Who doesnt like ice cream. I ordered their toffee blizzard. Wow. Chucks of brownie, and toffee with ice cream. Ordered the small it was abundant and well couldnt finish it all in a sitting. Going back to try other flavors
The ranch tasted totally rancid but they use the weird packaged stuff so that might be why. Food was overdone
Terrifying experience recently. I placed an order online for a blizzard and was sitting in my car by the pick up window waiting for it. The guys making the food in the back were touching it all bare handed!! Handling the fries bare hands. Sweeping the floor. Handling a hot dog bun then opening some boxes then back to handling the fries! One of the guys had one glove on but he never changed it between touching all the other stuff and his phone and all the food. I will NEVER eat here and I told all my family never to eat there. Fortunately the people up front making the blizzards were changing their gloves regularly. And also they never touch the ice cream. But I digress. In review, never eat there. So horrible.

Recently remodeled this place has been here for as long as I can remember. Fantastic ice cream delights but their food is quite good also from classic hamburgers to chicken tenders.
It’s exactly what you’d expect from DQ. This one does have dilly bars in the freezer case though, so that’s a plus.
I dont know how many dairy queens are around but this one stays very busy. We found a shady outdoor table so we could have our dog join us for lunch. For $6, we got chicken strips, fries or a salad, a drink and a small sundae. We couldnt eat everything. Definitely 5 stars.

It was hot last week and I went 3 times. This is what iI noticed...Lines are always longer in Summer ... it bothers me that the ice cream is melty when I get it.Also, that the blizzard and shake machine as well as, the counter space is so dirty... I know they get busy, but that is cross contamination or allergy problem waiting to happen being so dirty. It should be cleaned ... no matter what. Just saying.
The Dairy Queen in Campbell, California sells gift cards, but they do NOT redeem them! When you go to use your DQ gift card at this location the staff always tell you the system isnt working. My mother called to complain about this, but its $50 lost to us. This is a dishonest way of doing business and they should refund the money I paid for their gift card!

Ordered through UberEats, bought a plain hot dog, medium fry, medium Coke.The Coke tastes like water, barely any flavor.The fries have more salt on them than a Cheetos has cheese. My hands feel like Im picking up sticks of sand.The PLAIN hot dog, came with Ketchup and Mustard.All around, the entire meal was ruined, my disappointment is immeasurable. I cant understand why anyone would rate this place 5 stars, other than that they mustve been paid to do it.

Went to eat dinner at Dairy Queen! Sadly ....a new young guy didnt put love into the food!! Chicken basket....toast not toasted, asked for gravy...got ranch! Fries...were worse then McDonalds so much salt we couldnt eat!! Deluxe burger meal....meat pink, lettuce and tomatoe....Bad produce! Fries ....Salter then flower seeds!! Sadly we been cooking here 20yrs and this was the worse!! Dq management.... Encourage this young careless generation how to put love,quality into a SIMPLE burge and food! Its not hard yall!! Its too common these young ppl people dont get trained the proper way and redirected as we should have pride!

The ice cream is fantastic, but I wish can be said about the place. It was dirty; ice cream and snow cones on the ground, messy countertop that they used to make their stuff, and the rags they used to wipe are unsanitary.
Its Dairy Queen and one of the very last ones in the Bay Area - whats not to love?! Friendly staff who quickly and accurately deliver your order in a classic-sized (super small) roadside restaurant. Nowhere better on a hot day and you need a sweet treat (although the burgers are pretty good too!)
Ive been going to this place for over 45 years. Its had the same owner for 40 or the 45. He still goes in and works around the place. I talked to him on my last visit. I talked to him when he bought the place. I asked if he was going to do like most new owners of a business and raise the prices? He asked me if I wanted to pay more? After my reply of no, he said ok we will leave as they are, would that be alright? I didnt see any prices change for over a year at least. Super nice guy.

