Chris is fantastic, and knows his stuff! We had rats in our attic, and we needed to get them out. They are going to come back soon to plug all the holes to the attic and the crawlspace, and we’re looking forward to getting it all sealed up
I thought I had bedbugs because of the bites I as finding on my extremities in the morning ha for several weeks. After searching and doing all the cleaning that was recommended myself, Earthwise Pest Management was recommended. Now I know with certainty that I do not have them because Chris came to my house, promptly at the appointed time, and inspected five mattresses, box boards and other surroundings, two attic spaces, all my couches and the back yard!! He was not able to find one sign of bedbugs and had to conclude the bites were probable flea bites from the skunks and squirrels that frequent the back yard.Chris was, like I have mentioned, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.At all points of contact, Earthwise Pest Management has been professional, from the initial call to the inspection to the follow up. I can honestly say that my expectations were met on every level.I would highly recommend this company if you have a problem that doesn’t appear to have a straight forward solution. They will take the time necessary to troubleshoot beneath the surface of your issue.
The service was smooth. With no fuss. They did not try to Guage me with add on fees.
Earthwise has a great office staff who can assist. Then the technicians are always knowledgeable and efficient at handling whatever issues we may have going on around the house. There are areas we don’t want treated and they are always careful with those as well.
John came over, explained a little bit of what he is going to do. He went around the house, sprayed mint oil around the house, set traps in the attic and crawl space. He also set pet friendly traps.A new person came for the quarterly inspection. He was friendly and thorough. He went around the yard, sprayed mint oil in the yard and garage. Checked the traps.He did a good job

Took care of my rat issue but needed a detailed receipt for exclusion work. Ive never received it. Bought the package for a year with spraying included. Requested spraying for ants and told I would have to wait until the end of August when my quarterly spraying was due. Had to take care of three large ant hills on my own.
We had a horrible ant infestation, cockroaches in our garage and spiders everywhere in our new rental. Earthwise was very prompt and got us on the books asap. Used safe products since we have pets and kids.

We have used them for a few years. They come out a few times a year for maintenance pest control. Every time we have had a problem with ants they come out, sometimes same day, and take care of the issue with no added cost. We love this company and highly recommend!
Earthwise was excellent in every aspect of their service. Not only did they resolve our pest problems but the inspector also found an issue with our HVAC system that would have lead to an extremely expensive fix if left unchecked. They provided better value and service quality than major namebrand counterparts that had previously tried to deal with our pest issue. It was a very easy decision to sign up for their quarterly preventative service. I would and will happily recommend their service to others.

Very thorough inspection. Chris not only inspected for the termites (no active termites - woot!) but also did a thorough inspection for other pests and also wood rot. Reasonable price. Professional and thorough. Definitely will use Earthwise again and recommend to others.
Earth wise came out after we had caught 6 rats over 5 months. We had our furnace and dishwasher chewed and we were over the unwelcome guests. We thought we sealed up everything, but when they came out, they noticed aspects of our roof that were chewed through for the rats to come through. They helped setup more traps, sprayed, and will come back out to give more advice on how to seal everything up. Would recommend them.
I made an appointment yesterday to fix my, what seemed to happen overnight, ant problem. The woman on the phone was a delight and they were able to send someone over today! I met with Chris today who was fabulous, he was very informative and easy going- it’s always a relief when you feel comfortable with someone who is about to walk through your house! The job was done quickly and efficiently- I signed up for quarterly sprays and feel confident in their future work of keeping my home pest free :)
Earthwise is an absolute pleasure to work with. We originally contacted them about some squirrel activity in our eves and since then, have had them manage all of our pest control. Chris has managed most of our interior issues and has been outstanding. All of the people who have worked on the exterior of our house have been wonderful. Noaman was recently out to do our bi-monthly exterior service. Not only did he attend to all of our pest needs but I was stuck inside with a broken ankle and when it started to rain, he pulled the cushions from our lawn furniture into the protection of our porch. From the people who answer the phone to the technicians who come to the house, everyone we have interacted with at Earthwise, is professional, responsive, friendly, and efficient.
I am so impressed with these folks. I called with an urgent request on Friday, they showed up on time Monday. Was professional and gave some advise on whether to spray inside or outside only. I agreed with outside only given they would come back if I saw any bugs after the spray. They sprayed several different types of chemicals. I really was concerned that the sprayed water directly after... I smelled nothing! Next day I woke up to dead bugs everywhere!!! So gross! I had a LOT more than I thought! They seemed to come out into the pathways outside to die. I guess they were making sure I knew that they were dead... It was a bit apocalyptic. Since the grave yard I have not seen a live bug at all!! Thank you EarthWise I can now sleep well!
Today, Noaman treated my home! I can’t explain how much I appreciate this service provider! He treated my home last time and he’s thorough, thoughtful, and so passionate about what he does. He really cares about his customer and he helps them immensely. I can’t thank him enough for all of his pointers and knowledge. Whenever he comes out for a service, I know that my home is going to get the best care possible!
When we first received our inspection we were very happy with the inspector. He was very professional and explained everything to us in a manor that we understood. Once we received the quote for the work needed we contacted them to tell them we would like them to do the job. It has been 5 working days and we have yet to hear from anyone. We are very disappointed with the non response to our needs. In addition, they have the wrong name on our account and I contacted them twice to have it corrected. It is still wrong!
The appointment was easy to make and a an inspector came out just a couple of days later. Lee was informative and answered all my questions easily.

