4 stars for the 6 different wings we got that were fantastic. Tots were a little soft. Minus 3 for absolutely terrible customer service. They wont take responsibility for missing one of the wing orders. They also blamed the Door Dash guy for the weak Pepsis we got. Looks like they were running out of syrup. As long as its not their fault.....
This wing place... doesnt have ranch...Here is a list of shame for my experience at this location over the years- Their AC has to be broken as its a sauna in there.- Broken soda machine for months not telling you until AFTER YOU BOUGHT YOUR DRINK!- rarely answer their phone to take your order- if they answer and take your order, its most likely wrong.- broken television or broken cable. Either way, they went months no service.- almost no beers available anymore. Its fine because you save about 8 dollars for a pint.- workers are always goofing off playing loud music and unattentive.I drove down to the Howe avenue location because I craved some wings. I made multiple attempts to figure out if they got their stuff together but couldnt even get ahold of them.Close the place down or sell it. Its obvious the owners down have the funds to run the joint.
My husband saw this from the road, but we would always just drive by. Tonight we stopped in and Im glad we did. They serve two types of Chicken. Bone-in and boneless wings. We opted for the boneless wings. They were delicious! We planned to get the family meal, but little did we know Monday and Tuesday night is 60 cent nights. Great deal. We opted for the Garlic Parmesan, Original bbqs and Teriyaki. All really good. The resturant was clean and the staff very friendly.
I went here tonight with a friend. The staff was very friendly. The place is kind of small...and intimate...not too loud...it was very busy though...this spot holds 60 people...they have 10 TVs and plenty of beer choices. The wings were so good...they are way better than buffalo wild wings...I normally just get buffalo but decided to try different flavors. They have classic...dry rub and fusion flavors. If you want to try a flavor...they will give you a sample.I got the peanut butter...and garlic parmesan. As you can see by my pics they give you plenty of sauce...they definitely were not lacking flavor. My friend got Louisiana and lemon pepper. He liked the Louisiana the best.God willing we will be back. If you want good service and fantastic wings...this place is awesome...
Super small wings! The flavor was ok. I had the fire wings which were spicy and the Shanghai which should let you know when fish sauce is involved. The service was good and the food was served quickly but for the 8 piece combo that I ordered, I was very displeased with what I got for $11.
A bomb diggity place to get your wing on, I even wore my Red Wing boots to go to this place ;)Clean, neat, beer on tap, all the best flavors in one place.... oh and did I mention that they have games and fights on? Perfect place to stop by with your boys after work for a cold one with a few hot ones .... or with your lady....p.s.....the rolls... the rolls could use some love... a variety of rolls would even be better, like even sliced fresh and herb and cheese rolls... I like my rolls toasted ;)
ASKED TO Fix ORDER AND REMADE IT EVEN WORSE 😭 very Ignorant staff, always laughing and smirking when asked to fix an order . Brought it back with tons of sauce( like loads ) they must’ve thought it was a funny joke or something. Anyways,Unbelievable that They hire these type of kids here. No discipline. Whatsoever !
Carrots and cellery were not washed. The varriety of flavors i enjoyed, but the main attraction was halved. Bonless pieces were great. Enjoyed the diffrent styles, the normal wings are thin or were over cooked in a deepfryer to come out something like jerky. Prices are a little high and french fries or okay. Not there for fries, but certainly not going back for thier buffalo wings.
A year ago fire wings was delicious 🤤, I remember there was nothing ever wrong with the food. This past year they must have changed their recipes. The last three times I’ve gone, the customer service has been wonderful, but the food has sucked. If corporate sees this review, I’m begging you go back to what it was. Thank you.
Currently at the location as I am writing this I hope the owner sees this. Coming into the location I wasnt sure what to get that all changed once Shy and Marcus help me and my family out they are amazing workers even tho they are young in my opinion they definitely deserve a raise they recommend flavors on everything walked us through the whole menu untill we finally made up our minds on what we wanted they were extremely helpful please if you come to this location ask for these two amazing employees.GIVE SHY AND MARCUS A RAISE!!!!!
