respect other human beings. I’d suggest staying at other hotels near the area.
I can confirm with other reviews that there are bugs in these hotel rooms.About an hour before checkout, as I’m laying in bed, a size-able spider is crawling up my arm.The bartender “Bogart” wasn’t the friendliest, either.I only booked with this hotel because my favorite go-to hotel was unavailable. If you’re looking for a good Sheraton property, try the Sheraton Park Anaheim located at 1855 S Harbor Blvd.
Overall nice and clean hotel. One Elevator was out of service and would have liked to know that prior to walking all the way to have to turn around with my luggage. But another elevator worked and we were able to get up without issue. No coffee machine in the room. But cafe downstairs has coffee to buy.
Positive: Location and customer service. The rooms were well maintained and it was a 20 minute walk to the park Negative: The hotel is so close to the freeway that you can hear the traffic all night. I was happy to have brought my ear plugs to mitigate the sound, but for a light sleeper, this would be miserable.
Very outdated and ancient carpet in the room, which made it feel very unclean and it was incredibly dark. You needed to keep the shades down for privacy as the room faced the parking lot and the doors are outside motel style. The pool area was supposed to be the draw but was small and outdated, and the hotel should offer at least boxes for breakfast option or plenty of options for snacks and drinks but no one was ordering and the restaurant looked empty so it was not appealing at all. Service was mixed. One of the managers was really nice and helped us with parking tips for Disney. (It’s a bit of a hike to the parks, you need to cross a bridge and a highway off ramp.) Another staff member was not very helpful when it came to pool reservations.
Close to Disneyland, only a 15 minute walk to the esplanade or 5-minute Uber drive to the drop off lot. Quick and easy check in. Rooms are not well insulated for noise. Sounds from freeway and street we’re loud even into the night. AC unit is a wall unit that was old and loud. Room did not even have a trash can or extra bedding. Restaurant in lobby has lousy service. We were the only table but it took 45 minutes just for drinks.
I know the property is close to Disneyland and that is appealing and I know its a Marriott property so it should be a good property. Nope! The hotel and grounds are dirty! You try to park and the parking area is littered with trash, probably because of overflowing trash cans. Palm tree branches down all over. The dog area littered with trash, theres a station with bags for dog waste but no bags.Inside the room my bed cover was stained and I found trash on the floor. I went to move a table for an outlet and there was trash back there and bugs. The staff was friendly but the hotel is in bad shape. Also, dont get a room facing Harbor Blvd. It is extremely noisy all night long. Spend the extra money or points and stay somewhere else. It was so bad I cut my trip short and left after 1 night.
The staff at Four Points was very friendly and the hotel premises were very nice and kept clean. Our room was nice, but our bed was very uncomfortable. The king mattress had areas where it felt kind of lumpy, you could feel the springs, and had a slope that made it extremely difficult to sleep. The pull out bed was a typical pull out bed, but it didn’t even come with any type of sheets on it, we had to use the one from the main bed. I know pull out beds aren’t meant to be the most comfortable, but the mattress seemed old and we could feel all the supports of the frame beneath it, we’ve stayed at a different hotel where the pull out bed was much better quality. The location of the hotel was convenient for us since we went to Disneyland the day after check-in, it was less than a 5 minute drive, but the windows don’t do a great job of shutting noise out - you could hear every vehicle driving by. Sadly to say, we most likely won’t be staying here again as I’d rather pay for quality sleep.
We stayed at this hotel because our son had an event in LA. We love Disney so figured it was close enough to walk to the DTD entrance. The rooms were large, bathrooms were a little small but overall very comfortable and clean. Customer service was great as well. Will definitely be staying here again.
The hotel was dirty. None of the plugs in our room worked. The shower clogged with water. Wasn’t very clean at all. The pictures of this hotel are very deceiving to what it actually is. The floor was not vacuumed and was sticky. It was disgusting. The staff was really nice and friendly. Won’t be back though.
