I hate this hotel. I literally hate this hotel. I am a Diamond Elite member of Hilton Hotels and have spent 51 nights in a Hilton property this year. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Upon arriving my daughter and I thought oh wow this looks like a great hotel it’s beautiful it looks very nice and then we met the first staff person. As Diamond Elite members we are due certain upgrades because we spend so much money with Hilton. When I brought it up to the woman at the front desk she rolled her eyes at me and told me there was nothing she could do, there were no upgrades, she had nothing to offer me, nothing. When you have a customer that spends so much money with your business you do what it takes to make them feel special and like you appreciate their business. She had a very poor attitude and was incredibly rude and dismissive. We’re here for a volleyball tournament that runs late every night. So the second night we came in and it’s late and we need some personal hygiene items. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life keeps the most basic personal hygiene items available for purchase for their customers. I asked the lady at the front desk and she said nope we don’t have anything. Nothing, I asked, you guys don’t keep toothbrushes or tampons or a frozen pizza? Every Hilton I’ve ever stayed at has a little store you can go into at any time of the day or night and get basic necessities. Oh no no, they have a store but it looks like a junky, Dollar General and is only open whenever the employee that runs it feels like they want it to be open. They say they have set hours, but they don’t, it’s closed more often than not and always closed during the hours you might have an emergency. Last, tonight, our 3rd night, we came in from the tournament tired and hungry and I went into the bar/restaurant to grab something to take to our room. The bar tender says, “No, I can’t get you anything because I decided to close early.” I responded, “It’s not 10 o’clock yet.” He said, yeah, I just decided to close early. No apology, no offering any compromise, nothing. The “gym” is sad, the pool is small and run down. They haven’t even tried to clean our room in 3 days. The only nice thing I can say is the beds are comfortable. But the spirit of hospitality is completely lost on these people. They have no business running a hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Literally stay anywhere else.
Nice property, pricey for what it offers. Check in was great and easy. Elevators are old and slow...bell dings at every floor even when it doesnt stop there. Outdated TVs (LCD circa 2010 or so) in the room have VERY limited channels. No streaming services offered/able to be used. No casting to the TV. No guide to figure out what is on. Sofa bed mattress was super flimsy/thin and Id recommend just sleeping on the couch or bringing a topper for it if you plan to sleep on the bed.For a property that is so close to Disneyland - and the price they charge - it shocked me they dont even have the Disney Channel offered. I couldnt imagine being in this room with small kids unless I brought tablets or something for them to watch in the evenings.Again, not a bad place (Im a fan of Hilton properties) but well probably stay somewhere else next time.
Nice spacious room and quiet surroundings. Furniture was a bit worn and needs updating. It was generally clean, but more could be done to ensure a thorough cleaning of bathrooms.... no hairs left in bathrooms, cleaning walls next to sink/toilet, and extra supplies since no housekeeping is taking place.
Horrible experience at this hotel. Not only did they “lose” one of our room reservations, when they supposedly fixed it, they messed up the dates and only rebooked one night of our multi night stay. Instead of communicating this when they realized there was an error, they just deactivated the room keys and waited for our group to find out (at 11pm) by being locked out of our rooms. They had multiple email addresses, phone numbers, and credit cards on file to reach out to us. Add to that the terrible and rude customer service and the maid service walking into occupied rooms without so much as a knock, and we’d have been better off staying at a Motel 6. Update: The hotel charged us in both points and credit card for the same room… the one they locked us out of. If you make the mistake of staying here, check your credit card statements carefully.
Terrible hotel, do not stay here! You will be disappointed. It is old and dirty and their customer service is the worst! The pool is small and not updated, the rooms are dirty with paint chipping off walls and rusted corners. It’s a safety hazard. They have 4 carts for a huge hotel. Can’t get over how poor their customer service is. None of them should be working in the hospitality business.
Easy check in! Room was clean amd spacious. The bed was very comfortable as well. I was only there one night but did manage to at least grab one drink. The bartender gave great serbice. The only thing I noticed that was negatove was the furniture and area rug in the lobby. Both were beat up, worn out, and dirty far beyond necessary. Great location about a 20 min walk to Disney gates.
This hotel is very dilapidated and old. The shower heads are the first thing that should be replaced. If you are wanting to take a nice shower this is not the place for you. Other than that it is clean but barren. Very dated. Definitely not up to standard to a Hilton.
Double Tree in Anaheim was very accommodating with a friendly knowledgeable staff. Room was very comfortable and the transportation was easily accessible to Disney with a quick 5 minute ART bus ride that picked up and dropped off at the entrance of the hotel. Plenty of dining options next to the property, while breakfast in the hotel was hot and fresh. Will seek this property out in future stays.
We love it here! Unfortunately this trip was cut short as our teenage son had a medical emergency and we had to check out 2 nights early. The lady at the front desk not only canceled our reservation without hesitation (and did not charge us for the to reserved nights) but also yelled well wishes for us and our son as we ran out the door to head to the airport. This is our go-to for Disneyland and today just cemented our decision! Thanks for caring, Doubletree!
My family and I really like the accommodations, rooms were very clean and spacious. We downloaded the Hilton Honors App and got digital keys for our rooms which is very helpful, especially if you are worried about COVID 19 mitigations and such. Two things I did not like, my name was not spelled correctly even after trying to correct it more than once, and miscommunication among staff. We kept on getting contradictory information about shuttle service and parking accommodations.
We’ve been to this Doubletree half a dozen times over the last 10 years. The suite rooms are perfect for families giving separate rooms and amble space. The Agio restaurant is really good. It’s location is within walking distance to Disneyland or an easy ride on the Anaheim bus on Harbor. Clean and friendly every time we’ve been.
The weekend staff at this location are not very helpful. Blank stares when you ask questions. You work at a hotel. Learn the area. Smile at the very least. Room was ok but the shower needed service. When it was reported we were told to turn it a bit harder. Lady Im 62 with a gorilla grip. Tried that. We just shut the bathroom door for three days. Coffee and food place was a positive. Also the guy running the general store was extremely helpful. Very kind man. When Monday came we asked the desk some questions and the people working were completely upbeat and helpful. Sad it was too late to change rooms. They offered. Even asked us if we needed anything else. Smiled. A little to late to get the 5 stars.
