Thank you very much to all involved in our first trailer buying experience. Giving 4 stars because there were some mishaps/communication. But they made it up to us and were very friendly and made us feel like important customers. Very thorough on the walkthrough. They adjusted/fixed items that I pointed out. Yes I would recommend them to others.
Excellent service. We love our trailer. They helped us find exactly the right one. Sales were up front and clear. Everything we wanted installed/added went on without a hitch. They did a great job of teaching us the ins and outs of our trailer. All around, we are very pleased.
Nicest people. Did great job on rv. Knew problem right away. Took rv to 2 other places gave money but never fixed fridge. Should be against law to take money and not fix or even know whats wrong. These guys know what they are doing. Plug in back bedroom had burnt. Didnt see or smell myself. These guys knew was $15 part rest was labor which is high but no higher than any other rv repair shop. At least my fridge works now. Thanks and ladys answering phone are sweet an polite. They know there jobs too which most places not at all. Uglee disposition and rude. These ladies came outside looked at rv. Thank you to ALL STAFF T DISCOVERY RV SALES AND REPAIR.LINDA AND JAMES GREENE
Honesty is not there best policy. Bought a used RV That was supposed to be in perfect good condition with no repairs done on it. Found out that it had been patched on the roof several places and not done properly so after just two years it needs a whole new roof. I wont make the mistake of going back there for my next RV.
We had an amazing low-pressure experience with Discover RV. They did not bully us into buying anything. Don was a blessing to work with. He helped us get the numbers where tehy needed to be in order for us to make the deal. I will gladly refer my family and friends here. Thank you again Don and everyone at Discover RV.
My family was moving from CA to SC and needed a good reliable motorhome to make the journey. We saw several from this dealer advertised on Craigs list. So we decided to take a look. This is a nice facility and we were optimistic we would find what we needed. Well, it might of happened if we were in the market for a new motorhome, but our budget had us looking for used. We were shown the models they advertised along with others. Every single model had water damage, in fact one was leaking as we were looking at it. On the bed in the back bedroom was a plastic cup catching drips from a leak. Each one we would step into seemed like they didnt care about presenting a model for sale. Our salesman was a young man that was very nice, but knew nothing about what he was showing us. We had questions that should have been easy to answer, but he just didnt know. Also, when asked if the motorhome would be checked over before purchase, we were told that was offered, but it would be an additional $800 to do so. Their prices were already high on models that appeared to have problems, so to add $800 is like a slap in the face and told us they really werent interested in selling used models. The cup on the bed was really the last straw. I will not recommend this place. Sorry.
Glad they were there but they priced insane. We needed an LP detector and had one day to find. Online we found them all over for $40-60 shipped. This guy had one so we drove for an hour rlto get it. $120... Yeah, for that same detector. But without it the fridge and stove wouldnt operate so we didnt have much choice. They didnt need to price it THAT high.. But shame on us for waiting so long haha. Anyways, aside from that it was clean and nice and had a ton of selection.
Just bought a 22 ft travel trailer from discovery rv. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the employees that work there. We are new to travel trailers as we just sold our class A motor home and wanted to down size a little. Jim showed us all the TTs on the lot that had the amenities we were looking for and helped find the right one for us. Another salesman Tracy even helped out and made sure all our questions were answered and both made sure we knew how to work everything before we hit the road. Everyone that worked there was very helpful and I will be back if I EVER need another RV. Highly recommend this dealer if you are in need of a RV. Go and ask for Jim or Tracy and you will not be disappointed!
They are very bad about communication. I sold the RV I bought from them and that was ok but when it came to receiving my refund back from the cancellation of the Protection Asset Protective, they would not answer my questions, never returned the calls and the two ladies who answered the phone would always say The manager is out of the office and will be back next week. This happened 4 times. Terrible customer service. I think they want to keep the money. I am still waiting, its been 7 weeks.
Im sorry to read others bad reviews. We have had wonderful service from these folks. They made needed repairs on our 29 5th wheel in a timely manner. Cost was reasonable. They went out of their way to find and order some replacement trim that we had been unable to locate. Weve been very happy.
BUYER BE AWARE!!!!! Purchased a 2010 keystone bullet a few months ago. The delamination on the front panel did not show up for a while (large bubbles) I contacted them about this and they said it was just cosmetic and common with this style of trailer, they also admitted they new about the problem but did not inform me and will not share in fixing. The local dealers I took the trailer to informed me this is way more then just cosmetic and cost 2000 to 3000 to fix, and on top of everything my insurance company will not cover this trailer. Be warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I went by yesterday to take a quick look at a couple of trailers and the sales person was on the phone arguing with someone and when he hung up he walked right by me without saying anything , then he looked back and said can I help you and I said not you. I told him if he was so busy he could of said let me get someone to help you. Terrible customer service.
Really bad experience I take my trailer for warranty workThe employee of discover RV ask me for my key to move my truck in the trailer after we started do the walk around I noticed a damage the right hand side of the trailer with the truck course employee dont want to take responsibility not even the owner off the dealer using. The employee and the owner start in using bad language and no respect at all I will not recommend.Be careful like always when you purchase something or you going to buy something I promise everything after they make mistakes that wont take responsibility. Here is the owner