Im a big fan of Fire Wings because BWW and Wingstop quality went down the drain. My complaint is not about the quality of wings here either. Their customer service here is sad. I made a call to order while I was on my way. They asked to put me on hold, thats fine. But I was on hold for 15 minutes until they hung up. The person taking my order also tried to put me on hold when I called back. At the location I was not greeted by the girl at the register, I waited until she noticed me, chatting with people who were in the back. Im disappointed that there was no sense of urgency among the coworkers.Ive attached a screenshot of my call for reference.*EDIT* I have to know let you know that even after picking up my order they gave me bone in instead of boneless. This place cant even place an order right! Im not gonna wait for another order so forget it. Not going to this place again. How can you be so bad?
Better than Wing Stop and Kikis sorry no offence if you love them.😁 Chicken bomb😍 their sides not you average fries. Pickles and jalapeno poppers so delish. Our family got the 60 piece wing meal worth every penny. And this is what is left. Nothing i totally thought there were going to be leftovers but no everyone eat them. 😥 We will just have to come back soon. Untill them
Im sad to say that I dont like having to go to this location. Since the previous manager left, the staffing, food quality, and customer service have been horrendous. You never know the quality of your food that you will receive. Soda machine was broken but didnt say anything until after drink was purchased. 8 dollar craft beer pints... televisions were out of service for months. This place is a sinking ship. Bring back the old manager or we will continue to go to howe
If you get what you order, its amazing! Unfortunately, the last two orders I placed for pick up were screwed up. Didnt realize it until I got home and wasnt going to turn around. Honestly we love their wings, but Im tired of having the order incorrectly filled especially at that price. I hate leaving less than positive reviews, but part of my dinner is now ruined, again.
Normally I leave really great reviews for ppl , but If I could give this fire wings -10 stars I would. The first time I ever came here they burned my salt & pepper wings. My second attempt they shorted my a wings I ordered 8 & received 7. NOW , I called this restaurant 4 times at 9:25 to order pick up of course they don’t answer. So I go online & it says they close at 11. So I may as well just walk in & wait for my order considering they are avoiding orders at 9:25pm. On my way there I tried to call again at 9:40 pm OF COURSE no answer. So I just arrive & they are open . I walk up to the register at exactly 10:02 & one of the workers says “Hey I think we are close, but let me check” I say ok but it says online you guys close at 11pm. He says “Oh sorry we will have to update the hours” ….. I suggested they update the time online . Misrepresenting a company & cooking bad food not too good for business….
My boyfriend asks me to pick up wings for him from here pretty often. I always get two separate orders (one to take to him at work and one to bring home.) Its usually a 30 to 45 minute wait, so I usually order a beer or two while I wait.Today I called in my two orders. I was very clear that I will be paying for the orders separately and that I need them bagged separately. This usually is not a problem. The girl on the phone said that I will receive a text message when my order is ready. This is the usual routine also.I arrived 15 minutes later, thinking that I would have time for a beer while I wait. I went to the register to pay for my 2 orders and a beer which she told me would total $61.54. I reminded her that I wanted this split into 2 orders which caused some obvious confusion. After the 2nd girl came over to help her split the check, I tried to pay with a $100 dollar bill. At this time, I was told that they cannot take 100s for orders under $50. Paying with a $100 dollar bill is usually not a problem. I reminded her that the total for both orders was over $60 just a few minutes go. She said Sorry, its a split check, and both orders are under $50. I told you already, I cannot accept a $100 dollar bill for orders under $50.So I got in my car, went across the street to Trader Joes, and purchased a $1.79 chocolate bar and an $8.99, 6 pack of beer. They had no problem making change for my $100 dollar bill, and treated me kindly with a smile. When I returned to Fire Wings, I still had not received the usual text saying that my order is ready. So I waited in the car, since I no longer wanted a beer. After about 15 minutes, I still had not received a text so I went inside to check on my 2 orders and pay.My order was ready. I pointed out that I had not received the text. She responded that I must have given them a wrong number. I paid for the 2 orders, and then she brought over a single bag. I asked her if I could have the 2 orders bagged separately (which usually is not a problem.) She exhaled deeply, rolled her eyes, and responded, I better be getting a good tip for this. Then proceeded to separate my two orders. While she was separating the orders, I noticed on one of my receipts, that I was still charged for a $6 beer. I asked if I could be refunded for the beer since I would not be having a drink during this visit. She said that they already poured it about 30 minutes ago, and that once its poured its too late for it to be refunded.Needless to say, this will be my last visit to Fire Wings. They really need to work on their customer service.
