I ordered a six piece chicken strips with curly fries. The curly fries were mixed with fresh and old fries.Chicken strips were big and hard didnt seem fresh and the barbecue sauce they gave me to go with it was nasty as hell

Client ordered food. I had already eaten at Barnays Beanery.I ordered the most delicious sandwich. Turkey club with avocado, bacon and Barneysspecial sauce. I also ordered coleslaw. The worst!!! You can taste the fertilizer.

I live nearby, Im usually a late night customer, I receive a lot of discount coupons in the mail that I use, plus they have a lot of Offers, plus they seem to always have something new to try. When you can go indoor I usually order in its faster when its crowded. If or when you go in you cant see the offers , on the windows outside...
When I call to the store it seems like nobody is there, I wonder if they are really busy or they just dont care about phone calls. But who knows maybe in the future I will change my review or dont depending in what kind of experience I can have.
Jack in the box is my ery favorite fast food place. I love their 2 tacos for $1.29 and jumbo jack. Tasty ,inexpensiveand great survice .
Theyre pretty fast. Food is always hot and fresh. Im not sure how personable the employees are because Ive only been in the drive through (thats why I didnt give more stars). Plus, customer service at Jack n the Box should be fast, hot, and fresh at THE VERY LEAST.

This is my favorite place to go to after a night of partying because you buy the most delicious 2 for 1 tacos. They also have a great ranch dressing in my opinion. You can find a lot of choices like hamburgers, tacos, breakfast, etc...I love the inside lobby as well as drive-thru. Everyone moves pretty fast on my foot is ready on time. The wait time is hardly any. I love the pricing and that they always have good deals.

Consistently one of the worst Jack in the Box restaurants in Los Angeles, which is amazing because one doesnt expect a lot from Jack In the Box so to be consistently surprised at sub par service is an accomplishment of some sort, I imagine. This one has everything, from slow extremely slow service and lukewarm coffee to disgusting surfaces I wouldnt want to touch even while wearing my Hazmat suit, which I wear everytime i go to Jack in the Box
Customer service is awesome.the staff is friendly and fast... The moment i stood at the register, two people addressed me and a moment later someone was there to take my order.Hot food, hot fries, and lots of menu choices the menu is always adding new items so you never get bored........Its a potheads ideal place to eat. This stoner loves the tacos, curly fries and a large coke.... They dont skimp in the amount of food served...After school kids are a little rough looking. While i was there 3 people stole drinks... Half of the patrons were homeless but relatively harmless.
Just went there and they forget to add the bacon on my crispy chicken salad, its so annoying when it comes with it. I get home now I tried to call and no answer. Horrible.

The food is ok, never gonna say fast food is amazing. They do however need to get more control of their location homeless people off the bus stop are always in their lot knocking on peoples car window for food or a dollar, it gives it a bad aspect and I hate coming to this location for that. They get mad for not giving them anything.
6 employees see me waiting to order but refuse to greet me or take an order. All just doing one thing. Doesnt take 6 people to ignore 1 paying customer. Had to ask if they were going to ignore me or take my order. Granted one was cleaning but PAGING CUSTOMERS COME FIRST.
I waited over an hour, because the system was resting for the next business day. The manager didnt like that I commented on her condescending attitude (I nassume), the second time through, so the third time, she had all the employees hide in the back and shut off the order screen. I had to wait and follow another customer a 4th time to get service. They still shut the screen off and when I ordered a large fry and Coke with my meal I was denied, because it only comes with a small. I wasnt asked if my order was complete, instead she gave me a price and turned the intercom off. At the window, I asked for the manager, who turned out to be the same rude woman. She wasnt wearing a uniform, or name tag, like the rest of the employees, so Ill identify her as the short, overweight, Hispanic woman, with an attitude. I argued with her about making me wait an hour, refusing to serve me items the way I ordered them, cutting me off and giving me an attitude. Eventually, she gave in and upgraded to the large# fries and coke. The fries were placed in the bag upside down, half the fries were under cooked and half were burnt, they were all small, like they were the crumbs at the bottom of the bag and the grease was soaked through the bag. The coke was served to me with no ice and had a salty, metallic aftertaste. I was given 1 napkin and no ketchup, or sauce for my tacos. I dont know if it was the food, but I was sick 2 hours after eating it. Jack in the box has not responded to my complaint, or review.
I made an order and forgot fries, so I get to the window and ordered them right away..while sitting and waiting,my son decides to order a chocolate cake.They literally told me NO drive around and re order..are you serious!! Im asking nicely for a pre made item..not holding up anyone..just a grab and go cake..and Im told to drive around ..SAD JUST HORRIBLE SAD! My son was so sad!
Good deals good food great shakes, to many homeless dirty people addicts around inside and outside. Workers are very straight forward and at times they are stressed out due to the unpleasant people that seem to linger for a few hours smelling up the place

Drive thru was horrible. The woman who attended me had a bad attitude. She didnt tell me my total, and when I asked her what my total was she ignored me. She gave me curly fries instead of the regular fries I wanted. I will not return to this place and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

After checking order before I left they had left my hash brown out and most of the time at this location if you dont check you will come up short. That is really a big problem with them.

