Messed up my order on my daughters birthday I’m not sure if it was door dash or fire wings but the manager did show me her tablet but overall worst experience ever
Did not go through when I tried to cancel and I didnt know that and then I reordered and added to it but the only thing that came through was the cancelled order. Called the store and got the run around. Of course the store manager is busy. Not happy

Found this gem a few weeks ago. Wings are great. Decent selections of flavors and seasonings. Seasoned fries are a must. Staff has always been friendly and make sure you are taken care of.

The place is filthy, wether it be the sticky floors, messy tables or the disgusting restrooms. The taco bell wings were better than what we ordered. I Would not recommend this location at all.
Restroom closedThey didnt let us eat inside, telling that they are closing soon. But they were closing in 1.5 hour. Wings are below avarage, fries is over cooked and taste like oil hasnt been changed for a long time.
I pay more for extra seasoning and get it 1/4 of the time. Always tip well even though I walk through your door for my order. Dry wings, I’m tired of being disappointed and paying more than a dollar a wing for it. Would be happy and tip well for a decent meal.
I ordered from Door Dash from this location. My previous experience with Fire Wings was at a different location and I loved it. So I was completely shocked at how badly messed up my order was when it arrived. My chicken sandwich had exactly two pickles and a ton of sauce, when I asked for light sauce and for everything except tomato to be on the sandwich. My fries were supposed to be the fire fries and I received chili fries, which were disgusting. The food was not what I ordered at all. Extremely frustrating when I have a short lunch and no time for a replacement. Not ordering from here again.
This is a terrible location. Ordered online for pickup and 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready they hadnt started my order. I asked for a refund. Prior to this they had burned my chicken sandwich. Never will we ever go back to this Fire Wings ever!!
Young kids working, good customer service, long wait no matter when you go. The chicken is oddly flavorless, compared to ask the caked on flavor, not the flavor is bad. Its just odd that some times its more apparent that chicken seems blend. Thats the reason Im giving 4 stars. Not because of the location itself.

Their customer service & food has improved SO much over the past few months. They seemed to have cleaned up their crew and now are professional when I order our food. Hoping it doesn’t change. Also their Saigon wings are SO good!!!

It’s VERY annoying when you try to order wings 40 minutes before closing time and they refuse to take your order. Happened several times now. If you call 30-40 minutes before they close, they just ignore your calls. (ANTELOPE LOCATION) walk ins get rejected too. That’s when we go to Wingstop, they won’t reject customers during business hours!

This Fire Wings location needs to get their game together. Ive only been to this location twice, and both times Ive has to wait an extra long time to recieve my order. The first time I dined in and waited 40 minutes for my meal, while people who ordered after me were receiving their orders after appropriate wait times. The second time I ordered online, I arrived 5 minutes after the said pick up time would be, but had to wait an extra 15 minutes once I got to the store for my order to come out. I will not be coming back to this location, and will be sticking with the Fair Oaks store from now on.
Im very happy and pleased that they opened this location here which is again close to where I live. Ive been eating fire wings at the Fair oaks location and I can tell you the flavors are right on par with the fair oaks location, which is great because that means they are very consistent and that is important , first thing I checked for was to make sure the flavors were on par...the biggest improvement they need to make is the wait time, either hire more cooks or try a different method of getting the food out in a timely manner. You shouldnt have to wait close to an hour for a simple ten piece...they was friendly and the service was good I will be going back for some good chicken.

I ordered the standard buffalo. Ill start with the good. Wings had a good flavor and tasted good. The ranch was great.The bad; The wings were soggy and cold, definitely from frozen, not fresh. I could tell because the insides were dark black on all of them and you could taste the difference. The store was messy with a sticky floor.Overall I think Id go to wingstop or buffalo wild wings.
The staff was very rude when we walked in and just stared rudely looking us up and down then looking away. The staff was so busy talking to each other taking our order that they almost got the order wrong. The lady taking our order did not have her mask above her nose. (Blue eyes blonde hair with nose piercing) and everyone had their airpods in not bothering to take them out when customers came in. (Us and other customers)
Got a take out today at the Antelope location and it was very disappointing! The boneless wings were extremely dried and saggy. The garlic noodles was very bland. We always love fire wings and we love the one on Sunrise Blvd. I do not recommend this Antelope location.
First time I ever ate here was hoping for something much better than what I got. I ordered boneless chicken wings that were dry and very small and garlic fries that were fried with Parmesan cheese and not garlic at all very disappointed. For 8 wings they gave 1 ranch dip. Overall I will not be returning and definitely would never recommend this place. Not very friendly either.