The price is right and the food is great! Always looking for a new place for wings or chicken sandwiches. Finally gave this place a try and was very happy. Chicken sandwich was great and the wings were perfect. Have already been back a couple times. Plan on coming back more as well. Still have a few flavors left to try.
My dad says the way to find out a place is good is by their chicken sandwich and he thinks it stomps wing stop by far. Personally I think its by the fries and they have a perfect combo of a crunchy outside and fluffy inside but could use a little more salt. Overall the food is delicious and they give you wet wipes afterwards.
First time here. Great fries. Got the boned in and boneless wing; dragon, korean kick and thai chili. Sauces were really legit. Got everything as is, and there was more than enough sauce. The mozzarella sticks was really good, too. Pickup was quick and clean. The person at the front was quick, clean and polite. Once everything gets better, definitely coming back for a dine in experience
Food is pretty good. I usually get 8 piece wings and go for the Mango Habanero and a different fusion sauce. Always a little sad that the Mango Habanero isnt spicier, doesnt need to melt my face but I wish it had a bit more kick.I went once to the Fire Wings on Howe Ave. and it was the perfect level of spiciness.
Was very disappointed with our meal lastnight. The order time for pickup was 30-45 mins, that was no problem, we understand that this place is usually always busy and its well worth the wait. When I order food I usually get there early so my food isnt just sitting there. When we arrived (9 minutes early) there was no curbside, not sure why they give you that option for curbsideside when we had to go in. Our order was already ready sitting on the counter. We live just a few minutes from here, when we got home our fries were so cold, over fried and tasted old. I also understand when it comes to fires and getting home they wont be super hot but they were cold and nasty. Our buffalo wings tasted like they were order hours ago and refried and sat back out for awhile. They were hard, cold, and hardly any meat. We just threw them out. Our dragon wings were a little better, they were cold but still got ate. I order a salad with ranch and got Italian. I would say maybe it was because they were busy like usual but we were the only ones there and the girls in the front didnt seem like they wanted to help or talk to any guest. Sucks when you pay good money for a family meal just to throw half of it out.
If youre looking for good, classic bar food, and a decent on tap selection of beer; then this is your place. I came here sight-unseen with a couple of friends because I happened to be in the area and had a hankering for buffalo wings. I was not disappointed and we ended up enjoying much more than just buffalo wings. We had 4 kinds of wings (buffalo, a curry rub, peanut, and the Thai fusion) - they were all SO good ! I was especially pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the savory but slightly sweet and spicy fusions - mmmmm.... !We rounded off our selections with seasoned fries, fried zucchini, and mozzarella sticks. And downed it with three (1 for each of us) of what must have been twelve-or-so tap selections. They have award winning posters from 3 years in a row displayed as you walk in the door. Not surprised - pretty much perfect bar food !Small, VERY casual atmosphere - couple of six top high top tables, several regular tables, at least 3 TV screens. There were a couple of families there and I can see why - mom and dad get the bar experience, but it doesnt feel like youre in one and theres enough of a selection of food for the kiddos.Only lost a star for location and parking (tucked into a corner, small parking lot/kind of hard to maneuver with some spots under construction). The atmosphere inside could also be improved, but thats a small thing.Ill be back.
This was a tough one to rate. My husband and daughter swear by it. It was raved about for weeks before I ever got a chance to go. I am a huge wings fan so I was very excited. When I finally got to go we went on a Tuesday which made for great prices on there boneless wings. I had bbq and buffalo which are my favorites but I was very disappointed and did not like them at all. I tried my husband dry rub infused ones and they were better but still not the best. I prefer bone in though so I might be willing to give it one more try since my family loves the place. I guess since this is a mixed review it might not be so helpful! ♡
Stopped by here with the family and friends on Saturday afternoon. We ordered a range of items (wings, boneless bites, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks and a salad). Everyone loved their food, kids included, great portions and prices are reasonable. The place is pretty new so its very clean. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. Give them a try, Wing Stop has nothing on them!
3 stars seems low but we did enjoy our meal. They don’t get the other two stars because the boneless wings were a little dry inside, maybe overcooked. The garlic noodles are SO SALTY. I like salty food but I felt really gross for a long time after having them. They’re also INCREDIBLY oily. I wish it wasn’t so salty because otherwise the flavour was delicious.
Good wings, good sides, big portions. I ordered a garden salad that could have fed 2 people. The employees were incredibly nice and friendly. We were there around 6:30 on a Friday night. It was very busy, a line to the door to order, but they were fast and there was plenty of seating. Will definitely go again!