We stayed for a quick Disneyland trip. Hotel was great for 4 of us (me, husband and two boys). Room was clean, had plenty of space. Our room overlooked the pool and freeway, and we had no complaints about the noise. The kids loved the pool and ping pong table, and the fitness center was clean and in good shape. We didnt try the restaurant, but liked having the option. All in all, we would definitely be back.
I checked in for my first of seven nights and I was greeted by Charlie at the front desk. Seamlessly handled my check in with other guest in line while he was answering the phones and able to help people with pool access. I found out later that the Jacuzzis is 24 hours! This place is cool, it’s not the nicest hotel Bit friendly people and great amenities go a long way with me. Enjoy
The only thing I like was how close it is to Disney. I read the reviews saying that it’s loud, so I brought my sound machine to drown out the noise, but that didn’t cut it. The sounds from the busy streets (imagine a hotel in the middle of a freeway) woke me up multiple times both nights. Heard sirens multiple time. The carpet was pretty gross, and the outside of the hotel doesn’t seem very welcoming. Bummer
Positive: Staff. But difficult to understand. - None with exception of the Mexicans spoke English well. Property is not well maintained. Much differed maintenance that should have been attended to during the pandemic Negative: location. On both sides it sits on the highway or main street. Both heavily traveled and very noisy. The jacuzzi was to be available. But when I went to enjoy it after 9PM it was full of children, 4 or 5 with no adult supervision.
I needed sleep and close proximity to Disneyland for important meeting on campus. Arrived at 9pm for 7am meeting next morning. The freeway noise kept me up and there was no blow drier available. I plugged in and paid for electricity for my car and they ALSO charged me $18 for the parking space. Not conducive for business traveler.
The hotel is clean and great quality. Staff offers too notch service, to be expected from the brand. I stayed on a higher floor and the traffic noise from the interstate was terribly loud. I was impressed at how well the noise was muffled with closed door, but I would stay in a room that was lower and not facing the interstate in the future.
Its just a motel with a fancy name, but I think theyre in the middle of renovating as there were patches in our small bathroom and the door would get stuck/youd need to push it HARD to close or open. We called ahead for extra towels and blankets, recieved an email saying our room was ready and there were no extra blankets or towels in our room. Also, my mom had a scooter and is handicapped but they didnt provide an accesible room with a wider door frame or near the elevator. We had our service dog too and when the man at the front desk noticed he went straight up to my face, like inches, and said, you didnt tell me you have a dog. Mind, I hadnt been the one who checked in and literally have never spoken to this man or seen him before in my life lol I wouldnt recommend this place but I will say the restaurant and mini cafe downstairs was probably the best out of the experience.
This hotel is so run down, I was not only embarrassed to bring my family here, I was shocked that it’s part of Bonvoy properties. The restaurant and bar did not open until 6:30pm. The traffic noise is so bad, no wonder earplugs are provided. The staff was the only positive feature
Had to move rooms 3 times before being able to get settled. Very understaffed. The staff on hand were doing everything they could do. The company needed to bring in more people. Maintenance people were assisting housekeeping and restaurant staff. Everyone was pitching in, but just not enough staff. They needed to call in more staff to cover the needs. Frequent Travelers
The hotel was dirty. None of the plugs in our room worked. The shower clogged with water. Wasn’t very clean at all. The pictures of this hotel are very deceiving to what it actually is. The floor was not vacuumed and was sticky. It was disgusting. The staff was nice and helpful.
