This place is a total hidden gem for anyone living in the Sacramento area. It is very pretty and very well maintained and the staff are so friendly. Its also decently priced for what it is. I would recommend it to anyone thats looking for a night away from home, but doesnt want to break the bank or go on a huge road trip (if youre already a local, that is).
Have stayed here overnight in the past and it was very nice. Clean and quiet. Recently went here for lunch with the wife and daughter. It really is a nice place for women to hang, drink drink coffee and have lunch. Good desserts. Nice gardens and seating areas indoor and outside in the gardens. The food was okay. It was fresh, but portions were small. It would have been better if at least one item was normal food for guys. A nice hamburger, steak or something similar. My wife loves it though. Would totally recommend this place for a group of women to have lunch and chat. Perfect for them.
Came here for my sisters wedding luncheon and it was perfect. The property is so cute with tons of paths, flowers, a pond and even chickens. The food was good! Plenty of parking too! Definitely worth checking out if you live anywhere close for a date or girls brunch. Also recommend the venue for parties/events.
Attended my girlfriends sisters wedding here a few weeks back. The location was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the coffee was awesome.This is a great location if you are looking for a wedding venue and a bed and breakfast.

Reminded me of a homestead. Family friendly environment with lots of vegetation and foliage makes you feel like youre at home. Cafe was great, a bit busy for brunch, but the court yard offered live music and walking paths to enjoy the scenery. The event hall was the perfect setting for a modern rustic wedding
What a great facility! We had my daughters wedding in the barn there. Although called the barn it really only has that look on the outside. Inside is a modern meeting space that you can make into your own. For weddings, you have to rent out the 11 room B&B which includes several cottages and a 3 bedroom Victorian home. That was a big bonus as we were able to have much of the wedding party stay, and we had the place to ourselves. The grounds are beautiful, with a small pond, chickens wandering around, citrus grove, gazebo and lawn. There is also a nursery, a cafe and a winery there. Excellent spot!
Wow! Best venue ever! My wedding was perfect thanks to the Flower Farm. My guests were amazed with how beautiful the grounds were and everything went so smooth! Everyone at my wedding was ranting and raving about the rooms, the farm house and reception hall. Flower Farm Inn exceeded my expectations 10 fold. Plus the staff were so sweet and helpful! We attended a wedding reception here. Excellent service and food. There was a buffet with creative salads, roasted meats, roasted veggies, steamy rice, garlic mashed potatoes, and pasta station with 2 sauce choices. We were very impressed with the location. Definitely worth checking out this location.

We were there for a wedding, so really over by the venue area. Staff was prompt, area was easy to access, and we snagged lots of pictures. It was beautiful! The only thing I could recommend is a open, roof covered area if it rains. The ceremony was cut short by rain but could have been moved to a roofed area, but really thats on the couple. The venue was great and we hope to return.
I was there for a wedding. The wedding service was supposed to take place outside but it rained. The venue was very flexible and they were able to move the service inside without skipping a beat. They did have issues with their sound system at first which later were resolved. I dont know if the sound person was an off site hire or not. Overall it was a lovely ceremony and reception.
Went for my brothers wedding, and stayed in one of the upstairs bedrooms in the main cottage. Its a beautiful venue, with comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast served in the morning. My only issue with my experience was the fact that even though the wedding started at 3pm, the rooms were not cleaned and available until almost 1pm (we were told 12pm).

My husband and I recently got married at The Flower Farm and the venue was amazing. The staff is friendly and informative and the rooms are really clean. And the fuzzy chickens running around are just to cute. The only reasons theyre getting a 4 instead of 5 star rating is because the reception barn needs some cleaning such as the walls being wiped down and the chandeliers being dusted and the removing of spiderwebs. There were some minor inconsistencies and some minor problems along the way but they were for the most part quickly resloved. They also didnt have everything we had agreed upon set up both the day before and the day of the wedding. Then the final straw was the fact that a staff member watched us like a hawk the night of the wedding, we started shutting down way before their cut off times and she sat in the reception hall waiting very impatiently on us to finish and leave even though it was hours early.All in all it was a great night and the venue was worth the trouble.

