The tracking number showed my package will deliver around 11:30 to 3:30 on Friday. I was waiting until 5pm nothing showed up. I called FedEx customer service 4 times, answered same questions about tracking no., name , address... . They said it should be delivered at the end of the day and again i was waiting until 8pm. I called them one more time to make it on hold at the Anaheim location to pick it up because it was a $400 value package and I won’t be home on Saturday i was worry it will be stolen. The customer service guy said he was gonna text me and email me the confirmation but nothing. I called them on Saturday morning 8am. I was talking to 4 people, they asked same questions and then hang up the phone , kept silent without talking to me. How professional they are in this case ? What did FedEx do when my package is only 7 miles away from Anaheim to my house in Midway city Ca. Really bad customer service, unprofessional and slowest shipping service.
Very frustrating.1) I ordered a package that was coming in two parts. First one came on time (day early). But now the second part is on a fedex delivery truck and ready. However, that status hasnt changed for over a week.2) I tried calling multiple times WHY theres a delay. Did the driver get Covid and need to hold packages, did they steal, etc? I get it that things happen and if i knew why, then I can contact the shipper to coordinate a solution. All Fedex can say that theyre investigating.3) I also ordered another part and fedex said the driver attempted to deliver but no one was available. I can guarantee someone was home (my say off and my husband works from home).It seemed like everything was supposed to be delivered on time up until Monday. Now Im stuck waiting until Monday again after contacting the shipper to get in touch with FedEx. FedEx guaranteed it will be delivered this upcoming Monday but we shall see.
I would like to inform you about one of your FedEx drivers how wonderful that young man is and how hard working he is performing for your company. I live in La Palma, Brookside Apartments and I noticed how he park his truck, go to the back get his package and start moving quickly to deliver his package. Every time he comes into this complex I notice him and Ive never seen another delivery person or company move that quickly. Please recognize him because he should receive the Employee of The Month Award. Its wonderful when you can give feed back on someone. I hope that I can get feed back regarding this review.
My packages have been out for delivery for five days now. The first day the driver marked it as business closed no one available. Second day said no attempt made. The third day sme as the first fourth day same thing. I was here at home waiting each day. Cameras around the property show no trucks ever even coming to my house. Today the fifth day I was told it would be here for sure and nothing. My wife wasd on hold for forty five minutes transferred three times until she was told. just wait and hung up on her .This is ridiculous I will never use fedex if Ihave any other option.I was here every day waiting no one ever came... it took six days on delivery truck and my wife had to miss our sons Christmas concert to wait for our packages.
I’m not sure what to do. They keep delivering packages to my apt complex. It is a large complex with a parcel center with lockers for package delivery. For the 2nd time this month they show a small package was delivered, but I’ve never seen the package. I don’t know what is happening. Every other delivery service has no problem with this system. Twice prior this has happened and eventually they have arrived. I don’t know what to do, but I’m tired of FedEx Ground not getting my packages delivered to me.
Customer service its ok but drivers, specialty the semi truck ones, are bad really bad, I ride my bike every day to go work and every single day when I pass bike FedEx trucks entrance, this drivers almost hit me with the truck, just because are in the hurry or dont care.
The place in the google map is the back alley location, you need to take the next lane to come off the to drop site. Secondly you cannot book any new parcels in this location until you have a packing slip ready. The service was amazing and the staffs were more that helpful for all the customers
I purchased an item online and the selling company accidentally shipped the item to my old address. Ive called FedEx (4) times now to stop the package from being delivered, even getting a recall authorization, but they still continue to try to deliver the package. This FedEx facility (or the company as a whole) is a joke. They either have no clue whats going on or deliberately ignore the processes or procedures they have put in place. Get your act together!!!!!
One of the most inconvenient, challenging to locate and potentially dangerous offices Ive been to. You have to drive all the way to the back between two huge warehouses with limited signs. Had to get buzzed into the office and then walk in a dark parking lot with my packages. A large amount of big rigs parked almost haphazardly made it so big rigs were driving on the wrong side of the road.
This stupid company the worst when I sawI had 2 heavy package I bought Tv stands to overstock 14 JulyDelivery with Uta was in my apartment prabably 19 July ...but this not true I checl everthing .My office tell my ,we havent your package , before my door I not founded packages tooI send information to overstock amd they found it to Anahaim FedEx groundI called several time about information every time someone tell me about next day delivery..😂😞😞Today packages back to sellersThe people are layer... Never was to my complex

2022-05-11Horrible customer service, if I had a choice I would never use FedEx but the company I bought from uses them as a shipper. They keep placed a delay exception on my package because a future delivery date was requested but I did not ever put a request. Don’t bother with their customer support, they’re useless. They can’t do anything based off the little information they have, they didn’t offer me any solution.

2022-05-25It’s unfortunate I feel I need to right this.. it’s simple the drive lies about an attempted delivery.. I was at the location door open & security cameras recording.. supposedly the FedEx facility with my package closes at 6 PM and the attempt was at 5:58 PM which was just a straight up lie.. don’t appreciate my time waisted or being lied to.. this is not cool ..I hope the drive get a talking to & stops this behavior/work ethic..

2022-06-10Literally could not get any worse. Never hated a company so much. Their driver tried to run me off the road and then their customer service team refuses to take complaints so they are just actively employing terrible drivers and the drivers get away with it bc the company doesn’t care at all. Spoke to 8 people in total, nobody would even take the complaint

2020-08-18If you made an order and you had bad luck because FedEx would deliver it,I made an order through a company and put my address after that.Unfortunately, the order was sent by FedEx and they did not deliver the shipment and I called FedEx customer service and gave me an address to go and bring my shipment.Driving for more than an hour and unfortunately when the employee arrived, she told me that the shipment was inside the truck and she could not bring it, and I had to wait and they would return it.They called me and told me that the shipment was on the way and I waiting and did not arrive, I called back the customer service They told me they would solve the problem. One of the officials called me back to tell me that I was in a new location, and that I could go to collect it when I arrived. As an employee tell me a story? where is my order ??????

2022-01-04The absolute worst. Theyve been delaying my package for days. Keep saying i need to be at home to sign but no one ever comes. Wasted valuable time postponing a family trip because customer service guarantees its in a truck on its way. Then the tracker says Operational Delay. Also cant pick it up because its against their security policy to tell customers what station my package is at. If you can avoid Fedex, you should.-They wont deliver my package due to Operational Delay-Cant go pick up the package because they cant tell me which ground station due to security reasons-Even if I figured it out, i cant have it held there without senders written consent (its from a large corporation) and by the time Fedex opens, its always already on a truck in transit.Waiting a week AFTER the actual delivery day and having seemingly no options is ridiculous. Either theyre lying to customers or none of their policies make any sense.

2022-03-21Drivers always dropping off to wrong addresses, after many calls back and forth they tell you the driver will go back and see if he can find the package where he dropped it ,like its going to be there when he goes back .You end up losing the package .

2021-06-23For two weeks they have had 3lb package still cant get it delivered. I ask them via out of country 800 phone to just drop off at post office but still sitting in their office. It was out for delivery yesterday but 4:18pm back at office still there not out for delivery today. Worst service ever next order calling in and asking for anyone but FedEx to deliver!!! I ordered from same place 6 days ago UPS delivering today.