The hotel is nice but I had a bad experience with the front desk agent Denise . I called down and told her there were stains & debris in the bathtub. I asked for cleaning supplies but she said she couldn’t provide that, which was understandable. I also asked if someone could come clean the debris so that I could take a bath. She said “the housekeeping staff is not going to want to do that”. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
Positive: I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. Staff was RUDE and extremely unhelpful. I called 3 hrs before I arrived into Anaheim with my 2 year old son to ask if I could check in early was told it wouldn¿t be an issue. I got there to check in and th Negative: woman at the front desk(wish I could remember her name) tells me my room isn¿t available and to wait until 4 pm (an hour after my 3pm check in time on my itinerary). It was 12:30pm. She then says I can get a different room for $50 extra per night.
Would of gave it a complete 5 stars But beware of extra charges in your card for no reason got charge for waters i did not even touch everytime we travel we always buy a case of water im not the only review that it has happen to i read multiple reviews about same thing rooms where okay house keeping needs to do a better job instead of lying and being rude to guests i will not book here again im a hilton member this by far is the worst hotel
Rented two suites for my family over Christmas. Front desk staff was fantastic and met all of our needs promptly. Rooms and hotel were immaculate. One of the best hotels I have stayed in near Disneyland. The Dennys across the street provided a great breakfast and the Arco was good for drinks and snacks. I look forward to staying again soon.
Never again!! No toiletries provided, not even an extra roll of toilet paper! We asked for shampoo/soap and 3 different brands of items were delivered…it’s like they collected left-overs from different places or picked up what was on clearance at the local dollar shop. No daily house-keeping, which I understand due to the apparent lack of staff. We were instructed to leave towels and trash outside of the room in the hallway, which doesn’t leave a very clean feeling of the hotel. Towels were stained, trash was on the nightstand and random hairs on the bathroom floor. Paying for parking is a disappointment. Definitely a motel experience than a hotel experience.
I rented 3 rooms at this hotel for 2 nights, Dec 31st and January 1st. I realize the rooms were at a premium because of the New Years Weekend but $300. 00 a night per room was outragous. The condition of this hotel has declined over the years and is in need of updating. I do not recommend this hotel.
We had a good experience up until the very last portion of the stay. Front desk service let us check in early so that was nice. Room overall was generally clean and in a quiet environment. The bathtub had a bit of a blue stain at the bottom. We tried to watch the TV and some of the channels we wanted to watch (Food Network) were very glitchy and impossible to watch. Physical keycard worked every time, but when I tried the Hilton Honor App to unlock the door and it worked 2 out of 10 times. The worst experience was when during our drive home, I realized I forgot a bag of toiletries on top of the bathroom counter. I called the front desk 1 hour after checking out and the representative said they havent clean up the room yet and she will contact someone to search for it and call me back. I waited 3 hours and received no phone call. I called back again to check and the rep said shell contact someone again and let me know. 45 minutes later, she called back and said they couldnt find the toiletries bag.First of all, I fully acknowledge that I was the one forgetting the item and not the hotels fault for this mistake. However, I expected much better communication and customer service when I asked for assistance. My fiancé and I are 100% certain that the bag was on the bathroom counter because we left it there as the last item to pack. There were a bunch of skincare products, toothbrush, and big lotion tub with a total value to be around $100. I felt like I was lied to because the rep said they dont see it only after I tried calling back 3 hours after. If someone was sent to check right away after the first call, the bag would definitely have been found.
The tv in our room didnt work, neither did the fridge and our room wasnt stocked with toilet paper or towels. When we approached the front desk the woman said, well we only opened this year in MAY and not all rooms have been used, im confused? It is now December and if the rooms are not up to par why open? There was no one to fix our fridge because it was after hours, 9pm, our perishables were spoiled. When we asked about room service (we booked 4 nights), they said that they were not providing any? Why wasnt this related to us upon check in? Were a family with KIDS. We had to leave our trash outside the room and it went hours without it getting picked up. The hotel seemed dirty; elevators were filthy, food was left in the elevators or masks and they remained there for the entirety of the day, rooms smelled and the store that they have in the hotel, even sells expired food. The pillows have no fluff and the bedding looked dirty, desperately missing BLEACH. For what we were charged, and it being Hilton related, my family and I expected more, not to mention the customer service was terrible, from beginning to end.
I had to pay $75 to park my car one day in the parking lot. In order to leave the parking lot you have to pay. Then I get my hotel charges where they charged me $25 for parking. $100 to park the car one day. They told me that since the lease the lot to another company all charges are final no refunds. So they get you to be able to park the car then in order to leave you have to pay again. I will never stay here again that is for sure.
This place is just sad. They nicke and dime you on everything, $25 a night for parking and if you have someone visit you, if theyre there for longer than 15mins they get charged $55. The hotel itself is clean and they place $5 waterbottles in the room that arent much bigger than a 16oz. All in all, its a subpar experience. Save your money and stay somewhere else
This is your standard, run-of-the-mill, family-friendly resort. The staff were okay but we did have to put in multiple requests over the first day there to receive a pack-and-play. The room was on the old-ish side, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub are enjoyable enough. Because of its close proximity both to Disneyland and the convention center, we would be happy to stay here again.
The staff seamed very informative with the parking situation, accommodating and really nice, I got offered some cookies!During this time, there are no room service or getting your room cleaned in-between your stay, which is understandable and completely fine with it. We made it work.I didnt see any signage for masks so I wore mine anyway. Love that there were antibacterial wipes all over the lobby area.ill definitely return to this hotel again. Please Disneyland is a mile down the street, we walked to there and back.
I am a lifelong diamond member, and haven’t been treated so poorly by the staff working the front desk. The front desk is the most important for this hotel. Cookies to all. I was informed that cookies are only given out on check in. I’ve stayed at so many double trees I couldn’t even count. That is totally false. It’s what this line is known for.The rooms haven’t been upgraded in a while. The air conditioning is weak. The beds were comfortable.
Save your money and dont stay here not only are the rooms unclean when you arrive, the couches and beds are old you wont get a good nights sleep, and dont get me started on the customer service especially the front desk obnoxiously rude and will lie to you when it comes to the fees they charge.Save your money and stay elsewhere. Pretty pathetic service.
Modest hotel, staff was very nice, rooms are fairly average and a bit outdated but felt clean. Hallways seem a bit louder than the Hilton Anaheim we stayed at last week but no major problems.Convenient hotel for the price as we are just passing through, but would not stay here if I was looking for resort vibes.
Clean and friendly staff. The rooms were adequate, the bathrooms could use some up keep. The lack of 5 star comes from the parking. It is to the back and there is only one elevator so you must drop off your luggage. Thats rough when its a solo business trip. Then when you leave parking you must have a key to depart. Thats fine but I always leave my key in the room when I check out.
