Before you purchase your enterprise vehicle, DO NOT GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH THEM! They are crooks! I purchased my vehicle last year in August. The vehicle only has 35,000 miles when transmission quite, the warranty depart had me waiting without a rental for 5 days and when it was approved today for service they only gave me 2 day rental. Which now it’s going to take another 1 week to fix. When I purchased the vehicle it had 22,989 miles. First they lie to you and tell you the vehicles are under factory warranty, No they are not! Before buying your vehicle make sure you call the dealership of the model your purchasing give them the vin# and they will let you know if it’s still under the warranty and let you know when it will expire. I don’t want anyone going though what I’ve been going through. It’s headaches. When your buying the warranty at the sales department at enterprise they sell you an extended warranty worth almost $2,000 and it’s only good for 76,000 miles on your vehicle and if your car brakes down after the miles, than you wasted your money.
The whole experience was amazing. I called late Friday night and spoke to him. He was able to set me up with appointment first thing Saturday morning. I had found the exact vehicle I was looking for online and Jonathon had it ready for me when I got there. I may have made it easier knowing that it was exactly what I wanted but test driving it solidified my decision. Jonathon was able to make my purchase so easy and fast. He even washed the car himself before I took it off the lot! He was great about following up with me throughout the week after I made the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealer specifically, but Enterprise as a company. Their way of dealing with with customers and how easy they make it was very impressive.

Sales people here is very nice and helpful. They waited for my purchase about 3 days. The price is very fair, the cars prices are below blue book, and all their cars are in very good condition, and low miles.

We had a very good experience with Enterprise Car Sales in Bloomington, CA. Victor was very nice and professional. He allowed is to test the vehicle without coming with us. I received very fast and effective help from Brittany. Car was picked up and ready for me to test drive the same day. Brittany couldn’t help me, so her colleague assisted me when I arrived to look at the car. He mentioned a few times that I had 7 days to take the car back if I wasn’t sure about it. I figured I’d go for it; the car was checking off most of my boxes. Once signing paperwork I was told my loan (I had a preapproved loan before I called about a car) couldn’t be processed, but after some back and forth they went ahead and processed it manually. Done. They couldn’t put gas in the car as someone else took the gas card, so I had to stop to pump gas on my way home. I realized they didn’t even wash it. It wasn’t filthy, but I just bought this car and dealers always give you a detailed and gased car. Went home and wasn’t quite sure if I liked the car (the car I traded in was with me for over 12 years); I messaged both the gentleman who helped with paperwork and Brittany to ask about my options. The gentleman sent a reply that wasn’t intended for me to see. While I wasn’t surprised with his annoyance in a customer changing their mind I felt the least he could do was make sure he didn’t send a message like that to the customer. Of course I received and apology message and a new detail about the 7 days to return the car with a $200 restocking fee that wasn’t mentioned the many times he mentioned I had 7 days to take the car back. Brittany took over after that and started to help find something else. Overall the experience was ok.
I honestly had an amazing car buying experience here. Mr. Applewhite took care of me and was very kind. All the sales people seemed personable, funny, light hearted and straight to the point. Every transaction was paired with the blue book value which I really appreciated. My ONLY complaint is the breaks started squeaking a week after buying the car but not at the time of purchase so I know it’s not their fault, but yea now I have to get that fixed. Overall would recommend them 100%.

I arrived early to Enterprise in Colton; on April 9th, 2021. Terence the sales rep greeted me with a smile and ask me about which type of car was I interested in and quickly took me to the car he felt I was talking about without hesitation.Terence asked if I would mind waiting while he closed out another customer; so I waited and when he had returned he was open to questions and quickly answered or showed me the answer to my questions. I had great experience with Enterprise rental and went to give Sales a try. However the customer service is lacking. I have two complaints1. I spoke with three gentleman there and while they seem friendly they are not very responsive for your needs. It was look around and you can take something off of our lot otherwise it’s just not there. I can tell you that the Avis Car Sales down the street was much more responsive in helping me locate something.2. During my time there I left a pair of prescription sunglasses. Despite numerous calls and trips into the office they could never seem to locate and return my glasses. When I spoke to a manager there he assured me he would look and return a call to me. Now more than one week later, I have not received a call from him. This not only speaks to their unresponsiveness but their integrity as well.As a note the only individual there who seemed helpful and responsive to customers desires was Tiffany Brown. She at least listened to what I was looking for and responded with options.Unfortunately with only good customer service in one out of four contacts I don’t have high hopes for this location.There are several car rental agencies with Car Sales, I recommend you explore all of your options and maybe try a different location.
Great service! I’m from out of state and picked out a car. They transferred it from another location and I had planned on coming to buy it shortly after. The Coronavirus struck and I couldn’t get there. The graciously held on to the car for several months for me when there was other interest in this car.Victor kept in touch with me over this time. He promised to hold on to it and he kept his promise. I did all the leg work over the phone and arrived there and was in and out with in an hour. We love the vehicle! Thanks so much team!