Our room didnt have pillows, sheets, towels, a coffee maker, a trash bag, or a hair dryer. It was suggested we use extra pool towels for pillows, because there werent even enough regular towels for the shower much less as a pillow. And get this: it was the 2nd room of the day! A dirty one at that- the conditioner is squirted all over the shower curtain and some sort of drink splattered on the coffee table. The TVs have yet to be programmed by maintenance, so forget about changing the channel. The maintenance guy showed up and beat the door and called out Maintenance, open up! as if he was the police on a drug bust. I cant even imagine how entertaining that was for him, but it actually scared me and the kids. He was nice enough once inside to help with the tv, but how odd?The supervisor had an attitude as if somehow after carting everything from the front to the back of the hotel and having to leave my car in the drive thru to do so, it was my fault that my room was locked from the inside. I never even got to go into the 1st room. You would think she would be more than apologetic that we were already held up from even parking our car to unload, because the hired tree trimmer doesnt speak English and that is some sort of excuse for him to park in the middle of the drive and not let folks pass. Not knowing English and not caring are 2 totally different things. She actually made assumptions about us having a service animal that made me sure she was having a terrible day, which sucks for her, but at least she is getting paid to put up with this stuff. I am paying to put up with it AND being talked to like I am a bother by choosing this place. The security and night desk attendant were super kind, just limited in what they could do. Its not like they can run and buy things from Walmart to make sure rooms are stocked at least half way through the day after guests check in... thats on management. And with a supervisor with an attitude, who can even suggest actually buying things to keep rooms stocked that you charge money for?Its now 1:23AM and we checked in at 4 and I have air dried my hair and received a blanket for 1 of 2 beds- the outside traffic is LOUD due to lack of insulation and low quality windows and that is as good as it is going to get for the night 😶 100% looking at moving to another hotel, but too tired for that kind of job with my kids asleep already.I wouldnt rate this higher than a 2 star hotel with a 1 star review much less suggest that the proximity to Disney is worth the headaches, because you pay to park just to stay here and its a 15 minute walk, where you go over a bridge and through the lanes of people entering and exiting the highway. Best of luck with that, because you will need it.
Finding ice was a joke, better directions to ice is needed. The ice machine on the 4th floor was empty. Rooms are more like motel room. It is not a hotel. The car noise was very loud in the rooms. The rooms need renovations. The room doors are warped and bowed from top to bottom.
I arrived at the hotel and although the front desk staff was helpful, the hotel itself was atrocious. The property is absolutely filthy. From the parking lot, to the elevators, to the rooms. I received a parking ticket, but it didn’t work. I had to make an additional stop at the front desk to get it reactivated. The room itself was very unpleasant. The bathroom toilet never stopped running, it ran all night. The fire alarm went off beginning in the middle of the night and continued all through the next morning until we left at 10:00am. The alarm repeated messages to leave the building immediately. I called the front office over 10 times to inquire if it was a false alarm and after finally answering, they said they were working to see which room the alarm was coming from. So he couldn’t tell me if it was a false alarm. I travel the California 3-4 times a month and this is by far my worst experience. I would like to put in a request to refund my money for this stay as I was not able to sleep comfortably between the excessive noise outside and the constant fire alarm.
We have stayed here a number of times now! We try to stay at Marriott Bonvoy hotels because my husband travels a lot and this is the most reasonable near Disneyland! It is a bit of a walk, but we found it easy enough! Service staff was amazing! Great restaurant on site...others nearby. Starbucks across the street. Really nice buffet breakfast available. Bathroom is small...but room is nice, clean and comfortable. We will be back again soon! Pool is open 24 hours! Freeway noise is Definitely noticeable but was like “white noise” and didn’t really bother us. Didn’t hear my neighbors, which was good! It’s not as swanky as the other nearby Marriott/Sheraton properties but it was much cheaper and perfect if you spend most of your time at the park anyway! We even came home in the afternoon to rest! Best value for the points in the are, too!
We stayed here on our trip to Disneyland. There is a bus that picks you up right at the front door, or you can take the short walk to the park. Staff was friendly, the rooms and common areas were clean. The grab n go food place was comparable in price for what you order. Front desk personnel answered all the questions we had.
The outside and lobby looked great but my room was poorly maintained. The door didn’t close all the way so they moved me to another room which was better but not up to the standard of he Marriott properties I usually stay at. I will be avoiding Sheraton properties from now on.