For my first stay here at this Double Tree Im giving it 3 stars. There was an ant problem in the bathroom, I was told I was denied early check in, when in fact I was awarded it, and we found a random shirt left in the closet when we were leaving. The hotel, staff and grounds were all great. They cleaned up the ants quickly once they were alerted to the issue but they just coming back in a different place. If you request early check in through the app and are denied, call the front desk and confirm it. Despite the issues I would stay here again to see if the experience is different.
First stay at this hotel ever and as a Diamond member, would not recommend this location. The rooms although spacious are outdated with older furnishings. They do not leave any amenities in the room like lotion or soap in room and there are no on-site restaurants to eat at.Being so close to Disneyland the parking is expensive at $25 each day, but expected. Also, homeless tend to use their restrooms and loiter around the front. One particular had his pet racoon Marissa greeting guests lol.
Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful! She held a professional composure while being very kind and went above and beyond to assist me. I appreciate the top-notch quality customer service Maria!! It doesn’t go unnoticed.Facility is also very clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!
Nice property. Be prepared to get your steps in when navigating to your room. Rooms are cozy but a little dim. Suite has separate sitting and bedroom which can really be great if you prefer to watch your favorite TV program(s) outside of the bedroom. Same with bath area; sink sits outside of shower. Ladies this is a plus!!....holla if you know what this means!! Great property for business, retreats, getaways. Bar onsite restaurants and/or pharmacy within walking distance. Enjoy the stay!!
My recent stay 8/20-8/25 would have been great till the service I received after check out. When I checked in I was told I would receive a food credit for each my wife and myself. When I looked at my card statement and saw charges that exceeded what I thought were right I looked at the receipt and saw I was charged for the bad coffee and stale danish I got from the snack bar, because they didnt have a restaurant as advertised. I was only credited for one person. When I called to question the charges I was told only one person checked in so that was that. I know I had the conversation with the clerk when I checked in and it was made very clear about the food credit. When I said I would put in a call to corporate I was hung up on.I would only expect that type of attitude from a slimy roadside motel. I guess thats the way this place makes money. They need it more than I do. BEWARE
You can definitely tell the difference in customer service for areas that have a lot of tourists. They make you feel like oh well we wont ever see you again and in this case that would be correct.Need to update the website. Restaurants in hotel are closed, no room service and descriptions of rooms are embellished. Paid $320.00 for the King suite, no dvd player, said spa products in bath room which consisted of 1 tiny bar of soap and 1 each tiny shampoo and conditioner.Coffee area in rm had 1 sugar and 1 creamer. Very disappointed in this stay
Our stay, overall was good. The biggest gripe I have was with the very sketchy elevators that felt like they were about to break or fall each time we got in. One of the three actually was out of order when we were leaving. They only provided one toilet paper roll so we had to use the tissues. The TV and what entertainment that was provided was lacking. No good cable options just basic cable. For being a Disney resort, there was nothing that showed it in the rooms and there were no movies or any tv options. One of the lights, and therefore the built in USB hub, didn’t work. We were there for 3 weekdays and when I asked if we could get a north facing room, they wouldn’t accommodate. There was barely anybody staying at the hotel so not sure how they couldn’t.
My room was not clean, and the television in the sitting area had no picture (after the internet came back on). There was mold in the caulking around the bathtub, and the hair dryer was sticky and disgusting. When I asked for daily cleaning, I was told it had to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Even after asking for it, my room was cleaned only once, and the mold remained. I was also not told about the daily breakfast credit upon check-in, and instead learned about it from another guest. When we asked for water, the clerk berated us for asking stating that water is only offered check-in and things vary from location to location. However, this was the same clerk who checked us in, and she had not given us any water upon check-in. I should not have had to pay for this stay considering the service and accommodations received.
Weve been staying here for the last few years, and never been disappointed until this visit. The rooms are getting very dated and ours was quite dirty. The carpets were unclean, the couches had stains, there were hairs on the toilet (gross), and the tub was rusted. The lack of food options is discouraging. The one good thing is the staff is always consistently kind. Hopefully they are renovating soon and will step up the cleaning standards.
Our go-to stay for Disney trips. Not a bad walk to the park, super clean, and very generous parking policies- just $20/ night but good for pre and post checkout- just bring the ticket when you check in and talk to the front desk if you are going to the parks after you checkout. And as always with DoubleTree, great to have a true suite when traveling with kids!
The pool area is old and the cushions on the chairs are stained and extremely weathered. Did not feel comfortable sitting on the chairs so I had to sit on the floor. There were way too many people allowed in the pool area and it was a mess. There was trash left by other families/groups and there were not enough towels available for us to dry off. The room was ok, but definitely fell short of impressing me. I expected A LOT more from a Double Tree Suites brand hotel. I was disappointed and will not stay here again.
Positive: Without a doubt great value. Accommodations for price paid is unbeatable. Close proximity to Disneyland was great after 12 hours of walking around. Negative: Cost for incidentals is $50/night and parking is $21/night BUT parking is just withheld from incidentals charge upon checkout.
The room was expensive to its quality. I found stains on the sheets and hair in the bath tub. It was very gross, luckily the room had 2 queen beds. I did not enjoyed my stay, I felt like everything was not properly clean. Check in and check out was great, receptionist was helpful and professional. Overall, I think this hotel is overpriced to the quality it provides. I will not stay here again.
Kimberly at the front desk was amazing! She really went above and beyond. My fiancé left his keys in our Lyft but our driver only spoke Spanish so I needed to find someone to help and she really went out of her way to help us. Not only was all the staff fantastic, but they were genuine and beyond helpful. The room was also great. Even the pull out couch was decent. Coffee provided was great, no creamer or sugar needed👍 Also prime location, right down the street from Disneyland. The Lyft was only like $8. Super convenient if you don’t feel like waking but walking is do able too 😁
They charged us for breakfast and didnt have that service supposedly because of covid but didnt return our money. We called for our suite to be cleaned and they didnt clean it we had to call again at night not enough blankets for the sofa bed. And the ones they gave us were torn and felt so nasty and dirty. They charged us for water after them not keeping their promise of the breakfast. The service wasnt fast or kind. Definitely not recommended.
The front desk was amazing, but the room was just not it. The room I had received had a pill bottle, an empty Gatorade bottle, and etc under the bed frame. The bathroom also had a brown stain in the tub, which we hope was just rust. The room felt dirty, and overall we were highly disappointed.