Was previously rated as a 4 star. As of recently the service and food has declined. Been there 2 additional times and the order was messed up both times. No one in there, still had to wait 30+ minutes. Last time we went, only gave us half of our order. Returned and had to wait another 40 minutes for the order to be corrected. When we got home the orders were wrong, and the food was ice cold. We live 2 minutes from here. I can understand the food not being super hot/fresh out of the fryer but no it was ice cold. Like they made it and let us just sit out in the dining area while the food sat. Really a huge let down. The food was really good the first time. But $30 for us to wait 30 minutes when its empty inside and the food is ice cold no thanks.
The most amazing wings I have ever had! Sure there was a little bit of a wait time, but who cares if the food is great. I literally hate chicken wings...like every place Ive been has sucked - this is the exception. For me chicken wings have been just gross husks to dip ranch in - not this place; this place has wigs that are so incredibly good that you dont even want to taint the flavor with ranch. You need to go here! If your thinking this is just some regular wing place, you would be so mistaken.
Loved the wings and fries. Lots of flavors to choose from. Garlic fries were very testy and the seasoned fries were really good too. Great atmosphere. Sports bar vibe but not enough space for a lot of people to watch a game. I’d say it’s a higher quality Wingstop. Next trip I will visit this place again. Customer service was everything as well.
My boyfriend got some wings and I got a beer for under 10 dollars because it was happy hour for drinks and the app gives you 5 dollars off food!! The wings were good and they have a good selection of beer on tap! I enjoyed the atmosphere as it was slightly busy but not too loud like some sports bar type places. Overall a good visit and Ill be coming back!
Prices good for wings and craft beers. Service lacked as it appeared they were spread thin. Long wait for a beer. Bartender worked very hard running all over between answering phone, pouring beers for the guest he could get to and relaying info to the back of house. Wings were all on the salty side but good.
Been coming to this Fire wings location off and on for the last few years as my co-workers love it here and order their dinner often. The customer service is usually a 10+ except once but once in a while circumstances occur and you have to go with the flow of things. It great wings tasty and pretty good prices. I along with my co-workers will be back probably before the end of this week.
My dad suggested this place, and so we thought it would be like any other wing place. We were wrong, they have unique flavors, and quite a few good priced combos, not to mention all their beers. We will definitely be going back, and making this our regular wing place. I got the lemon pepper wings, bone in, they were delicious! My kids ordered the teriyaki, which the LOVED also. We do love the whole atmosphere there. Highly recommend.
Good wings with a variety of different flavors and dry rubs too. Wings were pricey for being tiny though. All of the sides were small portions too. Great flavor, but maybe to come back on a day with Specials, like half priced Tuesdays would be a better value. Nice looking bar, welcoming staff greeted me upon entry. Clean bathrooms too, always a plus. Thanks!
Me and my husbands favorite place to eat. He usually orders the original buffalo, and when Im not trying a new flavor I usually get the salt and pepper or the peanut butter. We always get the mozzarella sticks, so good. Always crispy and cooked perfectly. This location is far superior to the Howe Ave location.
Called in an order was told 15 minutes but was left sitting in the parking lot for thirty minutes after I went in and paid and pretty sure I was forgotten about because I went in for a refund after 40 minutes and the girl was like oh your food is right here. ... 😢 Ill never go back.
They get 2 stars ONLY because the food was good. The service was very poor. Came on my 1 hr. lunch break for dine-in. Waited 30 mins, the whole time I notice they are making to-go orders that came in after I ordered. I had to ask about my order for them to even start making it. By the time my food came out, 45 minutes has passed, and my order was wrong. I asked for a refund and they only partially refunded me. When I asked if it always takes that long for food there, the employee answered yes. All around bad customer service experience.
Wings were perfectly crunchy with great flavor. My husband had the most spicy and he said it was not as spicy. I asked if the peanut butter was like a chicken satay and she said yes. The wings were more of a sweet and sour sauce with peanuts. Wasn’t what I expected but still good.
The food was sooooo good!!!!! BUT we left and I checked the bag and there were no zucchini sticks, so we went back. My fiance went in and asked the nice girl at the counter, she then asked the cook and he stated ya because we are out. So, basically because there were none he just decided not to pack anything? It was so disappointing because this is the first time we tried this place and have been wanting to try it forever.
