My husband and I just had the best experience with Evans Air. Needed a new condenser and A/C Heating unit. They did a great job. Efficient, Extemely clean and very knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions so that we could understand. The true sign of a professional is they also care about the aesthetics. And the sheet metal work was beautifully done as well. I contacted Evans because my Ac unit wasnt getting cold, which really concerned me because other companies i called either didnt answer the phone or werent going to come out for a couple of days. Evans said they could come out the same day, so we made an appointment for 2:00pm. One thing that really impressed me was that Evans showed up at 1:59pm in a clean company vehicle and professionally dressed. Evans got me all fixed up in no time and they were super knowledgeable on many other questions i had. Great company. Just replaced my home unit. They were quick, professional, and affordable. They have 0% financing that made purchasing a higher efficiency unit possible. They were super honest and showed me pictures of every step of the process to help me understand what was going on. I really appreciate their work.
I called Evans Heating and Air for an estimate on a new unit. Derek came out the very next day and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He gave us all of our options in an easy to understand way and didnt push to upswell us, in fact, he encouraged us to consider repairing instead of replacing, which was a first! In the heat of summer no one was available. The wait time for fixing/troubleshooting our system was forever into the future. I called Evans, received a quick response, and he was out the same day. He fixed several issues on our newer unit, and we now use him for all of our AC and heating needs. Nice local family owned company, would recommend for all A.C./Heating applications.
First off let me say that I am an hvac contractor my self. BUT....I’m too far to service my relatives hvac systems. So here’s the short story. My grandparents hvac unit went out when it was colder then my mother in-laws heart. So that’s pretty bad. I call Evans and a nice young lady answers the phone. I explain what’s going on and my grandparents need heat ASAP. She was able to move around the schedule to squeeze them in same day! As a contractor I know that isn’t easy. His pricing was very fair and my grandma wouldn’t stop talk about how nice and respectful he was.My grandpa mentioned he was clean cut and well spoken. I think that’s very commendable in our blue collar field.Bottom line. I call this company to service my family’s home. I’m very impressed with this small business! Evans have earned my business for life !

I had a really bad experience roughly a week My air conditioner motor completely broke down The landlord trying to fix the air conditioner as soon as possible due to the fact that there were 3 small children living in the home he found a company who were very rude disrespectful and professional and never came to do with any of their promises ,Luckily someone in common New of Evans and heating and air conditioning so I called immediately I explain the situation he was very understanding he did his estimate and review and explained exactly what needed to be done and if there were other ways Fix the air conditioner and fortunately there wasnt and with my luck the motor had to be ordered which was going to take to the 3 weeks again putting my family in mind The company was able to find a motor that could-be delivered next day yes it did cost a little More however it was worth it for my 5 month old The moment the motor arrived Evans company was here to install it right away it was amazing I didnt take him very long he explained everything he went above and beyond very nice and respectful and most of all very professional I would definitely recommend his company to anyone and everyone has any problems with their heating and air conditioner and if I have any future problems he will be the 1st and only to call So thank you so much Derek for your help My family and myself are very grateful and appreciative of your help and consideration and thoughtfulness .

I used Evans air for my summer tune up on my air conditioner and was so happy with their service they are very thorough and check everything in fact I have used them before and years ago on a Sunday when my air went out Derek Martina actually came out on a Sunday when no one else would answer their phone I would highly recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs

2022-06-09Called Evans air today to work on an old unit. They came out last week and did some fixes, but let me know with the age of the unit there could be issues. When I had to call again, they made it a priority to to see me the day of. Luckily, it was something relatively minor again.The technicians are friendly and answered all of my questions. I think as consumers we are all looking for value. I feel like Ive found it with this company. Highly recommend!

2021-07-14Just had the guys from EVANS HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING come out to repair my unit that stopped blowing that life saving elixar Monday night around 10:00 p.m. I spent all Tuesday morning reading reviews and calling around trying to find a reputible company to repair my AC unit. Thank God I found EVANS , I spoke with Tiffany who was super polite and professional and to my suprise was able to schedule an appointment for this morning! That was amazing everyone else who i was able to get a hold of stated a week or two before they could come out.I explained to Tiffany I was heat sensitive because of medications I take and health issues and she went out of her way to find me an opening....thank you so much Tiffany. Derek and his partner arrived on scheduled and were so friendly and took the time ask what the issues were with my AC unit and listened to what i gad to say. Derek explained the steps they were going to take to diagnose the problems and do an overall inspection of the unit. They quickly found the issue (a burnt out capacitor) and after a thorough cleaning ( a service which I paid another company supposedly to do last summer, which they obviously didnt do) but anyways in less that 45 minutes the unit was fixed and cooling the house again. Thanks guys for your great service! So glad i called EVANS HEATING and AC, great company that provides quality service.

2020-05-18I was looking for an a/c service since my unit hadnt been dealt with in over 2 years. When I called Evans they where very friendly and easy to deal with on the phone and make an appointment. When Derek Martina came out he was easy to talk to and made everything simple to understand. He made it easy to make a decision on what I needed to do and gave optoins on what I could do. The biggest thing was that he made sure I understood how things worked and needed to be fixed. They where very professional and easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them time and time again.

2018-06-20Derek came out and put a new unit in our home. He was great on his pricing and got the unit right in. He is professional and honest. Financing was fast and easy.He takes pictures of your old unit, tells you whats going on and what you need. Then takes pictures of your new unit.We recommend Evans Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone.

2020-05-315/27/2020I called Evans to come out and service my AC unit before a heat wave hit. they came out and after they left, my house began to get warmer a few hours later. The next day, it was clear the unit was not working. The next two days were extremely hot and it was unbearable. I called my home warranty company and they sent a guy out. I explained to him that I just had the unit serviced and what had happened. He knew in 30 seconds what was wrong. It was the capacitor.Update: 05/31/2020I spoke with Derek Medina (who serviced our AC unit). He clarified some of the issues that he found along with an explanation on why the job was incomplete. He was very professional, respectful, and gave me a chance to explain my grievances. After speaking with him I will work with the company again and give them a chance to earn my business.

2020-06-02Had problems with ducts producing air and dust, causing severe allergies in our household. Derek came out very quickly, and was very informative in finding a solution. Derek promptly provided an estimate and, we are so happy to have clean air finally. Completely satisfied with the service we received, and would truly recommend for anyone that suffers from allergies.

Came early in the morning and diligently worked all day until the installation was complete. You could see that they know what they are doing and did it professionally. 2019-04-04Just had Derek & his awesome crew (Blake & Chris) install our heating & Air Conditioning unit. They were so professional & super clean. It was so nice to have them at our house & it is nice to know that they will be taking care of our unit every 6 months because of their maintenance program.