2022-05-11My family and I purchased a used RV from Discover RV last month. I would like to start off on a positive note and emphasize that my dealer I worked with was great. He was very thorough and courteous as we work through all the details and overall I enjoyed working with him. However my concern about Discover RV is that their shop is not professional and obviously did not perform the inspection that I paid for. I was charged an $899 service fee and my dealer promised that for this fee they would look over the vehicle and correct any problems. As part of our deal I was also contractually promised an oil change. I discovered when I brought the vehicle home that they had not performed the oil change as promised because the oil filter had a date written in sharpie on the bottom from 2019. There were many obvious issues which were not taken care of. The water filters were both clogged and the generator had never been serviced and still had the original oil and filter from 2006. The cooling system was a whopping 8 quarts low and this could have caused the engine to overheat and fail.I think one of the most significant defects that I discovered was that the air cleaner housing for the main engine was completely separated off the motor. Both straps that hold the air cleaner assembly to the frame were disconnected as well. According to Cummins this could have led to premature engine failure it could have easily cost me $25,000 in repair bills.Like I said the dealer I worked with was great. However the shop is some kind of Micky Mouse operation and clearly did not perform the service that I was charged for :(. My advice to any future customers of Discover RV would be to have your own mechanic look over your rig not theirs. I would also suggest telling your dealer that you will not be signing the mandatory arbitration contract as this limits your options for remedy in case there is a serious problem thats discovered later. Now you know.....

2022-05-25Came on a sunday which i was surprised they were even open. Came looking for some accessories for my RV but was disgusted at how high the prices were for everything. Not just a few bucks more but everything was atleast 25% more as compared to the SAME product on amazon or other sites. Rating 3 stars only because the salesman was so brutally honest that I should shop elsewhere because he and the other employee were also disgusted by the prices. I loved their honesty.

2022-06-06Discover RV took absolute wonderful care of me while finalizing repairs and getting the last few details solidified before taking off across country in a 1997 Lance Overcab camper that I had just bought used. I sold my home and it was a last minute pull-together to get on the road by closing day. I ended up in Lodi for a couple of weeks, and happened to be one block away from Discover RV. Since I hadnt had time to be in the camper yet, I found that the toilet was leaking intermittently into the shower. Not only did they fix the problem completely, but was able to spend time with a tech to ask some newbie questions. I then decided to go with some fast gun release tiedowns. We ordered them and I had Discover install..which was the best decision as the front tiedowns were too long and they had to cut them down to fit. Although the hourly rate was a bit above average, it was well worth it to me, as I have to say that the technicians were very astute and soooo very helpful to me! Discover squeezed me into their schedule for the second visit I made with the tiedowns and then worked with me on the price as the time and effort they put into that last endeavor was quite a bit more than originally expected. I found every staff member to be helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Discover RV! Thank you Discover Staff!

2021-07-03I can not say enough good things about Discover RV. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted in a friendly and helpful manner and this has continued through my experience with this dealership. Phil was our salesman. He was genuine, honest, and helpful. My RV had some issues and this team went above and beyond to help me. Phil, Rachel, Trisha, Paul and Mark all worked hard and fast to remedy my issues and get me back out camping . I have purchased RV’s from 4 dealerships in Northern California over the years (one being airstream who is known for their level of service). The support and customer service I received from the team at Discover RV blew the rest of them away. Don’t think twice about it, and buy from them. You won’t regret it. fast to remedy my issues and get me back out camping . 2020-11-24We purchased a travel trailer several months ago and the experience was very good over all. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was never pushy and everything about the transaction was smooth. We have had to come back a couple times since for parts or upgrades and the transactions were smooth then too. Sometimes they do appear a little understaffed so have a little patience if you need to wait a few.

2021-01-30Our sales rep, Phil, was just about the best salesman Ive ever dealt with. And I dont care for salespeople. No pressure, and knowledgeable. Everyone that I spoke to at Discover RV was just as nice as can be. Ive visited quite a few RV dealers over the past year and, well, the deal was closed at Discover RV. I would recommend a visit to this dealership if you are ready to buy, or even if you are just looking still. Great folks.

2021-04-08Encountered a problem with one of our slides ( wouldn’t retract completely) after leaving Bakersfield. Tried several large repair facilities but was told they were booked for months. After arriving in Lodi contacted Discover and got a service appointment for the following morning. They solved the problem in 30 minutes. Awesome people. Highly recommend them.
