Booked through a third party. Had a family emergency and was forced to leave a day early. This hotel is refusing to refund me my funds back because I booked through a third party (the hopper app). Oscar the hotel assistant manager was very rude and not helpful regarding my situation. In addition, while entering the bathroom their was spiders crawling around. And the walls and very thin you can hear everything!
I am not quite sure what is deemed as a suite, but definitely not this place. The rooms are remodeled, but the walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING that is going on with all the rooms surrounding you and good luck if you are downstairs because the upstairs feels like it is falling on top of you every time someone walks. The manager at the front is a not guy who speaks to customers very rudely. I will never under any circumstance stay at this motel.
Staff was attentive the room right above the office ,201 was very spacious and clean. We stayed there for 4 nights. Problem is there is no room service so you basically have to throw out your own trash grab new towels each morning, make your own bed, sweep and mop your own floor. With 3 kiddos thats alot of work especially being at Disneyland all day everyday we stayed. If you are staying more than one night I do not recommend staying there.
It is a really nice hotel . It was very clean with comfortable beds . There was a coffee maker, hair dryer, mini fridge and microwave. The restroom had a shower and a bathtub . There was handicapped parking . The price of the room was very reasonable . There was wifi and cable t.v also. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Disney downtown. I would highly recommend this place.
From the outside it doesnt look like much but the rooms were really nice and its really close to the park walking distance if you dont mind walking had a good view I could see the fire works from the park the first night we were there. Really great price for what we got.
Great hotel. The staff are friendly and very responsive to any issues that arise. When getting to the room, the heater/AC unit was not working. I talked to the front desk person and in less than 5 minutes the maintenance person was fixing the issue which turned out to be a simple reset of the circuit breaker. The rooms are nice and the bathroom is quite big. Lots of outlets throughout the room, so finding a place to plug things in is never an issue. The only negative thing I noticed is that the walls are not very well soundproofed. You can easily hear voices in the next room, but not quite make out the words. Also the beds are a little noisy. They are on a platform that is attached to the wall in such a way that you can sometimes hear a person in the other room moving in their bed.The hotel is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from Disneyland. Over all the hotel was very enjoyable to stay at and would definitely stay again in the future.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE! The pics look ok online but it is worse than a motel 6 and over priced! The room was dirty when we got there, & sheets were itchy. They do not do room cleaning everyday it was only done on day 1 because asked to have our sheets changed and that we needed more towels.Shower took 20 mins to warm up even then it was still cold. Shower curtain was ripped and dirty looking.Never again!
Have to wait for several minutes for hot water, the room above us has a squeaky floor so you can hear people walking around. Curtains dont block lights from parking lot. Its a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Not near main gate. They will say parking is $15/day but they charge you $17.
Don’t recommend! Stayed in a Family Suite, RM 120, on Labor Day weekend for one night to go to Disneyland. We woke up with bug bites. It was embarrassing walking around Disney w/ huge bug bites. I made front desk aware and seems as it’s an issue since they already had pest control scheduled for the next day. Front desk confirmed they’d send an email with their findings. It’s been a few days now and haven’t heard back. Also, the guest checking out after me also mention possible bed bugs in their room.
I have a two night stay. At 10am on a Saturday there is the loudest gardener working on the property. I was abruptly waken out of my sleep. This place also charges $15 per car per day for parking. There’s other hotels that include parking. Won’t be staying here anymore I can not believe I’ve been woken up by a gardener right outside my window. It’s Saturday people are on vacation that is so unprofessional. I know it needs to be done but I’m sure there’s a slower day of the week. The room that says one bedroom family suite is also just one single room, very misleading.
Excellent clean place very nice updated furniture. No breakfast. But they do have good coffee in the rooms. The rooms have everything from microwave refrigerator everything in working condition. The only problem is that they surprise you with a $17 parking fee after paying and then the person I spoke to acted like $17 is no big deal. Well it is to me. I would have never gotten the room if I would have known there would be a $17 parking fee.
What a great place! Recently renovated and they did an amazing job! Rooms are clean, cozy, and spacious. Great area, easy walking distance to Disneyland, and every employee we interacted with was so nice and friendly. Didn’t get a chance to try out the pool but it looked nice and clean.
Convenient location amazing staff. I stay all the time and have recommended to my friends. Great price, service and very clean. Oscar the manager is awesome. He remembered me from my first stay and remembered everything about me and what I needed extra. My coffee lol staff always greets you with a smile. I highly recommend.
Remodeled and roomy. Booked a family suite for our Disneyland trip. The room was so spacious, fridge, microwave, sofa sleeper, it was perfect. Short walk into Downtown Disney and we entered into the park via the Monorail avoiding the Main Gate chaos. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the eco friendly options as well.
This is a nice motel. Its been remodeled and is clean and comfortable. I love the solid surface floors, the rooms are spacious and clean. The poll is small, but nice. Theres plenty of parking and they monitor it to prevent unauthorized cars. It is quiet and the staff is friendly, housekeeping does a great job. It is walking distance to Disneyland, about 15 to 20 minute walk. Price fluctuate depending on whats going on in the area, we stay here when its on the cheaper end and stay closer to Disneyland when the prices are high.
Our room appeared to be recently renovated and was a nice size for my wife and three kids to share. It is very close to Disney if you are planning a visit there. The staff were nice and friendly. They do not have coin laundry machines on site, so plan on using a local laundry mat if you dont want to pay for their laundry service. The last day of our stay our room did not get maid service. We did get fresh towels so not a high deal, but did mean dealing with already full trash cans in the room. They do have a pool, though it is quite small. Overall it is a decent place to stay if you are wanting to stay in the Disney area and need a larger room for a decent price.
Clean pergo floors and pretty comfortable bed. Very noisy, next to construction, on main street. my friends room didnt have a shower curtain. Small pool in the parking lot, no hot tub. no frills. All about the location and they know it. Not even bad coffee in the lobby. Service attitude below-average. Was fine for 24 hours -- we just needed a clean place to crash to get to Disneyland but next time Ill shop around more.
Walking distance when it comes to walking to Disneyland is not far at all. That was the only good thing. To start the staff is super short and not very warm and fuzzy. Just try and hold even a small conversation or talk about your hotel. Went to the front desk twice and no change. When getting the room for the few days were were there we were quotes all together a certain price and have now been charged 3 times for I dont even know. Hoping its just an oops and will get it back. The bathroom toilet ran all night long, every about 30 seconds every single night. If you are going to run a business then fix your stuff. Also, be honest and better with your customer service if anything! Thanks!!!
