The staff were all courteous and professional while helping me take care of my paperwork for my insurance. Theyre enforcing the mask rule too, so if you have business to conduct with an agent, bring your mask with you.

Roxanna, who works at fiesta insurance, on 4919 north black stone has been a lot of help. Unlike other insurance agents she tried to get me the best deal and was truthful and honest. I am not getting paid to input this post or anything. To be honest she is a very happy and positive person and does a great job.Thanks to her and my dui I still got a great deal on my insurance and now I don’t feel as bad for having a suspended lisence.
I did my taxes here and Maria was simply amazing!! She helped me amend my taxes from 2016 and I came back to her bc she charged me a very fair price and was honest and experienced. The whole staff Estela, Francisco were so nice to me and my family made us laugh and were so welcoming.

Worst. Service. Ever.Went to process a couple of DMV transactions, since the DMV offices are all closed right now. I had called to make sure they were open and could do what I needed done, as I was traveling fromout of town. They asked for me to call back when I knew my day’s schedule better. When I called I couldn’t get through to anybody. When I showed up I STOOD waiting for nearly an hour before I was “helped”. I handed her the paperwork for my first transaction and she made copies and began inputting the info. Once she was almost done she asked for the registration (I needed to process a title transfer from my daughter to myself and pay registration), which I told her I do not have hence the DMV Statement of Facts. She then told me that she couldn’t process it without either my daughter or the registration. I explained that I was able to process everything except the payment using the Virtual DMV so the DMV told me to go to one of their “business partners” to process. She insisted that she could not process it.My second transaction was registering my son’s vehicle. She processed that paperwork and then told me the total, which was over $50 more than the registration!! I asked why it was so much, she stated that the DMV charges them an administrative fee that is passed on to the customer. Since his registration cannot be processed online or over the phone I agreed to the charge. When I handed her my debit card she told me that it would be $5 more to use the card. After being there for over 1 1/2 hours I said, “fine”. None of these fees were stated either when I called or before we started any of the paperwork.I have never used Fiesta for any services (insurance or tax prep) and I certainly will NEVER again. I WILL be sure to share my experience with all of my friends and family, and anyone who may be looking for these services.
Great service with Isamar Preciado. She was knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. Found us insurance for 2 vehicles, full coverage on one and liability on the other for a little over $100.

They told us our insurance would be $72.00 so we gave the 300 dollar down and out credit card for auto withdraw every month. A few weeks later we get a bill for late fees plus they cancelled us and when we called they said our monthly fee was 98 since we didnt pay 98 only 72 we where late the 20 some dollars. And since they cancelled us they charged us to reinstate our policy and raised the price of policy to 119! Almost double what we had written in paper! Save your money and the headache go to AAA.

This is the one I normally come to because they have later hours which work well for me. The only reason I gave 4 is because most of the time theres only two people working and you end up having to wait a while to be seen.
Horrible insurance company ever. All the insurance they deal with are so rude and inconsiderate. They will literally fight with me over the phone telling me I had my information wrong. Then fiesta doesn’t know what they are doing all I get is the run around and transferred to so many different people.

Very irresponsible buy my insurance from my deposit and the following month they cancel me for lack of documents. Which the insurance agent in charge did not send. When I called the Aspire company, they tell me they cant reinstall me unless I pay a start up account. I go to the Office and the agent tells me I AM SORRY we cannot do anything and I told him that it was not my fault and he replies I AM SORRY We cannot do anything unless I start with another company. I lost my DEPOSIT and I was left without insurance! !! Find another place before coming to this place

2020-09-10The service is ok, most of the staff are friendly. In regards to getting a hold of the company, good luck. Its difficult to get a hold of them on the phone, and even then they really dont give you any info. Instead they try to get you to come in to sit around and wait when you couldve just discussed simple info over the phone. I recommend a real insurance company.

2020-12-10So I got a letter from DMV stating that my registration will soon be suspended because I didn’t have proof of insurance. I called fiesta insurance and told them about my situation and within a matter of minutes had insurance and my issue was resolved. Also before I called fiesta insurance I called other insurance companies and got rates that fiesta insurance beat by far. I am so satisfied with fiesta insurance and would recommend all my friends and family to obtain all their insurance needs from them.