Positive: The staff was amazing, bend over backwards helpful. Negative: It was very run down. Bar service had one server who was working her butt off, no bartender though there was a bar. Runs were very humid, carpets gross, tub didnt drain. Beds were okay. Pool and hot tub were nice.
This property is convenient to Disneyland (watching the fireworks from the pool area is a great perk), the staff I came into contact with were very nice and helpful. The rooms are large and spacious. The common areas of the property are in good shape. We did not dine in the hotel, so cannot speak to that. But, the cleanliness of the rooms is not good. Lots of dirt and dust. The dust ruffles on our beds had many stains on them. The HVAC unit in our room was clogged with dust and dirt. People need to ensure that their room doors close completely when exiting, our doors closing mechanism was worn out and we had to physically pull the door shut to ensure it was closed completely. Expect some noise from foot traffic on the exterior walkways during the night. All that being said, we did not spend much time in our room because we were visiting Disneyland and the Four Points does provide a reasonable experience for people spending most of their day out and about.
My stay was fine, and the price was great, its hard to find a hotel around Disney that is affordable. There seemed to be a lot of things broken, I was there with a group of 8 people and 4 rooms, everyone had something broken in their room. My air conditioner would not stay on, I wanted the fan to run through the night because we were right next to the elevator and I am a light sleeper. The ironing board was broken and would not stand up, the fridge made a high pitch noise that was very hard to sleep through, another reason I wanted the fan running throughout the night. The attendant who checked me in was either overwhelmed or in a bad mood because he was not friendly. Unfortunately, this hotel is just slightly too far away from Disney for this kind of service or lack thereof. I will stay closer to Disney and pay more money. Oh also, the mens bathroom flooded downstairs and the staff didnt do a good job of controlling the water so when I stepped off the elevator I stepped in a pool of bathroom water which was disgusting.
The main issue with my bad review is it was dirty. It looked like the carpet has never been cleaned. My son walked barefoot, stepped on some water and we noticed his feet were completely black with dirt.Outside of that, upon checking in rates changed. I called before booking and front desk said free parking with AAA,i checked in and the manager said this didnt apply. I argued it and he finally gave in. On top of that i paid for the breakfast voucher. He never offered it until i asked right before walking away.
Please keep in mind this is during COVID times. I stayed there for 3 weeks. The Staff was friendly and caring. The problem is that I did not feel safe. Walking through the parking lot to my car was where I did not feel safe. There would be people fixing, washing, or sleeping in their cars. The doors that give you access from these lots are always open. They should put a hydraulic closer on them. While waiting for the elevator, had someone digging through the trash for recyclables.I requested replacement towels and it took a day and a half to get them. You would think the location is great because it is right next to Disneyland. It is, but dont expect to get a good night sleep. The place is located on the corner of two busy streets. You will hear fire trucks and ambulances constantly go through this intersection. The cars with loud exhausts are always racing at the light. I understand this is something out of their hands. Maybe they can reinforce some sound proofing on the rooms that are facing the street.Inside the room, maintenance was needed. The room had a leaky faucet in the bathtub. The door that leads into the room always malfunctioned. An engineer came to fix it and stated the internals were loose. He tightened them up, but the door started to go bad again after a few day. The upper swivel lock looked like it was about to fall apart.I wish I took pictures to reinforce my comment, but I was not in the mood.
Not the best experience. Disappointed in everything. Came for a wedding all the way from Portland Oregon, and we chose this hotel due to being close to the venue. If we can choose all over again, this will definitely not be the place to pick. Im so sorry for this, but its the truth. The day of the wedding, the main reason we traveled all the way, was the worst. Had to evacuate the building, couldnt get ready, nobody knew what was going on, only later to find out it was a false alarm the system broken and they had to fix it. The keys from the room didnt function properly. Had to try for 5 minutes hoping itll turn green, and quickly open the door. Really thin walls, heard both rooms on each sides, plus really loud from the road. When I called to let them know about the inconvenience, they answer and what do you want me to do ? My answer is what can you do for the customers to have a pleasant stay and to actually want to come back?!