Went here craving for the blizzard. Its usually crowded here. The blizzard was amazing. I gave 4 stars because the order pickup process was a bit chaotic.
Seriously the best fast food experience Ive had in a long time. Friendly and fast staff, organized even though there is a constant stream of traffic. Fries were cooked to perfection. Burger was tasty. I highly recommend the 5$ lunch. Well worth the money. Great staff, thanks again.
They got me eating so good over here. Lots of things to choose from but its a bit expensive. The chicken tenders, french fries with a side of toast is the best thing they have there.
Got my birthday cake here and it was spectacular. I hadnt had an Ive cream cake in so long and this location lives up to its cake awards. Its not too expensive and itll feed maybe 6-8 people. You can call or order online and pick up when needed.
Dairy Queen has the best strawberry shakes around. The food is also pretty good awesome fries, chicken strips everything we have had from there has always been good. Its just too bad that there is not too many locations around the central valley .
This spot is the one I like best. I visit many restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The team is very professional and the cooking they offer is so tasty. I would always prefer to have a good dinner in this place. Highly recommended.
OK My brother chose this restaurant for his Birthday dinner. I ordered a bone-in ribeye medium rare; it came out more like medium......the texture was not good. Honestly, youd think a steakhouse would get that right.
If you grew up going on road trips, this is the place. The blizzards are amazing. This location makes the peanut butter crunch from back in the day. But you have to ask for peanut butter can chocolate crunch. Down to earth Americans come to Dairy Queen. Great staff too.
Love the ice cream. They staff were fast, but they didnt hear me ask for chocolate ice cream. Got vanilla instead. Oh well, not what I wanted, but I was too lazy to mention the error. Its karma telling menu shouldnt be eating ice cream.

I realize that Dairy Queens are not known for their ambiance but this one could definitely use a good scrubbing. Counter service was very friendly and fast! Blizzards are as good as ever and even the burgers looked tempting. Definitely not a place for those who scrutinize nutrition labels but once in a while its fun to indulge.

DQ has IMHO the best tasting soft serve ice cream. It is still my go to place for their desert menu. Lunch/dinner items are so so, nothing to distinguish them from other fast food outlets.
Yummy of course! I recently got the app on my phone. My only issue is that the specials on app are limited to only 1 person. Itd be better if you can use it for your whole party not just 1 person. Not that great of a deal.
It was an unusually warm day. Had my favorite off menu selection... Mr. Misty Freeze. Its a must slush with ice cream mixed in. Im old school. It used to be on the menu years ago! I also had a hamburger and was pleasantly surprised it was actually pretty good for fast food! DQ has another old favorite of mine... The Orange Julius. Ill go back for one of those.
They getting this rating because they have a phone number that doesnt go to the business. how can you call ahead if they dont have a working phone. But other than that a great place to get Ice cream on a hot summer day.
Nice employees, but inside could be a bit more clean. Sidewalk on the side of Dairy Queen really sticky had not been cleaned in a long time. Frosty cone was good.

Place is small but employees were quick to make our blizzards. Only thing I can say is I hope they remodel the bathroom a little bit. It looks like a room for the homeless. Its connected to the kitchen and it looks like anyone can burst in at any moment; it gives me anxiety because theres a gap in the doorway.

Delicious treats it was certainly helpful onto 95° day. This Dairy Queen didnt seem fresh clean and crisp like some others. Nothing was out right dirty but just seemed less organized in new inside.

Only six people are allowed inside. There is a table between the person who is taking orders. Credit card swiping machine is accessible. Masks and gloves are worn by employees. In and out in 10 mins.
Love the dipped cones here as they also have cherry and butterscotch in addition to the standard chocolate dipping. Wish there were more DQs in the South Bay, but this one has been great every time Ive been in the neighborhood.

Often give vanilla only when the choc/vanilla twist is specifically requested for the sundaes. Not worth going back and redoing once they give it to you, but disappointing, not good customer service . Also at least twice they have been out of Diet Coke caffeine free. When it happened today, they said it would not be refilled because they were going to have somebody look at it tomorrow. Not working right. Meanwhile. Then had to wait till after a couple more orders before someone would ring up a refund for me because that was the only kind of soft drink I wanted. At least I did get money back. But meanwhile, our Ice cream was melting.