This hotel is clean and comfortable. It is also a convenient walking distance from Disneyland. Overall, a good experience. A few of cons:(1) Signage. There is one sign for the hotel, and it is poorly located. It is short and set back from the street, making finding the hotel tricky your first time there.(2) Room Cleaning. The hosts did a nice job cleaning and preparing the room, but didnt come until 4:30-5:00pm.(3) Pool. While the pool was clean, it was FRIGID! Not at all enjoyable. These drawbacks were relatively minor, but IMHO, did detract from my overall enjoyment of my stay. I would stay here again, mostly from proximity and access to Disneyland.
My family and I stayed here in mid-January. We spent very little time at the hotel as we were just using it to sleep at night while we went to Disneyland during the day. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Parking was great. Hot water was not consistent but otherwise happy with this place. Pretty easy walk to Disneyland if you are someone who walks. If you are not fond of walking it might be too far for you however.
Very affordable and an easy walk to the Disney parks and Downtown Disney. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. While we were there there was some construction right outside so it could be a little loud pretty early in the morning. However, it helped to get up early and get to the parks!! Ive already recommended this hotel to a number of friends!
We enjoyed the newly updated room we stayed in. The choice in flooring and furnishings was a good one in my opinion. The shower still leaked a bit on the floor due to poor placement of the shower head and it will definitely cause premature wearing of the floor where we noticed it leaking. The 4 star rating was due to a difficult parking lot which was small and cramped. The location is however, within walking distance to Disneyland and a fraction of the cost to stay at a Disney hotel so with that in mind I highly recommend staying here.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat! I love the laminate floor in our room. It feels a great deal cleaner than the nasty ancient carpet Ive seen in every other motel Ive stayed in. The room is simple and pleasant. We were able to drop our luggage off at the front desk several hours before our check-in time, which allowed us almost an entire extra day in Disneyland without having to haul our stuff around with us.The walk to the park is very manageable. It took us about 15 minutes.
We stayed here for the purposes of going to Disney. It was sufficient. The rooms were not very quiet and the beds were just okay comfort wise. I personally was pretty cold the whole time and didnt sleep well also because of noise. We had hardwood floors on the second floor which could not have been nice for the people below us. The wifi is ridiculously slow. There is not a lot of parking and theyll only give you one pass per room (not a problem for us but the people before us checking in had issues). Theyre going to charge you a $7 a night resort fee on check in for their really slow wifi and because they provide free parking. Personally, I would pay a little more next time to have a more comfortable stay.
Doesnt look to fancy from the outside, room should have another bathroom. Closet had decent space. Refrigerator, and microwave were useful, fridge was big enough. Good room, 3 beds, but one was a couch bed which was uncomfortable. Location is good, close to Disney downtown. Service was alright but didnt clean up too well.
We have a great experience at this hotel, the advantage is you can walk to disney parks and save money on the parking is just 12-15 mts walking. The only thing that i didn’t like was one the website they offer free breakfast but due COVID they are not doing but other than that everything was super great… 😊
I booked a room here to take my family to Disneyland. I booked through Expedia and there was a glitch at checkout that changed my check in date. I called the hotel within 5 minutes, they told me to contact Expedia, so I did. Expedia let me know they would work through the hotel to get a refund, I asked if they could just change the date and if there was a difference I could pay that. Expedia told me to wait and they would work through the hotel. Today, I received an email letting me know that the hotel had rejected my refund request. The hotel didnt suffer any loss and had the chance to do the right thing and did not. I will never stay here and I would caution anyone saving for a family trip from booking here. Very poor judgment
We just stayed here on a trip to Disneyland. The rooms are really nice and newly remodeled. They are clean, comfortable, and look like new. I like the wooden floor look instead of carpeting since carpeting looks so gross when theres stains. The people at the front desk were professional, friendly, and helpful. I had interactions with 3 different people at the front desk and they were all terrific. We were able to save on parking at Disneyland by leaving our car here and walking. It was about a 15-20 minute walk. I will definitely stay here again.
Affordable ... biggggg two queen bed suites .It has so much space .. love the area nice and calm..front desk clerk was super nice and helpful..I was so happy to hear pool was open although not very big but Im not much to complain price was right and I had a great stay will be coming back if Im in area again. Definitely
Will definitely be back! Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. We were traveling with a group of 25 kids and 7 adults and they were so accommodating! My only complaint would be that the laminate flooring was quite loud if your room is on a lower level (we seemed to have a heard off elephants above us one night). If youre worried just ask for a room on the 2nd floor.
The room we had was nice. I wasnt sure about the tile floors but they were both nice looking and a nice surface for bare feet (not cold). Having parking included was a nice bonus since we were going to Disneyland. I would stay here again. Km glad they could refurbish an older location to a new look and design.
This place was a real surprise! HUGE room with a great new renovation, felt like an apartment.Awesome last minute price offering and no amenities hold (when I was there a week ago) ... just be sure to check in case things change.Staff was accommodating and kind. I had a great stay and will stay again and again.
Location location location. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and decor is modern and pleasant. No window in shower / toilet area and the exhaust fan was not up to the task. Noisy with traffic / trucks zipping past. Earplugs really helped. No laundry facilities and no free breakfast. Works great as a crash pad for full days at Disneyland / CA. Adventure. Staff was great. Cleaning team was great. All our belongings were waiting safely for us at the end of each day. Heater worked well, though we could have used a warmer blanket (in Feb.)
The room and services are so basic. For the price of the room we could have stayed at a much more accommodating hotel. The room is very small, the pool is very close to the road and can only have a few kids in it before it feels crowded. They do not have a continental breakfast or shuttle. The room is clean but the staff is small and getting amenities was not doable. Parking is the right size for the building.. Nothing extra. The building behind it is under construction so all day, starting at 7am, they are Jack hammering. That was only a problem for us at 7 since we left by 9 each morning. This is expensive for the quality and service but if you want to be able to walk to and from Disneyland, its perfect!
Stayed while they were remodeling, but had no issue with noise. A/C in my room with one bed and mini fridge didnt work so they moved me to a 2 room suite and full kitchen NO EXTRA CHARGE!. Great prices, walking distance to Disneyland! would recommend to anyone! It isnt a luxury hotel but I enjoyed the price and my stay. Will stay again and I have recommended it to many family members that took my advice and they have stayed there multiple time since!!!
If you like to spend a lot of time in your room, this is probably not your best choice. Basic motel with no frills. Super convenient to Disney for a third of the cost. Dont expect any extras beyond TV, a place to sleep and shower. The property was a bit dated but really clean. I would stay again.
This is definitely a two star motel, however, its inexpensive with free parking and is located where you can walk to Disneyland. Its perfect for when youre not going to be staying in the room unless youre there to sleep. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The only complaint is that housekeeping did not make the beds. They also took all of the towels and didnt replace them with clean towels - it looks as if possibly the house keeper got distracted in the middle of the job and never came back to finish. Overall its a decent motel and a good option for an inexpensive trip to Disneyland.
