This is actually a food truck located on the corner of Sierra Madre and Altadena. I ordered the queso taco and it was pretty good. Not the best birria or consomme but it was decent and satisfied my craving. Their customer service is great and you can pay with your phone which is convenient.

This is a great food truck in Pasadena. If youve driven by this you may have noticed that they advertise a bone marrow taco. Well, I decided to try it today and it was delicious. Its not cheap and its not fast, but it is fully of umami and its tasty! After taxes it was about $11 and it came with some tender beef on two corn tortillas and a huge bone with the marrow topped with pickled onions, white onions, and cilantro.I was intrigued by the concept and it was certainly a nice treat. Im not sure if Ill order it again since Im a fan of the mainstream street tacos, but it is certainly worth trying at least once.The rest of their menu is focused on birra and there are no other meats on the menu. They also offer cheese dishes.Ill happily go back and start to try other dishes on their menu. The entire menu looked tasty.

We are so fortunate as Angelenos to have access to so many varieties of delicious Mexican food, and Birria tacos with consommé is a must try.This a food truck parked in a unassuming residential neighborhood with plenty of parking all around.We got the sample platter & the 3 amigos platter which came out to be $36+ after taxes. Inflation is real. Each platter comes with a bag of diced onions/cilantro, radish chips, and 2 different salsas to garnish your tacos. The consommé was and should always be the star of the meal, and I thought it had a very good flavor with a hint of spicy and sweetness. To be honest, all the tacos utilized the same ingredients, just prepared differently. So perhaps one platter to share would have been enough, but we couldnt help ourselves.They closed shop at 8 on a Saturday, but I think they would have more success serving as a midnight snack. They accept card and Apple Pay. Support your local businesses when possible!

Been meaning to come try this truck for awhile now and was in the area and starving and it really hit the spot! The birria and consume are very tasty. I really like their salsa too. Cant wait to go back and try more things!

The best tacos in SGV! They only serve Birria. But it comes with an excellent consome and kickin salsa! $4 for a taco. And well worth it!

The birriria tacos are so good. They have a simple menu and Mexican Coke. Super friendly. Its a truck so eat at or inside your car.
