I love my Safeway but man weirdos hang around after dark. Be aware, dont leave things in car, and walk fast! Staff are friendly generally and helpful. Store is clean, fresh produce, and a Starbucks. Works!!
The people here are awesome, courteous and helpful going above and beyond the Call of Duty when needed. The store its clean and offers bigger selection then others. I wish they were still 24 hours sometimes when you come here it is so packed its a good thing they have a Starbucks in the middle of the store that is a plus. They need to get better security though on three occasions I have seen groups of people just walk right out with handfuls of things even right in the face of security. Was once here also when there was a shootout in the parking lot this is a place where it wouldnt seem like it but you need to watch and be aware of your surroundings, car and self.
Good grocery store with decent prices and very good meat selection also if u catch the shrimp deal its buy 1 get 1 free on the frozen 2lb bags of 10-15cout shrimp so 4lbs for 20 bucks.....not bad ay?
The Safeway there is always clean fully stocked and if you need help just ask .

The mall is almost full with only the former Rite-Aid vacant. Area is pretty busy but overall well kept, especially on the Safeway side
Need more space. Not enough vacuums. You have to wait after your wash to clean car out. They need a better system didnt get to vacuum my car cause the wait was crazy I didnt get my money worth
Friendly workers. Helpful too. Have large variety of products that other stores do not carry. Deli and deli kiosks offer everything from sandwiches, salads, meats, enchilada bowls to sushi. Use to have a problem with expired products still on shelves but seems to have corrected that. Clean and organized store makes shopping more enjoyable.
I hate to say it but the Safeway in Antioch is going downhill fast. . . While still better to shop at than foodmaxx, the sheer violence Ive seen with looters and people up to no good has turned me off from shopping at night when Im actually able to. I do not feel safe shopping there at night for sure and I know my neighbors share the same sentiment.
Everything is there. Low-price Dollar Tree to grocery shopping at Safeway. Need a Notary, there is one at Postal Services. Fast food is available if interested. There is a gas station. Varied shopping choices.
Nice area and location with an open atmosphere that allows an easy shopping experience. McDonalds, Walgreens, BAC, Rice Bowl, Oreillys give you a wide variety of shopping.

Personnel wear ear pods so they can conveniently ignore you. After a few visits and many unpleasantries, I wrote to Safeway, but was ignored. Giving them a 2 because they do carry a couple of products that are hard to find. Avoid this location whenever possible.
I live the new Starbucks here it’s my favorite location for the morning coffee, parking always available and gas station is next to it. From hair cut and grocery store you can find it here with lot’s of parking.
I wish there was less congestion in the safeway parking lot...and inside the store.The worst people come to this shopping center. Mostly because of the cheap safeway has that most of us love and the dollar tree. If youre not careful, someone will come steal your car when youre inside paying for your gas.
I like this plaza.... safeway is my favorite grocery store and i can always find parking.
Decent variety of shops in the center. The Safeway has been remodeled and cleaned up a bit. The Rite Aid is also a great convenience as well.
Alot of people beg for money in this parking lot, I rarely shop here. You will be approached by beggars getting out of your car so be aware before you open your door!

Me and my grandma went shopping we couldnt find a item but there was no employees around to show us where the product was at. We finally went to self checkout there was a really long line
So today was 5.00 friday 😀 California rolls are good and sometimes they have lunch meats &hot food on sale their fruit bowls are good &sweet.
I live kind of far from Safeway but Safeway is the bomb....especially there seafood dept....i love them i shop 4 other things but seafood is the main reason why i go.....
It has all sorts of stores u can imagine from Safeway with gas station to McDonalds Walgreens the best rite aid this center does not have any dull moments unless u have one ur self
This Shopping Complex have biggest attraction is Safeway Pharmacy and Safeway Gas Station Safeway Grocery Section have Organics Stuff This Complex have Great Clips and Cleaners Stores which provides their Services at reasonable price
Convenient location, relatively quiet. Nice assortment of businesses. Would like better choice of fast food restaurants. It appears to have new businesses/ tenants joining.
Security does nothing but look good. Dont ever see them out and about. Do see them on their phones in a dark corner looking away from the public spaces or watching Deer Valley Rd. Totally useless they are. To many side deals happen in the parking lot.

Good place to shop the only problem I have is the panhandlers and the Starbucks you would think that they would have at least two people working there unlike a Sunday but the line is so long its convenient cuz I get on the freeway Highway 4 and they need to spend a little money and buy a espresso machine you go in there and stand in line when you get up there that tell you machines not working that happens too often
Need security there, use to be a great place to shop, but with a change in our society going from a blue collar working class to a entitlement on the dull society, people just steal many thieves and APD does nothing, the thieves should be arrested and placed in work camps. It may help but this area never was like this until the big influx of rentals and many on sect. 8 housing. We need change here. It’s a great place to live except for the people that choose to steal and live a life on the tax payers money, it’s coming to an end thieves, people are becoming sick and tired of your laziness so prepare to get jobs.
The deli department customer service was excellent the night I went and bought the whole chicken. Meat department excellent choices of cut meats. Big Broom 😎 A2B🙏
This shopping center offers a diverse range of places to shop, from food to hardware. Theres a Trader Joes, Kinders BBQ, Peets Coffee, Babies R Us, In & out burgers, Home Depot, Kohls, and much more.
I like that theres ample space for parking. Theres a variety of stores for whatever you need. From Safeway to Dollar tree. To Subway,. Theres even a Safeway gas station.
Too many cars in a tight parking lot. Not enough parking. Busy shopping center. Safeway, the Dollar Tree, Papa Murphys, Rite aid Sallys hair shop, and Banfield Pet hospital, Taco Bell to name a few. Only draw back is parking.
Great place huge variety specially fresh deli but usually crowded. Self check-out works out for me to save time

Parking lot is always pretty full but everything you need is there including gas, Dollar Store, Safeway and a nail/hair salon.
The lines are always way too long at night and its hard to find much of the gluten free stuff I rely on.
Got groceries and gas at Safeway. Rumor has it that the old Dads/Rincon Cafe will become a drive-thru Starbucks. Building is currently being converted. Other businesses are Rite-Aid, Dollar Tree, Banfield Vet and Park Ave Cleaners, to name a few.
This area head gotten worse over the years and I hope they can clean it up. Antioch is trying hard, I stop and get gas here sometimes and shop here every once in awhile, but not if I dont have to.
The store is clean. The workers are nice. They run out of the handheld baskets because, people keep stealing them.🧐 Please Stop🚫

2022-07-02Not much to say about it, if the shopping center. There are stores there. Nothing specific was just turning through their parking lot didnt see any major problems, the usual amount of homeless people to be expected in this area.

2022-05-25They need more security here. Homeless people cursing and yelling and trying to intimate older folks as they pull in. I will sometimes help out these folks with a little cash but not when they are bullying people.

2021-12-28Located at the intersection of Deer Valley Road and Hillcrest Ave, houses Safeway, Taco bell, Great Clips and several other stores. Finding parking near Safeway is challenging, lot gets full during peak business hours.

2022-01-02The safeway is nice its not as big as some of the other ones. The brentwood one being the best in my opinion. The papa murphys is nice and friendly. Its the parking lot thats sketchy not the shops and stores.