The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to Downtown Disney and next to the convention center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have water and snacks in the lobby for a reasonable (hotel) price. The walls are paper thin so if you have a family with small loud children then you are going to hear every whine or cry. We had a family above us and it seemed like the kids were running sprints all night and then finally falling down crying... I let it go on until it was time to go to bed then I had to start banging on the ceiling to let them know it was time to cut it out.
Really nice rooms. Very clean, modern, and great location to Disneyland. Bedding is also minimal. No extra blankets in the room. No safe for valuables. Not enough parking. Coffee in the room only for one. No coffee or breakfast at this hotel. I would stay here again, but be aware of the shortcomings.
Great place to stay. Nice room, comfortable bed. We had a noisy person above us walking around all night and the staff were amazingly helpful. Would highly recommend. Dropped a star only because of the creaky floorboards Making it hard to sleep downstairs. When we were moved upstairs, definitely 5 star.
Were staying here for our trip to Disneyland and this location is perfect. Its only a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney and the Disney parks. The room is a good size and you can tell its been updated recently, its clean and a great value for the price. I wish I could give 4.5 stars but Google wont let me. The pool was a little dirty but other than that this place is great!
Absolutely love this hotel. Ive been staying here for ALL of my Disney trips for almost ten years. The rooms are great. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The location is absurdly close and convenient to anything you could need for a Disney trip. I constantly tell friends to stay here. The parks are only a 2-3 block walk up Disneyland Drive. Close enough to watch the fireworks every night!
Loved it, had a great experience. Just needed a clean, safe place to stay the night. Incredibly clean room and shower. Curtains could cover more light coming in, but we still managed to get a goodnight sleep. Really no complaints. Friendly front desk and night security. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you!
Great location, You should look into getting the ART cards to ride the bus to the park--its not a short walk but its Long to get to the park. If you at the room at 9:30pm you will be able to see the fireworks show from the room. Ask when you check in for a view towards the park. The pool would have been nice if it was heated. Only issue we ran into was the water temp in the shower---had to call front desk and they fixed it ASAP. Nice wooden floors in the room----AC was nice and cold. You get 10% off cocos if you give them your room number.
I am absolutely satisfied with this hotel. First time here and will definitely be booking with them again. Found this hotel from my husbands company discount page-the price was very reasonable. Looked up reviews on Yelp as well. They had mixed reviews but I went ahead with the hotel anyways. I was impressed on the remodel with everything. We ended up staying for two nights. The first room was decent enough to accommodate four adults and a 10 month old baby. The room was nice and tidy, beds were made nice, bathroom was clean and they even had an actual closet-it was huge! You rarely see these closets at other hotels/inns.Second room was a lot bigger! Loved it! The bathroom was huge as well! The hotel allows parking for one vehicle but they try to accommodate a second vehicle-depending on how busy they are. But if not possible they are very helpful in finding the nearest parking lot possible. If you are planning to book here, ask for Oscar! He is awesome!
Rooms are extremely spacious. One of the bigger rooms Ive encountered. No carpet and lots of Browns give it a modern day contemporary style room. Not the traditional boring look. I would definitely stay here again. Really really close to Disneyland especially downtown Disney
Room was clean and spacious but there were too many other issues. The air conditioner seems very old. It is noisy and sounds like its about to break down. One night I didnt use it and I could hear the one above my room. The sound was like a deep bass that pulsed regularly. When i used the AC in my room, it was terrible. It blew hard with cold air for about 5 minutes, then nothing. It would be too hot until it started blowing again, then it would be too cold for about 5 minutes. Worst of all it gave me and my sister a bad sore throat that lasted all day even after leaving the room. They also charge a 7 dollar per night resort fee after youve already paid through expedia which seems arbitrary. Why is that not part of the booking cost?
Rooms were clean and spacious. We were staying there during a conference at the convention center and it’s within walking distance and was perfect for our trip with the amenities it offered. It is also walking distance to Disneyland which we took advantage of during our stay as well!
I am a little late writing this review but I wanted to rate this property because there are a lot of bad reviews on here and I wanted to let everyone know that we had a great stay. We stayed over Halloween 2014 for 4 nights. Were in a family suite which sleeps 6 comfortably. Our room was brand new, and clean, fridge and microwave came in handy to get my family a good breakfast before we headed to the park. the beds were comfortable, everything worked in the room, cable, internet access, bathrooms etc. we had no issues. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I did not see any of the regular rooms but our suite was very nice. I would recommend this property in one of their newly renovated rooms. Not to mention a great price for walking distance to Disneyland.
Booked a two double queen for one night because it was near Disneyland .Includes parking spot during your stay .The room was great everything looked like new. It had a small fridge , ac , safe , coffee maker , and iron .During our stay we use the AC because it was super hot . The AC worked and was easy to use.Had to wait at the front desk for a while for the receptionist to arrive . No sign indicating he will be back .The shower in the room water flows slowly and there is no adjustment for that .Also , no complimentary breakfast (FYI ) , we didn’t mind .Overall , it was a good place to stay because it is near to Disneyland .🌌🌌🌌🦖🦕
Overall the hotel is at a great location, especially if you plan a trip to one of the Disney parks. The room was very clean and a welcome retreat after a long day walking around. Large closet provides ample storage for luggage, only a few hangers so you will want to bring more or ask the desk. Front desk personnel were very pleasant and curtious. Only cons we found was the AC is a large wall unit which can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper (got used to it after the second night). Had a 1st floor room and easy to hear noise from room above. Would have liked to have more storage with drawers. Bang for buck was well worth it so would stay again even with cons.
From the outside, it doesnt look like anything spectacular. The rooms - esp the family suites - are pretty nice, spacious and contemporary. The front office staff are friendly, accommodating folks. If on the bottom floor, you will hear whats going on above you. Within walking distance to Disneyland parks. Cocos restaurant in the corner. Not a bad stay.
Nice motel. The rooms are a good size. The room was clean and smelt clean. The beds were comfortable. They have nice hard wood floor instead of gross carpet found at most hotels. Two complaints, the first is that the TV is far away from the bed, which isnt that bad, but the TV is really small for the size of the room and how far away it is from the bed. The second complaint is how noisy it is from all the car traffic. The motel is on a major street which has a lot traffic. You hear all the road noise at all hours of the day and night. I would recommend this motel, but if your a lite sleeper all the road traffic would be a problem. Overall it was a good place for the two days I stayed there.
The stay at Eden Roc was great for what we needed. The room looked nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Dont forget to pick up the little piece of paper with the wifi instructions/password. If you are staying there then chances are that youd be gong to Disneyland so most of your time will be spent on the park instead of the hotel. Youll be given a parking permit to use during your stay if you brought a car. The location is great since its a short walk away from the park and downtown Disney so you shouldnt need a car to get to the park.