There were a couple of problems. We expected the pool and the cafe to be open, it should have been stated on the website that these areas were closed, we could have chosen a different hotel. But we did not find out until we checked in. The first room we were given did not have the seal on it and a large air purifier machine was sitting on the coffee table, so we had to go back down to the lobby (the room was on the 5th floor, we had 3 adults and a 5 year old.) We were given another room. The rooms seem outdated. There was no extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. In the morning I couldnt find the hairdryer I called down and was told they had all been handed out and there wasnt another one available until 11:00. I had to send my husband over to CVS market to purchase a hair dryer as we were meeting people in Disneyland and I needed to dry my hair and curl it. Very frustrating, I would not recommend this hotel and I will not stay there again.
Perfect. One of the best rooms for the price. All the details are right. amazing bed and perfect down pillows. 4 pillows per bed. Great mini fridge and microwave comfortable coach and chairs. Great shower pressure lits of towels, doors hung perfectly, with enough clearence for floor mat. The only issue was as of June 18 2021 pool still vlosed for covid. Otherwise nearly perfect for price.
Positive: Martina, morning front desk staff was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Negative: Night staff was to busy chatting it up with the night guard to pay attention to us.Arrived at 1am after a long drive with kids and given the wrong bed room, had to come downstairs to fix the issue and staff blamed me for the inconvenience. Don¿t stay
Very disappointed. For the past 6 years weve stayed here. Never had an issue with cleanliness. Now. They dont clean your room as its not considered a service anymore. No clean sheets while your stay due to Covid guidelines. Only upon request will they give you clean towels. Theyre suppose to clean your room upon request. But because of Covid, they wont clean your toilets, tubs nor sinks. But they WILL charge you for a full room rate. No restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner anymore. I found my room dirty from the first day I walked in. Carpet had what looked like tracked in dirt and debris. But because they dont clean the rooms until vacated, youre S.O.L. until then. From now on Ill be traveling in my motorhome which will cost me much less and better amenities.
If you need a place to sleep, this may serve your purpose. It is close to Disney, so convenient for that. The hotel itself is old and shows it. Furniture looks like its from the 1980s. Customer service was non existent. One of the elevators was out of service and the ones operating felt like they werent far behind.
Stayed on Thu night 6/17. Checkin around 10pm at the front desk. They looked shorthanded so it took awhile to get our room. When i received the keys to the room the key would not open the door. So i went to the front desk the lady checked the system and told us everything was ok. So now Im at the door and the key is still not working again as i attempted to retry time after time a gentlemen opens the door and tells me to leave.😤😤😤😤 I was given a room# and key for a room that was already occupied. THIS BLOWS MY MIND, the situation could have turned bad if the gentlemen felt like someone was trying to break into his room.Im back at the front desk again as i walk in front of the line to address the issue a security guard (older guy ) approaches me and yells What is your Problem. I told him the same thing back., he quickly gives me a dirty look like we about to brawl or something. 🤭🥊🙄I cant believe how a big chain hotel like the double tree can be so unprofessional and rude. They offered to pay for parking which they later was charged on the credit card. I hope the customer service and everthing else improves or people that stay will not be back. Just like myself. 😩
Dont stay here unless you are looking for just a bed and nothing else!!!They do not have any food offerings for breakfast except carb-laden pre-pachaged options. They did not have their pantry/market open, or any restaurant on site open. Basically, they have two front desk staff members and housekeepers and nothing else. They did not honor the Hilton $10 per person food credit because they havent stocked their market yet.The rooms not facing Disney are extremely noisy as the windows are double pained at best. I heard street noise all night long and barely slept. They charge for parking +tax & tourism fee so $20+ night to park on top of the hotel prices.Very disappointed in Hilton and how poorly they are running property post Covid crisis.
Horrible. Expect to pay extra 28 dollars for parking! We had a late check in so I made sure to ask for a crib to be there when I checked in. I called 40 minutes before I arrived. When I checked in I still waited 30 minutes after I arrived and still nothing, no one ever answers front desk so I messaged them through the app to cancel it. Room was dirty because my one year old daughter happen to find a chip on the floor from who knows when and was eating it. Wont be staying here again!!
Took our daughter to Disneyland and we stayed here. It took a while for the pack and play to arrive at the room, but the good out shined the bad. Housekeeping were extremely nice! They organized my daughters plush Disneyland characters on her bed, which was a nice surprise. Our room had two rooms. A huge plus for a having a toddler that sleeps at 8. We were able to watch movies and not disturb her. Location was great! Everything was walking distance. Next time we go to Disneyland well be staying here.
The only thing that I dislike about it was that there was no (free) cancellation. I had something to do so I only stayed in the room for a couple hours. It was worth it though. I was able to see some of the Disneyland fireworks from my room. The room itself was clean and pretty spacious. I walked in to a living room area which was nice and the bedroom was separate. Everything about the room was 5 star worthy. Parking is about $20 extra but they let you stay till almost midnight the day you checkout which is nice if youre spending the day at Disneyland (dont have to pay for extra parking). There was no shuttle to the park but you can always walk across to toy story parking lot and catch a bus there (for free) to the parks. All in all, nice room not too far and close to several restaurants and stores.
Awesome Hilton property with a sweet location thats near everything. A stones throw from Disney and the Angels stadium and a quick jaunt to LA.The main lobby is impressive. Bright, open and an old school stone appeal. The staff checked us in EARLY. We called ahead and were checked in by 10 am, with no issues and cookies in hand. The room was HUGE. It was a suite, with a living quarters room and a bedroom. All the usual amenities. The pool located in the middle of the hotel with a decent view (dont forget to get a quick laugh at the arcade as you walk by...)Breakfast in the morning is in the restaurant and they offer a number of options for food on the buffet. This Hilton property is a definite winner.
Overall the facility is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cost for the breakfast buffet seemed a bit high considering there was no price differential between adult and child pricing. The rooms were well cleaned, but the configuration of the vanity area seemed a bit odd. There was no door or curtain to block this area off, so if you utilized the Queen Suite to the 4 allocated people, there was only 2 places for people to change, 1) the bedroom and 2) the toilet area. It would have been nice to have a privacy barrier between the vanity area of the bathroom and the living area of the rest of the suite.
I was able to check in very early and everything was great with the stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was perfectly clean and in great shape. Restaurant had good food at fair prices. ART shuttle picks up just outside the door. If you work for a large company check for corporate rates. Never had a problem finding a parking spot but unfortunate that the fee was so high. Not all resorts in the area charge parking fees.