I have given this place 3 chances. The first time the wings were ok but my fries were cold and have barely and garlic on the supposed “garlic fries” the second same issue the third time my wings were small and just extra crispy and dry. My fries were cold and had no garlic no parmesan on them. Each time we’ve pick up our food they are bagging it as we walk in so how is my food cold. I’m not going to spend all this money on food when it’s not going to be made how they advertise it. The place in Elk Grove is way better.
Fire Wings is the bomb! I love the garlic parmesan wings the cajun rub Cali rub salt and pepper lemon pepper. Those aremy favorite, garlic noodles are pretty good. I also like to jalapeno poppers.
Not coming back. I am really disappointed in this place. There reviews were great but everything else was poor. I get there and order never been here before so excited to try new things. She said 15 minutes it took almost 40. First off, Im from the bay so garlic fries are a must. These werent garlic fries. Where is the garlic? The best thing about the fry is the butter and garlic. It was all parmesan I didnt taste even a little garlic. Second we got 2 combos bone in 8 pieces. Mine were jamaican jerk and cali bbq. First opened my plate and I thought I had the wrong food. It smelled like curry. Im not a fan of curry but I have eaten good dishes with it before. There was was too much curry in the seasoning I couldnt tell it was jerk. Bbq spice tasted like one you can get at the store. All the wings were completely dry and small. My husbands lemon pepper wings were dry and small too. He said the only one he liked was thai chili. Not a great experience. Wingstop is better. Oh and my stomach was hurting all night after I ate the food. Ruined my date night with my husband. Horrible experience wish I could give no stars.
Ordered online at 8:11pm. Order was supposed to be ready at 8:31. Walked in at 8:32 and it wasn’t done. The lady at the register said to the other worker “she’s here. She’s here now”. Then gave me a number and said it hasn’t been made yet.Another customer came up and asked when her order would be ready because they’d been waiting for a long time. It was sitting out on the counter.The other employee was on her phone. I didn’t leave the store until 845.The only reason it was frustrating was because it wasn’t busy when I arrived.3 stars because the wings are amazing
Food is on point the cashier super friendly. After that it fell apart. The two female expediters had more talking to each other and social networking to do than actual food service. The kitchen looked lost bumping into each other figuring out what order goes well. Hope they pull it together. This place could become great for Antelope.
I didnt like it because I ask for sharp, but it turned out to be sharp, while we were asked to leave two hours before closing!

Waited for this place for a while now and finally got around to try it. I got the boneless 6 bbq wings meal. The chicken was cold and didnt taste good at all... fries were ok. And I got some mac and cheese. It was so bland and everything tasted if I got it at walmart, but double the price for everything... idk if Ill go back.. stick to BWW if you want wings.
The place is good but nothing special. You pay for the ranch with your meals and the employees didnt put mine in my to-go bag so essentially I lost some money from not recieving what I payed for. A tip is also included in the price when you pay with a card, and when a tip is included it is the employees job to make sure everything from an order is placed into the bag. The quality of the chicken is good though.

Im hooked off fire wings ! I recently tried the Boneless wings and Im impressed on all the flavors they have and the size. I stopped going to wing stop never again will I go back and they have great customer service! Highly recommended.

Extremely slow service. 30 minutes for 2 orders of garlic fries and 1 regular fry. And when I said it took way to long and I would not be coming back the cashier said :have a nice day. I really hate that.

So glad that they finally opened a fire wings near me. I’ve waiting for this for atleast 6 months. The only thing I come for is the buffalo wings and the garlic Parmesan noodles. If they aren’t too dry the Parmesan noodles are the bomb!! Again, I’m glad they opened up near me
So the order sucked and I got diarrhea, it was not cook good, it was not the favor that it was supposed to be like buffalo wing and it was garlic wing and it was plain and will not recommend
The chicken was under cooked several pieces were pink. Frys were cold and soggy.
Wings were good. Floor was sticky. I personally dont care for the staff wearing there pants so that their underwear are exposed, bad look for any business
The garlic noodles are always made inconsistent, the bathroom is always dirty and i come once a week, so if i come once a week and everytime i come the bathroom is dirty, thats not good. Thats what happens when you have people running the place that have no pride in their job
Yooooo !! The best wing place in Sac hands down.. the flavors were extra bomb.. didnt have to wait long and the beer was excellent.. its a great place to party or just chill and watch the sports game on large screen TVs.. staff was extra friendly and helpful when it came time to select the countless flavors.. 5 stars easy
Worst customer service . First to start off with when I walked right into the restaurant and all 3 of the employees gave me the dirtiest look and just stared for the longest didn’t say hello or anything , the other employees were just sitting on their phones . Then when they took my order, had so much attitude. This is probably the worst one I’ve been to.
Food was fine but service was terrible. Ordered online and arrived at the time specified only to wait another 25 minutes to get the wings. In total it took them 50 minutes to make my order. Ridiculous
Love wings!! This place makes them right, traditional hot wings made with real hot sauce, not just hot sauce from a bottle like kikis... Yes I sade it!! But this place has some good wings for sure.
After 4 years of not eating ANY chicken, yesterday I decided to start eating chicken with fire wings. BIG MISTAKE. Not even an hour after I take a bite into my fire wings im sitting on the toilet and these wings have me on the toilet for the rest of the day. I will never be able to wear my favorite pair of underwear ever again. I am still on the toilet as I write this review and I will continue to be on the toilet for the foreseeable future.
My order was ready 10 minutes before the timeframe given with no phone call made to let me know it was ready. This is fried hot food, freshness is key even for a pick up.
I told my friends about this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is great and the team is efficient and cooperative. always when we visit this place we enjoy a cheerful time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