But my finance person was the best she went above and beyond to get me the payment that would fit my budget. The price shown was in fact the price that I had to pay, which included all the extra fees such as taxes. Overall, my experience at this location was absolutely phenomenal. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. All their employees were so kind and helpful; and look like they enjoy what they are doing and love their job! I personally worked close with Isai which is one of the best employees ever! He helped me pick out a car that would work best for me. He is a great employee and knows all the information on each car make to help you narrow down your options to find the best car fit for you. Let me start by saying that I had not thought of buying a car from Enterprise cars. But my husband was very happy with there service when he was looking to buy a precertified car. So I took my chance and it was a really good decision. Mr. Aron Chamberlin was the person that helped me with my questions. He made the process so easy and smooth. Way too long of a wait I was there at 9 a.m. didnt leave there till approximately 6 to 7 p.m. they didnt bother to come out and look for me in the parking lot I had to always go hunt them down to see what was going on with the paperwork to complete the purchase. Should not have taken that long everything was in order for the finance manager. Jonathan Brown he was excellent very polite very helpful great sales person, not too sure about the rest of them.

This was the most satisfying car purchase I have ever experienced! EVERYone was exceptionally friendly (and Happy)! I tested a vehicle I was interested in. I Loved the car but didnt love the color. My salesman, James MacIntosh, drove to another location, about 30 min. away, to pick up the car I had chosen thru the internet. While he was gone, the manager, James Applewhite II, worked out the financing, giving me every allowable financial incentive. All this with absolutely no pressure to buy! They even stayed 2 hours after closing to complete the transaction, even though I suggested I could return the next day, saying, Our wives understand that we arent really closed at closing time. I have and will continue to share my experience with my family and friends.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made. We got blue book value for our trade-in plus 500.00 and because the truck we purchased had been a rental (and we saw the CARFAX), it was like brand new with very low mileage. Our sales person Rodney knew his stuff. All the paperwork was done there and we love our truck. We will NEVER buy a brand new vehicle again from a car dealership. I think the highest qualifying factor of any sales experience is entirely dictated by the sales person and Tiffany Brown did a fantastic job of exemplifying what a great sales experience should be. I didn’t feel pressured nor conned throughout the process and was able to leave with a slick new ride. Tiffany’s best qualities were her knowledge, charm, upbeat demeanor and just a touch of sass to keep things interesting. Basically, you drive off the lot with a new vehicle that’s right for you and feeling like you made a new friend as well.
I inquired about enterprise through the internet sales and was quickly responded to and helped by a gentleman named Jesse who was very nice and helped me set up an appointment at my convenience. When i got there i was helped by Rodney who helped me from start to finish,he was very honest and nice to me and my family. I honestly did not think i would drive off the lot that day with any car yet alone a extremely nice and reliable car. This is the 2nd vehicle I personally purchased from Enterprise. I was very surprised with my first vehicle purchase. The condition of the vehicle was just like a new vehicle and the price was outstanding when compared to regular dealerships. This vehicle was totaled out in an accident. I contacted my prior sales person, Rodney Brewer at Enterprise and told him I need another vehicle like the one purchased prior. He was able to find me the vehicle and had it shipped to the Bloomington. I was able to forward money for the transportation without driving to the location. When the vehicle arrived I was able to pick up the vehicle and get he paper work done within a few hours. All the personnel contacted we courteous and very professional. I have told several of my relatives about my experience with Enterprise and they have also purchased vehicles from Enterprise.
I got a 2018 Impala and at first it was nice. Within a month I had emissions problems and had to leave it at my local Chevrolet dealer to get fixed. As the temperature got warmer I went to turn on the air conditioner but it didn’t work. I had to different mechanics check it out and both said the condenser is not working and up to $2500.00 to replace even though on the paperwork it was checked ok and certified. But I keep getting the run around cause I’ve had the car a few 3 months now and didn’t get an extended warranty.
I recently purchased a 4WD 2019 Nissan Pathfinder SL with 23,000 miles in Pristine condition priced below bluebook value!It was a joy working with Daniel Davis who searched the inventory for what I wanted and found the perfect vehicle at Enterprises Fresno dealership.It was strange purchasing a car without test driving it so Daniel arranged for me to just pay the $315 transport fee to have the vehicle delivered to his local lot. I was under no pressure or obligation to buy!I saw it, paid the balance and drove it off the lot to take delivery.It couldnt have been easier and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Its still under Nissan warranty but cost significantly less than Nissans new car MSRP of $38,000!Listen. Dont buy a brand new car and take the depreciation hit the minute you drive it off the lot!Enterprise gives its fleet of rental cars meticulous maintenance care. When its time to sell they undergo rigorous re-certification standards.Heres another secret. Cars that dont pass recertification get sold to other dealers! Only the best vehicles are sold directly by Enterprise!I loved the no-haggle car buying experience and the customer service was A+.I would buy another car or truck from Enterprise in a heartbeat.