Want on a overnight stay at the doubletree in anaheim...they say you clean and sanitized your room and even had a lysol sticker...I highly doubt it since there was dirty finger prints on my phone. Also, the man checking us in on Friday afternoon 5/21 was super short and rude with us. No proper greetings and he forgot to give us our cookies. Nothing was open at the hotel either ( isnt their fault). I do want to mention the young lady checking us out the following day was super sweet.
We had a great stay here when we were visiting Disney. The room was awesome, super clean and fresh. The staff was super nice and helpful. We got the delicious Double Tree cookies. The house keeping was on point and even brought us up some totally paste as we forgot to pack it. We did not use the pool as it was too cold but it looked clean. We also didnt try the restaurant as we are in the park but it also looked modern and clean.
By far one of the best all around service I have received from any Hilton honors chain and perhaps the most delightful guest service I have ever experienced.Excellent professional front desk service and very friendly! They were also very helpful over the phone with my reservation because of a mistake that I made several weeks prior to me arriving there. The rooms I thought were clean, updated, and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. My daughter and I stayed here for 6 nights, first two were with parents who are also Hilton honors members and they were well pleased.I highly recommend this place!
Clean but decor very dated. Furniture in rooms and dining etc looks about 25 years old.I get very annoyed with hotels that have a pool with sun beds but they dont provide sun shades for the beds. The tables have shades but not the beds.most hotels have kettles you can borrow, not this one.I asked for some fresh milk so I could make tea in my room, they wanted to charge me for a thimble of milk!Location is good for Disney, 20 min walk. Rooms are an ok size. TVs do not have a guide and no guide in the room so you have to click up/down to find your channel of choice.
We stayed here for a week. Its a pretty nice hotel.Pros:Comfortable bedsGreat black out curtainsWarm (but not fresh, theyre kept in a warmer) cookiesNice big lobbyClose to DisneylandHouse cleaning was excellentCons:Elevator was making a scary loud noisePool is mostly in the shade and not heatedSmall hot tub was always occupiedNo included breakfastFood options were expensiveWe walked to Target for fresh produce and snacks. Dennys across the street had decent breakfast options.
I’ve stayed at this DoubleTree twice and both times I’ve received exceptional service. The rooms are comfortable and good sized. The best part about it is the proximity to Disneyland. We were able to walk to the parks each morning and save ourselves the trouble of finding parking spots and fighting traffic. I would stay here anytime and definitely would recommend it to friends and family.
Great hotel! Loved my stay in a suite. The concierge guys leave a little to be desired, not a lot of helpful info or good tour packages, look to Tripadvisor instead. Upon booking my shuttle back to the airport, front desk told me to talk to him, he would take care of it for me. I had to kind of talk him into calling them for me and he was rather negative about it. The rooms are great, decor a little dated, but not old by any means and are very clean. Loved the bed and linens! I would definitely stay again.
The room was so comfortable and quiet...We were upgraded at our checkin, and we were super happy with our comfortable beds and luxury accommodations. Free wifi, microwave/ refrigerator, luxury towels, and the best view of Disney fireworks at 9:30 every night. We were on the north side where the pool and spa were below, but we were on the 6th floor and far enough away, that the noise did not bother us. Excellent housekeeping service! We always came back to our room, with fresh clean towels, and freshly made beds.
Again the staff needs to be trained on how to interact with your guests As well as how to sweep instead of using the hose to wash down the front drive when we in California are in a severe drought And the beds need to be Replaced But with all of that being said the hotel itself Is a nice clean hotel
The staff were very nice,it was very clean. There is a gift shop full of disney stuff. But if you have a lot of stuff, someone has to get a cart from a room in the back, take it outside with you, pack your stuff up,take it to your room and let you pack it into your room. This stuff is not bad Im just saying that you cant really do anything yourself, and if you dont like that there are a lot of other hotels, other wises this hotel is a great choice for 1 or multiple nights.
Hotel itself is great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was always clean and well stocked. The only complaints were we learned parking is $18/day when we arrived(gated self park, not valet). The fridge in our room was warm when we arrived, took 24hrs to get cold after turning temp down. Staff were not that attentive at front desk one night, could hear laughter/talking in back room. Would stay again but nothing was above and beyond to earn a 5 star.
I recently had an opportunity to stay for one evening at the DoubleTree for a business trip. I had originally booked two evenings by mistake and when I called the hotel only a day before I was supposed to begin my stay to cancel one of the nights they were incredibly helpful and it was resolved immediately. The stay itself was nice and without issue. The room was setup very nicely as a studio with a separate sleeping area and a very nice bathroom. The hotel is located close to shopping, restaurants, and of course downtown Disney. Overall this was a very pleasant experience.
Relatively close to Disneyland but you still probably want to use the ART shuttle bus. We booked a Disney Vacation package through Costco here and the prices were competitive. Facilities were nice and clean and up to date compared to some of the closer properties across the street from Disneyland. They also provide fresh cookies in the lobby which was really nice as well as a cheap option to share a Super Shuttle Ride to the local airport. I have a couple minor complaints about the facilities though. One was that the toilet paper ran out between that night and the morning in the lobby bathroom. Had to alert house keeping. The second was that for some odd reason the shower would have issues shutting off completely and sometimes the toilet would make a loud running noise until it was reflushed. Other than that the suites were nicely sized with a separated living area from the sleeping area. Refrigerator and microwave in the room was nice as well as having a small desk area. Overall I think I would stay here again.
This place was ok. On the plus side, our room was pretty clean (besides some stains), the maid service was excellent, it had a nice breakfast (waffles, breakfast pastries, muffins, and cereal), and the hot tub was hot and relaxing. As for the bad, Alec refused to help us check in a bit early, the room had some issues (bathroom door didnt lock and the door to the room was super loose). Overall, it was an ok experience, particularly for the deal we got.
The room is decent. Clean, but old. The layout is weird. The bathroom and bedroom doors are awkwardly placed, often blocking what you’re trying to get to. The wait time at the elevators are not long, so I appreciate it. There’s a small gym, a pool, and a coin-op laundry room. They give out cookies like its candy. So, it’s amazing! The magnetic door locks are one of the best I’ve ever used. It only takes one swipe and you’re in. So, I definitely appreciate that. Customer service was great. Nothing to complain about.
Fine place for business travel. Decent breakfast buffet in the morning with vegetarian options, fruit, yogurts, pastries, and good coffee and orange juice. Rooms were very spacious, containing two televisions, two queen beds, sofa, chair, and a desk. Service was good. Using the digital key on my phone was super convenient! Unfortunately you cannot yet use the digital key for the hotel. Overall a good place to stay.