2022-02-23I have been to fire wings so many times...the sunrise location the most. I was in the area and wanted some wings so I decided to stop in.I ordered only a 5 piece peanut butter which omg is my favorite...but these were over cooked... grease tasted rancid and old. The sauce was disgusting...those were the worst tasting wings I have ever had.I also ordered the garlic fries. When fresh are amazing...but not this location.The fries were hard...soaked in a pool of grease...no garlic flavor at all and again tasted rancid.Holy Spirit warned me not to go...but I decided to come anyways...He was right...I barely made it home before being sick. I almost did not make it to the bathroom.The place was dirty...kids eating pizza in the place... workers friends all hanging out.What a terrible experience. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.I HOPE TGE HEALTH INSPECTOR COMES...THEY WILL CLOSE THAT PLACE DOWN.You can tell there is zero management and they do not care.How terrible...fire wings is one of my favorite spotsI would give them a minus 10 if I could...pleaseDO NOT GO HERE...YOU WILL GET SICK...

2022-03-05First time here and it was so yummy! Went with the dry rub option and it was not over cooked or heavily breaded.Kids meal was able to substitute fresh carrot and celery sticks, in place of fries and the chicken is real tender pieces, which can come plain for kids. The macaroni was freaking awesome made a great mommy daughter lunch date. Small but adequate dinning area as well as outside patio. Affordable and fresh will most definitely return. The ranch btw the in home ranch is bomb get that for sure! Staff is friendly, busy but friendly.

2022-06-05Fries and wings were cooked fine. But they were out of the garlic wings, garlic noodles, and brisk tea. Also, they charge extra if you want all drums or flats. I don’t have a strong enough preference to pay $2 extra, but my 8 piece had 1 one drum and 7 flats. To me that’s not a working system.

2022-04-27I came here on Easter Sunday and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. To start off the lobby was a complete mess! It didn’t seem busy since the blonde girl up at the front along with another employee seemed to be chit chatting away on their phones sitting down. I wasn’t greeted and I stood there for about 5 minutes before they noticed I was there to which they laughed. I felt extremely unwelcome from the get go. I ordered a 10piece with buffalo and Thai. The buffalo was insanely dry and the Thai chili was overflowing with sauce. I also got a garlic frie and it was the most oily thing I’ve ever tasted. I feel terrible for the owner of this restaurant. The customer service and quality has really gone downhill

2022-04-04I am disappointed with this fire wings location. I took my girlfriend out to eat a little after 10 pm and the employees said we are closed even though online says open til 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Another point, we looked online at their menu and when we went in on Sunday, the employees said they didnt serve those items at this store. This is a little more than a third of their menu. We wont be back.

2022-05-25This place if fairly dirty, but the food was pretty good, I would go again, the owners need to make sure the place is spotless it would do this spot some good, bathrooms not so good either, clean it up and kick your crews butts to get them cleaning and your business will get better.

2022-03-05If possible i would give a zero…… the cashier was super nice but the food was terrible.. they took our order we wanted bone in and a while later they informed us they only had boneless we assumed it was just a couple but no it was out whole order. i ordered korean kick and original buffalo and when i got home(which is pretty far away.otherwise i wouldve gone back) they gave me something totally diffrent. They were super dry and hard. Totally sucks since we love firewings.. Overall really disappointed..

2022-07-19First time here and will be my last. They got my ordered completely wrong, the waitress forgot about my husband beer and when he finally got it that was flat. They didnt have ice for the soda machine there and the wings were hard as rocks. Sorry not coming back
