It was awesome! I and my mom stayed a night, and the lady at the front desk was so nice! (She called my mom pretty). The room was beautiful, and the beds were perfect. Super comfy and the TV had Netflix. The only thing is the shower curtain was too short but its fine, it was super clean and the food was great. I didnt get to go to the pool because it was too late but I bet that it would be great!
Simone our concierge made up for the no bathtub that had me in tears upon arrival. Lol I couldnt sleep along with another guest at 5am I was up and in the lobby begging for coffee.Simone chatted with us and made us feel like we where at her house. Thank you for that. There are too fee people willing to go the extra miles for a guest. She really does. Thanks so much. Jackie my new bff and I chatted until breakfast was served. (Pancakes, eggs, bacon, toast Bagels, cereal, yogurts. Fruit drinks)They had everything. My whole family had different things and all left happy. Our room was clean and beautiful. Great view of the mountains and growing community of Menifee. Id be back to see Simone and visit. 😊 🙏
I was so excited to spend one drama-free night away from my broken house. I was exhausted and I came here for rest. Thankfully I found a dog-friendly hotel where I could take my pups. Nevermind the brigade of barking chiuhahas next door, I would eventually fall asleep.Only to be awoken abruptly at 7 am by the sound of the fire alarm. I shot out of bed, my dogs panicked, and I strained my back attempting to get dressed. But then it went off. Must have been a false alarm, right? Wrong. It went off in that same way THREE more times before 730 am. Customer service apologized when I called, saying it was supposed to be in test mode. They were TESTING THE FIRE ALARMS AT 7AM.Must be a city inspection, right? No. They scheduled this and failed to warn anyone. I was not the only person who panicked this morning.Then because of that, while everyone is trying to check out, the elevators are out of service. So people have to drag bags down the stairs. And Im disabled...I was also informed that this is a monthly occurance at this hotel by a regular guest. In this case, I think a warning to thw guests is more than fair. But we got no such warning.The only reason this review has 2 stars is because the staff that was here when I checked in was wonderful.
First time at this hotel and was greeted by front desk, routine check-in, but asked to have a view of the mountains or something. When we got to our room on the second floor, we had a view alright, a Wall. Not only a wall, but the second floor smells like a casino with full smoking allowed! Why would someone intentionally do this? Shocking, but we complained and was moved to another room on the fourth floor. No smoke smell and a view of a park. Now we’re talking. But wait, getting ready for bed and noticed there was a strange smell on the sheets and realized we were going to climb into soiled sheets. Hair and all! COVID-19 protocol not adhered at this hotel. Called again and told of the problem. Slow to respond, but brought us clean sheets to change our bedding. Wow, welcome to our hotel. Now the dirty sheets are a whole different problem, how does this happen? Management, very poor management. No one apologized until I called and spoke with a manager and found out Mr. Flores, the manager, knew all about it, but didn’t really care. Offered $25 off the first night only after asking for some remuneration. To conclude, as patrons of wonderful hotels to mid-range hotels, the expectation is at minimum clean rooms. I give it two stars only because there was a very kind young man who brought us our sheets and witnessed the soiled sheets and felt bad for us. He at least validated our experience. On the other hand management wanted to deny our experience. Pretty sad customer service here.
The Place is very clean and still new the Front desk staff is amazing . The front desk agent Keon is definitely one of the nicest people he takes good care of all the guest and accommodates guest with their needs. I ran into him at one of the stores around the area ,outside the hotelHe’s a genuinely good guy.
Its a fairly new hotel. I love the high ceilings in the room! I also love the fact that the room has a microwave AND a fridge! The bed were comfortable but the pillows were a little too soft for my liking. Passed the wiped down test. The bathroom set up was well thought out - had a ledge for foot in case you need to shave, a bar to hold on to, and the water controls are away from the shower so you dont get blasted with water everytime you turn it on. Parking is free and they offer free to-go breakfast.The lovely lady at the front desk was super friendly and nice!Im looking forward to staying here again!
My mom and I stayed over the weekend. For what they charge per night, you shouldnt have to go and get towels when you need them. There was only one face towel in a room with 2 beds. I hung the sign on the door for more towels and none were delivered. There should be more choices to pick for breakfast. For example, instant oatmeal and/or grits, jelly packets, and individual flavored creamers.
We stayed here before and after the holidays as we have relatives in the area that we wanted to see before heading down to San Diego. The hotel is new and very pretty with lots of free parking. There is a nice walking path on the side of the hotel that was safe and fun for morning walks. With our first stay we had problems with room cleanliness, which was addressed immediately but which shouldnt have been an issue in the first place due to all the we are maintaining extra cleaning signs through-out the hotel. When I complained I was offered a 10% discount which was nice, but I felt it was rather cheap since I had to call cleaning to our room 2x in the first 12 hours. They also had me take photos and forward them to the general manager - which I did, but I never received any type of response . An acknowledgment or apology would have been nice.With the 2nd stay, they did remember us from 2 weeks earlier and there were no problems at all. They are following all covid precautions and all the staff were wearing masks. Breakfast was a grab-and-go affair, but the sandwiches were actually pretty good. The beds were comfy and I loved the pillows. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.I do recommend this facility and will definitely stay there again next time we go to visit those same relatives.
We were passing through for a night and ended up at the Fairfield Inn in Menifee. After arriving a bit late in the evening, Keon, the front desk agent, was super efficient in checking us in after greeting us warmly. Thank you, Keon, you were awesome and deserve a shout-out!The room was comfortable, with ample seating and what appears to be a new mattress on the bed. Water pressure in the sink and shower was great as well.The only quibble would be that the thermostat on the wall seemed more for decor - we adjusted the temperature at the A/C unit itself vs. using the wall thermostat.Didnt use the breakfast as we left at 6am - after a great nights sleep! Would stay again if we return to the area.