This Double Tree is very nice! The room was immaculate and well appointed. They have a nice rooftop pool and spa. The cocktail lounge has a nice selection of top shelf liquor. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It has a very nice selection of food to choose from. It is definitely a great property to stay at!
Beautiful. There are some negatives. 18 dollars a day to park. After I got there, there was another$150.00 added. Im not wealthly. I did have to charge the stay. Im a senior and wanted to be safe. I was there to be with my youngest son as he did a surprise proposal in front of the castle. Two very happy 30 year olds. Ill have to find a cheaper hotel next time. As I said it was beautiful.
Great hotel. Have stayed here many times when visiting Disneyland and each time have found it to be staffed by extremely friendly and attentive staff. The lobby area is always very clean and the rooms are as well. I have also enjoy the service is it the restaurant and found the quality of the food to be very good. As a frequent traveler I do recommend this property.
I’ve been staying here for years! Wonderful hotel! Only thing that saddens me is the bellmen get a lot of heat. People should just let them help you instead of complaining about the karts. Also when I get near the front desk, I always get bit by mosquitoes. The rooms are big and comfortable, and also those wonderful double tree cookies! UNLIMITED !!!
Excellent location if you plan to visit Disneyland and for all the restaurants close byThe suites exquisitely and very tasteful decorated with extremely comfortable beds and amenities in it, like a small fridge and microwave, in the bathroom a convenient blow dryer, coffee maker and the usual, shampoo, conditioner and a free comb and brush, a comfortable massage shower head and a very nice tub.A magnificent restaurant with room service until midnight, a heated pool and jacuzzi.
The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. The room was a good size and had a comfortable bed. The restaurant, coffee shop, and bar on-site were very convenient. The hotel was about 4 tram stops or a 5 minute carshare ride from the theme park. The price compared to the amenities was a great value. I would highly recommend staying here.
I attended a conference here. The conference room was a good size with coffee, tea, soda, and water provided. The lobby was spacious, staff courteous, and there was a restaurant, cafe, and gift shop in the lobby in addition to the Disney welcome center. Overall my experience was very good, but as I wasnt staying in the hotel I cannot speak to the quality of the room.
The rooms are nice but nothing particularly special. Im lowering my rating (which was originally given while I was still at the hotel) by one star because they tried to charge us well over a hundred dollars for parking. It took nearly half an hour for them to realize that, as one couple sharing a room with only one bed, we PROBABLY didnt bring in a fleet of cars. Also, the beds are extremely firm beneath a cushiony part at the top that was soft, but not very thick; overall it amounted to roughly a down comforter laid over the top of a granite slab.We got a much-below-regular rate for the room and I still cant regard it as a good value; if youre paying rack rate you can do a LOT better in the area. Its close to Disneyland, but not close enough that walking seemed like an particularly attractive plan (especially after a night on that mattress). To put it in perspective, Disneys Toy Story parking lot, from which they use shuttle buses to transport guests to the park, is about a block closer to Disneyland than this hotel is.
Room is up to date and clean. Staff has been very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is tasty and food staff very nice. It is a good 15 to 20 minute walk to Disneyland but I knew that when I booked it, at the end of the day it is hard. Overall though, good room and service for the price.
Clean, quiet and comfortable. We are a family of five and my husband and I didnt feel overwhelmed by being at a hotel with our three kids. Down the road from Disney and near Angels stadium it was perfect for our trip. Quick drive to the Beach as well. We will one hundred percent be back.
On a 2 week road trip and this was hands down the best hotel we stayed in. We were here 6 days and felt so at home. The staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids eat free deal in the restaurant is great and the food is even better! Even after 2 days at Disneyland my daughter said the breakfast buffet was her favorite thing about the trip. The fruit was so fresh and the omelet station provided a healthy option each morning. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
Very clean rooms, staff is nice but tends to keep to themselves. Housekeeping were really nice helpful. Nice pool on the roof. Parking for more then 1 vehicle is 50.00 per night. So keep that in mind if you have a visitor, meeting someone, or if youre visitors have more than 1 vehicle. In my week long stay I did notice that people from other places park in the check in guest parking all night. I seen 3 nights the same vehicles drive in park and walk out the parking lot. As this gives them free parking. And makes it almost impossible to park for people checking in. Forcing to drive through the gate and then get stuck on the other side. Coffee shop is good closes to early. As you turn into the parking lot there is a unloading area. Myself and another guest. Pulled in to the unloading, let our guest out and drove out as each car drove out the driver side tire popped on by vehicles. Due to a very high curb that u cannot see. A worker came out and said this happens all the time. Maybe the hotel can lower the curb. Ill ad a picture so you can see. Overall great very quiet place and clean
Although the furnishings were somewhat dated (otherwise 5 stars), the place was clean, comfortable and well managed. The rooms were spacious, the equipment (except the initial coffee maker - which was quickly replaced) worked well. Luxurious towels. We stayed almost a week, used the refrigerator and microwave extensively, and save quite a bit on our trip. I would definitely stay there again.
This hotel has awesome customer service, clean rooms with up-to-date decor, and good lighting. Also the room service and breakfast buffet are delicious! This hotel is near Disney so naturally youre going to have a lot of guests with children...which isnt my cup of tea, but I had an event to attend at this location so I didnt have much of a choice. Overall this is s great place to stay.
Enjoyed a great night with my family in a two room suite. Room was perfect, clean and well stocked. Parking was a bit much ($18), considering that we had stayed at a different hotel a few days prior with free parking. The warm delicious cookie given at the front desk made up for the price of the parking. The Doubletree cookies are the best cookies ever!. Love the pillows and comforters. My children slept in and were well rested and ready for the long day ahead.
Rooms were nice, however we were expecting adjoining rooms as we were a party of 8. When we got there we got two adjacent rooms that didnt connect. We called the front desk and they kindly let us know that they were booked completely. It didnt damper the stay but it was a little misleading to my friend who had tried to plan our vacation so that we could all be together. Otherwise the experience was great.
Nice place to stay for our Disneyland trip during Thanksgiving holidays. The bus to Disneyland stops right in front of the hotel. To go to Disneyland you take the bus from across the street. We got breakfast included in our room rates which was very convenient. Kids used the pool on one day and enjoyed it. Room were standard nothing fancy. Overall it was worth it.
