Thank you, thank you to the pharmacist and the tech at this CVS. Our CVS in Menifee could not fill our prescriptions for several days but referred us to the Target one off Rancho. The tech who was so kind verified both prescriptions were in stock and they filled it within 30 minutes. You two are the best!!!

Of the 3 CVS pharmacies on Rancho California Rd in Temecula, in the CVS pharmacy 29676 Rancho California Rd near Target, there is a female pharmacist of asian decent. More than twice she has wrongly filled the same prescription which i receive monthly and have filled at CVS pharmacies for many years. She demonstrates no caring nor respect to improve her errors for a simple yet critical life saving medication. She demonstrates no respect for CVS pharmacy clients. She insists that I must call in 3 times every month to ensure that the pharmacy has the medication in stock and ready for dispencing: the same medication, the same prescription, month after month, year after year. The pharmacist Mr Bao at the CVS pharmacy in Meadows Village 31771 Rancho California Rd is on the contrary a caring pharmacist, who values his clientele. After only 3 monthly visits Mr Bao recognizes me and calls me by name.

So cameron (my husband) and i went to my routine dr appointment to get my medication that i have been prescribed. we then went to CVS Target (on rancho california rd), mind you this is the SECOND time i have dropped the SAME prescription off here. i then got a voicemail from a Cheryl Pitt who is the pharmacist at CVS Target, stating she can not MORALLY fill my prescription. i proceeded to call the pharmacy to get more information. She stated she question my prescription so she then called my doctor to ask if my prescription was legitimate. My dr confirmed. She then proceeded to ask my doctor about my mental state and medical history (which she says she’s legally allowed to do). Cheryl then tells us, she STILL even after speaking to my dr refuses to fill my prescription. I asked her then to please write me a note stating she refused to fill my prescription and sign it. she agreed. so cam and i head to the pharmacy, where she then refuses to give us a note stating she won’t fill my prescription but we can call her 1-800 number. Once she saw i was recording she the refused to speak to us any longer. so moral of the story is, if you’re young, a minority, and tattooed you’re labeled a drug addict and can’t receive the help you need. it took my 13 years to try to get help with my anxiety and to not be ashamed of it and now that i’ve seen a dr and am currently attending counseling, the pharmacists refuse to give me my medication. please be aware. spread the word. this woman is playing God with lives and should be held accountable. yes, they have their right to refuse service to anyone, but this isn’t a hamburger...its my medication. i will be calling corporate and sending the video and we’ll as audio recording i have if her profiling me and refusing to give me a reason as to why should wouldn’t fill my prescription besides her “moral compass”. i am a certified medical assistant with a pharmacology background and she is definitely in for it.