I have stayed in hotels all over the world and my experience at the Four Points Sheraton in Anaheim is easily the worst experience of my life.Checked in on a Friday and the lady at the front desk was actually very nice and pleasant. I also advised her that I will be extending my stay for an extra night and she said to simply come over to the front desk the next morning to get new keys.So next morning after extending my stay, I went out briefly, came back around 11:30am and the housekeeping had gone into my room and literally junked all my stuff.I was beyond shocked! I had lots of items in the room. Food and drinks in the fridge and she dumped everything into the same bag. She even opened the safe where I had very important and sensitive documents and dumped them as well.So now we have tootbrush, toothpaste, shower jell, all mixed with cold food and drinks dripping all over my clothes and important documents and literally left on the floor at the front desk. This disregard for personal property was totally beyond anything I’ve ever experienced.I just wanted to leave and find another hotel but the guy at the front desk was very apologetic and the room was already paid for so I reluctantly decided to stay.Whoever was in charge of servicing the rooms that day should be seriously reprimanded or retrained that she has no right to treat people’s personal property like trash. As for me, never going to stay here again.
Positive: Convenient, very close to Disneyland theme parks Negative: Many hotel guests were sketchy but the main concern I had was a horrific domestic dispute that occurred just four doors down from us. Yelling, screaming, police everywhere. We were up for hours w/our kids and couldn¿t sleep. Then we had to pay for park
As a Titanium Elite member My ordeal started at 7:00 PM when I had to wait in a line for 45 minutes just to check-in and get a room. I was given room 220 and was told this was an upgrade. It was not an upgrade! It was a room equipped for the disabled/hearing impaired. I was ok with that. After waiting almost an hour to get to my room when my wife, two young kids, and I checked in, the room was not clean, and we found what looked like blood drops in the shower/tub. The room smelled of smoke, and the toilet was clogged and smelled horrible. I will let you imagine what we saw in the toilet. I called downstairs four separate times, and no one answered. I had to leave my room and go to the front desk to tell them the toilet was clogged. I asked about another room and was told the hotel was sold out. After getting my kids fed and put to sleep, someone came to my room at 11:00 PM and pressed the button (Doorbell) outside the room. This caused an ear-piercing sound to repeat over and over with an immensely bright light flashing. IT WOULD NOT STOP! The noise woke my kids up and scared them a great deal to the point it was hurting all of our ears. I tried everything to turn off the noise and light with no luck. I tried to call the front desk, and again after several attempts, no one answered. I tried the operator, Restaurant, and the valet. No one answered. At this point, I am beside myself, and my frustration level reached a new high. My wife went down to the front desk and could not get anyone to help her. I then went down to the front desk myself. This is after a good 15 min of the noise and lights flashing. I went straight to the man behind the front desk and asked to see the manager. I was told the manager was not there, and he offered me the managers business card. I told the man behind the front desk how unhappy I was and listed all the things that had gone wrong, the toilet, the blood in the bath tub, and the terrible smell. Then I asked him how to turn off the noise and light. He did not know and was hardly paying attention to me. He was focused on helping a guest with a voucher. I forcefully explained that my children are freaking out. The hotel desk clerk was not helpful at all. I actually took out my phone and recorded him. Only then did he try to be nice. We packed up and left the hotel at 11:30PM with two young kids and found a new hotel. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Way too loud being on the top floor next to an expressway. Kids in the next room trying to open the connecting room doors and knocking and banging on the door. Food plastered on the side of the couch. Stains on the carpets, bathroom floor not cleaned, toilet was not flushed (yellow water)....toilet paper placed on the holder still in the wrapper. Refrigerator froze my entire 12 pack of soda and exploded in the Refrigerator. Not to mention the outrageous parking prices. 30+% tax for parking???? I was here on business not leasure. Definately not staying here on my next business trip.