For big families this hotel has bare minimum. They have soft beds, after a long day at Disney, the beds were comfy. They do not have a table with chairs, just a chair for the office space. They also do not have a dresser😵 Family of six had a huge pile of clothes. No hangers, but the room had a lot of empty space. I wish I would of brought the baby walker. Worth the price!
Great rooms. Clean. Love the wood tile floor. Beds very comfortable. Comes with microwave, refrigerator ,safe, TV. Free Wi-Fi. One block from Disneyland and convention center. Staff very friendly and helpful. AND they do not charge extra for parking in their parking like the other hotels near Disneyland.
Forget all the previous reviews! This place has gone under complete and total reconstruction and they are almost done! For a one night stay and short walking distance to the parks (maybe 7-10 minutes) this place is our new go to hotel! Granted we only use it to sleep and shower as we get back from the park about 1 and go back at opening! The rooms are nice, contemporary, and clean! Checking in at 1 am was no problem! Great customer service and they even held our bags for us! The only reason for 4 stars is because the parking fills up quickly and they dont provide conditioner..... Strange but true! Will definitely be staying here again!
This hotel is well located. Close to the convention Center and Disneyland. Downtown Disney is just up the street and a very short walk. Ive stayed here multiple times and have had no issues. Rooms were refurbished recently. For the price and free parking this location has been a great choice for me. My only problem is the limited parking with the other side of the building might cause you to have a longer walk to your room, but just around the building. And it could use better shampoo and bath wash.
I stayed here this past weekend for one night. It was the only hotel I could find near Disneyland at the last minute. The location is great, a short walk to Downtown Disney. The place is under renovations but it didnt bother me at all. I was in a renovated room and it was very nice and clean. It was pretty bare-bones however. There was no phone or alarm clock/radio in the room. There was also no coffee maker, which was a negative for me. There is no wifi, except in the lobby, which is just a small room with no seating area. There was a hair dryer and iron/ironing board. The room served my purposes by providing with a decent bed for the night but would not be a choice if you planned on spending much time in your room.
This Inn & Suites is really more of a glorified motel. The room we stayed in was very up to date and clean and smelled great, but dont expect amenities like an indoor pool, free hot breakfast, etc. It is a rather small, basic, and clean place to stay within walking distance of Disney. The staff were all very nice as well.
The newly remodeled rooms are very nice. Microwave and mini fridge, plenty of towels, comfy pillows and beds. My family and I stayed here for the weekend to go to Disney. The hotel is within walking distance. We just cut through the lobby at grand Californian and that put us out at downtown Disney shopping center. The pricing of the hotel is reasonable. The only thing I wish they had was breakfast which is why Im giving 4 stars. Other than that the staff is friendly and the rooms are nice.
Very basic motel, lots of noise from the road and you can hear your neighbors. Couldnt shower because there was no water pressure out of the shower head. TV has a auto dim feature so when you turn the lights off you can hardly see the screen. No breakfast and only course thing to walk to is Disney, no food places or gas stations. Only positive is the cheap price.
Eden Roc was really nice. Rooms were nice, lobby was nice and all the staff were great. Held our bags for us before and after check in. Stefanie at the front was great! Only downside was being able to hear EVERYTHING above us. Kids running around all hours. Very close to Disneyland. Would stay again. Great price.
Very close to Disneyland if you would like to walk in. The parking lot is limited but they are accommodating if you cant find a space. The rooms were clean but ours was not as advertised. Online it showed a kitchette but the room did not have a kitchenette. Otherwise it was a decent place to stay.
Was not happy at all with our room. I booked a suite for 2 nights. Our bed sheets & blankets had to be replaced because they were dirty, our floors were dirty it turned our feets black, there was crumbs & other foods underneath the sofa bed. The sofa bed has no cushion left to it, it felt like sleeping on springs alone. For the price of the rooms, you can stay else where a lot nicer, cleaner, & comfortable.
The remodel was nice but with no carpeting everything echoed. You could clearly hear other guests at every hour in surrounding rooms. When cleaning services came through they did not replace our coffee, clean the floor or clean up the dead spider we smashed in the bathroom the night before.
Nice rooms and right at entrance to Disney. If you are trying to find a clean, convenient place to stage a Disney adventure, and save $200/night on rooms, this is the place. Walking distance from the parks. Trust me, there are plenty of other things to spend on at Disney. Any savings on room will still go the Magic Kingdom :-)
Yes all the bad reviews are not wrong, my family experience there was horrible. Of the many complaints I have, the one that really topped it off was when our room was not serviced for two days! When I went down to the office to ask about it, the manager handed me the sheets and towels to put on myself, because housekeeping was not going to be available til the next day. Well respectively I should have been compensated a discount to say the least, yeah I got a discount alright...10 % of my entire stay!!! Never again will we stay there again. Its too bad their location is great, but a business cannot run on just a good location. Good management is very important. Our family goes to Disneyland several times throughout the year. They could have made us very happy.
We arrived their and found parking to be a little tight. There were enough spots, but it is still something o consider. The room was adequate. The beds were clean and the room was equipped with a fridge and microwave. The price was par for the course. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
Over priced rooms ....They charge almost $ 18.00 for parking & good luck on that ....The parking lot is so packed...youre lucky to find a spot....One of their sponsors , a Chinese restaurant.... its so sad that when you call to order you reach a voicemail promising a return call that never happens ....WE DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ....
You can walk to Disney from here. Great little spot and if youre on the far side you can see the wheel at Cali Adventures. Oscar was at the front desk and was super nice. Also they did just redo the rooms-no more carpet! Read: No more wondering what your feet are touching! The beds were super clean and comfy. Only down side: walls were paper thin and we were by the stairs which Im sure didnt help! Otherwise...it was an awesome stay!
Ill begin by writing about the good, the bad and the ugly. Ill list them out and then elaborate on them. The good:1. Price - reasonably priced for the area, the caveat here is that a better value can be had.2. Recently updated rooms - updated, however this is like a glorified motel 6.The bad:1. Dirty - the room had garbage leftover from previous vacationers in nooks and crannies that should be seen with each thorough cleaning.2. Room service was inconsistent - they delivered a different amount of towels each day. No soap replaced for hand washing. Cleaning lady hairs left behind.3. Bedding was damp every day!!! - they cleaned the bedding daily, however, it felt as though we were sleeping on a soggy bed.The UGLY:1. Parking - there are simply not enough spaces to cover the amount of rooms. I was asked to park on the sidewalk by the security guard. Also, ended up having to park in the entrance along with 5 other vacationer vehicles. - if you stay here, youll understand.2. Pests - if you enjoy chocolate covered bugs, just bring the chocolate. There is NO pest control going on here. We had crickets, earwigs and roaches.3. The walking distance to the parks - on paper this appears to be a viable walking option. For 2 adults, sure, add kids to the mix and youll likely gouge your eyeballs out. In hindsight, I would not consider this walking distance.4. No breakfast - although we knew this going in, this made up for our savings because we feed kids too. We were told the diners close by had reasonable prices, not the case.5. My son got a huge bug bite on his inner thigh and I can only speculate that it came from here.6. Sounded like a heard of elephants upstairs - couldnt sleep as a result. In my opinion, this is not a viable option for us in the future. In fact, we debated switching hotels mid-stay and probably should have.Take what you want from this review. We are hotel snobs and are not afraid to admit it, we like things a certain way and this hotel did not make the cut.