This was a good wing place. Lots of flavors and wasnt disappointed with the ones we had. Salt&Pepper, bbq, lemon pepper and Louisiana rub. Very clean and all staff had welcoming smiles and were glad to assist us. This was my first time here and it wont be my last time and will recommend this place to more people.
Perfect name for this place, as the wings are hella fire. I live close by and eat here often. Great deals on top notch wings, especially on Mondays and Tuesdays. All the sauces / flavors are good, not a bad one in the bunch. The hot ones are nice and hot like they should be, but not painfully so. Lots of interesting and adventurous flavors, the Malaysian curry and peanut butter sound a bit out there but are exceptional stand outs actually. Really good beer selection and prices too, which I feel is important at a wing place. Good service and nice people as well.
First time here with friends and Im super impressed with their bone in wings. Most places I go to gice small wings with lots of fatty chunks on them and are soft. These wings were PERFECTLY crispy and the original hot buffalo sauce was sooooo good! Has a great drink selection and the garlic fries were bomb. Definitely will be going back here!
They “ran out” of lettuce. Also cesar dressing. They were out of beers too! They only had canned beers. The food was fine, wings were pretty good. French fries were great! But the service.. eh. They gave me a plain salad with some parmesan but after i complained they finally asked me if i wanted thousand island, italian, or ranch dressing. But what i don’t get is, how can you run out of lettuce? There’s a Trader Joe’s right across the street! Anyway, food was mediocre and the service wasn’t good but not that bad. It definetly wasn’t the waiters fault but whoever buys the food needs to step it up haha. That sums it up.
I really wish I would of liked this place, it seems nice. I just spent 40 bucks on food that I don’t really find that good. To be honest I think Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing stop is better. The garlic parm wings are just taste like garlic frys, the garlic noodles aren’t really that good. The boneless Wings aren’t that bad. Again this place is nice but overall not that good taste wise
Poorly ran business with delicious wings. Charge different prices than advertised because “management hasn’t gotten around to fixing signs” as well as charging the wrong tax rate. Grossly inaccurate estimated pick up times. Have also experienced bone-in boneless mix ups. However, once again, their wings are delicious.
Small parking lot very small. Good food , friendly staff. Only complaint is I have ordered pick up from here 4 times every time I came 5-10 minutes after the time they said it would be ready then had to wait 10-15 minutes for it to actually be done. They were always very nice about it and offered a free soda while I waited. The order was through the online web site not a call in so could be problem with the chains website.
Fire wings are 🔥 on Friday nights... Not so much on Thursday nights. Been going on Friday nights for a couple months now. Great tasting chicken! Went on a Thursday once and it was like night and day.. The chicken was old, overcooked, and gross. Whomever prepares the chicken on Thursday night needs to take notes from the cook on Friday night. Beware of Thursday night chicken!!My favorites here:DragonPekingThai chiliLemon pepperI always order takeout so unsure of the atmosphere and service. Otherwise, satisfying.
Pathetic, absolute failure on the part of your companies management team! An order placed at 9am isnt even started by 4:15pm. This team, this leadership, this company should be ashamed. Looks buffalo wild wings from this day forward. I can honestly say they have never been this inept in handling their business. An order not even being started when placed 6+ hours earlier way to go general and regional managers. A house full of government employees will never support your establishment. Sincerely order #42 Amanda lakeotes
You got some people in the chat saying these wings are too salty, too small, too cold. Lemme tell you right now brothers and sisters, to those who are saying this stuff about Fire Wings, tell me what drugs yall is takin so I can get me some of that stuff because it must be real strong. You have to be real out of your wits to think these wings are anything short of amazing. Lemme lay it down for you. These wings came hot, the flavors were bold and flavorful, and some of the wings we got looked more like turkey wings than chicken wings cause they were so thick and meaty. Me and the squad hit it up with Dragon (Asian vibe, nice and sweet), Lemon Pepper (Strong lemon flavor, the way it should be), Original Buffalo (just bliss in my mouth), and Cali rub (sweet and savory, super flavorful). The staff was nice, the vibe was real, and me and the boys enjoyed our time.