First off the staff is the most rude and inconsiderate that I’ve ever seen. I spoke to a employee by the name of Evelyn and when I told her that my room did not have any Power she told me she didn’t care. They also asked me to wear a mask even though I have my vaccination card showing that I’ve been vaccinated she said it was the law however that is not the law CDC does not require that. The best part of the trip was the maintenance guy was the most nicest person ever everyone else in the hotel had a horrible attitude. I don’t even want to give these people one star. They were very rude. Didn’t assign me to the room I wanted. They also told me that even tho my room was 250 for the weekend, that they would hold $500 on my card. The lady at the front desk is very loud and rude. They are not sanitary. They don’t clean tables that people were sitting at. They don’t provide towels or maintain cleanliness of the rooms. I highly suggest going somewhere else.
Poor Management, No electricity in our bathroomWe stayed at this hotel during this last week as part of a wedding party. Our room was an end room with a king bed of ok comfort the issue arose when we discovered the plugs in the bathroom by the sink did not work at all. We called to have maintenance look into the issue only to find out a deeper electrical problem had occurred and an electrician would need to come in. The maintenance man said he would talk to his manager and set something up. Our event happened and we are checking out, mind you we used another party’s bathroom to get ready for the event, the front desk lady is no where to be found. We wait for a few minutes and can see the maintenance man notice us from the back room, the front desk lady finally comes to help us with the situation and reconfirmed with the maintenance man whether we are telling the truth. There is no manager on site. They tell us a manager will be notified and call us for any reimbursement but we have waited an entire business day and nothing has happened. We will continue to call till this situation is resolved.
Booked a hotel room for a wedding on the weekend of 5/21 took a shower tired to use the blow dryer in the bathroom none of the outlets worked there was 4.... called the frount desk they had the maintenance man come out and then he said he couldn’t do anything because the wiring was messed up. Went to check out on the 22nd told the front desk lady I would like a discount on my room because I could not use the outlets... the lady then said let me ask the maintenance Man if he did go to your room... why would I lie about him coming to the room and telling me there was nothing he could do? She then said she could do nothing but leave a note doe the general manager to call me today when he comes in at 3 .... I checked out at 11 it’s 5 .... I called them back to see why no one had gotten in contact with me and the man on the phone said that the manager was not going to be coming in today.... I really don’t understand why I am being lied to... or why they would rent our a room with outlets not working... I guess I have to call them back everyday until I get some kind of answer. I would not recommend this hotel it was clean yes but the staff is not the best...
Kinda out of place and pricey. Credit or Debit is required for a security deposit hold and cost of room which does not make it accessible to just anyone. Inside was beautiful but still was extremely outta place for its location. Staff however was very helpful, welcoming, and polite.
I didnt personally stay here. However, I did visit on two different occasions. And the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and courteous. So much so that I am planning to specifically to stay here. The facility has been opened for about two weeks. I liked what I saw and there are eateries and shopping nearby.
This hotel was opened before it was ready to be. Aesthetically the hotel looks very nice and clean. We checked into the hotel and were given a 4th floor room. And then told that elevator didnt work. As this is a brand new hotel, that was quite odd. What was even more odd was the fact that everyone else was also booked on the 4th floor. So here are a bunch of people in a stuffy stairwell in masks climbing up to the 4th floor every time we go in the stairwell. When we left the hotel that evening, we noticed no lights were on on any floor except the 4th...so as we suspected, it appeared that everyone was staying on the 4th floor while there was a broken elevator. The icing on the cake was taking a shower the next morning with no hot water. Brand new hotel and...no...hot...water?
They claimed due to COVID, they could only provide room service every 4 days. I dont mind not having the bed made, but to go to the front desk every day to get shampoo or a towel was ridiculous. Add this to the fact that included cleaning throughout the hotel. Not only did my trash can fill up, so did the ones in the hallway. I will not be staying there again.
This place helped me clear my mind and get better. Thanks to all the employees who treated me like an individual not a statistic. Diamonte, Lance, Breanna, Simone and the manager George have made a positive impact on my life and I appreciate this new spot let keep it clean here fam. Thanks for upgrading my room to suite my needs. Much love to housekeeping for dealing with my pet peves. I love the pool, spa and breakfast they have available. The breakfast sandwiches are really good and they have coffee, water, teas and juices. They have cool tech like the motion water fountain. Check out the pics and stay healthy and safe out there!
I never ever post negative reviews but in this case I think it is necessary. Stayed multiple days, front desk staff is awesome and the day prior to leaving noticed a rash like appearance on my arms, chest and partially on my back. The morning of Friday 7/8/22 I turned in the light look down and notice a tiny bug that I videoed. I quietly approached the lobby staff to let them know and asked for trash bags to seal my clothing up in. I was not going to in any way cause a scene as it is not their fault but I did not want them to allow the next guest in there without it being treated. Eventually (yesterday) I got a connecting call with George the manager. He said the room was checked, no bed bugs and unless I could prove by a pest control company reviewing my video or a Dr verifying bed bug bites there was nothing he could do. I am shocked honestly that after the concern and kindness of his staff that he did not at least apologize. I actually did share the video with a friend in pest control that said it was definitely a bed bug that had just had a blood meal thats how they look elongated but unless I brought it to him in a bag, he could not put it on paper to show the hotel. Use your flashlight, check bedding prior to unpacking especially at this location. This picture is a screen shot of a very zoomed in video as it wont allow me to post a video. He also mentioned I may have brought this bug in with me. Regardless, its a bug in a bed and I was kind enough to not freak out but approach the staff with kindness in quiet.

