Great prices and great service. After they initially replaced my husbands galaxy s7 screen, his microphone stopped working. We brought it back and they completely redid the repair with no hassle at all. Parking is very limited and theres not much visibility from the street, so make sure you map it!

I took my iPhone to recover my data from water damage. My phone was completely dead. I tried everything from placing inside rice for a few days and in a bag with absorbing a gel packages and nothing. They were able to turn it on and transfer my data to another my new phone. That was something everyone else had told me was impossible due to ocean water. I just would like to share my wonderful experience with Yo Reparo in Anaheim. I live in Phoenix and it was still cheaper to send my phone to Anaheim from Phoenix to have an LCD screen repaired, not only was it cheaper it was the fastest. They received my phone yesterday morning and I received a notification the same day that my package had shipped. The people there a very professional, prompt, and extremely helpful. Worst place to get ur phone fix i took mine lgv20 for them to fix it and when they retured it back to me it didnt have sirela number thats was on my phone and i called to asked them y and they just mumbble and hung up so i went in and told them the the sticker with all my cell phone information is not on my phone y and the man just said o the who fix it is not here so i went about 4 more time and that person was never there so i told the man i left my phone with u and u are the one responsible for my phone and he said he didnt know what happen

STAY AWAY from this place. I took 2 laptops there (at the same time) because the Wi-Fi stopped working on both and one had a stiff hinge. After several weeks of no progress, I called them and was told that they need a few more days to troubleshoot. I called a week later and was told that theyre waiting on an antenna from China and it would take about 3 more weeks and that they would call me. They never did. I finally called them and was told that one laptop had a bad motherboard and wasnt worth fixing and that the other one was fixed and ready to be picked up.I showed up and the tech told me that instead of replacing just the hinges, they also replaced the entire red outer cover and the red keyboard bezel with beat gray parts from a USED laptop without bothering to call me. My white keyboard was now black. I was told that they re-installed Windows on my hard drive to see if that would fix it, without asking me if thats OK. They fixed the Wi-Fi by sticking a small external modem into one of the USB ports and calling it good. THATS NOT A PROPER REPAIR!I told them that they had no right to change the color of my laptop like that and that I wanted my original parts back. They said that they threw them away, that they were given to the electronics recycling place. Just unbelievable.After I got home I opened the case and discovered that the hard drive was different too. The left-click button was BROKEN and sticking on the USED JUNK part they installed. My red parts worked just fine. I also realized that the back of the laptop was replaced with one which was damaged. Even the power supply/cord was different. I called and they said that they still had my hard drive. I cant take any more time off of work to deal with it.Yo Reparo has to be the WORST possible place on Earth to take a laptop for repair. They have ZERO common sense at all.UPDATE: A week went by before I posted this review. The VERY NEXT day I got a call from them asking me to come in so that they could explain what REALLY happened. They showed me my red palm rest which was supposedly thrown away, and it was severely burned. I was told that a short circuit occurred during testing of the motherboard which melted the plastic, which is nonsense. 19.5 volts can’t melt a part like that. It looked like a soldering iron or a heat gun or a stove burner did the damage through some carelessness.They admitted that they lied to me for two reasons:1.The owner doesnt know English very well.He knew English well enough to make up a bogus story.2.They thought I would be upset.Turned out they didnt still have my hard drive as they claimed. They insisted it was the same drive I brought in. I write the OS on all my drives and checked them both before I took the laptop in. Nice try. If I had critical data on there it would have been a total loss.I told them that if they damage something they just need to be truthful with their customers and offer to cover the damages, that I dont appreciate being lied to, and that I wasnt inclined to remove my review because I didnt want others to go through what I did. Now I see theyve posted a bunch of bogus reviews. They just never learn.The one by “Edgar Lemus” is bogus. Edgar is the owner. The avatar he uses is the company’s logo! Do you think that ”Gele Lemus” might be a relative? “Cesar Paz” works there, as does Edgar’s wife “Alejandra Moscoso”. These and the one by “Ponciano Tellez” all popped up right after mine. Coincidence? Hardly. If you want a bunch of lies and deception and unethical nonsense like this, then Yo Reparo is the place for you. Good luck.

This guy is shady, period. He uses cheap B class Apple screens. Fix my phone with an ALREADY BROKEN SCREEN it had a micro crack HE OBVIOUSLY CAUSED WHEN HE INSTALLED IT and then wouldnt fix it for free when I came the next day. UNRELIABLE

2021-02-08Good price for repair but received phone back for screen repair and saw intermittent minor screen issues. Over a month, the issue worsened and became permanent. Owner charged full price for replacement part since there is no way it could have been returned to me that way. Be careful to fully check any work done at this location.

2020-07-07Very nice service! I called ahead of time to get my iPhone XR screen replaced and the guy on the other side told me I could come in whenever. So less than an hour later, I got my XR screen replaced for half the price Apple wouldve charged me. The owner and (I think his son) were very nice and the exchange was done with less than 50 words exchanged between us. Oh and of course my phone looks brand new again. Would definitely go again for any tech repairs.

2019-08-02Well done! when I totally trashed the screen and frame on my Note8 (bought overseas so I was concerned about even if possible to fix) I thought it was done for. Yo Reparo quoted a reasonable price and had the new part and screen within a day . Actually when I picked it up they said they made a mistake on the quote, they quoted Note9. So the price actually went down a bit. Really appreciate the honest and professional service!

2019-11-03I am going in for the second time in 2 years with another phone that has a cracked screen. I was so impressed with my repair guy, (I think he was the owner?), the 1st time I went that I would be dumb not to go again even tho I live much further away now. 2021-05-16Ok the guys there did a good job on fixing my screen on my Galaxy A20. Its good and I recommend going there and its cheap. Its good for $70.
