I’ve got a big dinner party/ happy hour coming up in two weeks that is going to be hella pretentious so if you can’t beat them, join them… and that’s exactly what I plan to do in my new fresh new Dior suit. It looks so fresh – Straight black murdered from head to toe. The staff was awesome and I can’t wait to get it tailored and bust it out.
The store in Beverly Hills literally sold me a used scarf and wouldn’t return it the next day. I didn’t even take it out of the box. Stuck up awful people that should not have a job working in a store like this. I literally spend thousands in the store a month and never returned anything this was the first thing I ever returned in less than 24 hours from buying it and they gave me hell.. I will never return to this store.
July 21 we bought ths sneakers my husband paid around $1000 with taxes. I used 3 times just on the car for dinner and go to the Dr, the laces are white so they got dirty and i unlaced and wash the laces because nobody in the boutique explained to me how to take care when they are dirty ! When i was washing they all the laces and the white things started getting darker now they look awful poor quality this model and color of sneakers. I have sandals and other color of sneakers they are ok. But if you wanna spend money in good sneakers the best ones are Gucci and Luis Vuitton. Plus the staff is very helpful.Dior has bad reputation in few thingsSo dont spent your money in Chinese brandDior for me is expensive Chinese brand.Blanca Romero
If I can give 0 stars I would!Horrible horrible horrible customer service.You probably can get a better and faster service with the most unknown brand!I found a blazer that I liked and they said they can order my size. So I didnt buy any other blazers and waited for this. Its been 2 weeks already and havent heard anything! I call and I text the employee (Anthony) and there is no response.Very bad service! If you dont have it just say you dont have it dont make people wait for nothing! I cant believe a brand like Dior has employees like that
The literal best experience oh my life i went back a second time because of my saleswomen ILARIA she’s amazing the sweetest woman ever she is so nice and takes great care of you she could not have been better i live in connecticut and now will only shop with her i’ll be flying back in february just to see her and shop with her you all need to go see her she is insanely good at her job and is the nicest person ever!!!!
Just bought my son a fantastic pair of slacks and suit/tie combo, as he’d asked for this to look his best for a surprise proposal to his then-gf (happily married with a little one on the way currently). The clothes looked so sharp on him even I was amazed, and I had bought them before he ever saw them. The staff were very helpful and polite once I described the situation and his overall build/fit. One could even call them “artistic” in their professionalism. The prices are steep but this brand lasts a lifetime.
I would give them 0 stars if there is an option. There was a rude staff member when I visted the store last week. I am not sure how they select emoplyees because that person seemed uneducated and had a bad attitude. I hope their manager will check these reviews on Google and provide a better taining.
I am so pleased with Diors customer service and loyalty. I had purchased a pair of sunglasses from Barneys back in New York and in my travels to LA the case was crushed in my luggage. The SA gave me a brand new glasses case wrapped beautifully in a Dior shopping bag at absolutely no charge. Not to mention the selection in the boutique was absolutely superb. Great experience at Dior Homme!
I couldnt think of a better place to buy a nice suit for a special event other than Dior Homme.Yes its super expensive but think about it. How often do you need to buy a new suit for your sisters wedding? How many siblings can someone possibly have? I think a purchase like this is good once in a long while.I bought a black textured jacket with the matching pants, a cool light blue shirt and a dark blue tie.They found the perfect size for me. Im glad I came here. I have a cool new suit I can wear for the next 20 years haha.
Shopping at Rodeo Drive used to be such a fun experience now at Dior Rude staff no customer service they straight tell u we are closed unless u know what u want to buy it and leave lol seriously at the pandemic times instead of behaving and showing a nice smile they act so rude
I had the worst experience at this location about 8-9 months ago. I went in regarding an issue with an online purchase and this gentleman (Alex Spiers I think) was so rude to me. I had never experienced such rude attitude in any store. There was another girl (Kim I think) who was somewhat nicer, she at least apologized and said they can’t help with my issue in store. Anyways, this is not the level of service you expect when you shop in high end stores like this.. Still love Dior and it’s one of my favorite brands, but won’t ever be shopping at this location again, will just walk past by it every time I’m in Rodeo.
Horrible managementI took a pair of shoes to exchange and in addition buy other items. But to my surprise the store manager refused to take them because they were “worn”! The shoes were untouched. I hardly took them out of the box. Regardless, the managers Alex and Kim came up with some BS arguments not to take the shoes back.The overall treatment was horrible. I left shaken and in distress. Obviously, I canceled all the other purchases worth thousands of dollars and walked out to never be back.My assistant took the shoes to South Coast Plaza location where they took it back without any issues. Plus, they had better selection and incredible service and I was able to find the items I needed.Good job losing business and clients 👏🤦🏻♀️.
Katy was simply a delight to work with and helped me with the purchase of some stunning sandals!❤️ even though I did not spend too much, Katy still spent ample time with me and showed me the entire collection. I recommend Katy at the Dior Beverly Hills location for all your shopping needs!
Bad experience with an Asian lady maybe Chinese like the previous review states. Came in ready to buy some thousand dollar shoes and she didn’t seem like interested at all to make a sale. My wife even asked if we could order them and she had the audacity to tell us we could order them online ourselves smh. Guess she didn’t think we were going to buy so we decided to leave and give The commission to the website lol. I work in sales myself not sure how she sells with that attitude
Horrible customer service. I got a sunglasses here and the sales man did not advised me that it was not exchangeable at all. I was really between two models and it was a gift for my sister. I got one and she did not like that much. Arriving at the store the manager with a very not pleasant face just told us there was nothing that he could do, no return not even a color exchange. I really do not advice anyone to buy any accessories of this store. Don’t buy DIOR. Not worth it.
Very poor and bad customer service and unfriendly staff, walked in wearing their latest purse and shoes and asked to exchange a brand new wallet that I got as gift (which I had a receipt for and got it 2 weeks prior) and wanted to exchange it with exact same style but different size and pay the difference and they said the manager will have to call me and they NEVER did and the sales people were extremely unfriendly despite my big smile and very kind attitude, completely different than what I got from the Dior stores in europe.
What can i say it was a very uncomfortable experience at the store.There is a saleswoman who always turns my mood upside down. I rather step in the boutique on her off day! She either dont like asians or dont like to sell small items and looks up only for higher commission sales. She will be showing her emotions where she should be acting professional. Only thing she wants to sell is bags not wallet or fashion jewelry. She got extremely upset and wouldn’t even show me the wallet. I naturally, left and made purchase from a different boutique. I hope she would approach customers nicely... I wont be posting her name but she would know
Their staff are extremely rude, particularly the Chinese sales girl working today, 4/16 around 11am to 12pm. Asking to be shown a few different items is apparently too much to ask for. She actually audibly scoffed every time we asked to be shown something. Like really?Terrible customer service. We were planning on buying a bag and some cups/plates for my wife, but her attitude was so off-putting we decided to buy it from Hermes instead.
I would rate it a ZERO if I can.Today I went shopping with my boyfriend to buy a pair of ear clip-ons because they don’t sell chip-ons online. I first went to Chanel and a sales great us very nicely. I told her my request and she soon brought three pairs for me to pick. Even though I didn’t like them, she still helped me to try one of them to see how they look on me. We then decided to check on dior to see if they hold any clip-ons in store. The Chanel sales accompanied us until we left the boutique with great attitude.Then we arrived at Dior across the street. After sanitizing our hands upon instructions, we found our sales were still chatting with her colleagues at the corner and left us awkwardly standing at the door. She finally came to us and I told her my request for ear CLIP-ONs. She was upset for no reason and put on an annoying poker face. (She’s Asian with fake eyelashes and I hope whoever’s reading this post will not have her as your sales to ruin your mood) She showed us a shelf of earrings and then started to play with her phone. I was shocked because every single time I went to stores like these I have never been treated this way. She didn’t explain any of the product or recommend any. I started looking myself and I found the products she showed me were all earrings which I CANNOT wear because I asked for CLIP-ONs!!! I asked her if these were all earrings and she totally ignored me while continued to play on her phone. I was very angry at the time but I hold my anger and asked again. She then said there were no clip-ons at the store. All these time she was looking down at her phone which made me assume that Dior paid their sales to play with their phones instead of serving their customers.I was so shocked to hear that because why the heck would you show me anything if you don’t carry what I was looking for. You can simply tell me when I first asked. You don’t expect me to pay for earring which I cannot wear! Also the attitude is simply unbearable. I have never experienced any problems with store like Hermès, Chanel, Bvlgari and LV no matter how I dressed and whether I want to buy or not. Their sales were 100000 times nicer than this lady I met at Dior today. As a customer, I don’t care if you are in a bad mood or not. If you come to work, then do your work with the correct attitude. A straighter on the street would have a better look on his face than yours. I went on 11/23/2020 at about 4:00-5:00 pm for the boutique’s reference. It’s the WORST shopping experience EVER in my life and I will never enter this store again.
I got Dior sneakers for $880 and wore it only twice but the colors changed. I tried to clean it but it didnt came off. I came to the store and the stuffs are very unhelpful! With other high end designer stores they do something about the purchase even after a long time. But it is unexceptional for the brand new sneakers to look like this after two wears. They do not even offer cleaning products or at least a discount to shoe cleaning service. To be honest buying anything from a store with such a bad customer service is not worth spending money.

