Dont expect to have your phone working while youre waiting. Its not just this building its the whole system but some of these workers shouldnt ever interact with humans and definitely not have control over their help. I had a worker that was so unethical that I complained to the big guys (more than the supervisor) and got her switched which never happens, hopefully she got fired but I doubt it. I have it two stars because there are a couple that are trying to help the community.

I applied for emergency food stamps sent in all my documents, received a worker I’ve been calling and calling to see the status and have not heard from her yet it’s been 3 weeks. Very disappointed with this county. When I was in alameda I never had to deal with this prolonged process.

I’m going to be honest with you all… they really don’t offer no help, worker don’t answer the phone or return calls, and security is highly disrespectful especially to the mentally I’ll and disabled.

Quick and painless. This visit I believe everyone was stangely, relaxed- courteous even. Maybe this slow down of our world isnt so bad.

Some days s are better than others. Each worker that I have had for my grand children have always been respectful, informative, and doesn’t keep me long. And if your disabled they will come to your house for an appointment. Again some days are better than others when it comes to applying for services. Some days go quick, some days go slow. Best time to go is early in the morning.

Had some things to take care of and after waiting a while, I was called up and I explained what I needed, to which I was told to visit another building. I went to said building, only to be told that the former place I went to was the correct one. After wasting hours of my time with nothing to show for it, I counted my losses and tried again another day. Thankfully, the office in Fremont is staffed by competent people who actually care and got everything done with no issues in an efficient manner. If you can get there, go to the Fremont one instead.