Our car buying experience at Enterprise Car Sales in Bloomington, was non stressful. My wife and I did not once feel pressured to make car buying decisions under duress. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. There wasnt one person there that did not ask us if we needed anything to drink or snack on. As my wife said, we were there longer than we anticipated, but yet it didnt feel we were there that long. It was truly a pleasant experience. I had a wonderful car buying experience with Coleman at the Bloomington Enterprise Car Sales. I found exactly the car I wanted online. Because of my work schedule there was no way for me to come into the dealership for a week. It was a great deal and I knew it wouldnt not last long. Coleman to the rescue! He got the car from another Enterprise location then he brought the car to me at work. I test drove the car during my lunch break. Loved the car. He was able to take care of all the paperwork and drove the car back at the end of my shift! I signed the paperwork and left the parking lot in my new car. Although I didnt have a perfect after purchase experience with the Rialto Enterprise Sales location, the follow-up regarding my concerns has illustrated the Enterprise Corporations commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.I was contacted by two representatives who satisfactorily addressed my concerns.I want to clarify that I had nothing less than stellar service from the salesmen at the Rialto location, bar none! The most recent being Aaron Chamberlain. I recommend Aaron without reservation. Hes the best!I really appreciate the no haggle pricing and quality of vehicles they offer. I think i have been blessed with the Saleman i had AAron he was the nices a person i have meet. I went to purchase a car and it got sold be before i was able to buy it. So then i was on the hunt for the perfect vehicle look at a few was happy. But for some reason AAron told me hold on what about this vehicle and there it was my perfect vehicle. For some reason this young gentlemen knew my taste and pointed it out to me and i am so thankful i love this car. I came to the Bloomington office during the Covid crisis to look at the trucks available and walked away a buyer! The Enterprise staff had a Covid process in place which made me feel comfortable. They had protocols to enter the building, to wear face masks, to sign documents, etc. The staff was always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There was never a time that I didnt feel out of place. If the time is right, I will be a return buyer!
We came back 11 years later and purchased another car. They were very courteous and not hard selling. No hassles and great price! We got a vehicle with low mileage and excellent condition. If you dont like car dealers like Moss, who are hard to deal with, Enterprise is a better alternative!
I was in a car accident and had to rent a car from the enterprise at redlands, the staff there was Friendly, helpful and quick. They told that they had a location in Bloomington where I could buy a car since my car was no longer driveable and it would cost too much to fix. So when I returned the rental, I took it to the enterprise in Bloomington. Aaron Chamberlain helped me find a car and took me for a test drive. He was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. It was an easy car buying experience for me and not as stressful as I thought it might be. I got a 2018 Nissan versa and I am happy with it.
I purchased my car on 07-03-2019.Enterprise won my trust as a rental car agency. They have been my go to people for almost 5 years now. Thats the main reason why i bought my car from them, even though it was a little pricey. While there is nothing wrong with the quality of the vehicle, there is everything wrong with the customer support. Initially, they had me signed up with one of their financial agencies (Wells fargo, I believe). In the next couple of days, i got a loan approved for a better rate, with a different bank and they were ready to release a check- My first headache started here- The bank did not accept the bill of sale provided by enterprise and wanted it in a different format. I called the enterprise office and I was put on hold for almost 45 minutes. Finally, someone answered and i was put on hold again. This was a daily chore for me for almost three days. Then, i finally got hold of their finance manager and was told that they cant provide the bill of sale in the format that i requested. I had to again talk to my bank and they somehow accepted the current format and released a check. I was notified by their finance manager that they received a check and i stopped by the office to get an updated bill of sale. This time, the bill of sale had my banks name on it, which is great (07-15-2019). A few days later i got an update on my credit score calculator stating there was a new account opened on my name (In august) and hence my credit score went down by 15 points. I dug deeper to find out that there was a loan account opened on my name with Wells Fargo (Initial finance agency)- This should have never happened as my vehicle is no more associated with wells fargo. I immediately called the enterprise office and as always- i was put on hold. i got frustrated and tried calling the next day. This time, the finance manager answered the call and i explained him the situation and he understood and assured me to have this taken care of. I clearly stated that i needed an update, within the next 3 days. This happened in mid august and i did not hear anything from him for a week or so. Therefore, i had to call the division general manager and he told that he is dealing with this situation himself and stated that wells fargo has closed the account. He also said that he will provide a confirmation email stating the same in the next 3 days. It has been more than 2 weeks now and no update yet. All i am saying here is- dont leave your customer hanging. If you are still working on something, then just call your customer and say that you are still working on it. Every time, the customer has to follow up ? That isnt the right way of doing business. It is going to be a while for me before I re-gain the lost points on my credit score. Its unfortunate that I had a terrible experience with a car dealer but the main reason is not the vehicle purchased
Awesome experience. The price on the webpage was the price that I received. Absolutely no pressure, just a couple of professionals, Aaron and Coleman, which helped me through the purchase of my car. This is my second car purchased through Enterprise. First car was a 2000 Honda accord that I purchased back in 2001. Its still going strong. I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales to everyone. I know that most people are kinda leery of buying a rental car because of wear and tear but the other thing to think about is that rentals are getting regular maintenance. This means that the oil gets change when it is supposed to and that all maintenance is recorded. Once again, I highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales.