I first contracted with Earthwise on the recommendation of a friend. I was looking for an environmentally friendly and pet friendly pest control service primarily for fleas. At each visit we discuss concerns, they make recommendations, and then treat the property. Theyre very accommodating to urgent requests. We had a sudden rat problem and they were out almost immediately. Our animals have no issues with the product used and weve been flea-free for several months now. Highly recommended!

All employees were very professional. Service was done as expected. Information prior to fumigation was adequate. However, it would have been nice to have an update on when the crew would be at the house to remove the tenting (they were extremely late). And, a few things were damaged - sprinkler and window screens - during the tenting and fumigation.

We used Earthwise to eradicate a yellow jacket nest buried within a planter, inaccessible to the spray we tried. I’d called two other companies regarding the nest and they all wanted to set us up on a continuing monthly plan to eradicate any insect, good or bad. Earthwise was the only company that would take care of our specific yellow jacket problem. The exterminator arrived within the timeframe they promised and took care of the nest. Would definitely use them again.

2021-11-29Was able to get an appointment the same week I called to deal with ants in my home that my previous pest control company had failed to deal with. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He spread some granular bait around the back yard and were seeing a reduction in activity. Heres hoping it sticks, but if not I feel confident (even in the short time Ive worked with them) that Earthwise will work to figure out a long term solution.

2021-06-08Christ was out today for the inspection. He is very nice and very professional. So is the young lady in their office who schedules appointments. Theyll begin the work of setting the traps tomorrow, will close up the places the rats enter and, for an extra fee, clean up the rodent debris. The firm is committed to the humane treatment of animals - even rats deserve to die a humane death...no poisons or sticky traps which cause horrible deaths. I wasnt able to rate the quality of their work because it hasnt begun yet; however, three of my friends have used their services and they are very, very pleased. Ive no reason to believe I wont be very pleased. As for good value, I didnt price any other exterminators so I dont know how their rates compare. HOWEVER...given their humane approach, I would be willing to pay more for that.

2021-06-14I have been doing service work for the past ten years, going to people homes and providing the best service I can possibly give. It’s rare when I hire a company to work at my home cause I have high standards cause I expect the same level. Edgar was the technician that came over. He answered all my questions, educated me about the product he was using and about the pest I had previously trapped in the traps I set. He explained all the steps he was taking as I watched and was completely satisfied with the quality of work he provided for me and my family. If all the techs in this company are like this young man, then I highly recommend this company to family friends and other people seeking a solution to their pest problems.

2022-01-13Very friendly man. However, it was muddy outside and he did not have shoe coverings. I dont wear shoes in the house, especially when it is sloppy outside. For $150 I thought the first visit would include a cursory inspection of my attic and where the rodents might be coming in. That is a separate visit and an estimate is provided afterwards. He baited six traps and left.

2020-07-09I called Earthwise a few years ago when a roof rat moved into my attic. Id never had a problem before, so I was eager to prevent a future visit. The tech was obviously a pro, found and sealed up the entry, caught and disposed of the rat, and its been smooth sailing since.I signed up for the quarterly service. Very reasonably priced. The visit is scheduled ahead of time, the techs are always very polite, friendly and professional. They do a thorough inspection, I dont have to be home when they come, always get a written report in my email same or next day. There is no foul smell or residue, and its safe for dogs, cats, squirrels. Best news is, my interiors are bug free. Very satisfied with their service, customer support, billing, and follow up procedures.

2021-05-04Elliot came out to my home and I trusted him right away. You can sense that he was very honest. He gave me an assessment to cover areas where squirrels were trying to gnaw their way in. He gave me a price of pest control and rodent control that I could not resist. And he didnt try to sell me stuff that I didnt need like another company that I tried. If you looking for honesty, Great Value and professional workers, youve got to use this place. They are my new Pest Control company. Great customer service
