From the experience of time I advise to avoid dealing with Emirates Shipping Company iIn Anaheim, California, especially their dealings with the Gulf, it is unfortunate to exploit. When they know that you will ship a car to the Arabian Gulf, they will add at least $ 1500 to claim that it is US customs duties. This is a lie because their bills they give you have nothing to do with American customs. Fabricated and forged ... When the office of the Emirates company in the city of Anaheim feel that you leave the United States permanently without return will steal you with these additional fees other than shipping charges ... I advise to stay away from them and search for an honest American company

2020-02-25The worst experience for anyone who is not savvy about shipping!!! They smile and trap you after you have paid them!!! You sign a paper that signifies that there will be an extra charge if your cargo is held up with customs! We were mislead with a smile! I believe the person who handled our account knowingly allowed us to get trapped with extra charges and fees! Mind we had no experience with all the rules involved with shipping the container!Buyer be ware!!! Especially if you are uninformed by the company who offers this service to you!!!! I think we need all of the people who feel ripped off to contact our attorney!

2018-10-28Horrible experience with this company. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING WITH THEM. My car has been received on June 6th and was ready to be shipped from Portland, OR to final destination in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. They said that they received it in California (apparently where their HQ is located) on July 24th. It has now been over 4 months and the car still has not moved from California. They said that the car has been randomly selected for “inspection” by the US custom and they want me to cover the costs. It will probably take another 3 months until I receive my car in December or beginning of the year. Also, they should work on improving communication with the customer. I should have shipped my car with another company. If you don’t want to experience all this headache, do not do business with them.

2018-11-06Be careful, they will charge you for stuff you dont know. They made me pay $1,500 dollar extra and presented a false invoice of 7 pages that have nothing to do with what I am paying. saying its customs inspection fees.

2016-04-17WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER !THE DELIVERY GUY DAMAGED OUR CAR AND NEVER WANTED TO BE RESPONSIBLE AT ALL.HE BLAMED OTHER GUY FOR THE DAMAGE ON THE CAR, AND HE EVEN THREATEN US TO HAUL OUR CAR BACK TO THE PICKUP PLACE, IN ANOTHER STATE, IF WE DIDNT JUST LET IT GO.UNACCEPTABLE !!!