The room was remodeled with laminate floor, no carpet which was great! It was clean but not deep cleaned and was disappointing when i found the open condom pack (see photo enclosed) which got me concerned about the hygene of sheets etc. I hope the management will look into this and discuss with with cleaning crew. The front desk customer service was great, the check in was very easy, the girl i believe her name was Jennifer was super kind and helpful. Other than thia, it was quiet and safe place to be.
This is our second year in a row staying here to visit Disney Land. They have great new looking rooms that are bigger than any other hotel Ive stayed at. Hard wood floors and very accommodating room sizes. I highly recommend a night or two here if you are in the area. We plan on being here next year as well.
Room were clean but smelled funny the first day we got here. Fairly close to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. To get to the parks faster we cut through The Grand California Hotel. Service was okay, I had to ask for toilet paper once because the didnt restock it when they cleaned the room while we were gone.
The room is very nice. It seems to have been recently renovated and is clean and modern style. It was reasonably priced for the night we are staying here. We also get a discount if we eat at Cocos or Tiffys which are two diners next door at the corner. The only thing I dislike is that we were out all day and when we got back in the evening there was no parking in the lot where our room is. They did have another small lot next door where additional rooms are and we happened to get one of the last two remaining spots there. If I was leaving nightly I would be pretty stressed about finding a spot when I got back.
The staff were nice and accommodating, however the room was awful. Something must have broken in the bathroom because a very strong septic smell filled the room even though no one had been in it all day. I ended up having to sleep in someone elses room the last night since it was getting worse.
Bottom line: If you are looking for a cheap hotel within walking distance of the attractions, this is a great place to stay. Two of my friends and I were in town for a conference at the Anaheim convention center. We are all college students and were looking for a cheap hotel. The Eden Roc Inn gave us exactly what we wanted. It was the cheapest hotel in the area, and it was a nice place to stay. The room was recently renovated, the beds were nice, and most importantly, it was clean. The only complaints I have are that we could hear the people above us walking around and they were hesitant to give us a third room key. The front desk told us that the keys have micro-chips and are expensive to replace. Its definitely not the Ritz, and I didnt feel like a king staying here, but for the amount of money we payed, it was perfect.
Clean recently refurbished rooms. Parking is usually included. A 10 minute walk to downtown disney. Only complaint is there is construction on a building next door which starts at about 7 to 8am every morning. So really cant sleep in. And the 2nd story floors have no carpeting, so not sure if the noise travels to the downstairs rooms
Fantastic place to stay for the convention center and disneyland. I stayed here for a week while working at the Anaheim convention center. It is a very easy 10-15 minute walk from here to the ACC. Disneyland is also about a 20 minute walk. The hotel has been very pleasantly updated and the rooms are very nice, complete with all your typical hotel amenities. One thing that made this hotel stand out compared to others is the vast amount of power outlets available to plug in all of your electronics. Even the microwave has outlets! My only complaint is that housekeeping runs an odd schedule and arrived around 5pm each day.
We have stayed at this place a few times before and it was ok at best. For the price it was nothing to write home about but served its purpose. We recently stayed here again this last week. First off, I wasnt expecting to find it still under renovation construction. Last year when we went there it was under construction as well. The reason for being so surprised was because their rates shot up about $25 a night. Fine, but here comes the not so good stuff. The room we stayed in did have the updates done to it. But, it was filthy. There was dirt, sand and mud in the bed. There was hair and phlegm in the sink. The towels were dirty, I am guessing having been used by a previous guest and just rehung. So after getting housekeeping to come in and change the sheets and give clean towels we just shook it off. The next day we were gone all day until about 1am because we were at Disney. We came back to our room to find that housekeeping had left our door wide open when they finished cleaning the room. They didnt clean it, they made the bed. Again, we found dirty towels. We put the dirty ones on the floor that we didnt wish to use again, but they just folded them up and put them back on the rack. Fortunately nothing was missing from our room, but who knows how long it had been open. The guy at the desk just shrugged it off and said sorry and that a manager would be calling us the next morning. (Never happened) So, sadly we will not be going back. I dont know if they are under new ownership since the renovation started but I wont be coming back to this place, ever again... not even if its free.
Fantastic and cheap yet accommodating hotel. Very close to Disneyland. Rooms remodeled, free parking, fridge, microwave, all for very cheap considering. Staff was very nice. If you are checking out but going to disneyland the rest of the day ask for a parking slip to keep your car there till you go home.
WiFi is unsecure, so when connected to my iPhone/iPad it made the internet not work. I recommend them putting a password it. Because advertising WiFi that I couldn’t even use was a huge bummer.I was on the lower floor, and the guest above us were extremely loud. I had to call their room myself to ask them to be quiet. There clearly is no soundboard or a decent pad between the floors. House keeping was also loud while my son was napping.Rooms are clean. And the shower actually had decent pressure. I do wish they had a decent blanket on the bed, cause I need a little bit more than a top sheet (the “blanket” was the same thickness). The walk to Downtown Disney was about 10 minutes but I’d say 20 minutes total to the actual park.
Booked a room online no problem. I was a little scared because they had low stars and pictures of nice room and gross rooms lolArrived Saturday morning but wasnt able to check in which was fine. The receptionist was really nice and very helpful, gave us a car pass so we could park and go to the park.No problem with checking in super late either. We ended up returning around 12:30am, the guy at the counter was also really nice and helpful.Checked us In, gave us our keys and done. The room was extremely spacious for an innCleanMini frige, microwave, nice flat screen tv, ac! What more do you need for an extremely reasonable price.I would defiantly recommend this place to others and would stay here again.About a 12 minute walk to downtown Disney. No shuttle available but you shouldnt need on
The room was very clean and roomy. The bathroom is a bit small but not bad. The room offers two cups worth of coffee. The room has a fridge with no freezer and a microwave. Theres an ice machine and vending machine on site. They have a PC you can use in the office area. Theres a small pool but no hot tub. Its a 10 minute walk from Downtown Disney and park gates. There are a bunch of restaurants with in walking distance. Theres also a CVS and Walgreens with in walking distance.
