The ERI employees have consistently provided us with first-rate customer service. Our legal department wouldnt let us get rid of a big amount of very outdated computer equipment at the office where I work since the hard disk held private data. ERI solved that issue.
I contacted ERI so that our out-of-date assets could be professionally and securely destroyed because it was taking up space that we required. The rest of the components of the laptops and desktop computers were recycled in an environmentally friendly manner, and the hard drives that contained confidential information were appropriately destroyed.
They came and took our old servers, monitors, laptop batteries, and other devices for proper recycling. The hard drives were to be destroyed. They were polite and on time. Ill use this service again. Ive also given their information to my IT vendor for their clientele.

Please note this review is for delivery only. You got to have an appointment otherwise they would not off load you. Call in to make sure your appointment is good. After the stop sign veer to your right to get onto scale once scale is done she will check your seal. Than she will give you a door depending on if you have one. Otherwise park beside the scale. That lady is nice. Park it onto dock take off your red airline chock your wheel and wait. It will take more than 2 hours to offload you. They are usually busy, if they havent started you in 1 hours talk to the lady, she would take care of you.Once off loaded go back to weigh for empty weigh. Parking on the street, easy to medium for dock back in. No food place near by, but the Mexican can does come in the morning at 830a.m.

This place is actually the worst to conduct business with. Let alone how they treat workers. The fact that they go threw a temp agency gives the boss Rufus and other as Enrique and Kelly, more than comfort to just release hard workers. A hard working man was fired because of his background. While the real reason was because of rumors of him smoking in the bathroom. Another employee was terminated for the same back ground. Hard working kid that was never late. Keep in mind both employees were already settled into working there for about 3 months. If background was a problem then why take them on? The night shift has more leeway for people such as Enrique, Kelly, and Don Lee to do whatever they say. By the time the man Rufus hears of it he doesnt give the employee a chance to speak their peice and sends them on their way. The three individuals simply send bad word on whomever they dont like. Because they deal with different types of lifestyles they prance around above everyone and treat them as if theyre not worth the time. Workers are expendable. But the higher ups will do nothing to fix themselves. Alot of great employees with very good work ethics were let go for reasons that cant be fully proved. So they use what they can as a bare minimum for a reason. I myself was terminated on a SUSPICION that couldnt be proved. So they used attendance as an excuse. All my days missed were excused as for my family had members passing and mourning the deaths. Simply nothing to be cared for. I feel as this place needs someone from office to watch over the Leads in both night and day shifts. DO NOT TAKE A JOB WITH THIS COMPANY

This company has grown in our local community from one facility and 10 employees to 3 locations and over 300 employees. They have created jobs and helped keep electronics and the toxins inside them out of our local landfills and water tables. I Love this company!

Staff is insufferable. The grossly overweight woman, Renee,(who refused to give me her name at first) that was occupying the scalehouse was rude to me upon our very first contact. She became condescending in addition to disrespectful once my questions required her to stop facetiming at work. She gave me unwarrented attitude when I expressed i had not delivered to this location previously. When she had to move her massive girth to address my trailer seal, she did so with an unnecessarily heavy sigh, and more eye-rolling than I prefer in the customer associates I must interact with. When I showed her on my paperwork there was not an appointment time, she blamed me instead of her facility that provided the paperwork. Her incredibly disrespectful attitude and the way she was speaking to me like I was trash motivated me to contact her superior.This company only provides an 800 number to contact. When called, the woman I spoke with that transferred me cut off my request as I was speaking to her, and transferred me without another word.The woman that answered the call put me on hold, and then disconnected the call.This is abysmal. I understand most people look down on truck drivers. Im used to getting treated poorly, ESPECIALLY here in CA. Im assuming its the self -entitled demographic here in Fresno, but every staff member I came into contact with was shamefully discourteous.The thing with truckers, we travel. We talk to tons of people, all across the country. I hope, when were treated poorly, word doesnt spread. That can shut a business down in states.

Had to deliver here this morning. Guess no-one had their coffee yet, all the employees were real rude. Called to file a complaint, and the ladies on the phone were real nice, polite, and apologetic. I appreciated that. The office staff has manners and courtesy, at least. Those 2 ladies kept this from being a 1 star rating.
I used to work here and it is such an unsafe place. They have you work in a very hot warehouse without any water close by. They allow supervisors to go against certain safety policies. The amount of workers injured on a daily basis is ridiculous.Not to mention how they threaten workers with termination if they speak up when theyre seriously injured. This company is nothing but bad news, and I hope either OSHA or the Labor Board steps in to set them straight, or shut them down.
OK, the pricing structure of this place clearly shows that they dont want to deal with the public. They charge you 30 cents a pound for electronics...BUT if you are a licensed collector, they pay you by the pound. When I asked how to become a licences collector, they told me the forms are at their other building. So basically they ISSUE the licenses themselves! Why dont they just dont pay everyone the same? Dont bother driving down there. Just find a licensed collector on Google Maps and drop off your stuff for free. It will all end up at Electronic Recyclers anyway. BTW - The guy actually had Google maps printed of a collector down the street that will take your stuff for free... (that guy will just drive it back to them to get paid). Now that is saving the environment!

My friend worked with ERI and got a staff infection due to the substandard PPE issued to him. When he approached the staff and complained about the pain it took them an entire week to send him to a doctor. He almost lost his thumb! Absolute negligence!!!!