2022-06-14Avoid! Poor customer service. Due to an error in Concur (work travel system) I booked a stay at this hotel as the address in the system is wrong. When I landed for my trip and discovered this error, I called the hotel to see what they could do. I was told that while I needed to give more notice, they understood the error and would waive the cancellation fee. I thanked him profusely and went about my trip. However, the charge showed up on my card and I called back to see what happened. The manager George Flores (who I believe is the same person I spoke with) denied having the conversation and said because I had no concrete proof, that he wouldn’t refund the room. I showed my phone records of my call and he said that was not enough as I didnt get a receipt. I didnt get a receipt because clearly the room wasnt canceled as I was told it would be. It’s disappointing that the room wasn’t canceled, but even more disappointing to basically be called a liar over this. I work in business and when someone on my team (or me), fails to do something, I take ownership and make it right. Not blame the customer. Stay here if you want, but just know that if theres a problem, your room charge is worth more to them than any future business or goodwill, so do NOT expect them to take care of you.

2022-02-27We got here super late last night and there prices were over the roof so I had called to verify the rates for the night and was told a price but when coming in they charged me a way different price even after speaking to the man at the front!! They don’t even accommodate you for a late check out but they sure do overcharge you and false advertise!! Definitely not worth 300+ could stay somewhere way better and where they’ll accommodate you!

2022-05-17I am usually here 5 nights every month. The rooms are clean. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly. There is plenty of parking. It isnt prefect, but I havent had any issues worth complaining about. With a doubt this is the best option in Menifee or Perris.

2022-05-15Avoid!!!! If you complain about anything, they will charge you for things you didnt do. Housekeeping and the bigger Mexican supervisor and Geogre Flores must all be related because they all work as a team, at least be a good team. Karma will come around. Have a great day.

2021-12-30This is a really nice hotel and the staff are very friendly. But dont let anyone touch the phone because they will charge for it. We had cell phones like everybody else does these day and could never get a call back from the manger to dispute the charges. But besides that I would highly recommend this hotel. It very clean and spacious.

2021-10-06I called ahead to inquire for an early check in and the call was answered by Ed. He was so friendly and inviting. Told us no problem - come on by. Ed greeted us at the check in desk and was just as friendly in person. Our reservation posed a little bit of research as I booked on a third party site but Ed handled it quickly and professionally, never losing that great sense of humor. We were in our room in about 15 minutes. The remainder of our stay went just as smoothly and the front office staff never failed to greet us as we came and left each day. I was sitting in the lobby one morning and a member of the cleaning crew stopped to ask if I needed anything! I was completely at ease with this visit and I will definitely return to this Menifee location! Oh, and the full breakfast was amazing every day. The kitchen was clean and had everything we could ask for.

2021-11-15I called the hotel at 9am asking for same day availability due to surprise plumbing issues making our house unlivable in the moment. I’m 8 months pregnant with a toddler, preschooler, middle schooler and husband, there was no way we could stay there while the work was being done.They were able to accommodate us with an early check in (very early!). The rooms are roomy and clean, everything feels nice and new. The AC unit worked really well and kept the room very comfortable. The beds were also surprisingly comfortable, which says a lot since I’m at the point of pregnant where I can’t get comfy easily!We will definitely be recommending this hotel to any out of town family that would like to visit!