Wings are good cant take that away from them, BUT! They were out of Hawaiian rolls, garlic noodles , and mac n cheese, and to top it off, a note saying were sorry, were out of forks. Really? Theres a rite aid, smart n final...etc. right down the street. So yeah, eating boneless wings with two knives 😂 awesome
Well customer service here seems to be lacking. Came in the store and sat at bar for literally 10 minutes. Finally asked a customer sitting next to me if any was serving them. They stated they had to wait and finally went to front cash registers to place their order. Suddenly someone appeared. Placed my order and told gentleman I would keep a tab. Lady comes over and wants a card. I told her I would pay cash at end. Waited drank a beer sat another 5-7 minutes without a beer. Then I asked for another one before food came. I told them I would buy a number of beers. Food comes Lady asks for full balance. Bro, I am not done!! This is not the 1st time I have had a lame experience here. Wings are good customer service is a huge issue for Citrus Heights Fire Wings. I brag about the Peanut Butter Wings all the time but now I am done. Back to Buffalo Wild Wings sorry I was unfaithful..
1st time eating at Fire wings and definitely the worst experience ever!!!Ordered wings and my husband ordered the original chicken sandwich. It took a while to get the wings when there was one order in front of us and it was not busy whatsoever. It took them 45mins to bring out my husbands sandwich and when we asked about the sandwich we were told 5 more mins because they are toasting the bread. They finally brought us the sandwich and my husband took off the top bun and noticed the cheese still had the paper attached to it. He went to the counter to ask the guy who was the manager and he claimed he was the manager. When my husband showed him the sandwich, the guy said - that sandwich does look pretty sloppy not realizing there was paper still attached to the cheese. When my husband mentioned, you dont see the paper attached to the cheese all he said was oh, damn.Yes they did give us a refund but the fact that they took forever with our food and one guy said he was a manager and then another guy said no Im the manager was weird. The employees do not have good customer service at all.For it being our first time at this place as we are from out of state, we definitely will NOT be coming here again.
This place has become an addiction. You know how some people have to hide their gambling problems from their family, yet they keep spending far too much money? Thats what Fire Wings has become. If you or a loved one is suffering from a tasty wing addiction, please seek help before it destroys your family like it did mine. Ill be back tomorrow.
Ordered online for an hour ahead get to the restaurant didnt get the names but one of the women was very nice the other exceptionally rude. Walk up to the counter she says just to let you know it will be a 45 min wait I said I ordered online she said still 20 min wait. Only ordered cheese sticks and rolls . food was awful rolls were straight out of package cheese sticks undercooked. Will never go back.
We (my boyfriend and I) got there around 5pm on a Wednesday evening. It wasn’t very busy, but there was a family of 5 already sitting down and had ordered, and a lady who had ordered to-go ahead of us. We walked up and ordered and sat down at a table. Our food came out within about 5 minutes...meanwhile (however long they’d been in there) the family and the single woman had not received their orders yet. We ate our food, and by the time we were finished and were leaving, the family had gotten their order(s) (which, watching the employees from our table, looked like they had messed up the orders and were talking amongst themselves for a good 2-3minutes with the food sitting there), and the single woman had not received anything yet. Not even a “give us just a couple more minutes” or an “I’m sorry” while she sat there waiting. Two stars because their flavors (throughout the franchises) stay the same amazing flavors whichever store you go to. Otherwise, customer service was terrible. It looked like you guys should’ve had a manager up in there somewhere.
Phenomenal service for my girlfriend and I, but for once, thats also part pf the problem. A family of 5 was waiting there, before we even walked in they had already ordered. We gpt our fppd within 5 minutes of being there and you could feel the tension resonating from their table, it was borderline embarrassing. Then a pregnant woman who had also ordered before us was sitting there waiting for her food, by the time we ordered, ate and left she was still waiting without a word from the restaurant staff. Poor thing. So, where as we had an amazing experience, it was awful to watch all of these people suffer and stare at us wondering what made us so special. I love fire wings, but Ill stick to the one I normally go to NOT this one
I hate giving them 3 stars especially because I loved this place when they first opened but everytime I go there which is weekly, it continues to decline. Today was the last time for a long time I will go there, placed a to go order at 6:52 for 2 orders of wings. Recieved a text at 7:09 my wings are ready and showed up shortly after that. Its now 7:45 and come to find out they never made the order??? Come on.....
