I didnt get the mans name behind the desk but he is a straight shooter, he wont bullshit you he will tell you like it is. for me personally i dont know much about cars besides basics like changing brakes and oil. when i need to get major work done i get nervous taking it to a shop because i feel like they are going to say its a bigger problem then what it is. i explained to him what was happening to the car he said bring it back tomorrow and i will check it out. they were short staff someone went home sick. i brought it back the next day he took it for a test drive. when he came back, he came back from the back of the shop. he said i couldnt get it to act up at all. i related it to going to the doctors and not having your symptoms show up. he said he ran the scanner to check for any codes and nothing came up. i was confused but happy i that a professional said it is fine. he brought it to the front popped the hood and checked the transmission fluid it was almost completely empty. he said that your problem right there. i put transmission oil in and it feels perfectly fine now. saved me a lot of money.

My transmission in a 2006 Chevy Silverado pick up was slipping and call Chester and he was kind of busy but he took me in and help me.rebuilt transmission and it shift’s like the day it rolled off the showroom floor. Chet is one of a kind! I brought in my 2006 Acura MDX after the previous repair shop told me they could fix it and still charged me for the repair after the part they ordered did not fix my truck. I took it to Chet and although he wasn’t able to fix he referred me to another repair shop that was able to properly diagnose my problem and he didn’t charge me a dime for anything that he did.

Took care of my car promptly. Had some issues with codes and abnormal activity the following day. I stopped back by the shop and was taken care of immediately and the issues were resolved with no problems. Thanks guys. Any tranny issues in the future Ill be back.
Very bad customer service, just called to ask if they can replace my Spark Plug Well Gasket which is a simple fix on a 1994 Honda Accord, and as I can see in the below reviews theyve put new clutchs into BMWs so I have no idea why they couldnt help me out. They told me they dont do that type of work dont bother calling this mechanic if they cant change simple GASKETS.
I really had no choice, because my transmission failed on me, but was very satisfied with the customer service, especially in terms of communication, explaining the problem while giving details on the repair solution, competitive pricing, and the repairs being done in a timely manner. My vehicle is running great again and their warranty will help keep my transmission in good condition.

This is the 2nd time Ive used Chet at Delta Transmission. The first time was for repair and rebuild on my manual transmission and this time to replace and repair my master cylinder. I find Chet to be one of the most honest and professional small biz owners around. He diagnosis the problem, gives a fair, reasonable estimate which ends up lower than most and wont change it after the fact. He is communicative, follows up as promised and will accommodate you if you need a ride home or pick up. He has worked and then owned this business for decades and knows that treating his local clientele honestly and fairly is paramount to a successful and thriving business. He will not let you down and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him 100% for your transmission/brake/other needs.

2022-07-02My vehicle wont be returning for any service at this place! They dont ever tell you whats going on with your vehicle. Dont pick up the phone. Dont have answering machine & no one will ever call u back on the status of your vehicle. My car was there for over 2 weeks & they never called me. I had to go down there & figure out what was going on with my vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

2021-10-29One of my mechanic friends referred me to Delta transmission to look at my rear end. The staff was real friendly and took my car in and rebuilt my whole rear end for a fairly decent price. Upgraded gears and everything else. On top of that they finished everything within 3 days. The car runs great and I will definitely recommend them to others. Thank you guys ☺️

2021-03-19Chet is a great guy and he handled my car within a day. Told me it would take about a week and then said it was an easy fix and sent me out on my merry way. About 6 months later I have built upon and tuned the car that he rebuilt the transmission for and it runs like a top.

2021-07-30These folks are AMAZING!! even though there always busy, they gave me a honest answer about the transmission problem on my Mustang, the price to fix was great and the car was back on the road a week later. I would definitely use them again if I have any more problems...

2021-09-05I took my car to Delta Transmission for a clutch problem; they fix it for a decent price. Then about 6 months later my clutch went out again. I went to their shop and told them about my problem with my car and they said that they couldn’t see it because they were booked. Then I told them that they had worked on it about 6 months ago so they were like oh its warranty so they made room for my car to get fixed again for the same problem. A year later I my clutch went out again, I took it back to them because I thought the previous clutch repair was under warranty, apparently it wasn’t. I did not want to leave my car with them again, but since my car was already there, and time was of the essence, I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of moving it to another shop so I left it with them for the 3rd time for the same problem. When I received my car, the clutch worked but my car had a rough idle to it. I didn’t even bother trying to take my car back to them for the rough idle cause I didn’t want to deal with them.