Avoid . Avoid . Avoid ! Not kidding when I say I would rather stay at a Motel then this dump .. the floors were sticky all-throughout the “hotel” and when I went to check-in ( I arrived at 9:30pm ) they literally had me waiting for over an hour until I got my room .. in that time I had to stay in the mosquito infested lobby where my 2 year old son got eaten by mosquitos(poor little guy) I cant stress enough how bad my experience was . Also, with all the hidden fees I could have just stayed at a reputable hotel for about the same price right in front of Disney rather than walk a half mile because the “free shuttle service was never available”
This hotel is horrible, staff was very upfront and rude. While I was checking in, staff member assisting me said I will be charged automatically $250 if I set off the smoke alarm inside the room, unnecessary to say that because I dont even smoke. Why not just tell me, that smoking is prohibited????Also, pictures on website of this hotel is very deceiving, this hotel is horrible, very poor bedrooms, old TV, carpet smells and left my feet black! No plastic bags on trash cans. and lots of random people congregating outside the parking lot and hotel hallways. Random people were smoking on the hallway outside my room, walking around with their dogs, and suspicious looking people arguing outside the parking lot. Also; my last night here, there was 2 drunk men passed outside on the 2nd floor hallway, 3 rooms away from my room. This hotel is not family friendly at all, and definitely not DISNEYLAND HOTEL FRIENDLY. Never staying here again.
By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The place is so filthy it has been neglected for months. There are alot of transients luving at the property and it shows. The best thing about it is the lobby, though unfortunately you cant sleep in it.From the dirty rooms, lack of towels and a garbage can the room just needs help. The hotel is so loud that they supply ear plugs in the room. We left the second night with the elevator not working. Carrying luggage down the stairs can be fun and it wasnt. Beware of this place.
Parking lot is a bit dark. No fee for parking currently. The scanner for the back lot wasnt working.Customer service was decent. The clerk got us extra towels, a new parking pass, a better room set up.The two conjoined rooms where clean except the bathrooms showers. They had hair in them. We bleached them down and applied disinfectant to beds lol. The remotes didnt work and the did include basic cable. We wont be staying here again. We visit monthly. We will continue staying at the Marriot across from Disneyland. For an additional 30 bucks... There are better hotels. For the most part, this place isnt 4 or 5 star, but a solid 3.

2022-02-23I am blown away by the excellent service at this hotel. The front desk staff is so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast staff is amazing, they were so nice to our kids, making them hot chocolate every morning with whipped cream and chocolate drizzled over it, kids loved it! The breakfast is well worth it, great variety, kept clean and well stocked. The walls seem sound proof, usually we have a hard time sleeping with noise from people above or next to us, no problems at this hotel. Super nice pillows, comfortable beds. We liked this location for Disney, the walk was easy, and it was fun to watch the fireworks from the pool. This hotel is well worth the price. We would stay here again. Thank you Hany and staff for making our stay the best weve had in a long time.

2022-06-07The staff inside a check out where super friendly and helpful. This is not within walking distance of Disney. It’s at right at 3/4 of a mile. With little ones, it’s a hike. This hotel is probably a Holiday Inn in a form of life. It’s definitely not the Sheraton I’m familiar with staying in or any Marriott affiliated properties. The linens the linens are super thin. The rooms are clean but just like updating the air conditioner on the wall works well. You’re right on the edge of a interstate you get to enjoy all night. This is a motel not a hotel. I would suggest spending a little more money and getting closer to Disney and having a little better room for your money. The pool areas were great for kids. This part was done well.

2022-05-03We stayed for a last-minute trip to Disneyland. The staff were welcoming and the room was clean. The pool was the perfect temperature. There is a coffee shop downstairs and a small convenience store (cheaper than buying water at the parks!) The rooms were not cleaned daily, but I assume thats a normal thing these days and didnt bother us. My only complaint was that the carpets could use a good shampooing. My little one crawls around and noticed her dirty knees. Its a 15 minute walk to the parks, but the shuttles do stop by the hotel so you could purchases passes to use that instead. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will likely use this hotel again.