Absolutely love this place and will never stay anywhere else in town. Theres something to be said about a property that has had the same staff for years. Virginia is always lovely even in the middle of the night. Oscar is always professional and courteous and never misses a beat. And Agnes treats everyone that comes to the front desk like their family. Even as the manager, whenever i get there to check in she comes out of her office to welcome me. Best place to stay in Anaheim.
Very nice updated rooms and grounds at the Eden Roc. Years ago I looked at this place and it was a dump. No more. Rooms are very nice after the complete remodeling and now it will be my favorite place to stay when visiting Disneyland. Cole to the parks, clean rooms and a safe place. Just what I need.
Check-in was smooth even at 2am. The room was spacious and neat and location is great if u r visiting disneyland. The big caveat: we were on the second floor and the room had hardwood floors. Soon after we reached, the person the in the room below started banging the roof. Then she came out and yelled from the parking saying she was unable to sleep (we were walking very lightly without shoes in the room and we did NOT have kids so no running around). She headed to the hotel reception to complain. Soon we got a call from the front desk saying that we could get evicted if we did not keep the noise down. I explained to him that we were barely walking but he didnt listen. That really spoiled all of our moods. Next morning 8.30 am same charade happened. However this time there was someone sane at the front desk who assured us that we didnt need to worry about it. This is the first time ever I have had such a experience. Even $100 motels were better. I am never coming back!
Weve stayed at this place before the renovation and it was pretty bad. To the point where one time they didnt even give us a key to the room, the water dripped all night, the clock read L7, beds were horrible. With the new remodel, the hotel is pretty nice with hardwood floors and all new beds. The only thing disappointing is they havent bought new bedding or towels (which are about too small to even wrap my hair). The owner did a good job at renovating the place. I recommend the management follow up on the quality of the work that the construction company did. My husband who does a lot of DIY saw cracks in grout and some other things and they hadnt even had the new rooms open for a month.
I will only give it 1 1/2 star. We were given disabled room which we didnt ask for. False Wake up call at 6 . Again didnt request for it. Where we park our car at their parking space we were approved by a African man waiting Ted to sleep in our room. Dont feel safe. Coffee machine inside toilet which is very unhygienic. Will not recommend or come back
When we arrived, the hot water was broken and they didnt bother telling us. It was fixed midway through the second day, but there was nothing done to apologize. The walk to Disneyland is a lot longer than I thought, because its a hike to reach the main gate, so Id stay closer next time, even if it costs a little more. Rooms were fine, and Id rate it higher if everything worked.
Very disappointed in the room accommodations. At first thinking we were getting a nice 2 rooms suite- had my expectations up-- this was dashed. The lights in our room had no knobs-- when we asked the hotel staff about that they told us just squeeze hard to turn on lights. We had no phone service or internet service--only basic DSL for all of the rooms. At first we had no towels in the room and had to wait to get them. The room was clean and close to Disneyland (more than 2 blocks-- more like half mile). I get that the hotel is remodeling and expanding but why does that mean basic services are removed? They should upgrade their internet and fix lights that dont work. The pictures on the website do NOT match what the rooms look like-- misleading to say the least. We wont return here-- anyone that comes needs to bring their own phone.
The accommodations themselves were well worth the value. Eveything was clean and fresh. The walls are so unbelievably thin though, we heard some noises that I am sure families and couples would not want heard. If you have kids that get loud past 11pm expect some knocks at your door.
We were happy to find the hotel had been updated since the last stay, however the service of our room went downhill each night of our 4 night stay. First turnover we came back after a day in the park and the room had been refreshed and beds made. Second night turn over, the beds were made but the towels had not been refreshed, even though we placed them on the floor, the trash had not been emptied plus our room keys did not function and we had to get them reset at the lobby late a night when we returned. The last night of our stay, the room had not been serviced at all, beds unmade, trash still piled up in the trash can, etc. We complained and their response was we had the do not disturb sign up (which we did not) and had not even used the sign the whole time. They said there was nothing they could do and the front desk staff acted discussed when we took all our dirty towels down to the lobby and asked for fresh ones. Pretty sad customer service.
Absolutely disgusting. Anyone giving this above 1 star either works for the motel, or has obviously never stayed at a decent hotel EVER. Moldy shower head, dirty walls, rotten, moldy wood on bathroom sink. Floor so dirty made your feet black walking on it. At nearly a hundred dollars a night, I went to the manager for a refund. The guy at the desk days there is no manager available to give me a refund on weekends. How is there no manager on duty on a Saturday a block from Disneyland during the summer? Stayed here because everywhere was sold out and it was a last minute conference at the Disneyland hotel. Never ever again. Terrible motel, terrible management.
Nope. Nope. Nope. Stayed here for the proximity to Disney, but wish I had spent the few bucks more for the Hyatt or something with a better reputation. Room was clean, soulless but clean. Oh wait, no, sheets were stained. A couple towels had rips. Then the noise. I would not recommend this place unless you are really tight on funds and this is the cheapest option.
Ok. We stayed 3 nights while spending most of our time at Disney. I read a lot of the reviews & knew going in that it was under construction. Most reviews are horrible, my biggest concern is always service. Everyone I delt with was awesome! Very helpful, very accommodating. Our rooms were clean when we came back from the parks each day, our remodeled room was great. Beds were very comfortable! I saw first hand everyone on staff working very hard, even the manager remodeling rooms well after other managers would have left for the day. Is it the best hotel around disney? Of course not. But we got a great rate & knew what to expect. Basics werent in our room like others had complained about (alarm clock, phone, cable) But that didnt bother me. We didnt even have cable.... and honestly I was a bit relieved :) I was glad to spend the time with my family. Honestly, I gave them 5 stars to help raise their rating. I think they deserve more than 2 stars. Theyre clearly working hard to put together a better hotel. I will definitely stay here again & I look forward to seeing the finished remodel.
This is not a You pay what you get hotel, check this place out on Yelp for more reviews, this hotel is crap. Ive stayed in Motel 6s that charged $50 a night near highways with cleaner rooms and better service than this place does. Its right next to Disneyland, youd think itd be great, but its not.
Parking is tight; however you wont really need your car with the proximity of the hotel to Disneyland or cvs/Walmart being only 1/2 mile. The pool is small, but its a nice dip in the middle of a sweaty park day. The hotel looks to be remodeled, with air conditioningand, a great staff (who let you park/drop off luggage the morning you check in). Only downside is no breakfast.
For the price, the location, the styling of the rooms and etc, it’s a phenomenal place for staying for a trip to Disneyland, my only complaint and why this review is not 5 Stars is that they do not offer Breakfast in the mornings, which would have saved us plenty of time and money. The staff was kind, one of the staff had an attitude one night when we got there but it must’ve been a bad day. Other than that it was an all around good experience, would stay there again.