This place is ridiculously expensive $5+ for smoothie, milkshakes, etc. A $5.89 bacon cheeseburger was small & tasteless. Orange Julius tasted like bad cough medicine. Upon complaining about taste, they offered to replace this $6 item with a $2 soda & refused to refund the difference. I will NOT go back.

This place is POPPIN, especially at night, but the staff are friendly and eager to help. When I asked, they made me a special mud pie Blizzard (hadnt had one in 15+ years) even though it wasnt on the menu. Fantastic.
Only DQ with a full food menu in the South bay! Original location is loaded with nostalgia from the days of the 50s drive-in. Great eats, cool treats, and ice cream cakes make this a summer must stop.

I had always seen DQ blizzard commercials but for some reason had never been. I still remember the first time I went and had a blizzard. It was my 16th birthday. 2 of my brothers in law were in town and took me golfing. After, they asked me, what do you wanna do now? And I said, you know what? Ive never had a blizzard and they look so delicious. So they drove me to DQ and bought me a chocolate extreme blizzard. I remember that day like it was yesterday. Changed my life forever. You will always remember your first blizzard. I promise you that. The food is absolute trash, by the way.

Fast food. Oldie timey feel with a futuristic soda machine.Walked into an empty restaurant with 3 employees within view, but wasnt acknowledged or greeted. I did get a smile when walking up to the counter to order. The lady was helpful and patient.When asking do you have anything vegetarian?, they immediately said side salad.Sounds like one small speaker in the back is the only music for the whole place.Decent ice cream, bland salty fries.

Its a hapnen place on Saturday night. I usually get the banana split...enough for 2, or the hot fudge Sunday, but tried the midnight fudge Sunday... my new favorite...dark chocolate.
Unprofessional. I gave the lady at the counter 100 dollar bill and didnt give me my proper change. Ten dollard short on my change is a big mess up to me. Asked them to check there cameras and they refused. The get no stars!

Okay first off who doesnt love Dairy Queen its hard to give a place like this anything less than five stars the restaurant chain has been around for a long time in this restaurants been here for over 50 years the ice cream is still good and they still turn the blizzards upside down so that you know its not watery

2021-10-09Fun retro place for ice cream and burgers. The onion rings were the best Ive had in a while. The onion rings are made with real rings of onion, not the onion puree that some burger places use. The kids and I went there for a post-flu shot treat. 😋

2022-03-30Worst location to go!!!!! Stay away!!! Very unprofessional staff and very childish!! Got my order wrong 😑 with me waiting already 7 minutes in line and 15 minutes wait. So had to order my 2 missed sandwiches and wait another god knows how long while the rest of the food got cold. Very unpleasant service wish I would have not brought my family here. And FYI EVEN IF YOU ARE DINING IN THEY GIVE YOU THE FOOD IN A TO GO BAG!

2022-06-26Been coming here since we moved to Campbell. Usually for a blizzard every few weeks and sometimes their chicken strip basket. No issues with their online system, food is ready to go when we roll by 10 minutes or so after ordering. Keep it up!

2022-07-26Inside very busy but fast service we were sitting outside eating our icecream and a big Rat came down from the near by tree we thought it was a squirrel but we knew right away it was a Rat we git and started to leave when it went back up the tree we sat by not a good experience

2022-06-11I always enjoy Dairy Queens Peanut Buster Parfait. My kids enjoy Dairy Queens meal deals. For $7 they can get a 21-oz drink, an order of fries, a small sundae, and either a cheeseburger or 3-pieces of chicken strips.

2022-04-04This place is BUSSSINN. Blizzards so thicc they test the limits of the plastic spoons that are provided. Your better of eating them with your hands anyways, as God intended. ***Glorious Milk-fingers***

2022-07-16There isnt s better chocolate dipped soft serve ice cream cone anywhere! The peanut parfait was also yummy... and the fries are really good- thin and crispy

2022-01-02Great blizzards. They’re willing to add whatever toppings you want. No drive through. They have plenty of parking on either side of the restaurant. Blizzard portion sizes are very generous so check the cup size if you haven’t been here before.