The rooms are a bit dated. We stayed in a suite but the furniture looked as if it was from the 1990’s. The lobby is nice however the roomsDesperately need a furniture upgrade. I have seen much better Double Tree’s in the past. Furthermore the staff is not that friendly. The location is ideal as the Anaheim Convention center is about 7 mins walk away and Disney Land is about 25 min walk away.I stayed here for 5 nights- unfortunately the breakfast menu is EXACTLY the same everyday so it gets very repetitive. I would choose a different hotel if I had to visit again.
I left a detailed and glowing review previously but my recent experience has me taking back all of that. My teenage son arrived and checked in ahead of us and they wouldnt give him more than one key, told him that they needed proof of the company discount I was using and were suspicious that we had too many people in our room. I talked to them the next day and they said it was taken care of but when I checked out, they had almost doubled the price and wouldnt budge unless I had my company badge with me. I am Hilton Honors gold, staying at 40 Hilton properties in the last two years. Spending $8000 with the hotel chain, including at least four stays and $1000 at this particular hotel. To be treated like a criminal / liar over what was about $40 / night difference in rate was garbage. Also the gym is terrible. An elliptical and a treadmill is about all they have.I travel a lot and have 70 people that work for me. We will be reevaluating our hotel options moving forward.
I simply love this place. Very clean very comfortable. Rooms come with a bedroom and living room. Showers are great. Its not very lively here which didnt bother me at all seeing that i like laid back places. But overall we felt pretty safe and secure here. The outside area has plenty of places within walking distance to eat and the area is just filled with families coming from Disneyland.
Very clean hotel, friendly staff, large rooms, quiet and comfortable, decently close to Disneyland. My only gripe is that breakfast was a little bit of a let down. It wasnt bad, but it wasnt great either. Slightly better than a basic Continental breakfast. Overall a great place though!
Great location. Close to Disneyland, Convention Center, and restaurants. Hotel and rooms were very clean though the rooms are a little dated. Staff were mostly friendly. Only negative was when I first arrived. I had my reservation open on my phone in the Hilton app, and the staff member checking me in tried saying that I booked the wrong hotel. I showed her that my reservation was with this hotel, and that I had already checked in via the app. Miraculously, my reservation was for this hotel. So they were trying to move me to a different hotel to book my room to someone else at a most likely much higher rate.
Room was clean and decent /Awesome view of the fireworks 🎇 from Disneyland! However we did have a draining problem in the shower but was fixed ASAP after we called and notified maintenanceWe received complimentary water bottles because bf is in a rewards program with them!Great amenities 👍
I didn’t even get to stay at the hotel due to the trade show i was supposed to attend being cancelled but I definitely will the next time that I’m in the area based on the customer service I’ve received. I’m not physically there and had to have someone pick up a package and then have the rest of them mailed back to me and the general manager, Chris, has been incredible!!! Very very accommodating and then some. Highly recommend
I love these hotels...and I love their cookies. Clean, well maintained rooms. Great customer service. Rooms vary in price and size. Amenities are always wonderful. Very comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of privacy for a family stay. This particular hotel was close to so much...walking distance of just about everything.Double Tree is always one of our top choices for hotel stays. We got a really good price, too. They offer plenty of discounts, so look to see if one may apply to you. They do have a military discount for veterans, retired memebers, active memebers, and their dependants.Lastly, if you are a Hilton Honors member, there are more perks. If you arent, you might want to consider it...its free.--Q♡
Fantastic hotel in walking distance to Disneyland (about a mile). The rooms and bathrooms look to be on the newer side as is the rest of the hotel. The lobby and facilities are modern and clean, and best of all the staff are top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near Disney or the convention center. I will definitely be back to this hotel next time in the area.
Very clean and well maintained hotel. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Only hiccup was that we were told the shuttle comes every 20 minutes at the pickup out front. Took well over an hour and the staff were little help as to what we should do.
I absolutely loved my stay at doubletree the staff is so great! The room was great, clean, and spacious! The bed was great! It was an incredible hotel, so close to Disney, great for people who are going for Disney or anything at the convention center! If i go back to Anaheim I’ll be staying here! Great place!
Stayed here for 4 days while working an event. First person who attempted to hello me sy the front desk looked like she hated her job and was rude. The second girl who helped me was very helpful and friendly. Definitely turned this experience around. The room was spacious and clean. And the cookies they give you at check in are amazing, but they do contain nuts in them so be cautious if you are allergic to nuts.
The room was nice, housekeeping was respectful, it was clean, and very quiet considering its location. However, the pillows did a poor job supporting my neck and left it in pain and the bed left my back aching. I cannot truly say why it is, but this tends to happen when I stay at hotels.
My cousin was staying in a suite in the 6th floor. It was absolutely beautiful, huge and clea. It had a view of the pool. Disneyland could be seen from the room. Upon check in we were given some delicious cookies and the staff was all very friendly. There were also not that many children, which was surprising. We walked to Disneyland, but it was quite a trek. I would definitely recommend taking the hotels shuttle. There seemed to be plenty of parking and was about 18$ per night. I accidentally drove in to the paid parking area but if you leave quickly the machines wont charge you.
Excellent hotel to stay at for Blizzcon. It is about a 7-9 minute walk to the Convention Center. Rooms clean. The only thing that was a little off and not by much is I like my room freezing at night it was cold maybe 5 degrees off from freezing. Free warm cookies every time you pass the front desk ask for them. Staff is awesome
Very nice hotel in the heart of old town, the room was great very clean and it had everything I needed. It’s within walking distance of every restaurant and bar in town, I was on a date and stayed here after too many drinks and had a great night. If you’re planning a weekend trip , I recommend considering this hotel because of the location and accommodation
I picked this hotel because of all the hotels in the area it was getting the best reviews. Im a reviews junkie and dont pick/buy anything without reading what others think first. I usually dont leave a review but this one definitely deserves the extra time because we were NOT disappointed in any way. This hotel was clean, friendly, comfortable, close enough to Disneyland and the room was everything I could have wanted for a family of 6. We come to Disneyland a lot and usually get our hotel through a package but have been let down by a lot of them in the past so this time I decided to actually look around at what else was available and Ill never do a package deal again. Im not entirely sure that I spent a whole lot more here because it wasnt in a package, but I dont care because it was well worth it. Cant wait to stay here again.