Room was clean and staff was very friendly! We were able to check out late, at no charge, since our shuttle to the airport was after check out.Location was great, 10 min. walk to the convention center and 15 min. walk to Disney. Several stores within walking distance including, CVS, Walgreens, Starbucks, and several restaurants. Tiffy’s Restaurant offers a 10% discount to Eden Roc guests and is literally right next door!Only down fall is noise. If you are on the bottom floor, you have the noise from the upstairs rooms and the cars parked outside your door. By 10 PM it was mostly quiet. These noises are typical of any Motel so if this is a deal breaker I suggest a hotel. I would definitely stay here again but may request a second level room if available.
Wonderful hotel. The rooms are very large, very clean, and the staff is wonderful. I stayed here after being stuck in California due to hurricane harvey, and the lady at the front desk was so sweet and asked about our home every morning. I couldnt have been more happy with our stay.
Very simple and nice hotel, but if you’re on the bottom floor- don’t expect a good nights sleep. We had multiple rooms/multiple nights downstairs and we ALL couldn’t sleep due to people walking to their rooms on the top floor. So if you book here, request an upstairs room.. TRUST ME!!!!
Okay! Seriously... This truly was a great place to stay at for a Disney getaway! The dates we stayed at Eden Roc were June 27th - June 30th in a Family Suite. Price was great, and booked the room 3 days prior to our arrival with Oscar. He was very nice, and helpful with all the questions I had.At check-in, Antonio was the one who assisted us, and expedited the whole check-in process to get us into our room cause we were exhausted from our drive. He gave us our room keys, WiFi information, and as well as our parking pass (1 car per room). When we got into our room, we were so surprised on how big the suite was! Very spacious, and right off the first floor. We even parked our vehicle right outside the door which was very convenient when unloading & loading our vehicle.Housekeeping was on it! They took used towels every morning, and restocked them with new ones by the time we got back to the hotel for our afternoon nap (cant use the the kids were tired cause we parents were spent just walking around the parks for so long). The only thing I would recommend them doing is getting larger trash cans for the rooms. However, they emptied it our on a daily basis.I chose this hotel cause of the recent reviews. They finished their full renovation 3 months ago, and it looks brand new! Wood floors, comfortable beds, flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, and free WiFi!And to top it all off... The Disney parks were across the street. About a 15-minute walk for me and my family. We cut through Grand California to get to Downtown Disney, and to the park entrances! My family & I thank Eden Roc Inn & Suites for a fabulous stay, and well make sure that I recommend this hotel to anyone & everyone I know that will be going to Disneyland in the future.Follow me on Instagram for photos! @tutujuicy
Deceptive pictures of room sizes. We got a family suite for a conversation we attended with friends. Bed wise the count is fine, space around it is the problem. We were given a room that has barely enough room for the wheelchair to squeeze between the bed and entertainment center. And dont even think about trying to squeeze between the chair. You are climbing unless its it its tiny space by the bathroom. The pullout is in a tiny separate room. That is whe where I am. I dont expect it to be super comfy(I have had better and worse).i would like more than the maybe foot that I habe to walk around to that bathroom. I am not a huge person and i have scoot sideways. My big issue is they knew we had a wheelchair well before they assigned rooms.
Eden roc is very close to Disneyland And they have great accommodations. Our room was a non smoking room with two Queen beds, included a microwave and fridge. The sink was outside of the bathroom, which helped when you have other people in the room and need to get ready.
This place has the worst customer service. My wife and I stayed the night for her birthday in order to sleep in before going to Disneyland. Well that all went out the window when housekeeping decided to bang her cart up against our walls while we were in our room still sleeping, and she was also on a personal phone call on her cell phone, and was extremely loud. She woke us up at at 9:44am, a lot earlier than we had intended on waking up, and when I complained to the front desk, he said he was going to have a manager call me.. a manager never called to rectify the situation. I called two times to speak to management, no one ever called me back. I finally got through to Priceline and the manager told Priceline they couldnt do anything to help me and to next time contact the hotel personally with any complaints. Are you serious!? Well I did that 3 times and never got a call back. Save your money and stay at a hotel that will take care of you as a guest, so you keep coming back for good experiences.
We stayed at this hotel to go to Disney Land; when we first went into the room we were pleasently surprised at first glance then at a closer look we started to see issues. There was human hair on the bed sheets, the floor had lots of dried spills letting us know the room hadnt been cleaned propperly, hair dryer was broken, the drain in the shower wasnt working very well making it so you had to stand in about an inch of water. If we had to stay here longer then one night I would have requested our money back. I will never be staying here again.
As other reviewers have said, its not the most gorgeous place you will stay and upon first entrance into the room, you feel as if it is a dirty place. I was quite surprised at the room size and my girlfriend was very pleased with all the storage that our room had. we had one room with a queen sized bed, that is the room with the air conditioning unit in. there was a tv and tv stand with plenty of room for her clothes. the room adjoining that one had two queen beds and a tv/tv stand with same storage as other room. the kitchen/dining room had many drawers to store things should you stay there for a few days and had a mini refrigerator and microwave. the bathroom was simple, toilet, tub/shower and sink. overall, we were really pleased since its location was a quick walk to disneyland. i would probably stay there again if i were to go to disneyland again and would recommend this place to any friends who are on a budget. i have two complaints. first being that i had to give them a $75 deposit though i had booked the room online and second complaint would be that the wifi was only in the lobby. i dont think i would like to browse the web for too long in the lobby since it is a small area. the general feeling of the place/room would be like late 60s-70s decor and feel.
We had to check out one night into our trip. Our flight was late getting in and when we arrived at the hotel their was no one in the reception office. We waited outside for 30 minutes before an employee drove in. The carpet in our room and the bathroom floor were dirty upon arrival and did not get cleaned at all in the 24 hours we were there despite a supposed visit from the cleaning staff, who, in their visit only felt the need to make one of the two beds. On our first night the toilet clogged, and we had to walk back to the reception to pick up the plunger and plunge it ourselves. There is no kind of soundproofing and conversations in the room above us sounded like they were happening in our room. Also, the wi-fi is terrible.
Terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. They tried to charge us for a family room that was not a family room so we had to ask them to change the room. Then the parking is terrible in the back side of the hotel, there’s not enough rooms to spots ratio. Finally the night staff who ever the guy is was rude; not friendly at all. Wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:Newly renovated rooms, hardwood floors/laminate, mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, swimming poolCons: Not enough parking, rooms smell like cigarette smoke, the floors are filthy(white socks were dirty on the bottom after walking around in the room), bathroom didnt seem clean, staff is ok
I stayed with my wife in the Eden Roc in a king sized handicapped room. Everything was clean and there were enough towels and anything else we needed. We got the room serviced and they made the bed, emptied the trashes and gave fresh towels. My only complaint is that there was only 1 regular and 1 decaf coffee packet and only 2 creamer and sugar.
