I had an excellent experience there at the Blackstone location recently. Robert and Seth were very helpful. I had to log on to a web site, print out multiple statements then switch do a different machine to print from a USB and then make a copy of the package, They were very helpful and Robert definitely went the extra mile! Much appreciated.
I was just in for the third time this month for simple items that they could not complete accurately. Daniel and Matt this morning were again not helpful. It seems this location is unable to complete simple business printing tasts. To top that, their service skills with customers if terrible. This locations staff needs to be retrained.
My dad passed away and I had to do some last minute prints. Robert was my assistant and he was very patient with me and even help catch typos on my pamphlet. He helped advised me on paper material and so many things. I dont think I could do this without his help. Thank you so much Robert for your help during this hard time. 5 stars kudo!
I used to always come into this store to fax papers. I usually would go to the front desk to have them do it for me because I do not know how to use a fax machine. Today I go to the front desk as usual and one of their workers asks me if I needed help. I told him yes I need to fax this paper. So he shows me to the self service fax machines, tells me to follow the instructions, and then he walks away. The first mistake here is that if I wanted to fax it myself I would go to the self service area and not the front desk. I attempted to use the fax machine and I put the paper in the wrong spot. Now I feel really embarrassed because the machine starts beeping loudly and a worker has to come help me. Like I had said, I did not know how to use a fax machine and I did not wish to use up my time to learn how to use one. The only thing the FedEx worker accomplished was making me feel dumb when I tried to use the machine. I recommend using a different store where the workers are more helpful.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!They can’t communicate, it’s like they never had school, they made my mom waste a lot of time there. Impatient miserable people working for FedEx, that only makes it VERY hard for customers. Not spending a dime there until I see a change! I believe it was the older Hispanic lady there, please make us a favor and retire. Today’s date is September 23, 2018 between the times of 5PM and 6PM.One word to describe your service, as I will clearly emphasize is {HORRIBLE}, I’m sure no one likes to be treated that way.
My favorite Fed Ex/Kinkos. I drive 5 mi farther than the one by my house. The staff is really helpful and are willing to perform anything you need them to do. They do recommend self service machines related to cost...its a couple cents cheaper but still lowest price. The staff will do anything you want them to do, all you have to do is ask!!
AMAZING MANAGER AND STAFF. VERY HELPFUL !!! guys...I want to request if covid distance keeping and mask to be followed tightly and if we can place packages outside fedex and they pick up will be great. I know sign there to call for pick up but make it more friendly so people do call.. ithank you.
This was the worst first impression. In the beginning of my day I saw instead of arriving April 9th it’s areving today my and a few other people went to go eat I check the package and it said attempted delivery And I had no notification that we had to be home at a specific time. I needed it by tomorrow but I can’t get it now I have to wait tell Tuesday. I have one word for fedex HORRIBLE

2022-06-21FedEx shipment service always making the same mistakes repeatedly. They never notified me of shipment when it doesn’t fit inside the mailbox. I’ve been anxiously waiting for this package for two months because it matters to me. In my apartment complex , if the package is big , they could leave it in a big box designated for big packages and leave a note or worst case scenario, they could leave it in the leasing office. This is a recurrence incident that needs to be addressed and resolved by FedEx and not to mention their terrible customer service and terrible attitude when you call to initiate a complaint or feedback. I definitely don’t recommend this service to be used , you could always go with UPS for international which we ran to in the past with an international package issue. Their response with an attitude which lack empathy was “ WE DON’T DELIVER TO MAILBOXES “

2022-04-28These folks are fabulous. Dirk and Robert tackled our biggest shipping headache with professionalism and gusto, and solved a big problem. We needed to ship a 90 lb. Wood burl coffee table cross country and they got it done! Thanks soooo much.

2021-09-14Best experience ever had! Excellent hospitality 🥰 The staff went out of their way to patiently explain the printing process and future printing tips. This is going to be my place for all printing and courier needs!!Also a colour print (via email) costed $0.65 at this place, whereas the lady at a nearby UPS quoted $5 JUST for accessing the document on their email!!

Thank you!!!I think management should give these two hardworking guys a pay raise. I was having a really hard day and they were so patient with me. 2018-04-04I waste my money every time I come here. They will tell me I have to do this and that and buy this or pay that fee just to have it not work. They were wrong every single time. They dont know their own technology or basic programs. And interrupt so you cant explain. Half of the workers I interacted with had a bad attitude too. I gave them the benefit of the doubt each time and was nice to them or didnt respond to their rude behavior even though they didnt deserve it. They need more helpers because you will wait a very long time waiting for one and some things charge by the minute. Also, the price tags are inaccurate for the items they sell. If you are just quickly dropping off then the store is fine.

2019-11-07I want to say how awesome Robert is! He was EXTREMELY helpful!!!!!! I had lost my tracking number and was having a hard time locating my package as it was supposed to be delivered the next day and it’s now two weeks later and I have not gotten any information of the delivery. I had been through customer service twice and give many 1-800 numbers to call that were no help at all, at this point I was getting ready to boycott Fedex. I finally hung up the phone with “customer service” and called the store back and was very easily helped by Robert in less time it took to have me transferred to another line. Thank you Robert for all the kind help even when dealing with a worked up customer.

2020-07-24Will never ship any packages with FedEx based on how terrible package delivery is in the Fresno Area. We have had every package shipped with FedEx get delayed for no reason. Without fail. Deliveries are attempted (at least according to the online tracking) but no person actually shows up at our house. Or drivers claim we have moved when obviously this is not true.

2019-04-03Just visited and a young woman named Danielle assisted me! She was so sweet and helpful. Danielle helped me create the perfect sign for my baby announcement. She took her time and made sure I was completely in love with it. She was by far the best part of my visit. Thank you Danielle!!❤
