The place is pretty well stocked but I dont go there unless I absolutely have to because about 90% of the time they only have one cashier and this store is always busy. The line is always long and you spend more time standing in line than anything else. I used to love this store when they had enough people working.

Cashier was extremely rude and full of attitude for no apparent reason like she doesnt like her job. I think her name was Bella I will not be going back 😤
It was terrable, the guy who waited on me I think she was the manager was rude people were in the store working their accountant stuff they took every one of the shopping carts to use themselves.thr checker in

Really messy disorganized dirty store makes you want to take a shower when you get home, they sell brooms and mops but dont know how to use any, the employees seem to hate there jobs and dont make any effort to hide it, 4 check stands only ever have 1 or 2 open when they need all 4 because the lines go half way down the and moves at a snails pace. The store itself is old and located in an old run down shopping center.
Went there to get Krazy Glue. Found things there for little projects to help me, also got some big burritos I left there spending almost $20. It is a neat store nothing over a dollar.
Its good whay for some people dont have a lot of mony and the prices or just a doller for all the food I do have to say it wood be even nicer if thay wood have even more tips of food
They had things we needed because of a 15 minute evacuation notice because of the Oroville dam situation. They have food, snacks, clothes, makeup, blow dryers.etc. Pretty much everything I needed considering I left home with my dogs and the clothing on my back.

I like getting balloon here they have such amazing selection here! I like to do few grocery here theirs some are cheaper then the actual grocery store. I also love their seasonal.
This Dollar store only got one star from me because its always got stuck on the floor theres always someone shoplifting the outside is disgusting and they dont have a public bathroom cashiers are kind of scary is there even a dress code

2021-11-17Im just blown away at my experience talking with the manager. I let him know that one of the male employees didnt put all my items in my basket that I purchased. I got busy when I got home and didnt immediately notice that my 2 boxes of shells and cheese werent there. Well he was EXTREMELY rude and then told me that since I dont have a receipt (which I wasnt given) that there is nothing he can do. Then he hung up on me. Im just really stunned, I mean I work hard for my money and Im not going to try and scam the Dollar store for 2 boxes of shells and cheese. I mean seriously, where is the customer service????

2021-06-18We live in Cottonwood but this is my favorite dollar tree. Friendly and helpful employees. Just so happy they finally got the AC fixed! Those poor people should have gotten hazard pay for those conditions

2020-09-03As clean and well stocked as you can expect a discount shop to be. Polite employees. Great place to fill in the gaps in your household supplies. Lots of great memories here from when I was a kid. My Gran, may she rest in peace, used to take me here and it was great.

2020-08-26Its a little outdated but I guess most dollar tree stores are. I stop by every now and then for snacks on the go or to wrap a birthday present and balloons. Havent had a bad experience yet.Update as of 08/26/20Took away 2 stars because that place has been going down hill. Messy store, miserable workers, and it’s like pulling teeth trying to get help on something. I hope the employees see this review because I want to say that you always have a choice in where you work. Try to stay away from franchises so that you can at least get Paid time off and frequent raises. There are entry level jobs that start $15 hour in this town with benefits. And the last thing I’ll add is that attitude is EVERYTHING. Money won’t make you happy but if that’s what you want, just live below your means. I lived in a studio apartment for 6 years making the minimum and now I have 40k Cash in savings. Just do you and don’t try to impress others :)