This is our 4th time staying at this hotel. It continues to be great in terms of close proximity to the Disney parks, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and quiet, the staff is nice and friendly, and you can ask for as many cookies as you want. The hotel is super close to many conveniences such as restaurants (for when you dont want to spend a ton of money eating in the parks), the convention center is about a block or two over, there is a CVS down the street for snacks, water and stuff that you forgot to bring with you, and there is an ART (shuttle) stop right outside the hotel driveway. We used the ART shuttle to get to and from the parks every day. The shuttles come around every 15 minutes and get you to the parks within 10 - 15 minutes depending on traffic. If you drive, it takes about 10 - 15 minutes to get to the parking areas from the hotel. Parking at the hotel is $18 / day if I remember correctly. You can buy Disneyland / California Adventure tickets right at the hotel so you dont have to wait in line at the parks. They are the same price as at the parks but at least its super convenient. There is an outdoor pool that we didnt use this time, but have used on a previous visit. While not big, its clean and relaxing to cool off in after a long, hot day at the parks. There is also a spa / hot tub available. We stayed on the 7th floor facing the Disneyland parks. In the evening we were able to watch the fireworks show shooting off in the distance. Very cool! We had a 1 bedroom suite that was clean, comfortable and very quiet. We had two queen beds in the room that were soft and comfortable and the sofa bed in the living area was clean and comfortable as well. We didnt hear our neighbors or anyone out in the hallway at all. The rooms have had some updating, and everything was in good condition. The front desk staff was nice, friendly and always offered up the yummy cookies every time we asked a question at the lobby. Overall, a great hotel, great value and I would highly recommend it for couple or families looking for a centrally located place to stay close to Downtown Disney, Disneyland and California Adventure.
It starts all with a warm cookie at check-in and continues with complementary water bottles in your room of you are a HHonors members. The hotel is very clean, facilities are up to date and the rooms are huge. Youll have two queen beds and in another room a sofa and table as well as microwave and fridge. Shower and bathroom are again in separate rooms. The beds are extremely comfortable too.Try to get a room on top floor and youll have a solid view over Anaheim and surrounding area. Especially when you wake up and can see from your bed Palm trees you know you booked the right hotel. The other great thing about this hotel is that you can walk to Disney Land. It just takes you about 20 minutes and youre right at the entrance. If you are traveling for several days or weeks youll appreciate the laundry rooms. For just 5 dollars you can use all the facilities and also get washing powder.Parking is just right in front of the hotel and is 17 Dollar a night. Thats not cheap but simply the price you have to pay in the area.A short walk away you have grocery stores and a few restaurants.Overall an excellent hotel in perfect location of you plan to Anaheim for Disney Land or a business trip to Convention Center.

2022-04-19VERY nice. Surprisingly it was one of the cheapest places we could find close to Disney our last trip and I must say it’s the nicest hotel we have stayed in by Disney! Clean, nice BIG room! Nice lobby and great perks like a breakfast place and a restaurant for dinner. It had gated parking which was great if you need to leave your car for a while. This will be our new go to hotel for our Disney trips!

2022-06-08The property is amazing with a coffee shop bar and restaurant on site. I booked a 2 queen suite with sofa pull out, basically a 1 bedroom apartment, it has a fridge and microwave which were very useful to my family of 5 on our trip to Disneyland. The pool and spa were clean and refreshing for our mid day break from the park. Above all else for me, the reason why they have received 5 stars is the onsite management and service. Im not used to booking vacation stays, ended up having some mishaps in my booking process with a third party. The Manger, Henry was very understating and very helpful on more than one occasion, total life saver. I will be returning to this hotel on my future trips to Disney. ART shuttle stop is out front witch brings you directly to the front gates of both theme parks, very convenient for my family and I.

2022-06-24The hotel was great! The pool was great! Although the pavement around the pool was QUITE hot when we were there. The hosts at the front were very kind and very courteous. The parking is $25 per day. Beds were quite stiff. Just be aware of that. The hotel was very quiet. Of course, we had a suite with a separate bedroom, so possibly we just didnt hear the noise outside the door. But being on the top floor, it helped not have to hear noise above us as well. All-in-all, it wasnt a bad trip. It was a pleasant stay.

2022-06-10This hotel was incredible! The staff were extremely nice and well-mannered, the pool was great and the view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large and clean. There’s doors between rooms which is great for privacy, and two televisions. And the cookies they give out are delicious!! Would love to stay again.

2022-04-15This hotel is great especially if you need somewhere to sleep after Disneyland. I spoke to a guy named Johnathan over the phone and he was super nice and helped me get a room and the price for the quality of the hotel was amazing. Seriously. it’s only 5 minutes away from Disneyland and it’s close by to some restaurants and a convenient gas station just across the street that came in clutch because i forgot to bring some stuff and when you check in you get a cookie dude like come on lmao loved it here and the staff was super chill and nice. Will definitely be coming back.

2022-06-303.5 stars. Pretty good hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Close enough to Disney to walk but wouldn’t want it any further from the park. Would consider staying here again but a few small gripes: elevators are a little old and slow, need more luggage carts for a hotel with lots of families staying, some of the interior could use some renovation.

2022-05-26Room was dated & smelled musty. Television did not work. Unhelpful customer service. Would not recommend staying here. The only redeeming quality was the bathrooms were quite nice. But thats a small pro on a long list of cons..When I called the front desk to ask why I was charged $10 for a bottle of water I was told they have nothing to do with the vending machines but they could transfer me to their financing department...Theres plenty of other decent hotels around the area that are worth hour money.

2022-06-28The hotel is well maintained, staff are amazing (Robert from Front Desk is exceptional, Kimberly from the restaurant deserves a pay increase from demonstrating 100% Customer Satisfaction). However the hotel needs a make over. We booked a junior suite and room that has mild lingering scent of cigarettes. The room has a non-smoking sign but you can just tell that the cigarette smoke has already permeated the walls which can only be removed by major make over. Nonetheless, it’s near good restaurant (Morton’s Steak House)and Disney Land.

2022-03-24Not bad but they don’t have any breakfast included. They also really need a vent in the bathroom. My kids smell and it’s annoying when a hotel doesn’t spend the money to put the ventilation system in. Also I really wish I had a second sink but there’s only one sink in the hall room. We have two queen beds and a sofa bed. There was room for a couple of blowup mattresses also. This is about 1 mile away walk from Disney. It would be amazing if they had a shuttle going back-and-forth every half hour or even hour. One treadmill in the fitness room is weak

2022-04-19Positive: The location and free cookies. Recommend only for location. Negative: The rooms are highly outdated! I¿m the 2 Queen Suite, the couch in the living area was flat. All of the furniture was outdated. The bedroom was cramped with little room to walk around. Closet was extremely small. Parking is $25+tax a night!