First night we were awakened by a family coming back from Disneyland really late. Normally I wouldnt care except that when my kids jump on a bed, I make those monkeys stop. Specially at 11pm.The Second night we were awakened by neighbors. Sounded like Aladdin was getting a magic carpet ride from Jasmine for a hour. This was around 1am maybe. The headboard banging sounded like the Genie was going to come crashing thru our wall. I Called the front desk and mentioned the disturbance. They said they would call. Out of all the noises I heard there never once was a telephone ring next door. I am sure their maid will have a sticky mess in the morning. I couldnt wait for the loud ac unit to kick in to help buffer some noises. Thank god my daughter has a built in buffer. She snored thru it all.At 7am we awoke from the room vibrating and shaking from a tractor loaded jack hammer. Assuming this was from the building getting built behind us.Needless to say, we will not return. You hear EVERYTHING! Rooms were pleasing. Beds were comfortable. Decorated and redone nicely, except for the bathroom. Oddly looked like goofy remodeled and painted it. I give it 3 stars.
If I could rate this 0 stars I would.Right when we got there, we had a hard time finding the lobby. The lobby wound up being in a room full of boxes. The guy manning the counter was eating and watching a video on his phone. He gave us our room key, and we had to drive out of the parking lot to another section of the hotel. This was not exactly safe when there is a lot of traffic. When we got to the other section of the hotel, we noticed that there were no real parking spots. It was mostly a gravel lot with no painted lines (that we could see in the dark anyways). The room itself was spacious enough, but the bathroom was small, and dirty. There were no towels in our room, and even after asking, we never received them. There was no wifi, and when my husband asked about this, he was told that the wifi was only available in the lobby, which had no tables or chairs. He was never given the wifi password, but another customer was promptly given the password as he was leaving. We stayed for one night, and canceled the rest of our reservation. We went to the travel lodge around the cornier and booked there. It was a huge mistake even setting foot in that place, we should have gone with our gut instinct and left before we even got into the room.

2022-05-02Great location, a quick walk through downtown Disney to the parks. Easy check in and check out. Oscar and Carmen were great. As a matter of fact my son left his favorite stuffed animal and they’re holding onto it until FedEx picks it up. Thanks! Would definitely recommend. Rooms were pretty spacious, beds could use a little more comfort, but great value for the money.

2022-02-09Staff was super friendly! The room was very comfortable and clean. Made our Disney trip amazing. Nothing like coming back to a comfy bed after hours of walking around! Prices were super affordable for the location, I know that Ill book a room here for the next time I plan a Disney trip!

2022-07-01This hotel is a great little find. The front desk was well lit and welcoming. The customer service was awesome! Cons- beds are a little stiff to my liking and the room temperature doesn’t seem to stay consistent. Other than that it’s a great place to stay!

2022-01-23This place is a great location to Disneyland and also to the Anaheim Convention Center. The rooms are extremely affordable most of the time. The rooms are not super fancy, but the place was very very clean! The only downside we had was the people above us fought and yelled all night long. . . I turned up the TV, and managed to fall asleep. Decent place though!

2022-03-03I am a huge fan of cleanliness. Keep up the good work on sanitation, cleanliness, and updated furniture.Lately I’ve been checking rates and they’ve been charging about $40 + a night more than usual. Not really happy about that wouldn’t come back unless they bring their rates back down.

2022-04-14Our stay was in November of 2021 duringThanksgiving week. While booking our trip through Expedia to visitCalifornia we looked at hotels near the Disneylandarea and this one looked pretty good and the pricewas good. When we arrived and checked into the hotel onThanksgiving day, we were greeted by the lady at thefront desk. She went over the rules and explainedthey are still going by Covid-19 protocol so theres noroom cleaning but will provide anything that we mightneed by calling the front desk. Our room was spaciouswith a king size bed and most importantly, very clean. The Eden Roc Hotel is conveniently in walking distanceto Downtown Disney and the parks. From the hotelyou have to walk down the street and cross theintersection heading towards Paradise Pier then theparking lot, through security check point beforeentering Downtown Disney then youre at theentrance of both parks. Heading to the parks isntbad, its the walk back to the hotel when youredeadbeat tired.Overall the hotel and area is really nice and I dont seeany issues or dangers near by.Next time Im in town lIl stay here again!

2022-04-19Fairly close to Disney. Back side of California hotel. No room service if you stay 3 or less days. Have to go get your own towels if needed due to only staying 3 days. Walls are thin could hear converstaions next door. When upstairs flushed toilet could hear water running very loud. Air conditioners are extremely loud. If you stay 3 days or less, have to take your own trash out or put outside door. Floors were dirty makes feet and or socks black. Beds were fine.

2022-06-15BUGS IN THE BEDS!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!I have stayed at hundreds of hotels. This is hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The floors are disgusting, pitch black feet after walking barefoot for 3 min, there was hair from previous guests in the sink and bathtubs, and the worst part is that there are bugs in the beds. We awoke after the first night to find the bugs everywhere and to also find bites on our bodies. We requested a room change and guess what???? The same problem in the next room.If you’re looking to save a few bucks I would suggest a tent city before booking this hotel.Staff was extremely rude, except for Carmen. She was the only reasonable person.Oscar, the assistant manager, yelled at me over the phone when I was trying to explain the problems and asking for some sort of compensation. He went as far to tell me I was lying about the bugs because they don’t have bugs. Ummm…there are bugs. Read the other reviews. It’s a problem.Luckily they comped part of our stay but it wasn’t worth it.Sure you can walk to Disneyland from here but spend a few more dollars and stay someplace that is at least clean. Also - the pictures make this place look like a diamond in the rough. It’s false advertisement. The walls are thin and the swamp coolers pull in all the outside smells which is just the icing on the cake when it is already dirty. If I could give negative stars this would be a -5 star hotel.I wish I would have read the reviews before booking this place. That’s on me.Never again will we stay at this dump.

2022-03-22When we checked in, the front desk told us we couldnt pay for parking because their machine was down.(mind you this was about 6 at night). Next day was a 7am cheer comp so we figured we would pay when we got back. After a 14 hour cheer day, we return to the room to find out they deactivated the keys so we couldnt even get into our room, citing we must pay for parking to get keys reactivated. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again for this very reason.2nd the hotel floor was dirty and sticky and this place is in desperate need of a remodel. Absutely zero water pressure. I will take my business elsewhere.Dont waste your time with this place. Front desk staff are disgraceful.Positive note: Beds are comfortable and price was okay. Other then that nothing good from me..