Good friendly service and solid food.Losing the star because the menu can really make one feel nickle and dimed. Example: order family meal 40 piece and moz sticks as the side, they *dont* include the marinara sauce that normally comes with them unless you use one of the 4 allotted sauces that come with the 40 wings.Really? When dropping $50 on dinner trying to squeeze an extra buck for $0.10 worth of sauce detracts disproportionately from the experience.Edit:Got home and *none* of the sauces ordered were in the bag :(
Came in and was greeted by this super nice male bartender in glasses who was super genuine. But then this female with brown hair in a bun took over . She wouldnt look us in the eye. Literally served everyone else and just avoided us. Sat there so long we decided to leave because she didnt bother to acknowledge us at all. Very rude.
Bad service. I placed an order for pick up at 4:30pm around 3:50pm. When I came in to pick up my order, I was told to wait 5 more minutes. Which took another 10 minutes. 15 minutes passed, I was told that the sides I ordered were not available. So I was told to wait additional 5 minutes-10 minutes to wait till they are able to cook the replacement sides. I am disappointed that I had to talk to the manager who said nothing but sorry that they are running behind and they only have 1 cook. The frustrating part was the lady at the cashier did not even notify us the first time we were picking up that the sides we ordered were not available. Horrible place. Do not come here. Its the one by sunrise in Fair Oaks!!! Poorly managed. In my opinion the manager should be replaced.
The wings are fine the but everytime I come here the service gets worse and worse. The employees stand around and disrespect customers that just left. They never seem to be working and my food takes a minimum of 30 minutes due to them letting it sit for at least 10 minutes as they talk until I have to go up to the counter and ask if my order is ready. This is absolutely absurd.
The food is good when they remember to make it or serve it to you while hot. The front counter staff which is normally only one person, avoids customers wanting to order or or check on orders. They turn their back to the line and pretend to be busy checking and rechecking orders that are not up yet. Its a bad situation that has only gotten worse overtime.
Ordered boneless and was given bone in. They told me they would make me some boneless, I even walked up to the counter to double check. I waited 35 minutes watching people walk in order and walk out with food. Eventually I left. Waste of my time, waste of my money, and the last time I will visit a place that was a favorite.
I didnt appreciate waiting 30 minutes for a regular season fry, while others after me continued to get their order.. Not until I asked what was taking so long did they then take 5 minutes to get my fries. Every time I have had a horrible experience with rude, negligent staff.
Food is amazing but the service and waiting time is just ridiculous. Service really needs some attention cause there is no reason why anyone has to wait more than 30mins .Been here only twice and had to wait one hour for my to-go order . If you have time to waste then great place to come .Lol .
Customer service means everything to me and I thought this was gonna be my go to place but not 🤔 I called in an order on my way to work I walk in and was ignored by the cashier back turned playing with the cooks when she finally acknowledged me she said Hello walked away and went to deliver a plate and clean tables and chairs then she days how can I help you 😜🤐 I said I have a call in order she walks over and says O you called about 15 minutes ago I took my vd food and left never again

2021-08-11When I drove in the pave way to the trendy store front Restaurant, I can smell the aroma of Chicken Wing Bliss my way. I had to get my peanut butter wings, cant believe they created such a mix with bursting of flavors. Get the garlic fries and share it with all your friends, it topped off with cheese.... Yummy!Come here if your want wings heaven and staff are super friendly. Love this place!

2022-03-16This is the second time I order boneless and they give me bone in. It even says boneless on the receipt. But the flavours are still good. Before, my orders were never messed up, but now they’ve been messed up each time.

2021-11-27This place is a sad story. One of the most lively and unique spots to open in the area. Food was fantastic and beers were great prices. I could not remotely say that now. Wings are constantly either over cooked or under seasoned. Soda machine has been broken for what seems like months. Their air conditioner seems like it finally works because it wasnt hot in there like it has for months. They finally have the Televisions working. Their craft beers are 9 dollars a pint?? Just a joke.I dont blame the workers because I get its a entry level job but I absolutely blame the owners. I am convinced that the Arden location is owned by a different owner because they are still fantastic. An opportunity to dominate the area for wings and it was absolutely thrown down the drain. As for the wings.. I cant rate them because this is easily the most inconsistent restaurants. Their hottest is mild while their mild was hotter than fire. Wings are either great or trash. If you go on a good day, easily the best wings from a chain location. If its a bad day, you just wasted 30 dollars on a 20 wing combo. After today, I will drive directly down to the Arden location before I eat here again.