I arrived in the evening and the outside lights were off making it dangerous for senior citizens and handicapped customers. The service was slow. There were several shady individuals who were stealing soft drinks and one guy was filling grocery bags with ice from the soft drink dispenser. Another guy was filling his personal cup and spilling it all over the floor while talking to himself and acting paranoid. I felt unsafe with all the shady characters and uncontrolled theft of soft drinks and ice. The very pregnant cashier/manager? was yelling at a child sitting in the restaurant Bring me my cell phone. over and over. The cash register was not manned causing long delays in ordering.
Staff is friendly. They made a mistake with my order, butwere quick to offer me a freeCoke.
At this location they always forget something, last tine they forgot the sirup for the three pan cakes combos
When the lobby is closed late night. You would think service at the drive thru would be good but it is worst. Food is giving cold and when you ask for the food the be freshly cooked staff does not comply.

My son and I went in and there were a bunch of kids in the restaurant horsing around. that would be one thing as kids are just that k uds, however, these children were running in and out of the doors chasing each other and causing each other out!! Just when I thought they couldnt get any worse, one if them three water in an elderly mans face, I guess thinking it was ok because he looking to be homeless. They were all laughing as if it was funny. The staff didnt do anything until a patron decided to help the man out and say something to the kids. These children I am told by some regulars are in here everyday doing the same thing to other people. They apparently chased another homeless man down the street just yesterday.
Food is salty, especially fries - Id ask for without salt, burgers you cant really do much about. Dining was uneasy experience with transients just roaming inside talking to themselves...
I come Monday thru Friday and food is great hot and made to your ordered. Customers services is always right now that hard to find a place to eat like that . Cause ego pride need to be right. thanks

Food is good depending on the cook because late at night early morning you will get cold fries and old hard chicken in your box so check your food make sure its fresh because when its fresh its the 💣
On my way to work I had to get my ice coffee. Jack in the box has the best ice coffee than anybody else I try, and I try everybody 😉
Lots of good stores in one place like T.J.Maxx Homegoods, Marshalls, Ross, Saks off Fifth, Nordstrom Rack, Soup Plantation, Jumba Juice and Old Navy. There is even a shoe repair store. There is a CVS immediately connected to this complex. Complex is across the street from the Beverly Center. Parking is in this multistore parking complex. Dont lose your parking ticket like we did.

Drive thru blocked by a random car, doors were locked with no note whatsoever, but the lights were on inside with music playing. Confused everyone who showed up. If you want to keep your business, act like you care about it.

The lady taking drive thru orders Monday 21, 2017 around 10 am was so rude to the point that i left and took my business elsewhere...i wanted a medium size coffee and she never apologize for not carrying it or even suggested me to take a large or small size bcs they dont carry it, instead she kept repeating herself if i wanted large or small loud and rushing me...am not going back to this business place.:(

2021-09-12It was delicious and portions are generous. The pork was perfectly seasoned/marinated - not too salty or bland.The spring roll was crispy not soggy :)The vegetables were fresh and crisp & overall I really enjoyed it!There are plenty of seats for dinning alone, pairs or groups. Pricing is reasonable and decen portion size. Really friendly customer service.

2022-04-06Its very convenient on certain errands I run, so rather than going blocks out of my way to find another fast food place, when Im in the mood, this is the one I use. Love the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger and Vanilla milk shake.

2022-06-22I’m not satisfied with the fact that sign says the restrooms are for paying customers only when the bathroom are out of service. Last time came here was literally last week and the bathroom are still not fix. Strongly recommend to avoid this Jack in the Box.

2022-02-12Unfortunate there is not zero star for the review! I ordered a pick up and went to the store, the person at the pickup window told me my order was picked up by someone else 2 minutes ago. And he told me “ oh man, this might happened on anyone.” It’s their fault, didn’t check the information of the pick up person and I am the customer paid $20 for nothing. I am the person who take responsibility from their fault. That’s such a joke.

2022-03-03They need to update their POS cash register’s so that swiping the magnetic strip on the gift cards work. It takes a Superviser to manually key in account numbers to make a sales transaction. Problem is the supervisor is the only one who has access codes. The supervisor’s aren’t always present at the restaurant for some strange reason. Wendy’s POS doesn’t have this problem magnetic swipe on the gift cards works. Come on Jack update your POS to work with gift cards.