Contacted this business about the purchase of a vehicle, and secured my own financing. my finance company asked for photos of the vehicle, I couldnt get photos because the vehicle was being used by an employee as a personal vehicle. This changes mileage and condition both mechanical and physical. Dont buy here. They allow employees to joy ride the product. Stay away.

Purchased a car from Raymond Cassady , the manager here, when he was still at the Ventura office. My entire experience with him, and the team, was amazing until I drove the car off the lot. Then everything he said to me about the car, from the oil changes to shaking that was normal, was a lie. Six months to the date of purchase and Im without a car for 5 days while the internal clutch is repaired, paying deductibles to the warranties he sold me that had no deductibles, and paying for a rental that wasnt fully covered on the warranty. I regret being so gullible to someone I thought was doing good by me. I sent an email to him explaining all of this only to find he was no longer at the Ventura office so why should he care. Please be smarter than I was working with him.

My head is still swirling. I went on line and filled out the apllication, thinking it was probably a waste of time--that I wouldnt get the car. I used to think that purchasing a used rental vehicle was a bad idea. I figured these vehicles would be expensive and uncared for with high mileage. Besides, I only rented a vehicle for long distance driving (you know putting the miles on a rental rather then my own personal vehicle was ideal). While I was pivking up a rental, after my vehicle was deemed totaled resulting from an auto.hit and run, from Enterprise rent a car, the rental clerk asked me what type of car I was looking to buy and suggested I buy from enterprise. My thoughts was, yeah right! I proceeded to get into my rental and drove off without giving it a second thought. Within the hour Brandon called me and informed me that they had a vehicle in which I was interested in and invited me to come back to look at it. The car was a 2017 and the milage to me was a bit high. But the sales price was reasonable. He also informed me that there were others, same make and model, available to look at..I went a couple of days later. Looked at a number of other cars on the lot. Surprisingly, the cost of all the cars was very low and affordable. I thought at that point I should have purchased a car from Enterprise when I purchased my last vehicle, being that I only had a certain amount to spend. Anyhoots, I was introduced to Rodney, Brandon was assisting other customers, and Rodney assisted me far and beyond the norm. I was able to request a vehicle that I saw online from the San Diego area. It was the make and model I desired, 2017 with less than 13,000 miles. And the cost was very very reasonable. Im must say that I am so elated with my purchase. I came to enterprise in Bloomington to get a rental car for my fiancé. I had been thinking about purchasing a new vehicle so I decided to look at thier cars for sale. If you want to experience, what I believe to be, the easiest, cheapest and quickest way to buy a quality pre owned car, then go buy one at Enterprise.At the suggestion of a rental agent in Pismo Beach I looked into purchasing a Chevy Suburban.I looked on line at what was available. Printed up the top 3 choices I was interested in. Drove to the Bloomington lot Looked at the 3 cars. Made my choice. Talked about what Id get for my trade in, (which ended up being 1500 dollars more then others were willing to give me). Talked financing terms. Got a 1.24% rate on the used car loan which was fantastic to say the least. Had to go back to work so I couldnt finalize the paperwork that day but told them to get the car ready and put the paperwork together and that I would be back the next day at 1000 A.M.. Completed the deal the next day and drove off in my 2016 Suburban.Total time at the Enterprise car sales lot, less than an hour for 2 visits.Major kudos to Adrian and Britain for their help and their professional no pressure sales and financing pitchEverybody should look at Enterprise if you want this kind if pre owned vehicle buying experience
