Its amazing to me that someone driving a company car with logo on it can be so disrepectful. At 625 this morning getting on fast track in riverside a Dewey pest control car decided to run up and get over at the last minute and almost hit me because he/she didnt feel the need to wait 20 minutes to get into fast track like most everyone else.
When we have to evacuate for 4 hours twice and now again the third time, after a spay shouldnt there be at the LEAST ( ONE DEAD COCKROACH) as evidence that they are being treated or killed. I swear there is no sign of spray and i kill more after the dewey visit, NOW WE WILL BE USING STRONGER STUFF AND HAVE TO SIT OUT IN THE YARD 4 HOURS AGAIN. U SUCK!

2021-08-25We have been monthly clients of Dewey Pest Control for close to 35 years. We liked our technician Rhett a lot, and were with him until he retired recently. Jamal took over for Rhett, and is our current technician and we didnt know if we would like him as much as Rhett. But Jamal has exceeded our expectations. He is always willing to listen and solve our pest problems. He came by last Saturday to touch up the last problem we were experiencing, and to make sure we were still satisfied. In the 35 years we were with Rhett, I dont remember him stopping by on a Saturday. Maybe Rhett did, but I was unaware. Perhaps I would have been unaware of Jamal on Saturday too, if I wasnt home. It was just unexpected and we appreciate our technician Jamal very much.

2020-12-28I was battling a bug problem for nine months tried everything nothing worked. Started service with Dewey and technician Erik solved my problem within three visits which is amazing he was prompt he checked up with me every other week to see how things were going! I truly appreciate the time and attention Erik provided and continues to provide. So nice to have problem fixed but even better to have consistent and reliable customer service. Thank you Erik!

2020-09-04Don Breckenridge is a great technician! He was such a nice person and very respectful to the house. I have a new baby and made sure that everything was completed safely and efficiently. 2020-11-24I just had technician Jamal show up to my residence to do some quarterly spraying. After discussing with my mother (due to a language barrier between her and Jamal regarding indoor maintenance/spray), his sales pitch was PURE GOLD, and we followed his advice for indoor roach gel service. Jamal was beyond patient with me while I translated, extra courteous, very profession, and extremely knowledge about his job. I loved the entire interaction that I had with him, because it was all informative and educational with regards on doing my part to help out my home with fighting off any rodents or pests. Thank you, Jamal for stopping by. We will definitely be calling back to schedule an indoor spraying with you.

2019-09-01What an amazing experience with this branch. My roommates cat that is about six months old had a flea problem for about a couple months, finding out that kittens are more prone to fleas for the first year of their life. I decided to get Dewy Pest Control involved but I needed a little more information. Hugo P. was an excellent service experience making sure I was informed of every little detail making me feel comfortable with the process and at ease. 2018-05-24I have to begin by saying that I truly appreciate all that Dewey Anaheim has done for me and my fear of spiders and cmon lets be honest what girl is big on bugs??!! They are always extremely patient with me on the phone. All the girls have always been so kind never make me feel bad for calling in constantly to retreat my property always free of charge to get retreated too. I have to say that my Tech always sets my mind at ease and lets me know when he is on his way which I appreciate. Since being on service with Dewey I have had little to no issues with spiders after THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

2020-02-03They call ahead to remind me they are coming and give me a chance to ask for anything I might need. When I found a dead bird in my yard, I called and they came to remove it. I have been with Dewey for over 30 years and have never been disappointed once.I recommend them to my friends.

2018-05-17The manager, Jeff & his team are great! They have worked with us on numerous projects & are always on time & do a thorough job. If theres ever a problem with a job Jeff will go out of his way to make things right. Theres a lot of iffy companies in the pest control industry but Dewey have been around for many years & are still family owned.
