Exceeded my expectations. I went to a Crossroads in San Francisco, and didn’t have a wide selection of clothes. This Crossroads though had clothes for both young and old! Not to mention shoes, bags, hats, and socks. My sister and I have completely different styles, and we both found several things we loved. There are several dressing rooms, where you can try on clothes continuously. Staff were nice and helpful too! My two complaints are that the good clothes do mean a higher price compared to other thrift stores, and there aren’t any baskets to hold your clothes.

Pricey items, even though they pay very little for them.Last week I brought some nice-looking clothes and they only took the ones that were most expensive/ from catchy brands and gave me $22 in cash.Plus, they didnt even tell me what clothes they took nor gave me any explanations to why they didnt accept the rest of my clothes.

I went here and waited 1hr with a car full of items all in perfect condition half brand new with tags others worn maybe once or twice this includes real leather jackets for spring and fall wear but was told they don’t buy brand clothes yet I was looking at a jacket on they wall priced for $68 that was in ok condition at the end they offered me $4 I left I’ll just give it all to good will vs sell it to this store

Amazing selection of clothing, much bigger than it looks driving by. Prices are higher than average thrift store but this no average store - think boutique crossed with your coolest friends closet. Parking lot is interesting to get in and out of onto busy Stevens Creek but trust me, its worth it

Was a nice store, and I will most likely come back. It is a bit pricey but I found some nice items priced well for what they were. Looking around most of the items seemed to be small and extra small.

I got this dress thereAlthough I don’t like how they do me when I try to resell lol they also looked me up and down and said we don’t accept SHEIN but I see SHEIN on the racks anyways it’s a good store despite that

They are very picky about items they take, but they will take a select few things. Expect to spend about an hour here.

Really nice clothes and very clean. Nice shoes and quiet also very organized.

Idn but seem like everytime I take some thing they dont like or they just playing me but workers are always helpful doe .