2022-05-26Nice hotel and the staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are simple but meet all needs. There is a restaurant and gift store/market on site for immediate necessities. The pool area is nice and clean. The motel is close to the freeway and could probably use an upgrade to dual pane windows as the freeway noise does permeate into the rooms but if youre tired enough from Disneyland and the walking, youll probably fall asleep anyway. Just be advised, the noise is there. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities were totally adequate.

2022-06-25We loved this hotel. It was walking distance to Disneyland and the staff were great and kind. The swimming pool was refreshing. Only had one incident some kids werent watched very well by their parents and they got into our stuff and moved my sons phone and stepped on my glasses and scratched them up from our lounge chair while we were swimming. Other than that all was well.

2022-06-28We booked another hotel for Disney and arrived to find the hotel not up to standards. We booked with the Sheraton 30 mins before we checked in. Overall, it was a much better experience than the other hotel. However, we were originally placed in a handicapped room and the shower left the whole room soaked. There was also no where other than the bed to sit. It was miserable and we asked me be moved into a regular room. We were pleasantly shocked that they accommodated our request with no hesitation. We were able to easily move a couple doors down. The pool was great. Our daughter loved it and it was well maintained and the splash pad was a cool addition. Some things I had wished I had known:The highway is right outside and was a little loud, but not overall a deal breakerDisney fireworks were RIGHT THERE, which would normally be super cool but we have a 2 year old and she was scared to death of the noise (the first night we weren’t expecting it and I thought it was shots until we looked out the window)The rooms are small and set up kinda awkward. The regular room was a lot better. But still awkward.Overall a decent experience. Not the best and not the worst hotel we’ve stayed in. Customer service was great and that always goes a long way.

2022-03-17The good:- complimentary coffee in the morning- close to DisneylandThe Bad- Old bedding- Cleanliness of the room- Tried to charge me for parkingStayed at this hotel for 3 nights for a short Disneyland trip. When we arrived the desk agent was nice and even asked me if I had a preference for what part of the building we wanted to stay in. He asked if I would be parking a vehicle, which I did not. When we got to the room everything looked okay, nothing fancy. After the first night I started to develop a small cough. By day three I had a deep congested cough. After inspecting the bedding it was clear this hotel does not retire old bedding. Looking at the comforter I had doubts it was even laundered. It wasnt fluffy or clean, more like matted down and greasy. Holding it up to a light you can see a lot of darkness in the cushioning, looking like suspected mold. I brought this up to hotel staff and got an apology and one (out of two) comforter replacement. At the end of the stay I got my hotel bill and they tried to charge me for self parking. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

2022-01-23Night Staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The furniture was a outdated and had seen better days but was not bothered by it. The pool stayed open late and you could see Disney fireworks while in the pool. The price was reasonable and we will stay again

2022-03-23Location to Disneyland was very convenient. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. But, there is a reason this is one of the very few hotels with availability and significantly lower priced than others within walking distance of Disneyland. The rooms are very run down and dirty. There are sketchy people loitering in the parking lot that is supposed to be accessible by hotel guests only, yet the gate was never locked. Very noisy due to being completely surrounded by freeway and busy streets.

2022-01-20The proximity to Disney was nice. The staff was kind. The rooms left much to be desired. There was a water leak in our bathroom. That left the floor wet. Sticker still on the toilet from installation. Not a deal breaker, but come on... you are in the business of making the rooms nice. The bedroom felt dingy and we didnt want to walk barefoot on carpet. There is no microwave in the room which when traveling with family is nice for reheating over priced meals from around the park. Walls were patched and not smoothed giving a shotty appearance. The shampoo conditioner and body soap are in dispensers. We brought our own, but again, this just feels like a motel 6. The lobby and pictures on line do jot give you a proper idea of what you are getting. I would have paid $20 to stay closer to the park at a nicer hotel.
