Mr. Hamadi was the most professional and helpful agent. Extremely accurate and very patient explaining the services I needed to accomplish my needs. He was so great I even filled out the online survey. Thank you so much.

If youre returning a samsung tablet. They sale a special box to ship your tablet. I rather spend 9 dollar for the box than risking the tablet. Plus they will print and tape your box. Finger cross 🤞 my tablet arrives safely. So I can get my 600 dollar credit. =)

After reading the reviews, I was a little apprehensive, but decided to give them a chance today - 11/25/18. The place was neat and tidy. The female employee was a very nice and helpful employee, but the gentleman was not as inviting/friendly. He was, however, helpful in getting my project done without any issues whatsoever. He showed me where I could find complimentary glue to affix my photo. That was nice of him. There were no attitudes from him, just a lack of enthusiastic customer service etiquette. I wouldn’t mind coming back here.

Nice employees. Print and go system sucks. Sending your documents via email takes forever. The google drive option doesnt work. Spent close to an hour before getting my documents. I do not recommend!

Very bad customer service. Unprofessional and rude. The woman at the counter acted like she was doing me a favor and was hostile right after I approached her for envelopes.Some people greet customers with a smile on their face but unfortunately this one looked at me like I was bothering her because she had to hand me a few envelopes and after asking for a small one I changed my mind and asked for a different size and after that she also had to process two of my packages for which I did not have prepaid labels.It is not uncommon for bad service at Fedex Offices but the arrogance of this employee and the tone of her voice were just mind blowing.I am only hoping that it wont be much tolerance for rude people in customer service jobs anymore.

I asked Jennifer for help and instead she told me that the instructions were on the wall pointing with her long fingernails and an attitude. I ended up paying more because she was “too busy” (or just standing there in front of her computer doing nothing). At the end, she asked me if it worked out. It obviously did, but it took a while. It would’ve been nice to have the helped I asked for. After all, isn’t helping customers her job?

A FedEx employee, driver was by the entrance without a face mask carrying a conversation. I mentioned that he was not wearing his face mask and he replied that he was not inside but he was by the entrance. I brought my concern to the employees that were inside the business and they said the same thing that he was outside the business. He was literary by the entrance. If employees can be without a face mask they need to be way further from the entrance.

Every time I visit this location to send a package the representative attempts to force me to purchase a larger package or paper to line my package. Today I ended up walking our and drove to another fed ex store down the street, they happily send my package without the unnecessary add ons. Avoid the bait and switch at this store.

Absolutely Rip Off!!! Don’t go or they will waste your time!!!I’d give zero star if I could have that option.I brought a package with prepaid shipping label for dropping off. And they asked me what’s in the box? And told them that a pair of shoe is in the box. Then they said inside of the box has to be stable which means the box can’t have any of empty space. They said that they will charge $3.99 for stabilize the package or I have to fix and bring it back again. I’ve been to several Fedex office to drop off my packages around Torrance / Gardena area and non of those places said such thing except this place. After that, I went to different location only 5mins away from this place and they didn’t even ask me what’s in the box and accepted my package. This place tried to charge and rip you off!!!

The people that work here do seem more rude than most of the other Kinkos Ive been to. Also their printandgo station is always broken and theres only one at this location so I always have to go to the other store. This store is in a more convenient area than the other one on Hawthorne and Lomita but Ive been going to that location now.It seems like FedEx might not take great care of their store employees so maybe that why most of them seem to be grouchy : )~