Really nice venue, not for large crowds. Chickens, atmosphere of a small winery, wine tasting, activities on Fridays, nice little cafe. We enjoyed our sons wedding event there.
Our family just had the most wonderful wedding here and I cannot find any fault in the design, decor, personnel or amenities. We all enjoyed the most special time together with the courteous help and support of the staff,while having the cottages took all the worry out of partying the night away.
We stayed here for a night preparing for our daughters wedding in Lake Tahoe and love the place, it was so nice to have a place to stay away from the highway and the chain hotels. We had a beautiful cottage, the grounds are lovely and the hostess was very nice.
This review is for the attached winery not the inn. While the wine and grounds were beautiful, the overall experience was ruined by one member of the staff. She reprimanded us for not making reservations for a party of 10 or more even though we were literally the only party there. It was incredibly awkward and embarrassing for my wife and I.
The Flower Farm Inn is a beautiful location for an event. I attended a wedding here and it was very scenic and a perfect setting for the ceremony. The main event hall is also very well done. The downside is that there arent very many lights outside, so once it became night we were confined to the main building. Also it appears there are a lot of break-ins in the parking lot. They have signs everywhere that say to Lock your vehicles, evenso the wedding planner had her window smashed and purse stolen.
Nice venue for a wedding, went for a bridal photoshoot. It was nice. Bridal room is a little snug and small and not much room to put stuff, especially when getting a bride ready. Outdoor has a farm rustic look which is amazing for photographs.
We just moved to the area from the bay. The thing we missed most besides dear friends was the great food of the Bay Area. Flower Farm does a great job in helping fill the void. It has amazing fresh food with great customer service in a breath taking setting. What more could we ask for? Its our go to breakfast, brunch and/or lunch spot. Flower Farm has made our move to the country even better!!! ❤❤❤❤
Attended a wedding at the flower farm. Ceremony spot was nice with the guests sitting under tree cover. The wedding party got to stay overnight in the house on site. The reception hall was pretty standard and had plenty of room for all 120 guests.
My daughter was married in January 2016. The facilities are great and the staff were helpful. The vendors we hired also contributed greatly to the occasion. It rained so we had the ceremony inside, which was fine. Breakfast the next day was very good. One blemish, the night time worker was not pleasant to deal with. She seemed inconvenienced by us.
Got married here in 2013. Their event coordinator is very easy to work with and we had a wonderful time. We come by at least a few times a year to have a sandwich at Cafe and say hello to the fluffy chickens!
Visited flower farm inn as a possible wedding venue. The grounds are very pretty and our guide/host was incredibly helpful and kind. I could easily picture a beautiful wedding and awesome party here.
A beautiful location for a wedding. Professional wedding coordinator kept everything moving smoothly, the couple comfortable between events, and all the guest entertained so there is never a big lul in the fun. Highly recommended.

Beautiful setting on a farm. Mandarin trees surround you as you enjoy excellent food from the cafe. Take a relaxing walk around the garden and enjoy the relaxing scenery. The cafe serves delicious homemade dishes made with local produce.
Tge place looks magical and the cafe is excellent. However, upon recommendation , we decided to check out their wedding venue and look around. We noticed they were preparing for a wedding and appreciated all the details and right before leaving, a man caught up with us and rudely informed us that they will have a wedding and we must leave . The time was 1pm. I mean, did he think will stay there 3 more hours and join the wedding I? We were baffled and displeased . Crossed off this venue and will consider another. I wouldnt want my guests to deal with this man while there. EVerything else is great herehere . The one star is only because of this mans rudeness and inexperience to deal with customers.
Nice, quaint, and relaxing place. Its in a great location and has several options for things to do. If youre hungry you can get food at the cafe, if youre thirsty you can head over to the Casque Wine building. Fun for families to see all different kinds of plants and some animals. They have bocce ball, which is fun. Just an overall relaxing, peaceful place
We were here for a Sunday wedding and everything was great. The decor was very charming! The outdoor ceremony was rained out but things were moved inside very seamlessly and we had a wonderful time!
Me and my husband had the best time with our parents wedding Buttercup in is perfect for small child plus two adults the bathrooms very nicely kept has coffee maker in room and as a very lovely breakfast.
I just stopped for a salad with a few friends. It had been years since I stopped by. It was lovely! The chicken salad was generous and delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful, even mid winter.

Have been to two weddings here and they have been beautiful affairs each time. I cant speak for the couples getting married, but as a guest I would have a hard time finding a better venue in the area.
This is a great place to study. Its pretty, they have a nice staff, good beer and coffee, delicious sandwiches.I found this place while I was on a bike tour and Ive come back quite a few times :)

2022-04-13Desiring winter wedding vibes in the middle of September? Done! The reception area is truly transformational. As a photographer, I loved that they had a variety of areas for portraits. The garden was perfect for the ceremony and the reception area was spacious and airy. The entire venue was beautiful and helped me capture gorgeous and romantic wedding photos; I highly recommend!

2021-08-09This place is peaceful, yet invigorating, colorful yet serene. My room, The Climbing Rose has a lovely view, cute pale green vintage porch chairs, a fluffy comfortable king bed, patchwork quilts, stain glass accent windows, a coffee bar and a fan to feel ultra comfy and relaxed. I love the peach, lemon and orange trees everywhere, and the coi pond with waterfall and white picket fence has the feel of The secret garden. I am totally delighted with the china tea set flowers!. What a perfect place! The chef is wonderful!

So much appreciated in her efforts.The Inn suite was perfectly ready and such a nice retreat from daily life, back down to simple, quiet basics.Definitely returning.

2019-10-28We had our September wedding at the Flower Farm. If you are looking for a special place for a memorable day take a look at their venue! Absolutely beautiful no matter what season. Their staff is amazing! They communicate with you every step of the way and are so accommodating for their guests! Everything was fantastic - food, b&b, atmosphere! And they have the best little gypsy chickens to follow you around the property! Thank you for making our special day so wonderful!