Enterprise Car Rental is my go to whenever Im traveling or my car is unavailable. I had a great experience with the Rialto, CA location. I was recently in a car accident and my car was totaled. From my pick up to the time I dropped off the car, every staff member I came in contact with was genuinely courteous and helpful. (I had rented 3 different cars during this time) Even when I forgot to call to extend my rental, the A-1 service continued. The prices were fair and when the car that I had reserved online wasnt available the gave me a free upgrade. (To a Camaro) 😁 Overall I was impressed with the service I received.

This place didnt really give me that great of customer service. They were just in a hurry to make a sale. They found me a piss poor loan even though my credit score is 650 i have an APR of 22%. They lied to me about check holding and really didnt put any effort into making me happy with my purchase. Over all horrible experience.

The regional manager (Adrian) was overly aggressive and abrasive, which upset my fiance and almost lost a sale. If it wasnt for the patience and the persistence of the other salespeople (James & Wilson) then there wouldnt have been a purchase. The rating wouldve been higher if I had received more help with adding a Sirius Satellite Radio promotion, which I never got.

2022-05-24My car was dead due to electrical failure. So, I took a loan, got approved and came here. I had Aaron Chamberlain who was my seller. Great guy, got a along real well and along with everyone else. Unfortunately customer service has an expiration date. About a month of purchase, I started having problems with the car. Emailed Aaron. He responded immediately and asked me to bring the car in. I did and was helped by someone else. Was told that they were going to contact Pep Boys and would be contacted by them. Great! Not great. I never got a call from Pep Boys. I tried contacting Aaron again. Never heard anything from him or anyone else. Now Im stuck with a car that has the same problems with my last car along with the check engine light on also. Thanks!

2018-01-16Tiffany and everyone at Enterprise car sales were nothing but helpful and supportive throughout our used car purchase. Not having the best credit history and a small downpayment prevented us from getting approved at other car dealerships previously. However, at enterprise car sales, our loan has been approved and we are now happily driving our 16 Ford Focus for a reasonable monthly payment that fits our budget. We are completely satisfied not only with the car we are now driving but with the care we received while making the purchase. We will definitely be looking to enterprise when we are ready to buy another vehicle.

2019-12-10After I was injured in a traffic collision I made contact with enterprise to see what vehicles they had available and I met with Aaron Chamberlain who was kind enough to locate a car for me in another city and drive it back to this area so that I could purchase it. I am very pleased with the service and the professional manner in which Aaron handled my transaction and I would highly recommend Enterprise to all of my friends. The fact that they not only located the perfect car for me they gave me some free extras and a very reasonable price that was unexpected. So far we love our car and it is just like new to us thank you enterprise.

I was nervous & scared about buying a car (what if it breaks down, can we afford it, is the car a good deal, etc).Sales Consultant, Victor Amador, showed genuine compassion and understanding for me and my situation.Victor walked my wife & I thru the entire car buying process, he answered all our questions and calmed our worries about buying a vehicle. 2020-12-14What a wonderful experience!!! James McIntosh was and is awesome. So super friendly and professional. Went down to San Diego to get the car my daughter wanted. Didnt try pushing another car on her. Respected what she wanted and was above and beyond what we expected from a car dealer.
