I like Firestone for service, they are reasonable in price and I have not had a problem with anything that I have had repaired over the last 6 or 7 years. They do go through a lot of service mangers I dont think that I have ever had the same manager more than two or three times. I have the Van that I drive serviced every 4 thousand miles.
Long overdue detailed review. Took my car for a lifetime alignment after replacing the front suspension -always do with all cars I own- and they were happy to help me (and take my money).They finished, gave me my car back no problems but didnt make it 1 block away and the car felt shaky pulled hard to the side horribly worse than before.Went back and the guy that worked on my car said he couldnt do anything else it was already adjusted to the max. He blamed it on the new suspension work.My problem is that they sent me home with an unsafe car knowing it was worse than before. They just took my money and didnt say anything.They knew they screwed up so they were quick to refund my money when I went back and complained. Thats the only positive and the reason why I didnt report them thenCant give then a negative rating so 1 start it is.
Quick and direct service (no upselling). Had a flat cause by a nail and they inspected and found another tire with the same problem. Showed me the tires, gave my options and serviced my vehicle quickly.
Always get great service when I go to firestone. Gary is my go to at this location!

Avoid like the plaque. Had to have a blower motor replaced on my Lexus and Jesse at the front desk said I had to have an original part from the dealer. He said the price for the part alone from the dealer was $570. I went and called the Lexus parts dept. to double check and they told me the part was $296. He said that $570. was the price they quoted him. He tried to rip me off close to $200. just for the part. Told him to cancel the work. I found another mechanic to do the work and he told me the part was $296. the same as what the dealer said. Not only that they try to pad the bill by saying my car had other issues that needed to be address. Don’t go there unless you want to be ripped off!
Chris did right by this customer today. Last week during oil change they said cabin air filter was in need of replacing, it was very dirty. They said they would order it. It came time for my appointment but filter had not been ordered. Chris and team assured me if I came back later it would be available and done for free due to the inconvenience. That is treating your customer great.
Came in for 2 tires and ended up with 4 due to the GREAT deal he gave me. You wont get it unless you Ask. Hey, do you have or can you give me any deals? Tell them if you have AAA, AARP or ANy deals for seniors? Never hurts. Worst they can say is No.
Bad service and SCAM, at first I just want to change brake rotors and pads and the deal is 390$, I put my signature on paper and they say when a car is done they will call me and 2-3 hours after that they keep calling me that is broken or this is broken you need to replace it, and I said NO dont change it, just brake rotor and pad thats it, he didnt listen, he just put a phone down on me, however, when the car is done, they didnt call me, So I went there to pick up my car by myself without calling them when I got there, a man told me your car is done and its 650$ for all nonsense reason.
I would rate this place high but for now they only get 2 stars. Taken my to get fixed, which was radiator hose outlet fixed and egr valve fixed. Now the engine light comes on again and they dont want to fix it without charging me another 100.00 to diagnose the issue BS

Sent my son to this Firestone last Sunday with a tire repair, He was stranded with a flat tire. They told him no cars after 3:30. The Hours of operation are until 6 pm ! A tire Plug/Patch is all that was needed. GIVE ME A BREAK BOYS !!!!!NEVER WILL I USE A FIRESTONE RIP OFF TIRE CENTER, if I can help it, even in an emergency, as apparently they dont give a hoot !!!!

2021-11-18Biggest liars, thieves and bull.....ters! I had a small nail in my tire and losing air slowly. I made an appointment w Firestone Arcadia to patch it. Even though its a 10-15 minute job, and even w my appointment, they said to wait 1.5 hours. I left and asked them to call me when done. After almost 2 hours they did not call me so I called them. They said they couldnt patch my tire because its too dangerous and not repairable so they said I had no choice than to buy a brand new tire for $161 to replace mine, which was already new. I got angry and left. I took it to another tire place and they patched it in 15 minutes for just $32. This is the 3rd such case I had w Firestone and for the previous 2 tire-nails I believed them and replaced them w new ones. I will NEVER go to Firestone thieves again.

2019-11-06Very professional service. Kudos to Jesse. Price quotes are up front. Tires are ordered from their warehouse with next day service. The place is clean with a large waiting area. Walking distance to food and drinks, strip mall. Very convenient and open on Sundays.

2020-08-23I bought tires for my tbird. At the Firestone in Glendale For the past few days the LF tire was losing pressure so I added air and went to the Baldwin Ave. Firestone told the man my problem rather than take it in. He tells me to leave it and it will take1.5-2 hours before they can look at it!!So I went back to the Glendale Firestone and even though they had full bays they took it in immediately...That is great customer service... From now on I will make the drive to the Glendale Firestone... Thank you

2016-10-17Brought my car in for tire change and alignment service. Got all scheduled services, detailed reports from alignment and a courtesy inspection, and a few recommendations. These guys are professional and had good communication with customers throughout the process. Sure there could be upsells but you dont have to buy them. Very good experience overall.

2019-09-01Took my son’s car in for tires and alignment. They stated that the could not do the alignment because it needed the rack and pinion, because it was leaking oil; which they quoted me a price for over $2,000.00. I told them that it couldn’t be that because the mechanic had just worked on the car a week prior and there was nothing wrong with the rack and pinion. Advised them not to touch it.I then drove it over to my mechanic, and told him that Firestone had advised me to replace the rack and pinion. The mechanic checked the car thoroughly, and found that it was a broken seal, not the rack and pinion. They did the alignment, saved me over $2000.00 dollars.By the way, nice tires!

2019-12-20The worst store ever to get your car serviced. Two times had issues with my wheel balancing there, when I got my tires rotated and wheel alignment done. Have no sense of how to rotate the car tires. only reason for me going there was because its close to my work, but I guess I had to find different store where I can get basic maintenance done. I have been firestone customer for 9 years and have not had any issue with them. This store have no clue of how to fix the cars. Dnt waste your time and money here and check reviews from other people as well, they had same issues. I am contacting their corporate office and area office because I believe they do it intentionally. Wish I had read the reviews before. They should have options of zero stars or negative rating. Dnt go here. Thney dont know how to deal with tires and alignment.