2022-01-19Came with my husband to get a few things. Ilaria was very helpful in assisting us. They didn’t have his size in store for these black and 3m shoes but Ilaria had them shipped to the store for us. We don’t live in state so as soon as she got them, she shipped them directly to our home.

2022-02-27Zero star for real!! Salesperson Phyllis and manager Naile were rude, arrogant, disrespectful and had a really bad attitude. If you hate your job then quit already!! I bought these pair of sandals for my Moms birthday and tried to exchange it for half size bigger but they were not able to exchange it for me due to small dots on the bottom. HAHA!! kidding me!! It was not worn even once! I was not even trying to return. Never gonna shop at Dior anywhere! They have terrible corporate structure and culture!!!!! Waste of money and energy.

2022-07-15I was really disappointed because I had to wait over 30 mins in line to get in the store and there was only four people in front of me. All the workers are very kind and helpful and are good at suggesting alternatives. My PROBLEM is that the wait time for them to get your item and package them is very long too. I was also disappointed in the packaging I got because I didn’t get a ribbon/bow and the receipt was crumbled and wasn’t even in the little dior receipt holder. I also did not get the paper wrap around my boxes like how everybody else did this was my first dior item and the experience and packaging did not come through

2022-03-07I know things in designer stores like these could get a bit overpriced so looking for something small yet good is a way to ball on a budget. Which is why I strictly come here for the fragrances. Makes sense to see which new ones they have and smell them and make the decision which one to keep

2021-12-09I purchased a Dior card holder over 3 months ago that I unfortunately had to return few days later as my business cards did not fit in it. I originally paid for it cash and was told it would take 10 days to receive a check for reimbursement of it.After many phone calls I have still not received anything and now forced to take legal action to obtain my reimbursement. I will never purchase anything in this shop. Extremely disappointed!
