Deseret Industries is an amazing store that is clean and well stocked the staff is amazing and friendly. I suggest that Deseret is the best thrift store around. The associate workers participate in a program that builds strong work skills and personal development. I love this store what a diamond in the rough. Its well worth it for me knowing that my purchases go toward a program that strengthens individuals and communities.

Our visit here was great we found a lot of great stuff for my children and a couple small things for myself the store is very clean and has a bunch of great items throughout and even a few nice finds in the back area of the store that are larger items.Overall a great visit we really enjoyed the store and wonderful selection throughoutThank you for all the great deals!!

This is a nice organized store. There are a lot of clothes, mainly womens, as with any thrift store. There are of course other things here as well like kitchen items, furniture, and other assorted used items. The prices seem reasonable and no color tag gimmicks so you dont have to decide on going back another day to try and get a better price.The interesting thing here is that they sell new beds and dressers and kitchen tables as well.There is handicap parking and entrance.

I have always enjoyed visiting Deseret Industries because it is clean and organized and has the best clothes Ive found in a thrift store. But now Im a customer for life because yesterday the dock manager Salu went above and beyond in helping me. My mom accidentally donated a pair of my grandmothers glasses. My grandma passed away recently and those glasses were one of the only things I wanted to have to remember her by. My mom felt absolutely terrible, so we went to see if we could find them before the glasses made it to the floor. Salu went above and beyond and took time out of her day to help me find the glasses despite it being like searching for a needle in a haystack. And somehow we found them! Words cant describe how much her kindness meant to me. Now Ill always have this important keepsake to remember her by, and it couldnt have happened without Salu. THANK YOU

My last trip to Deseret will, unfortunately, be my last trip to that store because of the actions of a single employee on two occasions. I shop thrift stores for fun and a positive environmental impact not out of need so when I am treated poorly I have choices. About a month ago while shopping, a young woman employee started following me around the store. By itself that wouldnt have been unforgiveable however she was so close as to be invading my personal space and did not back away from me with anything less than a direct approach telling her she was too close, especially in the times of covid. The second time, a month later because I already had a bad taste from the previous incident, the same woman was on the check stand, chatting with her friend. When another employee directed me to that stand the young woman resentfully stopped talking to her friend and was then both snotty and incompetent. I did not understand what she said when she stated the total and the monitor was not visible to me and she was aggressively nasty when I handed her the dollar amount based on what I thought she said. No thank you, no pretense at politeness to be seen. So, at least for the foreseeable future, I am done with Deseret.

They have a better selection here than I assumed. This location is super clean and the staff is very kind and accommodating. When were back in the area we will for sure drop in again.

They have a wide variety of a lot of items. That being said every time Ive went here staff are always kind and helpful. I always spend over my budget but thats not their fault they carry good items. I come from a big family so theirs always a holiday. I can buy good items and stash it away as gifts for loved ones. I also buy myself items as well. Their prices are fair I think. Some pieces are brand new and its still cheaper than original price offering from previous retailers. I just went today and it was pretty busy. Cashiers were on it and fast. I used to volunteer here as well in the past. I cant find a thing to complain about. Keep up the great work DI!

This is the first place I go to when I need any furniture for the house. I love the clothes selection, but feel the prices have gotten a bit higher than I like on some things. Overall I am not going to stay away and hope to keep finding the hidden gems this place has to offer.
