As a first time home buyer, Elisa guided me step by step through the home buying process. I bought a condo in Temescal in 2011. I met Elisa at an open house. At the time, I was just thinking about buying - but she got me in touch with a great loan guy who helped me figure how much I could afford. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea how important real estate agents were - so I was lucky enough to stumble upon Elisa. As first time homebuyers, there was a lot about the home buying process we didn’t know and weren’t prepared for before diving into our search. We were so lucky to find Elisa! From our first conversation, we could tell she was very knowledgeable and was so great at explaining clearly some of the complicated steps and terms associated with home buying. I am retired from a thirty+-year career as the chair of the real estate practice for one of the best known legal firms in the Bay Area. For a a real estate deal to come to a successful conclusion the agent has to embody multiple roles. A task master (keeping track of the mountain of paperwork) a cheerleader (encourages you to complete the tasks necessary to sell the house, psychologist (Talking you off the ledge when you encounter the inevitable set back).Elise seamlessly plays all these roles and more. Elisa is great with walking through the home searching, offering (rejection and acceptance), and escrow phases of the process. Elisa is very detail oriented, giving great research information in this hectic market with very good valuation estimations when making offers on the home, as well as the home quality itself when making an offer.Elisa is both extremely talented at her job, and works hard to make sure she can guide you to your perfect home. Her extensive industry knowledge and her insightful assessment of our real estate needs enabled her to create a marketing plan which garnered us a 6% cash offer over our asking price. Time was of essence since this was an investment transaction where monies needed to be invested within given timeframe. Because of her vast array of connections to appraisers, contract law professionals and escrow and 1031 exchange officers, this sale closed less than 30 days in the month of December. Her very personable approach and her driven spirit for excellence made this complex transaction happen. 2021-10-05Elisa is the ultimate professional. She came in and took a look at my home which had been on the market for nearly two months without any real offers. She pointed out a few things she thought were the reason my property hadnt sold. The repairs were done and we went on the market. She guided me every step of the way by providing me the tools and information I needed to decipher the complexities of this process.. She took her time to show me properties and show me issues I had no idea were there. She was very responsive to every one of my questions and concerns.