2022-03-01There is a long blonde piece of hair in my food. The bigger issue is the fact that I’m trying to call them back and no one is answering. I will absolutely never eat at this place again

2022-06-29This ratings is purely for the service and repeated missing of food wed ordered. The wings and flavor selections are really strong (although the chicken wings and boneless pieces have gotten considerable smaller in size in the last 6 to 9 months). In our last 3 orders we were missing items, including tonight when we didnt have either of the two large cheese fries we ordered. I know we should double-checked but we did ask and were assured they were in there and they werent. Its an ongoing issue and felt that a review and rating were finally warranted.

2022-04-09Last night I ordered 20 piece online which was pretty darn good since Im a loyal wingstop customer but my guys at work said try FIRE WINGS so I did and food was good. I arrived on time to pick up order but was told another 10 min but no big deal. As Im waiting though the 3 cooks in the kitchen were having a good time listening to some inappropriate rap music with profanities my kid cant listen to yet along with cussing every other word until the woman employee finally told them to be quiet. When I finally got my order after waiting another 20 min I told her thank you for stepping up and telling them this isnt a party but a job!

2022-06-10Placed an online order recently. They were out of a few things including coleslaw, how do you operate a wings restaurant and be out of a key side and nothing to sub. Another item that is on the online ordering platform is not served at this location, fried pickles. Poor service as well. I have called a few times since and no one pickels up. Appears to be a location/owner issue. The Howe location is always great!

2022-07-01I am so displeased with this location it has to be the worst one nearby. We will start with me ordering two ranches because I always do and paying 50cents extra, and they somehow only include one?? The wings are extremely soggy, and also I order extra wet, like I always do for 25cents extra and they’re very dry. This location cannot follow instructions and makes the worst wings out of all the fire wings. I could not recommend this fire wings to anyone. Go to a different location and I’ll never go back here.

2022-04-13UPDATED!!! MOST RECENT REVIEW AT BOTTOMOLD REVIEW: Ive been coming this location fairly consistently over the past 6 months. They carry a really good craft beer selection, its a great place to catch the games and avoid huge BWW sized crowds (go bears!). The workers have always been friendly and attentive to my needs. The restaurant has some pretty out of the box wing flavors (in a good way). Shout out to an employee by the name of Cameron, A+ customer service and great recommendations on the beer. Now for my criticisms! Its always SO warm inside, I know they had some issues with the A/C about a month back but the issue with the inside temperature has remained since then Hopefully they get this fixed/addressed soon, or they might as well start advertising this place as a sauna. That alone is why im giving this review a 4/5. Beyond the A/C issue, I wish they had a spicier sauce, the fire sauce ranks as a medium in my opinion. Also, please bring back the jalapeno coins!Overall, I would recommend coming here!NEW REVIEW (4/6/22, 1204 hours):So it had been over a year since I have been to this location. Judging from my experience today and recent reviews from others, it seems like there has been a fall from grace.I entered the establishment at approximately 1135, found a seat at the end of the bar and waited to be greeted. I first noticed what once used to be an oasis for craft beer drinkers had turned into a sad shadow of its former self. The fridges near the many vacant taps were empty. Not a single bottle or can. It now appears this area is used for storing dressing.Out of the twenty beer taps, only seven appeared to be in use.Eventually ten minutes had passed. Despite two young employees (one male, one female) walking near/by me, I was not greeted or even acknowledged with eye contact.Once it became apparent I was not going to be served at the bar, I took initiative and made contact with the female I had observed earlier at the front counter, near the cash registers.I advised the female employee I wished to purchase a beer and was not sure if I could order at the bar or needed to order at the cash register. She stated I could purchase my beer at the register and thought I had been taken care of already.I purchased a beer and inquired about the non existent selection of craft beer. She was unable to provide an informative explanation. It seemed like she didnt really know.I returned to the bar and enjoyed my beer.Once finished, I placed the empty pint glass in front of me, where it stayed for the remainder of my visit (approximately 30 minutes). I was not again acknowledged. While the female I had spoke with earlier was friendly during our brief conversation, the overall customer service experience was very lacking.I did not purchase food while I was there as I was not hungry. I am unable to give an update on this area of the business.Long story short: this appears to be a completely different business since my last visit. Long gone are the friendly faces, good customer service and amazing selection of craft beer. What once was a 4 star review is now a 2 star review. Hopefully this place can turn it around a return to its former glory days.
